Terribly poor service. I waited an hour and a half, called, and was completely unreachable. Finally, they called back to say they'd forgotten our order. Twenty minutes later, we received a call back saying they couldn't find my house number. I explained this and told them I'd come outside. After standing outside for five minutes, I walked around and literally saw them trying to give it to a random person walking down the street. The food was also completely unfresh and cold. This restaurant should close.

There's no good name for this place. I ordered at 1:10 AM and am still waiting; it's now 3 PM. I contacted them, and they said it might take a little longer due to busy times, but it's already on its way. I called 2:10 AM. The conclusion was that I didn't receive the food, no refund, and couldn't contact the store again. The order was received, and nothing is correct. A complete scam.

The pizza tasted sour, and I received a different drink than I ordered. After calling, there was no response. Don't order from here; it's not worth it.

Ordered food from them, just something simple, fries war and hot wings. According to home delivery, the order had been received and it should take between 30 and 55 minutes. Conclusion! Paid and no food! It is now 5:10 in the morning. Thought I'd have something to eat before going to sleep, but no, I waited for nothing! As soon as the business is open again during the day I will contact them, this is not exactly nice! Can't get in touch with you at the moment! Money gone, no food and no response at all. It's a pity that the number where you should be reached has been closed...

Paid way too much for a cold pizza that was delivered by a guy who couldn't even speak Dutch or English and couldn't find it, crap

The service was as requested and on time! This just doesn't make the quality good at all. The pizza was tasteless apart from the onion that I added later... beef tenderloin should have flavor and arugula a bite, but unfortunately this was not noticeable. 30 euros for 2 pizzas is not normal for this quality. Tip: Jumbo has 3 pizzas for 5 euros

Do not order here!! I had ordered some simple things here (some cans of drinks and a frikandel), this would supposedly take 1.5 hours, but after 1.5 I called, no response. In the end no food was received, money was debited and no contact was possible with the business.

Fast Delivery, Tasty Food and Top Service

Received an extremely disappointing pizza. Asked for a pizza Salami then received a cold cardboard pizza with herbs and 3 pieces of salami💀 The delivery people also do not learn how to handle customer numbers. Because I was recently texted unsolicited by some delivery person named Mohanad who asked me if I had a boyfriend but the gentleman was almost 30💀

Ordered pizza and fries from this place. Tastes like nothing at all. Cheap microwave pizza Slice of cheddar cut into pieces and thrown on top. Some fries were even green! Not recommended.

Do not order here We had placed an order an hour and a half in advance at a quarter to 7. We would leave home at 8 o'clock. We called at 7 o'clock, they say it's half past eight because it's busy. At a quarter past 7 they call back to say they made the wrong pizza and whether we want it because otherwise they will have to make new ones. The order is finally delivered at 5 to 8. Pizza was more raw than cooked. Pasta had started to leak, causing the entire bag and contents to turn orange. Bag almost tore apart. Kapsalon was very sparse in terms of meat. Completely nothing in terms of compensation, despite delivery more than an hour late. I work in the catering industry myself and it is normal for us to at least give someone something to drink if they have to wait 15/20 minutes longer due to our mistake. I was told not to write a bad review because it was busy so they couldn't do anything about it.

Ordered a tuna calzone and a pizza. Drip from the bottom and undercooked. Mushrooms inside were still raw. A waste of tuna and money. Mushrooms on the other pizza were also still raw.

The order came half an hour earlier than we had indicated and the potato slices were not really warm anymore, but the food was delicious despite that. It is certainly worth repeating.

We had to wait an hour for our pizzas. My friend's pizza was over-topped and mine had the thickest layer of cheese on it (more than 1 cm, it looked like rubber/clay!), no onions, bacilli and no oregano, which was indicated in the description. Asked for a new one, which took over 1.5 hours. Pizza bases are tough and tasteless. Maybe an idea to adapt the recipe for the bases and use grated cheese instead of slices of cheese and too much?? It's a shame we won't be ordering again for a while

Fries were seriously limp. There was no garlic sauce in it, just a little in a container next to it. Very dry bite. Not recommended.

Do not order here, the guacamole is just garlic sauce and the nachos have beans and corn added to the minced meat, which is not mentioned. Very nice if you don't mind that. Everything in the trash now and thanks.

They are a bit of a victim of their own success. Tasty food, which somehow resembles Mexican :) But way too busy, so they sometimes can't manage it.
