They said we could take advantage of the social deal. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the three hours we were supposed to, and after two hours and fifteen minutes, we couldn't order anything. Many dishes weren't served, and some were very salty. I had a bad stomach ache that evening.

A kind of Asian tapas restaurant. Through an app (which often needs to be restarted), each customer orders a maximum of three dishes at a time. Unfortunately, the delivery time varies considerably, meaning one guest at the same table might have finished everything while another still needs to finish it, even though the restaurant wasn't completely full, approximately 70%. Drinks must be obtained from the bar, as do the salad buffet and dessert. Most dishes taste good, but the concept is a bit impersonal.

Bad experience with a social deal box sushi order (58 pieces). When I went to pick it up, it looked like there were two bags of fries in the plastic bag. When I opened the bag, I saw 8 mini ini sushi with seaweed the diameter of my little finger, 2 small shrimp sushi instead of 8, and all the same small sushi rice rolls in different colors, with 3 small bags of wasabi! I feel ripped off for this tasteless sushi meal!!! I will never come here again.

It took a minute for us to be told we could have another drink, and then we were told to leave and wouldn't be getting another drink. Very dissatisfied!!

The food wasn't fresh at all. The sushi was old, the lamb wasn't real lamb at all, there was no fish or salmon, and the food smelled awful. We ordered several dishes, but they took a very long time to arrive. In the end, we only had the salad, which, moreover, was only one type. To make matters worse, several of our orders weren't delivered at all. We finally went home, tired and disappointed.

Woensel Wereldkeuken recently transformed from a buffet to an all-you-can-eat tapas restaurant with a wide selection on the menu. A variety of appetizers, soups, Asian dishes, meat, and vegetarian options are available. Ordering is done in rounds of three dishes per person. Service is fast and friendly. Dessert is a buffet with ice cream and other desserts. Another nice bonus: drinks are included. Woensel Wereldkeuken is a bit more expensive than other tapas restaurants, but it definitely makes for a successful evening out!

We've never gone home so disappointed after dining out. The staff was just friendly. "World cuisine," but there was little variety. The food was "okay." There's no music, the atmosphere is absolutely zero, and it just has a food-shed vibe, despite their new concept of ordering at the table using a QR code. On our third order (!), after waiting half an hour for our food, the ordering app said the order could only be partially processed and we had to reorder. Also, my sashimi had a bone in it twice. At one point, there were no glasses left with the drinks—which you have to get yourself. So we left. We definitely won't be coming back. What a mess. This isn't worth your money.

The infamous deposit surcharge is still a money-making scheme here. 75 cents per takeaway meal. This is despite the fact that it's no longer enforced and you get absolutely no extra service, quality, or food in return. If you want an extra bag due to the meager amount of wasabi (1 bag, see photo), you can pay an additional 50 cents per tiny bag. The surcharge will be abolished as of January 1, 2026. I wonder if they'll still be raking it in then. The food is excellent, by the way.

I ate here the day before yesterday. Everything tasted fine, but since my visit, I've been feeling really sick. I've never had such a bad stomach ache as after this meal. I've spoken to four friends, three of whom also had this problem... I wouldn't recommend it. The food server was very friendly, but the atmosphere is a bit cafeteria-like—no music, nothing. There were boxes on the light shelves, and a friend who was there said he saw a mouse/rat running near the elevator. In short, I'm never coming back. Damn it.

Woensel Wereldkeukens Had a wonderful dinner here with friends! We actually arrived a bit late, but that didn't detract from the atmosphere or service at all. The staff (literally) ran around for us, helping us order and giving us suggestions from the menu – so sweet and so funny too!😇😂 The food was truly amazing, super delicious, and there was a wide selection. Even the sushi really surprised me – normally not my thing, but I took a bite on recommendation… and to my surprise, I loved it! My friends couldn't believe their eyes. 🤨 "Do you eat sushi?"😱 The drinks, with draft beer🍻 and good wine,🍷, also made it complete. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves immensely. What an evening full of fun, service, and atmosphere. Thank you so much for this fantastic night out!👌🏻🥳

