Negative experience at Zeitouna Restaurant Unfortunately, my experience at Zeitouna Restaurant today was disappointing. I ordered a meal and had to wait a very long time without any explanation or apology. When I asked the owner why the food was late, I received a rude and disrespectful response. This ruined my entire experience. I expected, at the very least, better customer service and respect, especially from the restaurant management. Hopefully, this will improve in the future.

The food here is delicious and the guys working there are very friendly! At first I found the food a bit greasy, but one of them kindly explained to me that the fat comes from the meat itself and that there is no oil added. That made sense, and in the end it was a delicious and great experience. Definitely recommended!

The food was amazing. Honestly, it was the best Arabic shawarma I've ever eaten. I came from the airport in Sweden to eat there. As much as they told me, it was delicious. And it was absolutely delicious. Everything was delicious: the shawarma, the fries, the mayonnaise, and the Russian salad. Next time I want to try the grilled chicken because it smells so delicious. Honestly, the most distinctive restaurant in ZAANDAM is Zaytouna, from my experience. The prices are very reasonable, the restaurant is quiet and generous, and the cleanliness is top notch.
