We found this place just by walking on the beach in Katwijk. To our surprise food and drinks were really delicious. Atmosphere of the place is also very cosy which adds to the experience.

A very cozy beach pavilion! The staff is very friendly and keeps a close eye on whether everything is as desired. The food and drinks are also great! Tip: focacia starter and salmon main course! A delicious beer on tap is Texel sea breeze. Highly recommended if you want to eat on the beach of Katwijk!

Super careless staff. No words, just terrible.

The 4 of us had lunch, beautifully decorated, quiet music, no boom boom in the background, very tasty, beautifully presented goat cheese salad, two thick toasted breads with avocado, poached egg, cucumber onion, salad on top and brown bread with shrimp croquettes. Attentive, friendly service, which is why it deserves 5 stars!

Apero on the terrace was ok, but afterwards we wanted to eat there. There were only low tables left, we agreed. But after half an hour we had not yet been served, we did not even have a card. We approached waiters, but they turned us away. Then a high table became available and a couple who had just arrived got it and were served immediately. No effort was too much for those people. After that they didn't notice us, or rather they ignored us at our dirty table. We got off. It was also dirty, no soap in the toilet.

If you like waiting for hours and uninterested service, then this is the place for you.

Recommended! Great ambience with sea views. I had a veggie burger. I prefer to eat the meat version, but it was really strong. Steakhouse fries are also good.

Very tasty food in a very nice atmosphere

We asked if we could each get a portion of special fries (6 times) and it was implemented without any problems. (Not on the map) The food was super tasty and just right for a small hunger. So everything was great and therefore 5 stars!

It remains our favorite for many years. Lovely friendly atmosphere and good food. We come back every year, also for the beach house, wonderful to stay there.

Bad service. People who push ahead get a table, if you say something you won't be helped.

You are kindly requested to wait at the entrance until someone comes to you. After walking past 5 minutes and 7 times, they finally come in your direction and first help the crawlers and then the people who wait politely. They don't know how to provide service, so it would be nice to go to the neighbors where you are very welcome!

Good beach tent! Setting sun, music, Texel beer and nice service. Atmospheric affair. It is strange that about 50% of the outdoor tables are reserved. Most have been empty for more than an hour.

Easy parking nearby, fast service, nice atmosphere and good food for an affordable price. And very nice cozy beach houses!

Drinks ordered shortly before 4 p.m. with an open menu in front of us. Drinks arrived at 4:06 p.m. with the information that no more food was possible as food orders could only be taken until 4:00 p.m. There was no information about this when ordering drinks. No insight

Without a reservation, you have to wait a long time for a table... nice service... schnitzel with fries served after about 10-15 minutes... cold beer... view of the sunset as a bonus 😎

Goed vertoeven hier, prachtige zonsondergang.

Gezellige, grote zaak aan het strand en dicht bij het centrum. Ondanks de drukte zeer snelle bediening met alles: drank, voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht. Normale prijzen. Eten ziet er verzorgd uit en is lekker. Parkeren in de grote parkeergarage aan de boulevard en in een paar minuten lopen van het restaurant.

Very good cocktails right on the beach! Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. We didn’t have lunch but the kid had bites from the kids menu and it was delicious. Kid (non-alcoholic) cocktails - plenty. Very good experience.

We had a delightful dinner here. Steaks and desserts were delicious, wine was great. Perfect place for a meal on the beach.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker 😋. Das Ambiente ist auch top. Aber die Arroganz der kellnerinnen ist nicht zu übertreffen, trotz rufen und hingehen einfach ignoriert zu werden ist nicht so toll

Gezellige sfeer en heerlijke eten. Vooral de 'Manchester pink & Tonic' en de lekkerbek zijn aan te raden. De koffie wordt in een glas geserveerd wat persoonlijk niet mijn voorkeur heeft. De ijskoffie is waarschijnlijk van een Starbucks waardoor het een stuk zoeter is dan zelfgemaakte ijskoffie.

Leuke locatie en sfeer, want strand. Eten was niet zo goed, burger erg droog en smakeloos. Friet was ok. Koffie vrij slap. Prima personeel, vooral veel. Wordt vrij snel geholpen.

... in jedem Urlaub gerne wieder. Auch wenn die Fischsuppe hier mal nicht unseren Geschmack trifft. Aber Tataki Tonijn war dafür eine echte Empfehlung und auch Tnijn als Hauptgang. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Aussicht aufs Meer das Beste.

Einfach der beste Strandpavillon in Katwijk...tolles Essen, gute Auswahl ob Fleisch oder auch Fisch, gepflegte Getränke, nettes junges Personal, alles professionell organisiert.

Lunch gedaan Nacho’ s gekozen maar was erg teleurgesteld want de kaas was erg mager Voor de rest veel saus en guacamole. Krijgt wel een goede portie

Gewoon degelijk lekker eten uit een steeds maar aangepaste kaart. In de zeereep, lekker en ontspannen. Bij dag en avondlicht, vanaf t voorjaar vooral, uitzicht op zee. 'Even bespreken' garandeerd een plekje... eet smakelijk...!!!

Leuke locatie aan zee, leuke inrichting en vriendelijke, snelle bediening. Cappuccino werd helaas niet in een cappuccinomok geserveerd. Eten was lekker, vooral de steak met peperroomsaus was erg goed!

Leuke plek aan het strand. Vlak bij de uitgang van de parkeergarage. Mooi dat er ook in de winter strandtenten open ( mogen) zijn
