At least make sure the squid rings are good; it can't be that hard. One dish is bland, another too salty. Tough pork skewers... Very mediocre all in all.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. It was very busy on Saturday, so there was sometimes a bit of a wait, but generally, it moved along smoothly. The presentation of the dishes sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, and the portions are difficult to gauge. For example, you get 3 croquettes, but 12 padron papers, 9 prawns, and 1 hamburger. This isn't listed on the menu, so it wasn't clear to us when we should order more. Anyway, the food is delicious and prepared with great care. The staff works hard and is always friendly. The restaurant itself is also well-maintained and cozy. Definitely recommended!

In any case, eating in the Drieharinhenstraat is a treat and eating at Vintage is very tasty and gives you a holiday feeling.

A really nice concept. I'm not usually a fan of shared dining, but here I found it delicious and well-prepared. The dishes were tasty and fresh, but a bit on the small side. With a group of six, we had to order 2-3 of each dish. This quickly adds up to a few tens of euros per dish. See the menu on the website for prices. It's also located on a pleasant and very charming street, and you can sit outside. If you do want to sit inside, there's a lovely, long, high table at the front, which makes it feel like you're sitting outdoors. I definitely recommend eating there and experiencing the atmosphere for yourself.

We ate here with a group of 13 on a Saturday night. One dedicated waiter was well-informed and served us fantastically, keeping an eye on everything. The food was delicious. The two-course menu for groups was more than sufficient and varied. One person ate both vegetarian and low-salt and received generous portions.

We had several delicious meals here this weekend during our girls' shopping trip! 😍 The service, food, wine, and atmosphere were excellent! They also catered to allergies, and they had a great overview of everything. With a peanut allergy among my friends, this was especially important! I definitely recommend going! Thank you for the great service! We'll definitely be back when we're in Utrecht.

The food was delicious, the staff were super friendly and smiling. The only downside was the terrible acoustics; my throat was hoarse from shouting at my table companion who was sitting nearby.

A great tapas restaurant in the heart of Utrecht. Delicious food combined with friendly and fast service. A variety of hot and cold tapas. The prawns were especially delicious :). Also a great place to dine out if one or all of your guests prefer vegetarian options. Furthermore, they don't specify a closing time when booking a table. That's a big plus and sets them apart from many other restaurants in Utrecht's city center!

We ate several tapas. Everything was very good!!! The chorizo croquettes were delicious! The squids were super crispy. The shrimps were a bit spicy but very tasty. We were surprised by the pa amb tomàquet because it was not the typical pa amb tomàquet but it was also very good. We doubt if I can go back to try more things. I don't have photos because we ate it all right away!

A small restaurant in one of Utrecht's most famous food streets. The interior is charming and attractive, with some outdoor seating. The staff is friendly, serving and helping you with humor and a smile. The atmosphere is relaxed. We tried several dishes here and found them quite varied. Of course, this also depends on our taste, which will vary from person to person. We thought the risotto was way too sour; it felt like a whole lemon had been squeezed into it. We both love lemon, but this was too much. The kitchen was surprisingly fast; we've rarely had dishes served so quickly. Six dishes were on the table within 15 minutes, and if you want a quick meal and/or are hungry, this is the place to be. The wine itself is fine, but certainly not exceptional. However, the bottles are turned over three or four times here as well.

We had a wonderful, well-organized, and delicious evening. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. The location was fantastic. The dishes were beautifully prepared with care. Highly recommended!

We went there for some evening cocktails and tapas. The front of the restaurant is very nice with big windows and nice atmosphere. The back where we were seated was darker and not so nice. There is big variety of drinks and tapas, the drinks were nice but the tapas were nothing special. The service was really good.

Very cozy tent with nice staff. Food was also tasty. Too bad there was no air conditioning. We were also quite disappointed in the aqua de Valecia, for 10 euros you expect a nice big cocktail glass but we got a champagne glass with 2 ice cubes and then the taste was not as I am used to.

Had a lovely meal recently. Good dishes and service. Only the sauce over the chicken I find less tasty, but that is a matter of taste.

Delicious tapas and cozy atmosphere

Extensive lunch with cocktails and wine. The wine was good and the peach spritz was also good but the vintage special only tasted like orange juice. I could probably taste some alcohol very far away but that is not worth mentioning, that was a bit disappointing, especially for 11 euros. The snacks on the other hand were delicious. Especially the cheese board was really super tasty, the vinaigrettes for the oysters were also really great, again something different than pink wine vinegar. This was raspberries with onions and the other cucumber with gin, the latter was my favorite. The prawns were well seasoned and a bit spicy but not too crazy and a large portion (!). The chicken legs were also served with a delicious sauce. Service was polite, half English and half Dutch. It was very noisy. Acoustically it was not nice. We sat in the front by the window and behind us there were 4 tables occupied with a total of about 13-15 people. When everyone started talking, it became really noisy and I had to make an effort to understand someone. Hence 3 stars for atmosphere. But despite that if I'm ever in the area I would definitely go again.

