We were here today. Our drinks order was taken quickly, but after that, no one really paid any attention to us. We tried several times to get the staff's attention to order food, but no one responded. Eventually, we approached someone ourselves and placed our order. After about 30 minutes, we asked where the food was. It turned out that our order hadn't been noted down at all. In the end, we sat waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes for nothing. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay for the drinks, but the experience was very disappointing. Afterwards, we fortunately managed to get a delicious sandwich at STACH Food on Choorstraat. That made the afternoon a little better after all. 😉

1hr 15mins wait for a burger. My house is 700m from this restaurant. Ordered on Thuisbezorgd and before ordering the delivery time showed as 30mins. Once ordered it jumped to 55mins. No way to cancel and no live tracking of the order. It’s clearly frozen food so shouldn’t take over 1 hour to cook and deliver a burger. Fries were dry and they forgot the sauces. Unacceptable and a poor business model.

Fast delivery and the beer was nice and cold.

The overall experience was decent. The restaurant is quite spacious, which is a big plus. We went without a reservation, but they were still able to find a table for us. I ordered the steak medium rare. It was okay, but nothing particularly special, and unfortunately it was served a bit cold. We were a group of around 8 people sharing a table, and the amount of tableware and serving items provided felt insufficient for a group our size. On the positive side, the fries were good, and the baklava was excellent.
