Wok 24 in Wijk 00 Centrum

Ate here today, very tasty food, very good service and friendly.

They are not open during opening hours, the website says 12 hours open, but that is not the case.

The food was incredibly salty, simply inedible. What a waste of an order.

Ordered through wok24, not thuisbezorgd.nl, just good luck. The only thing that's okay is the wok. I ordered Fernández red and got Fanta. The butterfly shrimp were literally fried in oil for 1 minute straight from the box and wrapped. The crispy exterior is still sticky and light in color. The note says "please don't ring the doorbell, but knock," because they rang the doorbell so many times in a row. I called them to report it, not expecting anything in return. But come on, what if I didn't realize and almost ate the uncooked shrimp!?!?!? Oh, and yes, if you order extra cashews and nuts, they didn't include those either. Such an expensive joke, 10 euros extra for nothing!!!!

I ate here yesterday and it was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant looks beautiful and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, everything fresh and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The sushi was super fresh and truly top-notch. The wok dishes were also delicious—everything was prepared quickly and with care. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. A big plus is the parking garage, where you can park for one hour for free—super convenient! Definitely recommended if you want a delicious and relaxed meal. 🍣🥢

If you walk down the street there you have to be careful not to be run over. By the bike delivery people. Even with a stroller. Then you stand out I would say. Twice in one week I was almost hit by your delivery people. When you cycle in a city center it seems to me that you take the pedestrians into account. Life-threatening you guys

Waited 1.5 hours for my food and then got a call from the delivery person saying he couldn't find it... when you call the store, you get a jerk on the phone who doesn't listen and just acts smart... Once and never again

Service is UNDERSTANDING!! A new employee has recently been working who does not know the word service. He argues with you unnecessarily on the phone and wants to prove his point at all costs. A conversation that used to take 2-3 minutes with the owner now takes 15-20 minutes with this new telephone wonder because you have to repeat and verify everything. At a certain point it feels like I am taking out an energy subscription, while it is just a simple wok... And this while we used to order wok 2-3 times a week, because the food is fine but the service has deteriorated considerably. Tip for the owner* Pay attention to who you put on the orders, this will ultimately cost you turnover!

So I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice, the chicken was damn near raw and soggy asl no flavour except sweetness, a child would struggle to eat this nonsense

The reason i gave this restaurant a low review is because the last two times i ordered from the restaurant i requested extra (paid) ingredients on my meal such as extra onions, extra chiecken and extra champinions, but nothing is been added which made the extra meal has totally the same ingredients as the other normal meals which made me really disappointed and lost my trust to pay and to add any extra ingredients on my orders in the future from the other side I am not a fan of chicken wings, but the chicken wings in this restaurant is totally in a different level, i really wasn't expecting the chicken wings will win a competition, i advice the restaurant to have a full menu only for fried chicken, Nice food and affordable prices and nice quantity.

Regularly ordered food or had it prepared on location last year. The first months were great! The last few months were very disappointed. I always add the comment “NO mushrooms” What do you think? Always mushrooms unless you call afterwards. The last few times I ordered panga fillet as an extra. There were some kind of fried breadcrumb balls in between. Without any panga to be recognized and super salty. Now a menu with only the panga fillet (Indian fish). There is also a menu with breaded panga fillet but I did not order that. So now my menu WITH mushrooms and indefinable breaded misery and super salty. I called the store again. The answer I got was “Madam. You have to put together your own menu when it is busy” I explained the problem again and reported that it is on the receipt. You despise some kind of excuse or a problem solver. No, again “Madam. Put together your own menu next time” This is really the LAST time that I ordered there.

The wok was super tasty, worth repeating, very nice, friendly gentleman.

Have eaten here several times and ordered food, always top notch. Only the last time something really bizarre happened. We wanted to eat in the on-site restaurant. My partner wanted to use the toilet and I sat down at a table so that we could then order food together. The employee behind the cash register shouted to my partner: I wouldn't go to the toilet here because it costs 2 euros, you're better off going somewhere in the center where it's cheaper anyway. I don't think the employee was aware that we also wanted to eat here and not just came to use the toilet. In the end my partner did not go to the toilet and we did not eat here again.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for my order. I indicated at the door that I thought it was taking too long, but I was not even taken seriously. Also not enough chicken and vegetables in the wok. Ridiculous!

The food you pay is not the same what you gonna get it and the waiting time is more then they are writing so better don’t take it ☺️

Ordered very often! Always on time and fast. Nice microwave-safe containers in which the food is delivered. You can also put together your own wok online. Delicious. It's not very cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good cuts of meat too!

