In a word: fantastic! We went to the vegan shared dining for my birthday, which happened to be on that day. We all found it delicious. The service was super professional and friendly. For me, it was an awesome birthday meal, and it was nice to hear that the event was well-attended. Hopefully, more will come because we will definitely go there! The ‘regular’ menu is also very vegan-friendly.

We had been looking forward to having a nice meal here. A large (noisy) group and poor acoustics meant that we also had to speak loudly to understand each other. The other room was nice and quiet, but we were told that two groups would be arriving there as well, so moving was not advisable. Upon our departure, it turned out those groups still hadn't arrived, so we were not happy with the fact that we received no cooperation. In terms of food, the fries were particularly good, but the sauce with the eggplant and the coleslaw turned out to be truly unappetizing. How did something like that end up on the table? But above all, the waitress was the epitome of disinterest, not only at our table but also at the other tables. A huge shame; a previous experience was good, but this could be called bad on three points and is therefore not worth repeating. It's funny that you get invited to write a review when everything was to your liking. For bad experiences, you should be able to/must contact them directly. Yes, I could do that too, but a review is a review.

The vegan shared dining was amazing.

Nice, spacious restaurant. Friendly staff. Various tasty vegetarian/vegan options (standard) on the menu. Enough options to eat for several evenings. Highly recommended. The breakfast (Hotel Bieze serves their breakfast here) was also good (just be sure to mention in advance that you want a vegan breakfast, then you get an extensive and tasty breakfast). Very satisfied!

We had a fantastic evening and enjoyed a delicious meal. We had heard from friends that Vlint21 has great and varied vegan dishes, which is always handy with our mixed company. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised, so we will be returning soon during the 'Vegan Night'.

The food was truly delicious. We had the Classic Platter, which we highly recommend. The only minor drawback, which of course may be different for everyone, was that the waitress kept asking if we wanted anything else to drink, even when our glasses were still full. All in all, highly recommended!

Yesterday, we thoroughly enjoyed a winter BBQ at Restaurant Vlint21, specially prepared for us. What a fantastic experience! Every dish was meticulously prepared: surprising, refined, and perfectly balanced. The winter flavors were beautifully presented and showcased the skill and creativity of the kitchen. The accompanying wines completed the meal; each carefully selected and perfectly matched to the dishes. The service was attentive, personalized, and relaxed, making the evening a true pleasure, not only culinary-wise but also in terms of ambiance. Vlint21 truly knows how to pamper guests. An evening to remember – we would love to return. Highly recommended!

We had a delicious vegan/vegetarian meal. There were no standard veggie dishes; they really put a lot of thought into it, and there was even vegan ice cream. The service was friendly and efficient, and despite being a large restaurant, there was a cozy atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

It looked nice, but we didn't really like the food. The meat was tough, and you have to pay extra for fries and vegetables. The price-quality ratio is really not right. Paying too much for mediocre food. The waitress started out friendly, but when we commented about the extra charge, that immediately changed. We won't be eating here again!

A lot of vegan options on the menu. Not the standard “goat cheese salad as a vegetarian option” or a dish where the meat has been removed, but really good vegan dishes that are also tasty. Unfortunately, passing on to the kitchen that the dishes should be vegan does not always go well. On two different days we got meat instead of the ordered vegan dishes. The staff of course apologized in every way, but we still had to point out that the wrong dishes had to be taken off the order. The staff is very nice and works hard. The food was very tasty

Last week we had our afternoon lunch here with the motorcycle club. Besides the nice location, we had very good service and the food was finger licking good. I always try to go to other locations and not the same thing every time, but I would definitely like to make an extra stop here.

I recently had dinner at Vlint 21 and it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant has a modern and cozy atmosphere, which made the evening pleasant. We started with the carpaccio as a starter. It was well prepared and provided with a delicious dressing. For the main course we chose the grilled diamond fillet. It was tender and came with a tasty sauce, which made it a nice choice. To finish, we chose the New York cheesecake. It was creamy and full of flavor, which made for a nice ending. The service was friendly and attentive, which is always a plus. All in all, Vlint 21 was a nice place for dinner, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Also if you want to dine vegetarian or vegan.

Prijskwaliteit verhouding niet goed. Verder vroeg ik om witbrood voor mijn clubsandwich en kreeg bruin. Toen ik een tafeltje wilde verschuiven ivm regen mocht dit niet. Clubsandwich leek op veredelde tosti waar de kip schijnbaar overheen is gevlogen. Verder wel vriendelijk personeel.

The restaurant has some strong points, but there are also clear improvements needed. First of all, the decoration of the restaurant was positively noticed. The interior is attractive and exudes care, which contributes to a pleasant ambiance. Unfortunately, this experience was partly overshadowed by some shortcomings. The glasses in which the drinks were served clearly needed replacing. They looked old and gave a less fresh impression. As for the food: the onion soup was disappointing. This was bland and lacked depth of flavor. The 12 hour meal was generous, perhaps even too much for an average eater. A smaller, more balanced portion might be a better fit. In addition, the wait time for the food was very long, which seems to indicate that there are staffing problems. This can really impact the guest experience, especially if the expectation is that everything will run smoothly. Overall a mixed experience. With more attention to the kitchen, faster service and some updates to the tableware, this restaurant can certainly utilize more potential.

Very cozy and atmospheric restaurant with soft, calm background music. Had a delicious meal here for the 4th time this year. Also many vegan options. We liked both the vegan and non-vegan choices. Only point: a little less yeast extract/flavor enhancer would make it perfect for us.

Yesterday we had dinner at Vlint 21. Very nice and friendly staff. The food was very good and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great. Plenty of space between the tables. The advantage is that you are also welcome here with your dog and they will immediately pay attention to it with a bowl of water and a treat. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

We went to eat here. My husband had an angus burger and I had a fish burger with salmon and cod. Our son spare ribs. Both burgers were very salty and the buns were very hard. The salmon was hard to find in the fish burger! We indicated this and did not eat further. Our son's spare ribs were okay. We also ordered fries, which were also on the salty side, and were not completely eaten. When paying I was very curious, but we got the fries on the house, but the burgers had to be paid for at 20 euros each!! We paid a total of 64 euros for food that was not tasty and not eaten. We didn't want to make a fuss and paid, but I don't think this is service!! Finally went to the AH to buy some food. We are here on holiday, but we will never go to this restaurant again.
