Dont expext restaurant quality burger but do expect much better food than mcdonalds and less crowded, this is my go to for quick and nice food.

Delicious chicken, tender and crispy crust! The pizza was really good, and the crust was deliciously crispy! A great idea for a quick bite! If that's important to you, it's halal.

The chicken burger was good, not too spicy. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful. Nothing to complain about.

The food was never delivered... I emailed the restaurant and received an email back asking if I could send the order number, etc. I did, but never received a response... they obviously hoped I'd be empty... worthless!

Very poor service. The wait time was too long. Then the order was incomplete.

When I entered the building I smelled a stench from the man behind the counter, it was very loud and the food tasted like garbage, I do not recommend it

Friendly staff, delicious food and a nice atmosphere

We received friendly service, but that was all. We ordered a portion of chicken strips. The chicken was very dry, smelled of old frying oil, and we paid a little over €30. A waste of money. Disappointed, and as a bonus, we also got a stomach ache after eating a few fries. No, this was our first and last time at Chicken Zwolle.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ Unfortunately, not a positive experience at Chicken in Zwolle I had eaten at Chicken in Rotterdam before, which was already a somewhat disappointing experience. Nevertheless, I decided to give the Zwolle branch another try, hoping it would be better. Unfortunately, this visit was also disappointing. Upon entering, it was immediately noticeable that the music was far too loud. It was difficult to have a normal conversation, which didn't really enhance the atmosphere. We eventually decided to sit outside on the terrace. Unfortunately, the terrace wasn't smoke-free, so we were still sitting in smoke while we wanted to enjoy our food. On the plus side, the food was prepared quite quickly and was brought to the table by a friendly staff member. The service in that regard was good. The drinks were also served nice and cold, which is always nice. As for the food itself: that was unfortunately quite disappointing. The chicken wings were dark inside, and some pieces even had black meat—which, of course, shouldn't be. Moreover, the flavor was bland and unremarkable. The fries were generously sprinkled with salt, actually too salty, which didn't enhance the dining experience. The chicken sandwich had potential, but was far too generously topped with sauce. The sauce literally dripped off, and the chicken kept sliding off the sandwich. This made eating it an awkward, messy affair—certainly not what you'd expect at this price point. All in all, this was unfortunately not a successful meal. Considering the price-quality ratio and the overall experience, I'll choose a different option next time. It's a shame, because the concept has potential, but the execution is lacking.

Very food, friendly staff especially mr khaled

The bread is very dry, the chicken fries are not special, you can just make them yourself at home, really not recommended and it is really super expensive. Do not come. Oh yes, water is 3 euros

Ordered food for the first time It arrived faster than the site indicated The drinks were not there upon arrival And while opening the food we missed the sauce. Tried to call but the number was not reachable. In the meantime waiting for the delivery person who came back with the drinks. When the delivery person was there again I said we missed the sauce he called his manager who said it was in the bag I said no we checked the bag there was no sauce in it It turned out the sauce was with the drinks Yes we have no use for that it was already gone The food was also almost cold WE WILL NOT ORDER FOOD HERE ANYMORE

Worst experience. We ordered burgers and chicken. Burgers were okay but the chicken was not well cooked and was very salty. I complained right away and the guy at the counter don’t even hesitate in giving my money for the chicken back. May be they are used to it now 😃

The chicken was a bit dry, but full/delicious in taste. The chicken strips were very tasty, but the chicken burger we had was disappointing. The rest of the fries were good and filling. It's just a shame that you have to buy a menu to get those chicken strips

For 10 euros you have a small cold cheeseburger with a small coke and cold, soggy fries, the chicken is ridiculous, don't eat it!!

This is a good restaurant and the food is of good quality.

The other reviews are right about the food and the location, don't get fooled by the nice pictures. At the counter, they are talking all the time in a certain language, neither english nor dutch, guess the language. Fortunately, I didn't get food poisoning.

Ridiculously bad. Don't eat here The food was not cooked properly and the orders came wrong. I don't know to God how you can't do chicken right. Especially in a chicken restaurant. And a very long waiting time while the restaurant is empty. And nonchalant customer service and a man with a belly who walks around and gives people dirty looks. And reacts aggressively when you ask where the food is.

Don't go this is one of the worst places you can eat.

I went to this place yesterday and bought a chicken sandwich, which was already tough and dry. When I arrived at the chicken wings, things were completely wrong. Still lukewarm and pink inside, this is what I notice. That sad chicken makes me completely empty. NOT RECOMMENDED. There was no atmosphere either. Of course you don't have to expect much from a food bar, but even McDonald's or KFC still have an atmosphere. And then on top of that you pay the absolute top price for this absolute disgrace of nutrition.

Dirty dirty dirty! we had to wait half an hour for our pizza and got a pizza from Aldi that you can buy for 2 euros for 4 pieces!!! They just sprinkled some cheese on it. We had to wait so long even though there were no customers. The oven supposedly still had to heat up. I think they do other things there in the kitchen, strange atmosphere and will never be there again. No wonder no one was there...

Delicious chicken burgers and tandoori fries. Everything looks neat and there are good toilets. Modern design and ordering on touchscreen. I like to eat here when I go out or have been to the market.

I thought the prices were too high for what you get I haven't seen a delivery fee of €5 anywhere yet Delivery guy seemed very young, I think he was about 11 years old Next time I'll go to KFC

Handy kiosk, reasonably clean toilet and that's all good said. Lukewarm food that doesn't match the photos on the kiosk. Ordered cheeseburger ketchup/mustard? You get something that looks like mayonnaise, a very bad version. Even what ingredients matched looked nothing like the photo. Then McDonalds still does very well compared to this. Even the bread looked and tasted old. We took everyone's 2-3 bites of our 4 sandwiches and threw the rest away. We were the only ones in the restaurant except for 1 person and I now understand why.