Disappointing. Didn't eat anything and left again. Had a dinner voucher and there was a birthday boy who indicated this when making the reservation. Their action is that the birthday boy gets a voucher for a next visit. The voucher was not accepted, no balance or something else unclear. According to the man at the reception, another voucher also showed no credit. Checked at home and the balances on both cards were €50. The man was hard to understand, spoke quickly and softly, didn't look at us either, but was quick to tell us that we had to pay €94.00... Not a good feeling. It's a downer on your birthday to experience something like this. We turned around and had a nice meal elsewhere in the shopping center. The next day I called the customer service of the gift cards and there was nothing wrong with the cards. Probably didn't feel like accepting a card and then also having to give a voucher.

Wij zijn voor de high tea geweest en van yevoren aangegeven dat 1 persoon vegetaria h is. Er was hier helemaal geen rekening mee gehouden. De rest kreeg wraps met kip, wat tevens ook niet te pruimen was, en ik kreeg een stukje meloen. Toen we dit tegen een medewerker zeiden reageerde hij zo boos dat we niet eens meer iets durfden te vragen! Een ander medewerkster aan wie we vroegen of de na hoa vegetarisch was keek ons aan en tyote met translateprogramma op haar tel dat ze geen Nederlands spreekt...dus als je erheen gaat effe een cursusje Chinees vantevoren volgen!! We kregen kant en klare picollinni's als mini pizza voorgeschoteld waaronder allerlei restjes van vorige voedsel aan geplakt was...ovenplaat niet achoongemaakt?!?!? Tevens lag een superdroge chips op mexicaanse groentemix uit een pot op ons bord...geen kaas of iets gezien en dus ook niet kunnen eten! Al met al ik geef jullie niet eens een 1 als punt wat een vreselijke zaak!!!

It is no longer a buffet, you have to order all dishes via a QR code, you have to use your own phone for this. You do not get the dishes as they are listed: frog legs are served in sweet and sour sauce (not listed on the menu), If you think you are getting garlic oil you also get sweet and sour sauce. Salad bar is nothing special for just some raw vegetables and lettuce. Bread is baked very hard, you break your teeth with it. We will definitely not come back here!

What I experienced yesterday is really outrageous! A deal (sushi box) reserved via Tripper. Neatly reserved and paid. I arrive at the reserved time with my 6 year old children. And am spoken to so rudely by the owner, in the presence of other customers! The owner had received my reservation, it stated the time and date with my name and description 1 person, the owner very unfriendly indicated that he did not know what I had bought, and that he therefore could not give me anything. I should just come back another time when I had arranged it with Tripper? I had to contact Tripper myself, after I had spoken to customer service there, the Tripper employee wanted to explain to the owner what I had bought, and what the reservation was for. But there was no way he would let her say or explain/talk anything. Bizarre! I have never experienced this before, that I have been spoken to so unfriendly and associatively. I got my money back from Tripper, and went somewhere else to eat with the kids! I will never come back, so unfriendly and unprofessional how he treats customers!

We came in and there was no attention at all, very unfriendly staff at the counter. The service at the table was very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is cold, a very open space, a kind of canteen feeling. The food is served per round in which you can order a maximum of 3 dishes per 15 minutes. In the beginning it is mainly a matter of waiting for each other and it is virtually impossible to order with multiple telephones. After eating I felt less good, the food was very salty and I doubt whether it was all equally good. Definitely not worth repeating for us.

This is not the place to be for a tasty and enjoyable meal. At least not for a high tea and certainly not as a vegetarian. No effort to adjust the standard offering, just omitting the meat/fish does not mean 'taking dietary requirements and allergies into account'. The staff finds it difficult and shows this. Meanwhile, the sound of preparations in the kitchen echoes through the almost empty restaurant. In short: do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Tried this restaurant through social deal. The telephone had priority during reception. Once at our table we were given an explanation of the concept: order dishes via a QR code with your phone, get your own drinks at the bar, there is a 'salad bar' and dessert buffet. Waitresses were friendly and explained what they were bringing. It's quite dark inside so you can't see your food very well. I don't know if this is done consciously... the food is quite mediocre. As the name suggests, the dishes come from all over the world. For example, there was kangaroo on the menu, but you can tell that this is absolutely not kangaroo. The visit to this restaurant can be described in one word: disappointing. Absolutely not recommended, we will not return here.

