Nice place, cheerful staff and delicious food!

On Friday, February 17, 2023, I placed an order on the website. The website indicated they were open as usual and that delivery wasn't possible, but pickup was. So after payment and confirmation, I went to pick up the food at 6:30 PM. But the restaurant was closed! From that moment on, they didn't respond to emails or answer the phone. Even though the website indicated they were open. 28 euros gone! They didn't even respond to the email from the Consumers' Association's Complaints Compass. It's outrageous that this restaurant can get away with this.

Shop is closed but accepts online orders including payment, beware!!!

Just ordered and paid for pickup (4:45 PM March 9, 2023) through their own website. Unfortunately, we found the door closed and there was no answer on the phone. 21 euros gone. So, unfortunately, 0 stars for now, even though it looked delicious. Strange story...

Unfortunately, the store is closed more often than it's open?!?! What I really regret is that the times I've ordered, the food has been delicious!

The food was delicious and it was pleasantly busy.

They forgot the food. I called and they said the missing food would be delivered as soon as possible. Then it arrived an hour and a half later, and the food was still cold.

After waiting two hours for the food, you call to ask why it's taking so long, and they say, "The delivery driver fell." You tip the delivery driver and ask how things are going, and he looks at you in surprise. The food was good, but the customer service wasn't great.

Fries a little hard but the service more than made up for that

Ordered food with my colleagues at the office. Burger was forgotten. Telephone contact was successful. However, the person behind the phone was not happy to speak to us. Very unfriendly. Ultimately called 3 times before finally realizing that a single burger was missing.

Online on their own site & google they were marked as open. However upon arriving at the location we saw they were closed. Please update your business hours.

This place is one of the only places I can order from due to dietary restrictions. They screw up my order every time. Every. Single. Time. Wrong sauce, wrong food, missing items every time even though I remind them not to forget it. Delivery time is upwards of 1.5-2 hours. Don't waste your time.

Don't show up. Called several times but didn't answer!

Ordered at 6pm and it is now 6.45pm. It's still not here. Children wait for food. Already called twice and they say it's always coming. Never ordering here again.

Ordered some fries and chicken via home delivery at 10:30 PM but never delivered. They don't answer the phone either. Never order here, bunch of scammers. Very lousy! UPDATE: THEY BROUGHT THE FOOD TO GODSAMME THIS AFTERNOON YOU BUNCH OF MORONS!!!!!!

Top snack bar food was super tasty and super fast delivery! In short, definitely recommended and I will definitely order more often

"open until 1am on Saturday" yes not. You place an order for 7 people at 11:40 PM. We see it slowly getting to 1 o'clock, different telephone numbers are called, no answer. waited until 2:00 am, did not receive any food but paid.

Not reachable by phone, waiting half an hour for your food...delivery person did not have change with him. Food cold.. disappointment

Super fast delivery and despite first receiving the wrong burger, I immediately received a new one. Service top!

We ordered 11:00 am. It would be there in half an hour. An hour and a half later we get COLD FRIES WITH SNACKS!!!! when we call to say this NO CONTACT!!!! Let it be clear that we are very dissatisfied with our cold meal and the unavailable service. Straight to the trash because it's COLD!!!!

Always great, hot food and fast delivery. The last time after a compliment it still went wrong on that day, just ordered food again and was nicely compensated, really great service and super friendly staff. Greetings edo

Tasty sandwiches. The Athene variant with feta cheese in particular is very original and delicious. Completely new set up. Nice delivery cars and very friendly people.

Ordered food from the Frites Boutique today, the fries were really good and tasty! The hamburger we ordered was really great, I would rather order a burger here than at Geburgerd... Even though they made a mistake, they resolved it promptly after telephone contact. Great business!

If you call yourself the Frites Boutique, I don't expect weak, well-done fries... And why are there 2 very young boys behind the chip shop and the person who is supposed to be in charge is rather very amicable and popie-jopie?

The reason I give three stars is because I really enjoyed the food the first two times. The first time; Well, nice new store, let's see what it will be, I order the "special fries" with pulled chicken and cocktail sauce, what do I get? A completely different fries with peanut sauce... Well, it can happen, it's like a new business, everything is new... just not as fun if you have a nut allergy. Second time; super everything, nice fries, nice and crispy and all, great man, completely happy! Third time; croquette was delicious! Only and here it comes, if you call yourself the fries boutique then I expect fries and not that wet sludge that was in that container, completely filled with fat, such a shame the fryer had blown out or something is not possible.

Part of order was not delivered. Then I called and was told that it would be delivered immediately, but after more than half an hour I had not received it, even though it was a maximum 5 minute drive. Well, then of course everything has been cold for a long time. It was indicated that I would get the money back, but they did not refund anything. All things considered, this is simply theft.

Delicious food! Good burgers and hot fries. The delivery person was also there within 45 minutes. First time we have ordered, but the chip courier certainly has a regular customer!