No no no, I've been sitting in an almost empty restaurant.... waiting for over 35 minutes for 2 composed wok dishes. Unfortunately I don't have the balls to stand up and say that I want my money back, it costs €44. People walk without a hairnet with their hands in their flesh and then in other flesh... touching their nose and phone. I think someone from HCCP should come by to check. I think it's a situation that means I will never eat there again

I've ordered from here countless times (both in-store and delivery) and I've never been dissatisfied. The portion sizes are generous and I love the variety of sauces that you can get; the differing levels of spice are great. I'm so glad that I'm able to get some good Asian food here in Schiedam :)

My husband and I ordered food from here, as we often do. I had vegetarian brown stir-fried rice with vegetables and... pieces of chicken! That was not the intention. Therefore not 5 stars.

What a bad tent. Ordered 2 hours ago and have already heard 4 times that the delivery person is on his way even though it is a 5-minute bike ride. The food arrives, completely cold and hard. When I politely ask for a hot meal, I am told that I can order again. What a great service! Never order if I were you, biggest mistake I ever made

You order large wok noodles with shrimps. But you get a small rice with chicken. And if you call your order wrong, they say you will get a free drink with the next order. I won't order from here again scammers

I always come/came here, the food is good. But the service.. the employees (especially the lady with a headscarf) what arrogance. Just deserves a kick in the mouth, damn it. Fortunately, there are plenty of other wok shops in the area, this has dropped to 0 due to the service. Update 2023: thought I'd give it another try, the staff has become a little friendlier, but they don't point out the 7.5% discount you get if you order via their own site (instead of at the counter), which amounts to exactly the same thing, except then with a discount. Nice dude! Stupids.

I've been waiting for 3 woks for more than an hour and a half now and when I call them to ask where they are staying, the phone doesn't even ring. They probably threw away their phone, that's what I would do if I got a call with complaints woojoe✌️

Delicious food, tasted really good. Still got quite a bit to eat for normal. 👌🏼 just right. However, I thought adding an extra didn't give you much extra. 3 pieces of broccoli and then it was ready. Only our food was confused with the topping. Just changed it myself. They should pay more attention next time. It is also strange because they ordered separately.

Bad service! You order a wok with chicken and only get rice and vegetables. Just called and reported. I had to come back to the store so they could see if I was lying and possibly exchange it. Delivery was not possible, because then I would get a free wok. Apparently in the store they can see if you are lying and exchange it, but the delivery person cannot do that. I got back in my car and went to the store. I eventually got my money back (of course I didn't have to stir fry anymore!). Don't even apologize. Never again!

I've never experienced anything like this... last night I placed an order around 8 o'clock. The order never arrived. After an hour and a half I called them... yes he has just left, please be patient. Called again at 11am no one answered. Have I lost my money??? Or are they going to talk to that one delivery person to see where the order went!?

I have eaten wok here 3 times. I indicated that I wanted white rice and with chicken curry that you put in the sandwiches, but the first time you did not do that. 2nd time I indicated that I really want that chicken curry that you put in bread, to my surprise the same story happened again. Tried 3 times and last time and I really spent 2 minutes telling you that I really want chicken curry and not with curry coconut sauce or something and then the guy nodded. young man is fine and arrived home THE SAME AGAIN you are nothing but cheats hope no one eats here.

We are regular customers at WOK 24. Unfortunately, things often go wrong when you put together a meal yourself. Ingredients are missing. This has been solved nicely before, but today took the cake! Pangasius fillet was missing, so the meal only consisted of noodles and vegetables. Instead, extra panga sauce was added, while it was clearly indicated on the spot that it was the fish and not sauce. When I called to report this and stated that it was quite a plain meal, the response I received was that it did contain tofu!! In the end the offer was that I could come back with this meal and get a new one. Of course I wasn't looking forward to that after a long day! Curious response and worthless solution!

If you live in Woudhoek 3123 you can no longer have it delivered, which is a shame

it is inedible, so dirty, the noodles were not cooked properly, the corn tastes like dirt as if it had just been dug out of the ground and there were only 3 pieces of vegetables in it.

Ordered: Asian Greens, large portion, and extra cashew nuts. Everything below par, too much rice, not enough vegetables, and 6 cashew nuts. For us: once and never again!

The food is good but the delivery is always late. I've ordered 4 stuff and they forgot 1. Is not the first time that's happen.

I had a chicken teriyak with noodles. So chicken fillet stir-fried in a slightly sweet sauce with red onion, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts and broccoli. The container was full of noodles and some chicken fillet, but hardly any vegetables, 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and the rest could not be found with a magnifying glass. A shame because the taste is good.

It's tasty but never again. Ordered about 6 times now and delivered incorrectly 5 times. Wrong rice with the wrong sauce and stuff like that. Of course we reported this by telephone and hope for improvement. Ordered today at 5:15 PM and the food arrived at 7:15 PM. In the meantime I called where it was. A young lady told us off and said it was busy. She said 'goodbye' and hung up instead of understanding the situation. If it's busy, no problem. But please indicate this when ordering. it's not that hard. The door is really closing now, because we ordered vegetarian meals and what came with 'MEAT'. I don't order VEGETARIAN for nothing, I don't want meat. I think we had a lot of patience, but now it's really over. It's only about MONEY and not about me or you. There is no service and you can't get enough understanding. Such a terribly bad thing.

