Very delicious Asian - Japanese food we enjoyed with a great Sake served.

It was an amazing experience! Great food and kids love to play and draw.

Just a great place for some Asian food. The service is great, the food is served quickly perfect for when you went shopping or going to the theatre later. Take some dishes to share they are great and a main dish to fill you up.

The gentleman who greeted and seated us was amazing. Great attitude, wonderful smile. There server though very busy was quick to get our orders. The appetizer was nothing like I remember, really blah. The ramen... was flavorless, very watery, the noodles were nice, toppings were ok but the broth was a real disappointment. I don't we'll ever return.

I had a reservation and still had to wait fifteen minutes for a table. The reservation was for 6:30 PM, but my table wasn't until 6:45 PM. The restaurant was packed, so service wasn't particularly fast. The food tasted good, though.

There were two of us. One main course arrived fairly quickly, the other after at least 20 minutes. The food tasted okay. We also never received our drinks, despite asking several times. Definitely not something we'll be back.

Cozy restaurant with a wide selection. Super friendly staff. Great prices, but the drinks are quite expensive.

we had to send out starter back it was cold and served so fast it must have been sitting on the side for a while :/ we had to ask for our drinks 3 times which was frustrating. furthermore, it was quite off putting to watch the starter we sent back then get eaten by a staff member on the restaurant floor. love wagamama but this experience has ruined it for me.

Bad service; they forgot to serve my food, and coincidentally, they forgot another customer sitting next to us as well. When we mentioned it, they just shrugged their shoulders. "Normally you don't do this, but I couldn't."

I ordered Tantanmen chicken ramen. This is normally my favorite, but it tasted like nothing. The noodles were overcooked and super sticky and mushy. The soup was also very mild and not spicy at all. The egg was still very raw. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away after a few bites.

We had a reservation and still had to wait; people without reservations were allowed in first. Fortunately, our waitress was very nice, but the food was mediocre.

The food was very tasty, the service outstanding and the atmosphere busy but very pleasant. We have been to other locations of this restaurant and were always happy with the food, but this location is more special, because of the service. It was very busy and a bit hectic when we arrived so we were not surprised when they forgot one of the dishes we order, what was surprising was the way the staff handled it. The staff was very apologetic and chose to give us a 50% discount on that course (without us asking!) it was a real pleasure to end the meal with such a lovely little gesture.

Really bad service. The dude had a headphone in his ear, littlest almost threw the cutlery in my face. Grabbed the menus in front of us ? Food as well!!! Do not recommend! Deplorable! Really disappointed!

I ordered dinner from Wagamama at 5 p.m. Three hours later, it still hadn't arrived, and no one answered the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Wagamama Utrecht is our go-to place, and we absolutely love it here. The food is always great the hot Vegatsu, coconut kare butternut squash, kokopanko Aubergine, and every cocktail we’ve tried are all amazing. Today I want to give a special shout-out to one to Roiza. She was so cute, cheerful, and full of energy. Always stay the way you are, Roiza your vibe really adds to the experience. Wagamama always gets a big thumbs up from me. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience at Wagamama Utrecht! The place has a beautiful atmosphere, modern, cozy, and very inviting. The service was excellent: no waiting time to be seated, and my order was taken quickly and with a smile. I tried the Tantanmen ramen, and it was absolutely delicious and rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I also appreciated that they have halal options

I ordered a Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp from Wagamama Utrecht through Thuisbezorgd. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical, as it was only €10. Anyway, I figured I'd give it a try. Upon arrival, my order was already neatly prepared, complete with a napkin and chopsticks. When I opened it, I was instantly met with a smile. A steaming bowl overflowing with chicken, shrimp, and super-fresh vegetables. Not a pitiful pile of noodles, but a truly satisfying plate. And what a taste! Everything perfectly balanced, fresh, hot, and filling. You can just taste the care and attention they put into it. And the portion? It was generous enough to leave me feeling full and satisfied. For ten euros, I really didn't expect this. In short: I started off skeptical, but ended up thinking, "Why don't I order this more often?"

Always delicious vegetarian dishes

The food was delicious! It tasted great, the dishes had a nice bite. The (house) wine was excellent. So, 5*. On holiday in Wales, we were introduced to the Wagamama formula a few years ago. We now know that we apparently became quite spoiled there... September 15, 2025, we had a delicious meal in Utrecht, but with a few caveats: we got that "holiday feeling" (holiday in our own country) because we couldn't get by with Dutch here. Only English-speaking staff. Are there really no Dutch-speaking people left who want to work in the hospitality industry? Initially, I ordered via QR code (not very personal...), but it didn't go through. I ordered again. Drinks arrived quickly, as did my partner's main course. When she was almost finished, I got my udon. That seemed pretty normal. If she hadn't asked the staff, I probably would have had to get fries from the neighbors. The staff looked, saw a half-full table, but took no action towards the kitchen. Almost every table was allowed to stay a little longer and enjoy the surroundings, as the dishes weren't served to everyone at the same time. It was clear that the staff has little to no affinity for the hospitality industry. The menu was limited, unlike our experiences in Wales and Amsterdam. We had coffee and macha for dessert. We were allowed to take our own drinks from the tray, giving us control over whether or not the coffee was served. Furthermore, the atmosphere was rather dull and noisy. A golden formula, excellent food, a prime location. The idea, intention, and concept were good, but the execution could definitely be much better!