The chicken strips didn't even look like chicken strips, not particularly tasty and super dry. The fries were fine and so were the hot wings. The best part was the drink that we got in a can or not made ourselves.

Never again. Ordered a burger with fries and a drink. Quick burger with sauce syringe with some lettuce from 1999. Fries? Let's not talk about that... drinks too hot. All in all, never again. A waste for your money.

For a fast food restaurant it is very slow. We had to wait a long time for our food to arrive. Then they missed another item. That was made up for with an extra can of drink. The chicken was fine but on a bun that was too soft. Finally, I found the price-quality ratio to be poor. High price, minimal quality.

Actually 0 stars. Paid €30 and the food was disgusting and shameful. Doesn't match the photos they use at all. Very sparsely topped and had brown lettuce on it. The €3.50 coleslaw was in a small sauce container that was not filled. The “tandoori fries” are simply fries with paprika powder. Please close your business because you should be ashamed of yourself for daring to serve something like this. Read the reviews first because they say enough.

We ordered like any other normal restaurant, waited 30 minutes and they received the order. Bottom line, the owner calls us liars and then doesn't have the decency to say sorry for THEIR mistake. Imagine. They make mistakes, not our problem, they are going to make things difficult... never happen! My money back, but it's the principle. Wannabe KFC.

Experienced terrible treatment. Their order machine did not work, but was able to take my money. After waiting 35 minutes for 2 menus (a pretty fast time for this place, sometimes you have to wait an hour) they sheepishly say that the order has not gone through. I go to the cash register to show what we ordered, then the owner says that I am lying about what we ordered. Long story short don't eat from this place!

15 euros and then you get this??? I think the photo of the limp, soggy bun and the wafer-thin piece of meat speaks for itself. Ordered a hamburger menu, sandwich, meat and salad. After a very long wait in an empty restaurant, my order finally arrives without the salad I had ordered. The price is extreme for this kind of quality & service, and they also charge 0.80 on top of that for any kind of sauce.

We ordered chicken pops, but it was ice cold, when I went to the counter and told the employee, she very rudely just grabbed the chicken from my hand and threw it in the fryer. The food is very tasty. The service is very slow. It takes a long time to get your order here. You have to take into account that the service staff does not speak or understand English, I had to use the "finger method" (I pointed to the food and drinks I wanted).

They didn't know what we had ordered and walked away with the food asking you if it was yours. The crispy chicken wrap was soggy and white sauce was dripping from medium fries and small fries. There was no difference between the meat, it was dry and had stains on it. .

We ordered 2 children's menus, 2 chicken wraps via Thuisbezorgd. The food was really not tasty at all. We had children's menus with fries and chicken balls, the fries were good, but the chicken balls were too hard and also very dry. The 2 chicken wraps were cold, had no sauce on them and the chicken was soggy and just contained pieces of bone. Totally not worth the time and money (32 euros) to order from this company.

WHY DOES THIS TENT STILL EXIST????? The fries had no taste and if you thought you could taste anything it tasted like chicken and the chicken I ordered were 4 pieces super small and looked like a piece of leather that you put on cold without taste and then you want to go to the toilet you get a Big mouth that you have to pay 1 euro for the toilet while I paid 10 euros for 1 super small fries and 4 pieces of chicken at least learn no chicken worthy a sad place this was the reason why there was hardly anyone there!

Service slow, we also got Coke instead of Fanta and there was accidentally one too many burgers on our plate, which was taken away by an employee when we were already seated. Inside, a discussion took place between staff and another customer. All in all it came across as unprofessional and unfriendly. Eating was manageable. The item I wanted and which is also on all cards could not be ordered on the malfunctioning ordering post. All in all not the best experience.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and has plenty of trash cans and tables. We were there during King's Day and the music in the city was a bonus :) Friendly and helpful staff and there is free Wi-Fi. The toilets were neat, except for a bit of graffiti. The lock on the toilet door in the men's toilet feels loose, but it is sturdy once it is closed. I ordered a Tandoori burger. The chicken was crunchy and tender, spicy as neatly stated and the sauce in combination with the chicken was extremely tasty. Everywhere, a good place with good food. 5 out of 5 stars deserved!

Tasty food, nice and tender chicken, not dry. Burger is a single burger for €5.95. Burger bun might have been a little firmer to prevent it from falling apart... Nice children's menu in a robot box with tasty spicy fries and super fresh chicken nuggets in a funny box. There was also a toy inside. We were there just after opening time on a Saturday, there is a radio on and the atmosphere feels like a MacDonalds or a Burger King. However, this food is much tastier and it is quieter. And there are clean toilets available.

Unfortunately, of the 5 things we ordered, 2 were not what we ordered. We received normal fries instead of spicy fries and we had 2 wraps, 1 spicy chicken and 1 normal, there was no taste difference between the wraps. First time ordering and definitely the last. SUCH A SCAM!! Paid 17 damn euros for 6 chicken nuggets and a boneless bucket which wasn't even a damn "bucket" but not even the box size of 6 chicken nuggets at mcdonalds! 17 DAMN EUROS! This amount of money can get you a burger, fries, and a drink somewhere else and feel like you ate too much.. and here we got a sorry little box for barely 1 person for that money. Plus we also didn't get the sauce just like many reviews saids so before. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

Truly the worst fast food chain there is! Chicken is like the sole of a shoe, bread is bone dry and the lettuce is old and dirty. Really scandalous.