Walking down the Oudegracht, in the centre of old and picturesque Utrecht, we come to an ancient street where the restaurant is situated. The restaurant is incredible! Nice decoration and delicious cuisine. The service was perfect. Valmir was friendly and helpful during our stay at the Tapasbar.

It's not what it used to be anymore. Atmospheric inside and a sewage smell upon entering and English speaking staff. The dishes were cold and tasteless. This was the platter for 2 people. We therefore left early by 40 minutes. The service also did not know how to deal with our experience. Waste of money.

We will never go there again! Got the wrong order, roasted chickpeas weren't roasted and we both got sick. When we let Vintage know, we were told that we should have mentioned it at the restaurant. Not really a reaction you can do anything with. In any case, we will remove this restaurant from our list!

Delicious food. Nice service, you notice that they really do their best and no "it has to be done" behavior. Delicious sangria too, so don't change the recipe! Because I want to come back more often for the sangria. Food was fresh and crisp! Nice mouthfeel. I am personally not a big fan of eating out in Utrecht, because it is often noisy due to crowds. Tried anyway. It was a bit like that here too, quite similar. Indicated in the reservation for a quiet spot, I feel that this was complied with. So it was a nice experience! Come back here soon.

Food is tasty and tastes good. Portions are variable. This way you get 3 croquettes, but a lot of shrimp. The tenderloin is also very overpriced, €14 for 4 thin slices with lots of potato.

Sorry, but I don't know this at the moment. Sewer smell in restaurant. Tourist attraction but not for us. Food was far from Spanish tapas. Wine poured at the table under the line. Read more than 6.5 euros for less than 100ml of wine from a bottle that costs 8.50 in the store. Service was also very clumsy with pouring. I'd leave this to the bar. The concept does not lend itself to pouring wines at the table. Certainly not considering the quantity. Chickpea burger (mini) for 7 euros!! Goat cheese with spinach. Were 2 slices of goat cheese on a dark green derriere for 9 euros. I'm willing to spend a bit on food. But this really wasn't okay. Friends we were with had the same feeling. 10 minutes before time, we got the bill without asking. The street where the restaurant is located is popular, so you can take advantage of that. Elsewhere, in my opinion, it has no chance. First and last x. Sorry and good luck.

Cozy wine bar with good service A nice place to enjoy a good glass of wine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a nice selection of wines. I tried three different types and they were all good quality. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The seats are comfortable and the menu offers enough choice for different tastes. In short, a cozy wine bar where you can spend an evening. Perhaps not the cheapest option, but definitely worth it for a relaxing drink.

I had a nice evening at Vintage, with some highlights and also a few areas for improvement. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, with a well-thought-out design and attention to details such as mirrors and atmospheric lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, with moments of humor that made the experience more personal. The service was smooth and efficient, and I didn't feel rushed during my visit. In terms of food, there were some dishes that positively surprised me, such as the beef tartare, Wagyu burger and risotto, which really excelled in terms of taste and presentation. On the other hand, the chicken wings and duck breast were less successful. The risotto was delicious, but quite heavy due to the use of a lot of butter and cheese. The tapas concept was well executed, but the extensive menu meant that some dishes seemed to receive less attention. The service was largely professional, but there were times when more proactive attention was required, such as when offering water or properly following up on questions about allergies and dishes. This sometimes left some room for improvement. Overall, I found Vintage to be a pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. With a little more attention to detail and proactivity in service, this restaurant could shine even more.

Cozy tapas bar! We ate and drank well here. The service is attentive and friendly and took allergies into account very well. The business itself is nicely decorated. The tenderloin is tasty and well cooked. The scallops are large and tasty. Patatas bravas are always good! The sauce came separately upon request. Tuna taco with fresh tuna also went well. Actually everything on the menu was good! I just expected something different with the prawns. They needed more garlic and lemon. And the prawns themselves were soft. Would definitely come back anyway!

Excellent tapas, great service and atmosphere. There was only a slightly dirty (sewage) smell in the restaurant. Once you were there a little longer you no longer smelled it, but upon entering it was not pleasant.

Fantastic meal! Delicious dishes, shared dining and very attentive with a fireworks display for dessert (which I had requested when making the reservation but had already forgotten 🫣) but not them! Super! Very thoughtful of them!

Had a very good meal at Vintage. We opted for the fish/vegetarian surprise menu. For us it was really more than enough and very tasty! Tables are far enough apart so that you can talk quietly to each other. The only disadvantage is that the place closes early for a tapas bar (it was cleared up around half past 9).

Great wine bar with attentive and friendly service. Nice warm lighting, comfortable chairs, sufficient menu for all tastes. Great selection of wine (tried 3 different kinds, all of them good). I recommend trying the deluxe plateau, great varied selection of flavours from quality food from meat to fish. A great addition to a bottle of wine enough for 2 people. It was a pleasure to dine at your place, will definitely stop by next time I'm in Utrecht!

