Food is good but the man with the glasses was so rude to both guests as to his female colleagues. He was mostly impatient and angry, other guests were shocked as well.

Very tasty homemade noodles. It is also very special to see how they are made by hand. For a number of dishes, there is a choice of 3 different types of noodles.

I traveled from Almere to The Hague and saw this restaurant. I ordered Thick Noodles, Sichuan pepper soup with chicken. I received regular broth, thin noodles, and no Sichuan pepper. Very disappointing. I called back, but due to the language barrier, it was impossible to explain.

The food is overpriced for the quality & quantity, it tastes like some students who are learning how to cook properly. Also, they charge take away boxes without informing you.

The food is not well prepared, not even by fast food quality. Moreover, it is far too expensive. We shared our feedback but received defensive responses telling us to just stop looking for superiority and Michelin-star quality. Truly ridiculous... In our opinion, the adjacent restaurant Chang’an Flavour is much better.

There is another of the same restaurant down the street that serves premade food it is also good but at this location it is made fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place. The food was made fast despite being busy and had a great flavor.

This was our first time here and we had to wait a long time. We asked the staff and they said that the chef was eating and that they didn't dare disturb him. I asked her to ask the chef when they could start cooking, but she said she didn't dare ask that either. Is this true? Do such restaurants really exist in the Netherlands? The service in this restaurant is extremely poor; customers have to wait until the chef is finished with his private matters before the food is prepared. In short, if you have enough time, come at least two days in advance.

I almost always order the vegetarian boodle soup here, simply because I haven't found a better one yet. The soup is deliciously fresh, full of flavor, and surprisingly filling. The same high quality every time. You can taste that everything is prepared with care. If you love noodle soups, you absolutely must not miss this one!

It’s okay. As a fan of Asian food it didn’t stand out to me in any way. But I mean it’s totally fine if you’re hungry. The food was a bit bland but I’d try again in the future with another dish.

We came here because it was listed as a restaurant with vegan food. When I came in, the servers were incapable of speaking in Dutch and English. Whenever I would ask if the dish had seafood due to my seafood allergy, she couldn’t understand either of my Dutch and English. I asked three different servers and none of them spoke in either languages. I’m concerned why the Dutch government is allowing this type of establishment. The lack of understanding may cause a medical emergency. Reading the comments here, they seem unkind to non-Chinese customers as well. Don’t go here if you have an allergy because the servers won’t accommodate you. Better safe than sorry.

On a cold day felt like a good bowl of noodle soup. Lots of different options offered. We ordered a vegetarian bean paste soup bowl (fat noodle) and peanut butter paste soup bowl (glass noodles) with tofu. Very few pieces of tofu so we ordered extra. Not much taste/flavor and whilst the glass noodles tasted decent I found the fat noodles too chewy. The extra tofu was rather sour so didn’t really enjoy the taste. Pretty decent service and a small quaint place right in town.

There are two Xi'an Delicious Foods on the same street, but this one at number 18 is my favorite. Friendly staff and super tasty homemade dumplings and noodles. Made with care, and you can taste it. Highly recommended!

The triangle noodles were cooked to perfection and they actually make food Asian level spicy. Not just European spicy. This is the kind of place I wish I had a second stomach for.

The food is real “comfort food”. Delicious flavors, good portions, and fair prices. My recommendation is the “Braised beef noodle soup” with the triangle noodles. However, the quality is a bit lower if you have the food delivered. So, it is better to eat it on location.

Picking up your food here as an Uber Eats delivery driver is no fun. A Chinese lady yelling at me rudely as if I were a dog because it's unclear where I'm supposed to wait until you give me my order? I'm not going to stand in your small restaurant full of guests with my stinking Uber Eats bag, am I? Just calm down and come outside instead of having a panic attack on me!

I lived in China for 10 years, particularly in Xi'an. Nothing we tasted had the flavors of authentic Chinese cuisine. The cucumbers, potatoes, and eggplants were overly sweet, and the noodles were bland.

