The food was delicious. Super friendly staff. We were served quickly. And one look at the waiters and they'll come right over. Where else do you find people like that? A solid 10 from me. I'll definitely come back.

Influencer here also Local Guide, Please do not order from them , waiting time 1 hour and a maximum of 40 Min . i was personaly to the restaurant and they laugh there and talk whit each other, they don't have any business to make your food, you can easy starve! :))) be aware and order only from good restaurant, you can have trust in my review, i want everyone to eat on time, i know what is to be hungry afther work.

Yesterday I served Ricardo's pom at my party. A huge success! It was delicious. Highly recommended. The people were also great, and I'll be back next year!

No idea, it was closed even though it showed as open...

There's currently a Whopper Wonderland event going on, so I tried to use the drive-thru to order a promotional item, but they said only one per vehicle. There were three of us, each with their own app, but I was so annoyed I just ordered one. I don't understand the tactic they're using during the event. Burger King inside the Rotterdam Alexanderplatz. And so, goodbye to Burger King~~

I can still remember that day well. I was sitting at the grill with a few friends when a man came in. He said in Turkish that there was no room, to which a staff member replied: "I'll send them away, I'll make room for you." Apparently, he didn't know that I speak Turkish too. We were then asked to stand up so that a "regular customer" could get our spot. At the time, I found that very disrespectful. Despite this experience from a few years ago, I still eat here regularly. However, what also strikes me is that the staff member—who I believe is the owner by now—asks multiple times if I want to pay in cash. This doesn't happen just once, but often repeatedly, which I find a bit strange. The food is good, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back, but the experiences mentioned above have left a less positive impression on me.

I thought I'd have a nice birthday celebration there with my family. Lovely spring weather outside. The kids can play while we catch a bit of sun. It turns out the restaurant isn't open at all on weekdays during autumn/winter, only on weekends. Yes, the indoor buffet is open. Such a shame. It's also a shame that this isn't mentioned anywhere. So: RESTAURANT CLOSED ON WEEKDAYS DURING THE AUTUMN/WINTER PERIOD.

Poor quality, just plain bad, unfortunately. The sandwich was just a sandwich with a piece of meat, no sauce, and no vegetables. We definitely won't be back. xD

Had a delicious snack here. The staff is very friendly, but the location is very outdated. It could be better.