Today we just passed it and we decide to go inside. Although the place is rather small it has a lot of seats for 2 persons but also for multiple persons. Go make choices easy they have two kind of menus where you can choose from although choice of your own tapas are also possible. It was a nice experience and the price was great compared to the taste and quality of the dish. A note for big eaters. Don’t expect factory big plates. It are tapas ;-) GF and I just did say. Yes we come back here!

What disappointed us upon entering is that you are addressed in English and that as a customer you have to do everything in English. It is sometimes quite a struggle to explain what you want. You don't have to speak Dutch, because they don't understand you. Food was also disappointing. Opted for the luxury platter and it was anything but luxurious. Bake chickpeas, a soggy sandwich with a few chicken legs, a slice of roast beef, some shrimps and some kind of kirsch. Have been to many tapas restaurants, but this one is at the bottom of the list.

Great service, tapas are good, not very expensive. Though the "Tortilla de patatas" that has no potatoes was a complete shock. Please add a normal tortilla de patatas or change the name of those spinach, eggs, walnuts quiche xD

Service was amazing!! The staff is experienced and very service oriented. The food was not the best and the pan con tomate was a disappointment to be honest , the tomatoes were without a soul, very white (check the picture) and really bad!!! The waiter told me it was freshly made... Whatever. Food can improve a lot to be honest. The place is for drinks and avoid food at all costs.

Perhaps a typical case of people who really like tapas, eat it regularly, make it themselves and have often been to Spain. The glass of wine was very meager, always below the mark and I wonder if it was 100 ml. All dishes were mediocre except the gorgonzola walnut pasta dish. Service fine, nothing special, ditto atmosphere. Once but no more…

We ordered a number of tapas dishes, we received the meat dishes very quickly, but our patatas bravas only arrived when everything was almost gone. Not nice timing! The white wine was also not cool.

Nice restaurant. Great food, we liked almost everything. We had separate dishes. We found the cheese croquettes and the eggplant (which I don't think was included) a bit tasteless. The rest was tasty. Cozy tent, a bit noisy, but that's part of it. Good service, fast and friendly.

A mistake was made with the table reservation, so we ended up at the bar with a delicious bottle of house wine. What a great service. We had a very nice evening, a nice reception, the service was very attentive, a pleasant barmaid and the food was tasty. We come back!

This was an experience of the highest order. Dishes on the menu may look like a dime a dozen at first glance, but each one is a gem for the taste buds. Together with a few wines that you can taste to see if you really like them and the desserts that you will regret if you don't have anything, the dinner turns into a wonderful evening. Staff also very involved and friendly. Can't you open a branch here in the Bollenstreek? ;-)

The food here is absolutely fine. I didn't find the service very attentive. I always find it very embarrassing when people walk away without taking the empty glasses with them, or asking if you want something to drink. At the back of the store the decoration is sparse and the tables are close together. It looks better up front.

We had a great meal again. In our opinion, a different chef. The egg on the steak tartare is very present.

We had the luxury tapas platters for €19.95 pp. We only ate part of it. The burgers that came with it were tasty. The chicken was on the sour side. Furthermore, the other dishes were tasty. Not worth repeating for us. The service is very friendly.

Reserved for Monday 6pm via our own site. However, I stood in front of a closed door. Turns out they're closed on Monday! And a day later an email with “Thank you for your visit, feedback is welcome”. So the process is not in order. Food was tasty last time. Few months back.

Nice interior but greeted with the kitchen is closed. Ok. Explained we only wanted wine but told final call is soon. Hmm Do you normally close 1.5 hours early? Decently welcoming and wine is fine.

First time to Vintage and....I like it. It is spacious, but still cozy. Nice place with a good atmosphere. The staff is also nice and good, the 2 ladies on this evening did well despite the crowds. The food was certainly tasty, the mini carpaccio was very much appreciated by my wife. The bruschetta with the smoked mackerel caught my attention, the smokiness that lingered in the mouth after consuming it, I thought it had something to it, but that is of course a personal taste. All in all we had a fun and tasty evening and hopefully see you soon

Especially if you want to eat with nice friends, the atmosphere here is very relaxed and if the food is also excellent (and affordable) - recommended!

To be honest we were very disappointed. We had 6 tapas or so and actually only the scallops were quite tasty. The food was otherwise tasty, boring and unattractively presented. The wines were also not tasty. Pickles. The service was great, the lady who helped us really did her best. All in all expensive, poor quality food and atmosphere just not there.

Delicious meal with friendly service

Such a lovely tapas place, the atmosphere was perfect, me and my friend spent pretty much the entire evening here. In one of our mini orders, one of the dishes wasn't accurately described on the menu and the additional ingredient was something we didn't like, the staff were great about it and we chose something else which turned out to be the best tapas dish I've ever had! The wine was delicious too! :)
