Extremely overpriced for the food (account for 2.4 euros per sushi. Even the platter to share is even worse (expecting 4 to 6 sushis per type, we only got 2). Service is simply not present/very slow. They even forgot part of our order. The food itself is good, but not worth the price. I do not recommend at all.

Unfortunately, this was rather disappointing for me. The food tasted okay, but nothing special. The service seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which was clearly reflected in the very long wait for the food. Overall, I felt the price-performance ratio wasn't right, and I personally can't understand the many positive reviews. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement here.

Great Chinese and Japanese dishes, lovely atmosphere

We ordered the Thai Curry, good amount of spicey, Bejing Duck, well prepared and soft meat and Shanghaj Duck, tasty sauce. Jasmin rice or fried rice (have to order separately) with some kroepoek on the side We enjoyed the food and service was good. Would recommend and come back

Rice was fresh and sticky but the gong bao was a bit muted. The place is nicely decorated but it was kinda empty.

Horrible experience. Restaurant opened late also with reservations (the staff was not even there to prepare upfront). The place is not adequately clean (glasses residues and dirt on the floor). I got beer poured on me by unexperienced waiter (sure, it can happen). After 1 hr wait got served only half of the food ordered because the waiter did not understand nor asked for clarifications. When the food finally came portions were mini. Reviews on google are pumped up by the fact that you get free food if you leave a good review. DO NOT go to this place

Amazing place for delicious and authentic food but the wait was a bit too long and the waiter was not really professional. I would come back for the food but would hope for better service at the table.

We waited over two hours for our food, and guests who arrived after us got theirs first. We thought this was a real shame.

Food was very good. Also the decorations in the restaurant. But the service is not good at all. Out of 5 people, 2 get the main dishes but the others not. After one hour they get their main dishes. We had no stress, but service should be better. When the service is improved, I would reconmend this restaurant to everyone for sure.

We were with a large group of 10 people tonight, the only large group in the restaurant, and we had a proper reservation for 6:30 PM. It's now 8:30 PM and we still haven't received any food. Only drinks were reserved, but nothing else. The staff seems to have completely forgotten about us and haven't offered a single apology or update. If you're planning to dine with a large group, I would definitely not recommend this location. Poor service, long wait times, and no regard for customers.

Please please please do not go here. The reviews are a lie, as they are artificially inflated due to the offer of free spring rolls in exchange for a 5 star review. Don't sell your soul for their spring rolls. At least do it for good food if you must. I went to this place last year for my birthday and it still bothers me every time I walk past how bad the food was. They burned the panko ebi, for all the dishes, when asked how the food was I mentioned the shrimps being burned but was told they weren't and that I was mistaken??? They were brown (some bits black), not golden. Then she waited expectantly, I guess for a tip, because she did not enter the total into the machine and stared at me for an uncomfortably long amount of time. I felt uncomfortable by the whole interaction at the register. My family stepped in to save me because of how miserable I probably looked. This isn't a japanese restaurant but a fusion, the fish was not fresh and the sushi rice was old. The fried food was over fried and I know Amsterdam isn't cheap but for what you get the prices are criminal. In all my life I have never left a restaurant after only a starter. This was a first. TLDR: the reviews lie, 5 star reviews are from free spring rolls. The food was really bad (burned). Save your money.

Nice place to have a small or big bite

The food is nice, they've got a big menu with lots of choices and great vegetarian options too. However, one of the staff members had a crying child behind the desk for most of the dinner, which was annoying and service was slow even though the restaurant wasn't even half full.

Went for diner with a friend. Nice ambience and the staff was really kind. Unfortunately some things were taking really long even tho it was not very busy. Food was fine some thing better than the other.

Honestly, i was soo much looking forward to a good Sushi. But when it is delivered it is sooo disappointing. From dumplings to drinks to Sushi, really substandard. The Asian waiter is very professional, unfortunately he is not mirrored by his colleague. The place is empty for a reason.

We had a fantastic meal; everything was delicious and fresh. We also received fantastic service. I was with my father, who is in a wheelchair, and they reserved a lovely table for us with plenty of room for the wheelchair. They were incredibly helpful, even when we wanted to sit outside because the sun was breaking through! A fantastic experience; we will definitely be back!

We loved specifically the fried rice, made us think of a restaurant in our home country! The service was great, the server took his time to explain what the dishes/bites on the menu are. Everything arrived with the perfect timing. The atmosphere is very relaxing, good music and beautiful interior! 🤗

Do not fall for the fake reviews! All the 5 stars reviews are just to get the free mini spring rolls :( This place definitely does not deserve them. The food looks so much better than it tastes. The meat in the bao was good, but overall it was very dry, as there was one tiny teaspoon of sauce at the bottom. Tuna tataki was flavorless. The sauce in the Oh My Bacon was not balanced with too much ginger, totally overpowering the pork. The shumai chicken were chewy and tasteless, fortunately the sauce compensated a bit. Also the restaurant was almost empty and the waiter kept coming every couple of minutes to check if we wanted to order, not understanding that we still needed a few minutes to read the whole menu. He was so insistent for no apparent reason, that I was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, here are much better places in Amsterdam.

Fried rice and noodles were made well with wok hey! Salmon teriyaki was quite disappointing and lacked flavour, but the sea bass was quite good. Food took about 30min to arrive which was too long.

Food was very tasty, but we really had to wait unusually long. First we had sushi. That took a long time, but we didn't mind, it was also very tasty. But the dishes after that came almost an hour later. Never had to wait so long somewhere. There was also no one there besides us. We arrived at half past four, but despite that it took a long time. Main course didn't come at the same time either. Staff was friendly, but they didn't really come by to ask if everything was to your liking.

In itself a fine restaurant, only a pity that the menu is not in Dutch.

What a surprise this place! Extensive choice of dishes, also for non-sushi lovers. Portions are very large with relatively low prices. Quiet atmosphere where you can still have an understandable conversation. We will definitely come back here (service 4 instead of 5 stars because none of the staff speaks Dutch).
