Food was ok but some meats were not prepared properly (too raw). Little atmosphere, interior is outdated. Nothing had been tidied up behind the buffet. Ate via social deal for € 29.95 for 3 hours, so that was the price that was worth it.

We had a delicious meal here (with friends) tonight, the noodles were lukewarm and after we reported it, it was fine. Friendly staff, they also regularly cleared the table. A big compliment to you, only positive and we will definitely come back. And… Joey Ottenhoff, we are not related or anything, we enjoyed it👌🏼

Kom hier nooit meer, dit was verschrikkelijk ik heb nog nooit zo vies gegeten. Er zat geen smaak aan het eten. De eigenaar van het restaurant vecht met het eten, geen respect heeft het personeel. Slechtste restaurant van Groningen, de sushi was zo vies kreeg het niet door me keel. Het vis en vlees zag er vies uit en rook super smerig. Ik wou een pannenkoek, maar ze kreeg hem niet omgedraaid ze pakte letterlijk de spatel van het vlees en flipte m’n pannenkoek IEUWWW!! Kom hier niet het is je geld niet waard. Ze konden beter geen restaurant openen, hoop dat ze failliet gaan 💀

Ate here via Social Deal. Unfortunately, just like before, no atmosphere at all. Few staff and the food was of poor quality. Sushi limp and soggy. All fried dishes were limp. Lots of chicken dishes, but no babi pangang for example Sauces dirty. The only thing that is fine to do is fresh wok and grill. Never again for the rest.

Food (wok and grill) was reasonable. However, nothing is given to all other food to indicate what the allergens are. Not very useful for someone with lactose intolerance. They clearly indicate this at other all you can eats. So unfortunately I had little choice to eat. I advise the owner to discuss allergens and give the staff a tap training course. 3/4th in the glass was foam. Whoever tapped it. Each and every one of them couldn't do it. The interior is really terrible. (Exterior too, by the way) No atmosphere and a lot of different elements that don't fit together at all crammed into one room. One light is bright white, the one next to it is warm white. It's all really strange. Unfortunately for us this was a one-time visit.

I'm very sorry. I thought a new entrepreneur. But I find it very messy. At the sushi section where it is prepared. Cutting boards that are there on which something has been made. Sate that is dried out in the container of peanut sauce, with a membrane over it. There is stock packaging everywhere. The chef who doesn't look happy but spends more time on his phone. And for a Thursday there were very few people. Pity.

The ice cream scoop lay in a slimy pool of water. Scoops of ice cream lay loose in the ice cream bins with traces of ice cream flavors mixed together. The steaks etc etc had to be asked to be replenished. The entire restaurant was out of pepper. The appearance was more like a food shed. No salt or pepper shaker on the table, no garlic butter.. service was super nice.. far too few staff.. everything is very outdated and the interior seems to be thrown together.. not my taste for going out..

Read the reviews and didn't want to go here at first. Finally went. We 6 people ate well, containers were well filled and there was enough and everything was replenished. Friendly staff and it was quite busy. I really don't understand the bad reviews, which is a shame.

Het eten was smakeloos en smerig! Gerechten die al heel oud waren en heel waterig. Hebben het restaurant kort daarna verlaten. Onderweg naar huis begon ik misselijk te worden, en was net op tijd thuis, om hetgeen wat ik geproeft heb uit te kotsen! Pas heel goed op, je kunt daar wel voedselvergiftiging oplopen! Ga geregeld uit eten, maar heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt! Er zijn 2 plus puntjes, het personeel was vriendelijk en de toiletten schoon.

We are positively surprised. Kindly received upon arrival, payment by card was possible. In terms of food, I can only conclude that there is more than enough choice and taste. Empty plates were collected regularly. The containers were well stocked and the food was also hot. I think the new owners have worked on the negative reviews. Had dinner there last week after good reports from an acquaintance. We were definitely in the wrong restaurant. Sushi was fine at first, but after half an hour it was all gone and no replenishment. In the containers where e.g. the satay and the other dishes that are kept warm had crusts in them and a kind of skin covering them. Bah looked very dirty. It was only 6 p.m. then. Asked three times for baguette with the herb butter. The dessert buffet is so high that I could barely reach it. Definitely not recommended, we certainly won't come again.

Little choice, lukewarm food, or it was gone. Couldn't pin. Atmospheric, moving boxes were visible in a corner. Not recommended. There are dozens of other all-you-can-eat restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal

When you entered the hall you could already see that it was not finished yet. Spider webs in the water fountain that had no water in it. ATM machine not working. Furthermore, very messy in the kitchens, next to the sushi there is a hall with tables, boxes, coats and the stock. Not neat in any case. Food is lukewarm. Not much choice either. It's all just not right. Wok tastes like burnt food. You wouldn't expect staff working behind the kitchens in a kitchen. Not chef-worthy in any case. Things were not good with the previous owner. But it really hasn't gotten any better. This is very unfortunate. We did expect this. All the old interior was still there. If you want to improve something like that. Shall I start with a new name, (This name has bad reviews) decent chefs. And a new interior. And for a Sunday there were maybe 70 people if not less. I would rather pay 10 euros more for good quality food than go here again.

Not recommended. It is a cheap all you can eat and that is reflected in the presentation of the food. It is stored in containers heated by simple heat lamps and is lukewarm. The staff came to collect the used plates fairly quickly, but the clean plates sometimes still had food residue on them. The interior is fine but broken things are not a priority for replacement/repair. The tables are somewhat cramped. Overall I don't recommend you eat here. It's better to spend €10 per person at other all you can eat restaurants in Groningen.

