I think Dunya is one of the better sandwich shops in Den Helder, and it's always fresh.

How can anyone be so deceived? I only got fries and a salad for takeout. I only found three pieces of meat in the entire Kapsalon. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this place to anyone. I regret ever visiting this place. I ordered the largest one for 14 euros.

5 stars, without a doubt. Bakery Dunya is truly one of the best businesses in Den Helder in my opinion. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and flexible when it comes to choosing bread or giving advice on what tastes good. You can just tell that they pay attention to customers rather than just trying to sell quickly. I had to travel a long way back recently, and they even charged my phone for me, which I thought was really thoughtful. It might be a small gesture, but it says a lot about how they treat people. Additionally, the food is simply top quality. Everything tastes fresh, is well-seasoned, and is made with care. So, definitely worth checking out.

Yesterday I ordered a Turkish pizza with meat. An hour later than what they had said it would be delivered. Eventually, I took a bite out of the pizza; the meat was a bit red, looked raw, I thought, uhm, maybe just this piece of meat happened to be undercooked, okay. On the second bite, I had hair in my mouth. Sorry, but that really went too far for me. I gave the pizza to my dog; he sniffed at it but didn't take a bite. Strange, though, as my dog ​​eats almost everything. So I don't know what it is with the meat or anything. I myself spent the whole evening on the toilet later because of that one bite. I hesitated whether I wanted to post this. But in the end, I'm doing it anyway because this little bakery smells a bit strangely like something is wrong.

Ordered at 1:30 PM, and food arrived at 6:30 PM. I think I called more than 10 times to see where it was. They were constantly on the road. It wasn't busy at all! Because it was a quiet day, they were at our door within half an hour with cold meat and soft fries and bread that were falling apart. The delivery driver drove past our address to the furthest location, even though we were the first on the menu. They had to have it back, and they didn't bring new ones until 6:30 PM. Disgraceful! We liked the meat, but not if it had to take so long. No compensation, even after the owner's response. Money down the drain. First and last time with this service. Never again. We won't order from this place and won't recommend it to anyone.

Crazy delicious! Had a kapsalon, a chicken doner sandwich, and a Turkish pizza. Amazing. Deliciously seasoned, and the sandwich still had a lot of meat on the side! Delicious. Ready quickly, I could pick it up right away. Friendly atmosphere and staff. This is the place to be!

If the music were a bit quieter, the staff would be able to concentrate better and get their work done faster. They were busy doing all sorts of things but were actually doing nothing. It could all be better.

Great place, with delicious food. We love the slices, the patties and Turkish pizza. Everything is equally tasty. Then why 4 stars.... We don't think the customer friendliness is really great. We were once in the store and the owner helped us with bread. When the call came, he answered and took the order. Then we wanted our favorite points, but unfortunately, these had all been bought by the caller. We find it strange that a customer who takes the trouble to come to your business ends up standing in line behind a calling customer. Furthermore, it is how everyone's hat looks. Sometimes you are helped very kindly, but sometimes it is all very curt. We do not experience it as service with a smile. Do not see this as a comment, but as a point of attention. You have a great business that we like to visit.

Hope you read this before you go there. This Turkish bakery does not have sucuk and frikandel rolls. Turkish bread just moldy. And the pasty chicken was there for at least a week. My buddy and I were already in the starting blocks to run away, no matter how that man asks if we have cash because they don't have a PIN machine 😂👎🏾

Wij halen in de middag altijd broodjes shoarma voor het avond eten maar de porties worden als maar kleiner en de prijs blijft t zelfde. Erg zonde! Nu maar elke vrijdag ergens anders halen.

Met het meeste wel wel goed. Als je hier eet, raad ik het broodje döner aan. Deze is met een broodje uit de eigen bakkerij en dit doet het heel erg ten goede. Hun bakkersafdeling is namelijk erg goed. Ik raad hun turkse pizza echter wel af. Paar keer gehaald en smaakt altijd raar. Koop overigens alsjeblieft ook niet aan het begin van de middag al iets met döner. Heb ik gedaan en toen was de vleesrol nog niet eens aan het opwarmen en pakten ze vlees uit een bak ernaast. Dit was overduidelijk vlees van de vorige dag, proefde ook absoluut niet vers! Kijk uit dus! Ook zie ik ze vaak zonder mondkapjes werken en spreken ze hun klanten er niet op aan als ze die niet dragen. Betreed en eet dus op eigen risico!

Mijn favoriete bakkerij in Den Helder! Heerlijk brood & een erg vriendelijke eigenaar! Zeker een aanrader!

Warme Bakkerij Dunya is gewoon goed ! De kapsalon is van ongekend hoge kwaliteit, ook de dingen uit de bakkerij zijn best. Aardige gasten ook.

Goed eten heel gastvrij en ik beveel de minipizza voor €2 aan ik haal ze elke week