Het was erg slecht het begond met de stoel de leuning hing los ik als ex klusman probeerden te reperen en dat ging niet goed de leuning viel los en de heel de stoel viel uit elkaar🤣 ik met de stoel naar de perseneel ja maneer komt nieuwe . Toen zij ik van pak wel de stoel langs mijn. Nou je raad nooit. Dat was de zelfde. Ik dacht nou lekker biertje voor de moeite, de bier was wel koud dus plus punt. Great sushi! We did the all you can eat option. All Drinks, dessert and ice cream are included. 50 euros per person now. It takes 15 minutes between each order. The order is by app and 3 dishes per person. I prefer it was shorter but it was ok. Staff are very kind. Very good restaurant overall!

Upon arrival there were staff members behind the counter, but we were completely ignored for more than 5 minutes, then a lady came to help us. Read: we greeted them, they looked but continued with their activities. It now costs more than €50 per person for 2 hours! Anyway, we paid and were seated at a table, the concept is that you now order from the menu and you get a few snacks per round. We are all big eaters so it seemed fine. Dishes were mediocre at best. After 3 laps we were all almost uncomfortably full. That's 9 small dishes. I can't imagine that this is normal for such small snacks. When I called to resolve this, I was rudely turned away with the message that I had received everything. No resolution, no excuses – just denial. This is unacceptable! After reading some reviews my expectations were adjusted. But I think a lot of people only write these when something has gone wrong. Now, I'm writing this because we had a delicious meal with 14 people. Staff were helpful and friendly, the restaurant was full, but I was not bothered by the crowds or noise. Just for 75; !!! Placed an order...what a travesty! Sushi was not fresh, fell apart like a dry cough, nothing crispy... The pokebol was not a pokebowl at all but some kind of salad with boiled egg. Then the shrimp🥺 And the mini spring rolls...very mini, no filling, just dough. It's really shameful and disappointing...just to cry!!

Ordered vegetarian noodles and tjaptjoy via home delivery. Unfortunately, the taste was quite disappointing. Maybe there was salt and pepper in it, but I didn't particularly notice that, but it really wasn't more seasoned than that. Fresh vegetables, yes, but without herbs it was not tasty even with soy sauce, sambal and home-made peanut sauce.

Voor 3 volwassenen en 1 kind van 5 jaar EUR 165 afgerekend. Heb nog nooit zo slecht gegeten voor zo veel geld. Deur gewoon niet meer te bestellen omdat alles onwijs vet, taai en vies is. Bah bah… De naastgelegen McDonalds is beter.

I ate here with a friend. The food was good, there is plenty of choice and the atmosphere is good. Nice staff, nice and helpful. Not cheap. 46 euros for 2.5 hours incl. drinks... I can't afford it myself, but it was fun.

We all got food poisoning so are now lying on the couch with stomach ache, fever, muscle pain, and vomiting!! Don't go there!! Bought the high tea for €18 via social deal. Not worth the money!! The snacks were warmed up, just undercooked. The salmon was old.

I understand that a Social Deal is not always good, but this was downright worthless. Food seemed to be heated up and apart from the churros, nothing seemed homemade. It's worthless for what you get with the price of 18 euros per person. Half of it is desserts, so you don't even feel full after the "main courses". Very unfortunate

A cheese lover's paradise right inside the Downtown Gourmet Market. We tried a spectacular melted cheese, although the bread wasn't enough, but the cheese was delicious, with that creamy texture that's so appealing.

The service is friendly, but closing the kitchen an hour and a half before closing time is not exactly hospitable. The menu isn't what it used to be either. It's always a shame when change isn't an improvement. Sorry...
