Tasty beers, unfortunately Amsterdam prices and that for North, good bartender, simple bar layout but certainly not unpleasant

New location, but still great biers!!!!

Many beers on tap at Walhalla. Snack menu is a bit on the small side. Beers tasted were fine. Missed an outside terrace but that is being worked on.

Golden tent. Nice staff. Nice beer. No fuss. Ideal. Cheese board with a real cheese board, sometimes refreshing. Nice for locals and tourists. Nice mix of people. An asset to the neighborhood.

Visited the new tap room yesterday and had a great afternoon. Oscar was very welcoming and we had some great beer and fun. Looking forward seeing the terrace when it’s ready 😎

An incredible brewery with a tap bar included with incredible craft beers and incredible service! To the north side of central Amsterdam it’s a must go for beer lovers! A huge and tasty (tasted 6) menu of craft beers all made by the brewery! Also a good view of the production line! They are moving to a new place from the 7th of December but from what o was told the new place will be near! A must go!!!

Nice tasting room with a friendly atmosphere

Been there before and it was really nice. Now very quiet on Saturday. Service was more interested in telephone than in customers. It also really smelled like 100 pairs of old shoes. This time it was really disappointing.

I’ve always wanted to go here and I’m very happy I went. This craft beer bar has at least 15 beers on the tap and the man who’s there was nice and friendly. They have a flight so you can try several beers at a time. I didn’t try any food.

Nice beers and cute vibe. Strange ratio of women’s to men’s bathrooms though, feels a bit sexist.

Fantastic beers - imo the best of all Amsterdam breweries. It’s not the most vibe-y place (but that’s also part of the charm). Like hanging out in a friend’s garage, drinking beer, listening to live jazz on a Sunday while playing card games.

My wife and I have been to about 200 breweries (mostly in America) and this is probably a top 10… they nailed American style hazy IPAS, the Baltic potter “Baubas” was probably the best potter I’ve ever had, and their sours were great. They have it all, excellent beer, a simple theme that they lean into, good, live music, outdoor seating, an impressive selection of beers, a great location. 9.5/10, amazing

Had a wonderful afternoon! Fantastic beers, nice music, tasty snacks and bartender Pieter was very friendly. Only thing missing was a newspaper in the tasting room, always nice to have something to read if you have to wait fifteen minutes, for example. Come back soon!

Super nice atmosphere! Meghan and Pieter are truly a golden team. Very knowledgeable about beer and were able to answer all my beer questions. Outside of the crowds, they took the time to let me taste beer. After talking to the brewer sitting at the bar, I even got a private tour. Definitely recommended if you want to enjoy an afternoon! Always an enjoyable experience coming here. Great beers and friendly service. They brew their own beers onsite and I particularly like their NEIPA's. They have plenty of cans in the fridge to take away after you've tasted a few beers on tap. They have snack food to go with the beers, such as nuts, cheese, sausages etc. On a Sunday they often have live music and is a great place to come and chill.

Megan was an absolutely wonderful addition to our experience. My group came because of the great recs online but she provided us with extra info about Amsterdam and recommendations about where to go and took the time to explain everything to us - beers, recommendations, everything. Highly recommend! Beers are great as well.

Very nice and relaxing. Me and my friend came here and were pleasantly surprised!! The staff (Meghan) was amazing and took her time to write recommendations for us to visit on our trip here. She spent the time giving us descriptions about different places and really enjoyed being with the customers.

A small but very cool brewery with more than reasonable prices considering the quality of the beer and the location. It has board games. There is food but not very filling.

Beer was delicious, the staff nice and had great knowledge about beer and brewing. We were there fairly early so there was plenty of free tablets.

We are from Canada where the brewery culture is massive. I am also a Canadian brewer, one thing we love to do while travel is seek out other breweries to try. Just a nice 25-30 min walk across the canal from central station. The people here are inviting and interesting. Very much as we wanted since it was our first brewery in Europe, will remain our favourite and we will be back.

Awesome beer and staff. They have various homebrew beers named after mythological creatures (not only Scandinavian) The bartender was really friendly and let me taste, then talk about the beers. There was chess and some boardgames as well. What else would you want from a bar? I had a really good time until my flight, back to Dublin.

Entspannte Craft Bier Brauerei mit Ausschank. Biere super, Preis ,typisch Craft Bier. Gerne wieder. Habe mir verschiedenste Biere in Büchsen mitgenommen, darum ist es nicht relevant, wieviel ich pro Person gezahlt habe.

Brauerei mit Taproom und guter Craftbeerauswahl. Auf jeden Fall für Bierliebhaber zu empfehlen!!

Lloc ideal per anar a prendre una bona birra ( o vàries) cerveseria artesana amb Taproom al costat, possibilitat de disfrutat provant algunes de les seves birres ( la West coast IPA está increíble). També te la opció de comprar llaunes, guardades com toca a nevera, a preuolt raonables. Lloc ideal per fer una birra per la tarda, se'ns dubte tornarem si passem per Amsterdam!!

Het viking thema is leuk en de atmosfeer is aangenaam voor een micro brouwerij. Hun bier is kennelijk populair, want toen ik de Double Elixir en de Raspberry Sour wilde bestellen hadden ze die niet meer. Van wat ik heb kunnen proeven heeft deze brouwerij veel potentie.

I have to say the Red IPA of this brewery is on another level. I would love to meet the brewer of this masterwork!

One of the best beer experiences you can have in Netherlands. We’re on a motorhome tour of this lovely country and although it’s not all about beer, it does seem to involve lots of beer. This was about our 12th beery diversion on our trip and the highlight so far. The beers are superb, the young lady that was seemingly running the place single handed was amazing as were the lovely customers there too. It’s just a regular industrial unit in the middle of nothing much at all but has a real vibe and good vibe to it. Bought a load of cans to share with friends at home if they make it that far. Shame they don’t export to uk!

Great casual local brewery! Delicious beers and good staff. Lots of locals here who are friendly and welcoming. Dogs are allowed on the patio too! A bit off the beaten path, but we’ll worth going! Don’t forget the Tshirt to take home 😉

Dit blijft een hele leuke plek. Niet mooi in uitstraling persé, maar leuke evenementen en goed bier. No nonsense, en ik pak er graag de pont voor.