A crappy ramen noodle dump. It's been years since I've been to a Wagamama "restaurant." The ramen beef was a lukewarm puddle. The beef in it reminded me of grandma's beef stew. The enthusiasm and hospitality of the dining manager were admirable. I hope he finds a job elsewhere in the hospitality industry soon, where he can be much better suited.

Our experience at Wagamama Utrecht, unfortunately, we didn't eat there. We did make a reservation, though. My daughter has a special diet, in addition to her allergies. Our order was canceled because they were too busy. The pad Thai couldn't be customized for my daughter (no sesame seeds or chili flakes). We were very disappointed. Besides the fact that my daughter has a hard time eating out, this was a huge disappointment for her. I would not recommend this restaurant for people with dietary restrictions, allergies, or young children.

I'm thrilled to be able to eat safely and deliciously at this restaurant. I'll definitely be back! Upon arrival, I was immediately asked about any allergies. When I indicated I was allergic to fish and shellfish, a special sticker was placed at the table and I received a booklet clearly listing all the allergens for each dish. In that case, you order through the staff instead of using a QR code. We received very friendly and prompt service. The food was fantastic and truly delicious!

The food was sour, the meat was tough, and the portions were tiny! One person got their food much sooner than the other, and besides, you're sitting on low, hard stools eating... not very pleasant at all.

After a long time, I went to Wagamama for dinner. It's not like the first time I ate at Westfield Mail in Leidschendam. It was delicious then, the yakitori wasn't good, the rice wasn't good, and the sake wasn't in the pourer with the cup. The server dropped half of it. I ordered water and had to point out that the glass was broken because the server slammed it down without realizing it. The only thing was the gyoza.

A nice restaurant at Utrecht station. The food is good. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't speak Dutch, but they are very friendly.

This place is a one stop for all your cravings. Their food is delicious. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. This place is a super happy vibe to make your day more bright.

The food was delicious. Risa's service was very friendly. The food was ready quickly and tasted excellent. I do find it odd that you have to buy a "large" 330ml Coca-Cola for €5.95, even though the menu says they also have a "small." That's a truly unusual business model.

More than 15 years ago, I was addicted to Yasai Itami, vegetarian ramen from Wagamama and few other dishes they had. Yasai was deleted from their menu for years since then. The last few visits to Wagamama made me reminded why I said to myself this will be my last visit. I ordered last night Tantanmen and the taste is far from Tantanmen I have eaten elsewhere. This one is so watery, not hot (temperature wise and taste wise), poor ingredients and they put coriander in it. You may like Wagamama if you have never been to other Ramen restaurants. The price is bit higher especially they have many extra for adding some "extra" while usually is standard.

Came for a beer while exploring Utrecht. My bag was dirty from earlier that day, some chili sauce. Both employees from kitchen and bar were helpful and even managed to get the stain out of the bag. I will definitely visit again! Ps. Really enjoyed their Japanese beer from the tap.

Great place! I actually only came to cool down during the heat after a train delay. But I got a nice spot with a connection for my laptop to be able to work quietly. I did that and in the meantime ate delicious things! Starter, main course and dessert, everything was delicious and very nice service.

A real Japanese atmosphere in this restaurant. Choice is sufficient variation on the menu, with Japanese dishes and curries. The choice for spicy food is present. Service is fast and friendly.

Great food as always, we went for a work celebration and sat outside, we used the QR code to order and that was really easy. My drink was the only one that did not come out and has to ask 2 times about it until I was finally asked again what one I had ordered. But the food was good, it all come out at around the same time. Always a great place to eat with a good price!

Costs 3 times more than the other chinese food restaurant next of it. The place is noisy dirty, they don't give you a napkin, the rice was hard and the portion small. The food tasted mid. And they bother you during your time eating there with small pointless things. I only went there because the others were closed.

If you want, you can order via QR code. The food is ready quickly and brought to your table promptly. The house lemonade comes highly recommended; it was really delicious. The price-performance ratio is also perfectly acceptable. Everything seemed fresh, and you left feeling full.

Very friendly staff. That's great. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Price/taste ratio of the 'Ramen' and teriyaki are quite flat. In the Ramen mostly noodles and a little bit of vegetables and dry chicken and a lot of broth.
