The shoarma is delicious, especially paired with the hot sauce. I also really liked the gobit bread, which arrived piping hot. It's just a bit pricey. You wouldn't come from far away just to try it, but if you're nearby, you can try it.

I'm furious and incredibly disappointed. Yesterday I found a hair in my food, and after just three bites, I was completely done with it—it tasted terrible, too. When I reported it, they refused to refund my money. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a restaurant I've ever visited. Hygiene and customer service don't seem to be a priority here. I'll never come back. The restaurant is always, always empty, and now I know why, not to mention incredibly expensive.

We've been coming here for years and always order a shawarma platter out of satisfaction. But it's gotten so incredibly expensive! It's gone up by at least 6 euros in the last two years. I'm shocked, and unfortunately, we won't be going back! It's not worth it anymore.

Horrible food! I got severe diarrhea and was sick for two days. The portions are pitiful, and the prices are outrageous. €22.50 for a shawarma dish, and you get a half-empty plate. Mehmet, your belly has gotten way too big!

Move on if you want to get in. Turbo shawarma? The only thing that's turbo about it is the €17.50 price. What a scam, man.

A welcoming Turkish restaurant with limited but authentic dishes from Turkiye. Their soups are tasty, especially chicken soup, and yogurt soup, they worth a try. Ambience wise it is not much promising but feels like a typical industrial zone restaurant back in Turkiye. In terms of hospitality, they are typical Turkish, do not disappoint.

The food is really low quality and I had food poisoning. Also didn’t taste good, just avoid it.

I went to this restaurant yesterday, there was a woman standing at the cash register there, she is the worst cashier I have ever met in my life, she keeps trying to scold me, I bought soup and she made a pallet, she must have left the lid open because she doesn't like me, I noticed that and I closed it and it didn't spill, but the food is not bad.

I came with high expectations but left deeply disappointed. I paid €8.50 for a shawarma that, honestly, was more like a sampler. The portion was ridiculously small for that price, and I wasn't satisfied at all. For that price, you expect at least a decent amount of food, not a child's portion. The taste wasn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the value. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they adjust their prices or serve larger portions.

Shawarma is delicious but they could really do something about their plates (wooden plates that they have been using for centuries).

I've been coming here all my life, so have my parents. I still think it is the best restaurant with Turkish food in the Netherlands. All the meat is so fresh and has so much flavor while it is so simple to prepare. Just like in Turkey. I always recommend the shawarma dish. Remains my favorite with the Kuru Fasuliye (+ rice). Everyone should have eaten here at least once!

Shawarma ufuk sandwich, one of the tastiest in Amsterdam. Service was fast, you shouldn't expect much from the atmosphere, it's a nice place for a quick bite!

The place we went to on a cold Amsterdam evening. It could have been a little warmer inside. The food was very delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Bij 1 en 2 ster is mijn review niet te zien. Dit is nog van de vorige ramadan. Ik vind het belangrijk dat ze weten wat ze veroorzaakt hebben. Al jaren een vaste klant samen met vrienden en familie. Maar de laatste ramadan ben ik met mijn gezin zonder te eten vertrokken. Omdat ons eten simpelweg niet kwam. We kwamen vroeg, rekening houdend met enkele diverse zaken, zoals drukte het op tijd bestellen ivm verbreken vas5en. Om 21.09 zien wij pas het vlees op de grill komen. Het is dan eigenlijk tijd om te eten. Ik zei dat dit niet waar kan zijn. Sommige tafels kregen al soep. Een dame rent naar iedereen toe. Ze redt het niet in haar eentje. De serveerster, de mensen in de keuken die rampzalig te werk gaan. Er heerst chaos geen orde geen systeem. Iedereen begon ondertussen te eten, het was 21.30 uur en de mensen waren aan hun hoofdgerecht begonnen. Er stond noch soep noch hoofdgerecht op onze tafel. Ik zei tegen mezelf geduld, het is een gezegende maand. Het is inmiddels 22.00 uur en degenen die klaar waren met eten begonnen op te staan en vertrokken alweer. We hebben nog geen eten gezien en. ondertussen kwamen er nieuwe klanten bij. Maar toen het eten kwam bij degenen die na ons kwamen, raakte mijn geduld op. ongelofelijk. We stonden nu op, iedereen keek ons ​​aan en begreep de situatie. Ik wilde onze drankjes betalen en weggaan. Ze verontschuldigden zich, ze zeiden zoiets als "karisti". Ik begreep het niet, want ik was boos en wilde hier meteen weg. "Het komt eraan, het eten. Is klaar", zeiden ze nu. Ik heb gekeken, er ligt nog niets op de grill. Ze vroegen me nog geduld na 1,5 uur te wachten. Ik zei nee. Ik ben nog erg coulant geweest door nog zolang te wachten. Ze namen geen geld aan voor de drankjes. We kwamen vroeg uit een andere stad, brachten 1,5 uur door in het restaurant. We betaalden ongeveer 10 euro voor het parkeertarief voor niets. We zijn nu weer thuis. We hebben dus in totaal 3 uur verspild aan dit avontuur, het was geldverspilling en we hebben geen iftar gegeten. Dit was het laatste bezoek van onze familie aan de UFUK. We waren enorm teleurgesteld. Hakimi helal etmiyorum. Schandalig. Zo vernederend. Zo verheugd om te gaan eten hier tijdens RAMADAN. Burnumuzdan getirdiniz. Inmiddels 2023. Wij zijn nogsteeds niet meer teruggekeerd bij UFUK. NOOIT MEER IS NOOIT MEER BIJ MIJ. PRINCIPE KWESTIE!

Altijd verse eten, beroemd van hun shoarma die we tot 1 van de beste van Amsterdam kan beschouwd worden. Grote vooral ruime plek en snelle service.