My review was written purely out of honesty because it was really bad that evening! This is honestly the most dramatic place I've ever been. Upon arrival, the food containers were still empty, there was no sushi, no noodles/nasi, etc., and there was no soup. Even the wok cook was missing. After about half an hour we started to get tired of it because nothing had changed yet. When tomato soup finally arrived, I ate it. Stopped after 2 bites, it was really unedible. Switched to spring rolls etc and even this was really not tasty. Still waiting for containers to be filled with food such as foe yong hai etc because this had still not happened. We were already half an hour further!!! I went to the staff and what happened next was absolutely shocking. The staff had a big mouth and was very rude. Were told that they had only been open for 2 weeks and were short of staff. The rudeness continued and we decided to leave this shop and never come back! Scandalous!!!

Gister heerlijk gegeten bij Wereldgeluk Groningen. Verse sushi(ruim aanbod) . Zeer gevarieerd aanbod vers eten. Wordt klaargemaakt waar je bij staat. Sfeer prima en vriendelijk personeel. Absoluut een aanrader.

Before a new owner came in, we thought the food here was terrible, with bones in the food that you had to fish out, and frying boneless fish on the plate, which was full of bones. Tasteless food and the food just wasn't hot. Now it's open again and we were curious about the experience. I saw a message on Facebook, to which I responded, but apparently the owner did not like this and a block was immediately thrown on it. I don't think this really comes across as professional, if you don't like something you immediately start complaining. If you have a restaurant and you can't handle criticism because not everyone thinks the same, then it doesn't look very professional if you start banning people from social media.

Had a nice staff outing! Delicious meat from the grill and wok. The dishes from the containers were also delicious! To end the evening, of course, delicious frikandels under the chocolate fountain 😋.

I regularly eat at Wereld Geluk, the food is very varied, tasty and fresh. I like the raw fish on offer. Delicious and always very fresh. The desserts are delicious and extensive with homemade creme bullet. Tasty

Delicious food for a cheap price! Definitely recommended if you want a fun evening with family or friends. By the way, the tent has also received a makeover and has improved much better compared to the previous owners! Highly recommended.

Husband and I saw that the world of happiness was open again. And we went there to eat. Well, we knew. Containers were 3/4 empty. Food was cold. No pizza. Soup was inedible.. Chocolate fountain was not on. We wanted to leave for 30 minutes. My husband and I will never come again. The woman behind the wok had a grumpy porem. When you open again and such a restaurant. No, they won't make it. And the positive reviews are friends of the Owner

We have never eaten so bad. Tomato soup had no taste and was as thin as water. It was more soup from a package. Also only 1 type of soup. Then the fries were Mac Donald fries, thin fries. No peanut sauce. Yes, you had to remove the satay sticks, the sauce was so lumpy. No pizza, no chocolate fountains, it was defective, yes I would say too. No cheese soufflé, it was gone for the weekend, so you can buy new ones. No prawn crackers, frikandels were just tough, probably reheated. No, if you want to run a restaurant like that, you have to close the doors immediately. Do we have to pay the price because the weekend is used up? You want value for your money. Very nice renovated restaurant, delicious food

My husband and I had dinner there tonight, well that was once and never again. Lots of empty containers, food that looked dried out or was fried too hard. We found the food very poor. We had booked for 2 hours but went home very disappointed after 45 minutes. This really wasn't worth our money. And we've heard several people complain.

Not recommended. Have ordered from the grill 4 times and raw meat 4 times. The bins were all empty and not being refilled. The sushi was also inedible and the tomato soup was very watery. The desserts shared were very sparse (chocolate fountain did not work) and there was also a new whipped cream machine that was not connected. I won't come here again. Looking at the reviews from some time ago, this restaurant cannot match that today. Table was dark, no background music. Food was meager. Sushi was cut unevenly and falling apart. No pizza as advertised (son was disappointed). The hot buffet was somewhat 'warm' but was not replenished or refreshed often. Wok was good to eat, but unfortunately I got the wrong sauce. Chocolate fountain did not work, dessert buffet was half empty. And the dessert section was very high anyway... kids couldn't see the ice cream. Pancake batter was ready, but unmanned. All in all...not a great experience for the money you pay. Too bad, because it could have been so much better.

The food was much less impressive than a lot of other restaurants like this but the price was as high as them. Not much diversity. No toilet paper upstairs near the kids Playroom. The crepe station was unmanned. I stood for 10mins and Noone came to serve. Staff said it was because they were busy but to be honest 50% of the tables were empty. A lot of features broken and not being repaired and too top it all off the washed tea towels were hanging in the coat rack area which smelled amazing! Will not be returning or recommending.

Bought vouchers from social deal in October. After they had paid, it was stated that the restaurant was temporarily closed due to renovations. It's a pity that this is not reported in advance. Each time the reopening date was moved, so I still haven't been able to hand in the vouchers in February!

very good price - quality ratio. in 2 hours you can eat a lot and very tasty. since the moment they open, they have already plenty of meals to offer and they have an special part included in the price where you can pick different kind of meats and ask the chef to cook it for you right away. Waitresses are extremely kind and always looking to help. A very nice experience.

Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Er is voldoende keuze en ditmaal was het daadwerkelijk lekker. (iets wat ik in het beginjaren van deze restaurant smerig tegen vond vallen).. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer bekwaam. Een dikke duim omhoog.

Lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen er zeker vaker terug !

Heerlijk gegeten, het was niet druk, bakken werden steeds vernieuwd met vers eten. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Mooie speelzolder voor de kinderen. Met groot beeldscherm in het restaurant waar de kinderen boven live kunt volgen