EDIT: because we had such a nice delivery person the first time, we have already ordered from wok24 Schiedam about 5 to 6 times. They delivered the correct order to us exactly once. Each time we called/emailed to indicate that we had the incorrect order and each time we were promised that this would not happen next time. Ordered again today (and wrote that they would please double check that we received the correct meals) and again things went dramatically. First of all, we had to wait 2 hours for our food. After an hour and a half I called and got a woman on the line who was clearly irritated. She immediately told me that it was very busy (without me even asking my question) and that it was really coming soon. She immediately hung up without me being able to answer. The food wasn't much better either: again the wrong vegetables and this time even meat in a vegetarian's diet. Very unfortunate, but we will definitely never order from here again. ______ We had our food delivered tonight by Wok 24 - or rather by a very sweet boy who worked at Wok 24. He stood at the door with a big smile and after I gave him his tip and wished him a nice evening, he shouted back very loudly, 'You too, ma'am!'. A few minutes later he rang the bell again: 'A can of coke for you from the company, madam, have a nice evening!'. Thank you friend, you gave me a very nice evening. The food was also tasty.

Delivery person was friendly and answered my question. Unfortunately, we only received our food after waiting 2 HOURS. We always order without meat for a reason. Unfortunately it did contain meat. Because we often receive food that has not been ordered or has been changed, this was the last time. After a few calls we are done. We no longer order from Wok24, Schiedam

They used to serve better. Now they add much less vegetables mix for the noodles and the girl who works there does often mistakes like forgetting to add some ingredient to the mix. Last time I couldn't finish my food after I found the Torf dirt on the champignons she served me after. I would not reccomend anymore that place and I will never go there again.

Waited for over an hour and a half for order. Several times it was indicated by telephone that it would take another 10 minutes, which turned out to be 45. No excuses, nothing. Scandalous. First and last time ordering something here

Delivery after 3 hours... If only I had ordered somewhere else, it arrived in 20 minutes. Refused food at the door, but paid for the food and the "delivery", went by a day later to still get the food I paid for, they say it will be delivered to my home and ask for compensation while this is bad behavior on the part of wok 24, nothing more heard of it. Tip, order somewhere else.

This is not normal!! The delivery person first makes a round trip from Schiedam to Amsterdam and then arrives at our place. As soon as he comes to the door and delivers it, he is also a very brutal guy who, even in this corona period, spits in the mouth before it leaves, sick mind!

What a very bad internet site the Schiedam location has, on the Wok24 site it says order from. €8.95 to have it delivered and I placed an order for €11.45 incl. delivery costs of €0.95, but the message still says: We deliver for an amount from €8.95 (excl. delivery costs). Fortunately there are other shops in the area, otherwise I would have to work without food.

Got food poisoning from it. Spending the whole night in the toilet. I would indeed lie online while my girlfriend is still sick in bed. It would be nice if you had contacted us instead of saying that something is wrong. Says enough about the owner

Great place for a quick lunch. Tasty food and prepared quickly. The restaurant itself looks neat. However, you have to be careful when ordering. You quickly end up paying more than you expected because you have to pay extra for many things.

Had to wait a very long time (approximately 30 minutes. I think only 1 burner was used...), but that may have to do with the Friday crowds. Was also very cold in the store! The food, on the other hand, was ok, but not of high quality. Staff was ok too...

Yesterday with my husband we ordered two times pangafilet with sauses and vegetables (ur mix). I got pangafilet but my husband chicken with fish. Are You kidding? Its was second time when we got something wrong! I dont want to pay for something I didnt order. It was last time I ordered something in Wok24!

Delivery time is about an hour, which is normal for the weekend around 5:45 PM. The food was delicious. Everything I ordered was in it, delicious sauce and nice and warm. Very large portions with the small wok. To be repeated.

First time pick up, when you get home it contains ingredients that were just ordered and that I really don't like. You call to ask if you can pick up a new one (again by car..), it still needs to be fixed. So we had to wait another 10 minutes. When I get home, half of the ingredients have been forgotten this time.. And on top of that, no apologies were made and nothing was offered in compensation for having to wait the second time. Never again for me!

The food was tasty and ready in a normal time and it was brought to the table. Well filled board. Had a good view of the shoppers. Tables are made of old scaffolding planks that can be slightly crooked.

The rice was very dry, sauce could hardly be found and at most 6 shrimps in a very large bowl of dry rice. Too bad, try another wok next time. I had the shrimp fry with delicious sauce: only the fry was exactly as described.

Placed my order. Call after 60 minutes to find out where it is and they say my food won't be there until after 2 hours. Sent it back straight away. Not recommended for me.

Food arrived 2 hours later, apparently there was an accident with one of the scooter deliverers, which also caused the food to be spilled, this was not even worth that 1 star, not recommended guys!

This place is one of the wors restaurant. I did order wok with deliver to home and this food was disgusting. That was first and the last time when I was order something from them. I do not recomend this place.
