VIT. in Schiphol

The coffee was bitter on the first sip, but after that, it left me wanting more. Ate delicious chia pudding. VEGAN. Compliments. They deserve a spot more centrally in the hall. I assume VIT stands for vitamin or vitality. Or fit in the sense of fitness. Oh right, forget about the central hall part, because it is nice and quiet here.

The person who served me kept telling me to get my drink myself despite trying to order a hot coffee. This might be because she was on the phone while serving. The coffee was okay but nothing special. I noticed them turning customers away an hour before advertised closing time. The charging ports for phones did not work.

The place is nice and food is decent. BUT the stuff is very arrogant and disrespectful. Could have been much better place with a good personnel. On 16.02 in between 18.55 PM and 19.00 PM I bought a bottle of water and a chicken wrap. I also waited for a while to get it because two girls were not behind the counter but standing in the “kitchen”, laughing and watching something on the phone. Finally, one of them noticed me. After I spent 10 minutes by the table she came to me and said that they are closing. I replied that I need some time to finish my wrap. She started to become arrogant and said that it’s not her problem and they are closing. I asked: “Why you didn’t tell that you are closing in 10 minutes when I was buying my food?”. She replied: “I don’t care. I forgot”. When later I asked her and her colleagues: “ Do you think it’s a good customer service? Such a behaviour?”. She replied me with laugh: “Yes, since I am doing it.” I would appreciate if manager could explain to the personnel behind the counter what is a normal customer service and basic behaviour. I don’t expect a good one with such an attitude. Obviously. But at least something better than an arrogant and ignorant behaviour. Otherwise, this place continues to receive low stars.

Worst coffee and hot chocolate ever I tasted. Colored hot water did not taste good.

Disgraceful. €8.85 for a flat white - the staff member said that the flat white and the espresso are charged separately. That’s blatant false advertisement, if it’s true.

On 2nd August my wife and I had a quick bite at VIT at Schipol at about 13.00 hrs.the sales girl at the counter accepted cash for our food order and was polite . By the end of the meal ,the shift had changed and I wanted to buy a bottle of water.the new girl at the counter refused to accept cash.I politely informed her that 15 minutes ago I had paid cash. But she would not budge.I feel this was not right as there should be a uniform policy regarding accepting cash So people opting to pay cash ,should they be unable to buy anything at the airport? Moreover the dining tables were very dirty .So much for customer service.

The tables have USB charging ports but they barely work (slow-charging the phone); and nobody cleans the tables. The staff chatter with each other while ignoring the customers waiting. The coffee is just instant coffee from a machine.

Good quality food to recharge and for a fair price.

The employee is constantly on the phone loudly, and also eats while she helps you. Food otherwise okay.

Prepackaged chicken wrap was pretty decent, but the service was absolutely atrocious. I stood at the front waiting to order for a decent while before the lady working at the desk noticed me. She was sitting on the counters, glued to her phone and talking to herself. I sat in the eating area to eat my wrap and saw her repeat this behaviour multiple times. A few customers left because of the lack of customer service. She also blew her nose quite vigorously without handwashing and then proceeded to make drinks for customers. Food was okay, coffee was fine the service will see that I won't return here on my next visit.

Surprisingly delicious, healthy and budget friendly option at the airport. I had grilled chicken salad with quinoa - great fresh ingredients, lots of quinoa and chicken and tasty dressing, the portion size was perfectly satisfactory. I tried then the vegan bircher and it was spectacular, amazing taste! Very nice staff, Lorna was very outgoing, friendly and funny and adviced me on the menu. Well done, deffinitelly not eating anywhere else next time around!

An incredibly friendly employee who was very understanding and a delicious healthy bowl was exactly what I needed after a stressful day. I can highly recommend this place!

Looks good and people are friendly. Unfortunately there were a few things that I didn't like, there was an animal in my berries so I could no longer enjoy my bowl, way too much dried fruit in the oat mix so that's why only 3 stars.

I was waiting for my flight at the airport. Decided I would fill my water up before I left. I found the restaurant VIT open and had no customers. I walked up and asked the young girl if she could fill my water jug please. She barely looked at me, and very rudely said there was a fountain up the stairs , down the hall beside McDonald's. I looked at her puzzled and asked "you can't just fill it up for me , as I looked at the water tap right infront of me. She proceeded to lie and say it was different water they had then the fountain water. As I walked away I heard them laughing. What POOR customer service. I was also looking for food and would have probably bought something from them, but because they were rude, unprofessional, and just plain difficult I would not recommend this restaurant for anything.

Healthy non carb food like my 2 pouched eggs with salmon and avocado. The perfect quick breakfast for a healthy life style. The place isn’t expensive at all especially if you consider it to be at an airport.

Stumbled upon this eatery while looking for some low fat and less sinful indulgence. Ordered the yogurt with some fresh fruits and muesli. The taste was divine and interesting, had never eaten anything like this before. The place is small with couple of tables to eat your order. Overall a nice place to stop by for healthy food.

Nice infused water, nice seating area - really cool design massively let down by the fact that every table was filthy and when we asked the guy behind the counter to come and wipe our table he just handed us a cloth so we could do it ourselves. Outstanding example of how to ruin a customer experience!

Very expensive. The organic yoghurt is nothing incredible and the cinnamon granola is just a bit. Juices are ok.

Nervous for your flight. Get here some last vitamines before you go up in the air. Healthy drinks for all.