When we wanted to pay, we went to the cashier to ask for the bill in advance, as it does not come to the table. The person who was supposed to pay was still in the restroom, so we had the bill in hand and waited quietly to the side for the person. The older man then kept saying irritably, "Yes, you can pay by card here" and "Pay now," to which we repeatedly replied that we were waiting. Eventually, he became even more irritated, even though we had now said several times that we were waiting, so we really had to raise our voices at the gentleman to say once again, "The payer is coming, just a moment." Very unpleasant

The food was tasty, but the noodles were swimming in oil. And we certainly noticed it. That very same evening, everyone was in the restroom. Additionally, as others have already pointed out, the manager could use a customer service training course. We noticed this not only with us, but also with other guests in the restaurant. It's a shame, because the food isn't bad. Definitely give it a try sometime, but keep in mind what you plan to do later in the evening. Make sure you have easy access to a restroom!

We were 7 person dined. The worst restaurant ever, the food is not good the service their customer service is very poor. Luck of communications to customers. The manager should learn more how to satisfy customers he is arrogant. A not highly recommendable restaurant.

The service was extremely poor. When my child came to eat, the child was noisy, and the staff were sullen and rolled their eyes. We called the staff to order three or four times, but they just chatted amongst themselves. Some staff even swore at customers. There was no service, no management.

I really like to go to this place for a quick, affordable and very tasting meal. Today I had the noodle soup with tomato and egg plus noodles with soy bean paste. On the side some eggplant with garlic, mixed vegetables and potato strings. It was really tasty. The staff is friendly and fast. Waiting for your meal does not take more than 10 minutes, even when it's busy.

I went here for a quick bite and, to be honest, I didn't have very high expectations at first. But that turned out to be completely unjustified. To my surprise, it was really tasty! The fried noodles clearly taste like they were freshly stir-fried, which is a big plus. The meat was incredibly tender and prepared really deliciously. The other dishes were also a hit: the Szechuan beef, crispy chicken, and lamb skewers were all fine and definitely worth trying. Additionally, the price-quality ratio here is really good, which only makes dining here more appealing. All in all, a nice spot for a quick, tasty meal. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

When I entered the place I noticed a girl eating fried noodles with chicken. There was a lot of chicken on the plate. I ordered the same, but with beef. It was actually even more expensive because of beef. Instead I got exactly 4 pieces of sliced beef, each 1mm thick and about 3x4cm large. After that I went to Turkish place and finally got some real food with beef.

I'm a regular at Xi'an, and the hand-pulled braised beef noodles (la mian) never disappoint. The service is fast, the noodles are incredibly delicious, and I recommend adding some chili oil. The servers are always very friendly, and it's a popular lunch spot that can fill up quickly around those hours. It's never disappointed me so far, and I'll definitely be back.

The last time we were here was during the Christmas period. We were back in The Hague shopping the last few days and spontaneously popped in for a meal. It's still a great place, especially if you have a "Chinese stomach" and are craving familiar flavors. The dishes are a good match for our tastes, which always makes it a safe and pleasant choice. The atmosphere is relaxed and it's the perfect place to unwind after an afternoon of shopping. Definitely a regular stop for us whenever we're in the area!

I did not like this restaurant. Rice was super dry and I had to almost cut it with the spoon. Chicken were old and not good - when you bite into them they were so rough and sharp which means dry and old. Also potato stripes were in miserable condition- normally they would be sweet - sour - spicy but this one was just swimming in Chinese vinegar with very little chili sauce… I love the one in Rotterdam, and in general for food I recommend you to choose Longe Porten. Too bad…

Cheap, humble and delicious. You know the food is going to unreal when you walk in and the chinese aunties are enjoying their own dinner. The sichuan beef was their house classic and so worth it but the dan dan noodle was easily the best we’ve had. We were seated, served and fed within 45 minutes. Stick to the round noodles if you prefer thinner noodles as the ‘triangular’ noodles were a trifle too thick for my liking. Generally all the noodles are well flavoured though the meat sauces can be more generous for the Minced Pork and Dan Dan noodles. The braised beef noodles were full of ingredients so that’s really a hearty bowl of soupy noodles. The Korean fried chicken and fried chicken noodles were pretty tasty as well.
