The food was great, the best sushi I ever ate. staff wasn't very nice though, even though we made a reservation a month in advance, still made us wait for 20 minutes even though we came 5 minutes early and weren't late. Don't make a reservation, the food is great though

An Asian way to eat sushi. If you sit at the counter, you can grab plates from a conveyor belt. A really fun concept. Delicious sushi, and you can order quite a few side dishes. Japanese drinks are also available, which completes the experience.

So, the food was good, and the place itself was nice and clean. I really like the concept that you can choose your own plates by color — since that also determines the price. And you can basically eat as much as you like without having to order a specific number of portions. The only downside is the selection. Unfortunately, it’s quite small. For example, the golden plate always has the same thing on it — there’s no variety, it’s always the same. Overall, the selection isn’t very big, and that’s really the only negative point.

Pretty pricey for what you get. The sushi’s okay, but definitely not worth what they charge - you’re mostly paying for the central location. There’s better (and fresher) sushi elsewhere in Amsterdam.

Overall good experience. We received also an allergy menu which was quite clear for Celiac but I'm not sure it's very safe with cross contamination and the attitude of the staff was not very serious about it.

It was once again nice to enjoy sushi on the conveyor belt. We were quite hungry, and the four of us finished 32 plates plus a few extras. A great experience, a lovely evening.

Its okay, we mainly went in because the sushi belt was something we wanted to experience, would make fun if there were more cheap plates to choose from but there was only 1 when we were eating there

Everything about Zushi is perfect! The space is compact, so the concept is super smart. All seats are around the central sushi bar, with the chefs cooking in the center and popping plates on to the sushi conveyor belt. We had a couple bar seats, but it looks like they have 2-3 tables for larger parties as well. Very easy to just grab the rolls that we wanted, but you can order specific items if you want as well. Great service and drinks, we had a fantastic time!

Leuk voor de ervaring, ik was er met mijn kinderen (8 en 10). Omdat het eten voorbij rolt, eet je sneller dan normaal. Wij waren eigenlijk met een half uur al klaar. Flink aan de prijs en dan waren we niet eens echt vol. Voor minder kun je op andere plekken onbeperkt sushi eten. Echter, voor de ervaring leuk om eens te doen. Voor ons geen 2e keer meer vanwege de forse prijzen.

It was always going to be risky, sushi train in Amsterdam. The food matched the service. Average. It could’ve been an almost acceptable experience if the waiter wasn’t so disinterested. He ignored us, couldn’t crack a smile. Generally made us feel unwelcome. The food was fine. A bit bland, not a lot of variety but if you’re going for a bit of fun, it’s okay.

All the things you are looking for in a sushi place. Clean fresh fish nice presentation. But then it has a conveyor you just grab what looks good. Awesome place with great food. If you do see something ask and the chef will make it for you. Any food you order is given directly to you. The Waygo beef is expensive but worth it.

Belt sushi is certainly a great entertainment. But the real good thing about this place is that they use quality ingredients. Their fish is not like the ones in poke shops. Every small thing like ginger and seaweed is well-selected.

Good quality products but rather expensive for the quantity of plates… The restaurant remains clean, well maintained and perfect for a good evening with friends.

War there for lunch on a weekend and it was easy to get a table. The food was good, the service even better. Recommend if you are into Japanese food.

When we arrived, we had barely sat down and hadn’t even placed our bags properly when a waiter came over and asked what we would like to drink. I politely asked for a moment, as I hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menu yet. Almost immediately, he tore off a note and tossed it beside me. I’m not sure if it was intentional, but the gesture came across as quite rude and disrespectful. We ordered the nigiri salmon and tuna, which were both very fresh and flavorful — definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the rest of the sushi on the conveyor belt didn’t quite live up to the price point in terms of taste. There were just two of us, and we only managed to finish three plates each before deciding not to continue. The sushi itself wasn’t bad, but the attitude and behavior of the waiter(Chinese speaker) significantly affected our overall experience. It was disappointing, to say the least.

Came here while on a visit to Amsterdam last week. Always look for conveyor belt sushi everywhere we go! This place did not disappoint lots of dishes to choose from and many more to order!! Bonus can never find sashimi on the belt, but here you can!!! Came here twice in 4 days if that tells you anything!!

Food was not tasty, did not look fresh and was way too expensive. We left after 45 minutes because it was so disappointing. Not much choice either, not to mention the sauces... In short, once and never again!

One of the first place we stopped at in Amsterdam, and always a favourite! Delicious food, the conveyor belt is always a fun attraction, fair prices, and incredibly diversity.

I have visited Zushi so many times. Simply because it consistently has great food, welcoming staff and the conveyer belt is always fun to choose and pick from. The Sushi is always fresh and delicious. Try asking them to lightly sear the sushi for an extra tasty bite. The owner and staff can help you with that. Try the warm Sake with your sushi and you'll leave satisfied, wanting to come back. Good to come with friends and sit in a booth (make a reservation) or just grab a bite before going to the movies or theater.

Only Kaiten Sushi place I could find in the Netherlands. The food is good, yes, there are better sushi places but you do want to go there for the experience. Staff is super friendly and the athmosphere is cosy. Word of advice, since you have direct access to the food: slow down :D

Very good, but the roles are for me 😊 👍 too big the mouthfeel is too one-sided if you like a lot of fish with a lot of herb cream cheese this is the right place for me, I missed the crunch and creativity.

We came here on the recommendation of a friend. The map was strange. If you have little or no knowledge of sushi, the menu is impossible to understand. The sushi rotates past you at a reasonable pace, so be quick if you want to grab something. Some sushi has been there for a while, making it very soft and difficult to grab with your chopsticks. Prices of some sushi are also very expensive. 4 pieces of small tempura for 8 euros for example. When it's busy you'll be very crammed together, so don't come during rush hour! Staff is friendly, but from now on we will get delicious sushi at the AH.

We visited Zushi yesterday, and it was a lovely experience. The staff was professional, and since it was our first time there, they explained all the instructions to us. The sushi was freshly made and tasted delicious. We also tried Zushi’s special dessert, and we loved it. Another great thing about this restaurant is that if you order tea, it is served in beautiful and inspirational mugs. You can even buy a new one to take home for €9.85. It was a great day! 🙏 System here is very simple. You pay for what you eat and the prices are normal for Amsterdam :) We paid approx. 50€ p/p

Delicious food I would definitely come there again

Maybe it was because I went on a slow night but I would not return. It was quite expensive for sub-par food that was not often refreshed on the conveyor belt. I saw the same tuna fish salad rolls go around and around the entire time I was there. It got to the point that we were scared to take any fish for fear of the length of time on the belt. Some things were ok - the fried items and the temaki rolls. These were fresh. If you do go, skip the belt and order directly.

Delicious food, amazing selection and to top it all off incredible dessert. The Apple Gyoza was our favourite!

Vroeger kwamen wij hier regelmatig met onze kinderen. Zo'n lopende band met allemaal gekleurde schoteltjes met sushi is dan natuurlijk hartstikke leuk en gezellig. Maar gelukkig draaide het niet alleen om die beleving: de sushi beviel ook altijd goed. Sinds tijden weer eens aangeschoven aan de lopende band. En gelukkig is de kwaliteit van de sushi nog steeds prima! Alles is vers en is mooi gepresenteerd. Alleen de wijn wordt wel heel zuinigjes geschonken. Hartelijke en attente bediening. Kortom, Zushi blijft een leuke plek!
