Food is arriving 2 hours late, brother, is this serious? Ordered at 20:17, 22:00 still nothing inside, called at 21:20, delivery person is on the way, are you kidding? Ah, brother, close this place down.

I ordered food from this terrible restaurant. The food arrived an hour late and was ice cold and disgusting. I advise everyone against ordering from this restaurant.

Ordered for 17:30 and the delivery person finally arrived at 18:05. That in itself isn't so bad, but the food was cold and I'm not used to that.

Kapsalon jumbo special, not tasty at all. Additionally, there was a hair in one piece of meat...🤢

I've already ordered from the gyros spot in Vlaardingen twice. Delicious food and generous portions!

Unfortunately, I've already been robbed of my money three times. I ordered pita bread with chicken breast three times, politely called to say it wasn't available, and opted for a refund. Unfortunately, the money was never received, even after several calls and multiple complaints.

After placing our order, we were immediately called to say a product was unavailable. This was resolved politely and efficiently, and we received a complimentary gift.

Very bad experience. No taste of food

The delivery driver reportedly had an accident, so I called and had to text to get my money back. I read the message, then blocked it. Never again for me.

This place has been completely renovated and is now under new ownership and is called Shoarma Sahran. It's a short walk (1 minute) from the Theater van Vlaardingen (formerly the Stadsgehoorzaal). Friendly, hardworking owner. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Two tables for dining in or takeaway. You can also order by phone.

Yesterday I ordered shawarma at 6:35 PM and paid online. I called at 8:15 PM to ask when my food would be delivered. I was told it was a mess and would be fixed right away. I called several times at 9:30 PM and got a busy signal or simply no answer. They close at 10:00 PM, and I called before then and still haven't received a response, nor have I received a refund.

I order food here regularly. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is also excellent, and the staff are very friendly. It's been a long time since I ordered food and enjoyed it so much. In short, highly recommended. Best shawarma/pizzeria in the area for me.

Tadim makes great food at a great price. Though in the past they'd get orders wrong the food is always delicious. UPDATE: Keeping the old text up to honour Tadim. Nowerdays it's called Sahran, and it's different with a different owner but still really good. Definitely recommend.

Disappointing experience with bad food and nasty consequences Unfortunately, I have to share my experience at this eatery, and I'm sorry to say that it was far from pleasant. But the worst was yet to come: the food. I ordered a dish that looked promising on the menu, but the reality was a big disappointment. The food was tasteless and seemed to have been reheated. The ingredients were of low quality and the presentation was sloppy. It was clear that little care and attention had gone into preparing the dishes. Unfortunately, after eating I suffered from severe stomach upset and diarrhea. It was very clear that the food was not fresh and possibly spoiled. This was a very unpleasant experience that ruined my whole day. As for the service, it was as disappointing as the food. The staff was indifferent and seemed uninterested in my complaints. No apology or any form of compensation was offered for the bad experience. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. The quality of the food and service were far below par and the bad consequences I experienced make it even worse. I strongly recommend eating elsewhere where quality and hygiene are better guaranteed.

If you want to see how hard work always pays off, Eethuis Muis is the example. We have been working hard for the customer here for years and the customer knows that he or she gets what is tasty and good. Come in here for your quick bite, but even more so for the friendly service. Just put your shopping bag on the chair next to you and grit your teeth before you continue walking.
