The quality here is very high! Iron cookies, gingerbread cake with amarena cherries, cream puffs, or bread—everything is super fresh. This is one of the best bakeries in the Netherlands. I'm not saying it's the best, but it's definitely in the top 10!

After ordering cakes from other large chains twice, I wanted something of better quality. Voskamp wasn't much more expensive than the other cakes. Last year I ordered a whipped cream cake for 20 people, and this year the mocha cake for my daughter's birthday. They are delicious!! You can add your own text to the cake. If they see it's for a child, they decorate the cake accordingly. I always get a lot of compliments on the cake. Definitely highly recommended! Bread is also always tasty.

I wanted to call to have some pastries set aside for pickup. I live 45 minutes from the bakery. They immediately said, "No, we don't do Easter, so you'll have to come to us to buy them. Hopefully, they're still there." To put it politely, I live too far away to be with you within 5 minutes. Well, that's a shame for you; it's Easter, and we don't do phone set-asides. It's a shame, why are the staff so unfriendly? This isn't the first time I've filed a complaint about hygiene and customer service. It's a shame the motto is still "the customer can enjoy the 'beep beep beep' instead of customer service." I understand that some people call and don't pick up. That's the case everywhere, but that doesn't mean they should apply this attitude to everyone.
