A lovely pot of tea. Luckily, they do have regular tea, English blend, or English breakfast tea. The salmon sandwich was delicious. Their honey mustard sauce was especially delicious.

If you are looking for a mobile phone, hairdresser, nail salon this is a good location but for the rest it is unfortunately a sad shopping center!

Had lunch at Veerplein 18. You can sit there fine. The service consists of 1 person and is friendly and good. When it gets busier, it is no longer possible for 1 person to keep up and there is a long waiting time. The lunch, a tuna sandwich (€9.95) is very bad. The sandwich is small and half-baked. There is a lot of lettuce on it, very little tuna (straight from a can), onion and a stray caper. There is no butter, sauce or anything creamy, so that the dry tuna (also due to the large amount of lettuce) falls off the sandwich. What remains is an empty, half-baked sandwich. When the manager is told that the sandwich is very disappointing, it is explained that this is the tuna sandwich as it should be sold, as indicated by higher up…

Delicious food, fast service, staff are friendly despite the crowds

Very cozy lunchroom, a permanent address for us when we are in Vlaardingen

Unfortunately it is no longer the same since the previous owner sold it. The baking department doesn't look like much anymore. It says cake with a black top. The cappuccino was rudely expensive at 5.50 for a large cappuccino. In Milan you pay even less and enjoy it better. Cappuccino looked like warm milk. Seems like they use just as much espresso as for a normal cappuccino. This means no taste to your cappuccino. The atmosphere inside is also different, empty compartments on the wall, no cozy things that give that little bit extra. For me this was once and never again.

Very beautiful and tasty take-away High Tea and a Tapas platter for 5 people provided for me by Ronald...It was more than enough, because we still had leftovers. We chose to put the sweet part first. See photos. It was a birthday present and really very successful.

Nice place in the center of Vlaardingen to have lunch or a cup of coffee and something tasty to eat.

Hot chocolate, nasty chemical taste. Looks like a powder bag diluted with warm water. Apple pie with raisins/currants, most of which had become burnt pebbles. Really poor quality for the price. Not recommended for a nice sit down.

You will always receive a very friendly welcome and help here. Nice a changing place for babies. I like to go there for breakfasts, pastries and cappuccinos.

Wow, it's cold in there. I kept my scarf on and wasn't sure about my jacket. Enjoyed a delicious pot of tea (from which you get two good glasses) with fresh tea. The sandwich we had was large and had a tasty sauce. Cozy place for breakfast or lunch!

Hier geweest voor een afternoon tea. Gezellige, knusse lunchroom met enthousiast en vriendelijk personeel. De Afternoon Tea zelf was super verzorgd met heerlijke losse thee en allerlei lekkere hartige en zoete hapjes! Niet te veel, niet te weinig. Precies goed. En als je het niet allemaal op had gekund, mocht je de lekkernijen eventueel ook meenemen. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!

De service is erg vriendelijk. Het restaurant is gezellig ingericht, met veel decoratie en lekkere thee die je kan kopen (en drinken!). Het hartig eten is gemiddeld, wel duur voor wat je krijgt. Ik zou de broodjes met dip of een stukje taart met thee aanraden.

Rustige lunchroom in hartje Vlaardingen. Aangename bediening. Kleine kaart. Evengoed lekker gegeten en gedronken.

Zijn hier wezen lunchen, zo slecht gegeten. Broodje was klef, leek wel niet gaar, van de tosti was de kaas niet gesmolten. Toen eindelijk serveerster kwam en wij er iets van zeiden werd er gezegd, daar ben ik niet blij mee!!!! Heb klachten mail gestuurd geen antwoord op gehad. Ik zal ze niet aanraden.

We hadden een high tea (ticketveiling) half uur moeten wachten op het eten, 1 etagere waarvan alle zoetigheid door de helft waren gesneden, kleine broodjes. Bediening was er nauwelijks na 1 kan heet water wat koud was geworden maar weer gegaan. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vaatbaar.

Was super mooie combinaties. 11 porties per persoon super veel mochten wat we niet opkregen mee nemen. Super vriendelijk personeel. Er werd rekening gehouden met mijn zwangerschap. Zeker een aanrader.

Wij kwamen hier voor een high tea voor 2 met een social deal bon. Ik had mijn zoon mee dus voor die betaalde ik de normale prijs. Ook van tevoren gebeld of ik onze pup mee mocht nemen en dat was geen probleem. De ontvangst was fantastisch (daar mochten we denk ik onze pup dankbaar voor zijn :)) en alles werd keurig aan tafel uitgelegd. De High Tea was heerlijk, meer dan genoeg, met veel eigengemaakte producten. Thee was ook heerlijk en divers. De serveersters kwamen regelmatig langs en toen mijn zoon nog extra sandwiches wilde kregen we deze kosteloos (ondanks dat ik aan had gegeven er gewoon voor te willen betalen) waarbij als reden werd gegeven dat de bediening ons ook steeds “lastig viel” omdat ze de pup wilden aaien. :) Kortom, een hele dikke duim!

Lunch. Ik twijfel en geen aan dat de uitslijter te groot is. Spontaan wordt aangeboden om de gerechten kleiner te maken tegen gereduceerde prijs. Waarom: er zijn tegenwoordig steeds meer mensen met een maagverkleining is haar antwoord. Hier wordt ik vrolijk van. Geen verspilling dus!! Top!!!

Telefonisch een Luxe High Tea gereserveerd voor een 50-jarig verjaardagsfeestje. We kregen jammer genoeg een standaard High Tea. Toen ik aangaf tijdens het afrekenen dat ik meer verwacht had, gaf de serveerster aan dat we niet de luxe uitvoering hadden gehad. Jammer, want zo’n feestje doe je niet over. Uit coulance hadden ze de koffie misschien niet kunnen rekenen. Maar dat gebeurde wel. Misschien had de baas daar iets meer verantwoording in kunnen nemen.

al weer paar weken geleden , maar was eerste koude dag in oktober wij net terug uit warm land en hier maar 10 graden , maar hier hebben ze lekkere warme chocomelk , (wit, melk en puur )
