Staff, especially the manager, are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional

I went to the restroom and paid 80 cents. I get a voucher back for my order, but there's no indication how to redeem it. I ordered from the store and went to the cash register to redeem the voucher. The system doesn't allow it, so the store manager comes over to check it out and tells me it's not possible through the computer system, so you're out of luck. Either fix it or don't charge for the restroom.

We ordered/picked up a burger and fries, but when we got home, it turned out that one large and one small fries were missing. Very bad.

I find it very unfortunate to give such a review, but it's justified. I had just been there and ordered nuggets and a burger, and then I received two boxes of nuggets. I went to the cash register to explain that it wasn't my order, but the employee got angry and gave me a burger that was lying around somewhere and took the nuggets I touched. I sat down to eat, and then the burger smelled foul and not fresh. After one bite, I threw it away immediately. It wasn't even a busy time of day to reason.

We ate for the first time. Children have to pay €0.80 to use the toilet. 😱 Okay, after that, we ended up in a filthy, run-down toilet with no toilet paper and a sink full of water that wouldn't drain. Unfortunately, only three toilets for both men and women. The food wasn't great either. Too bad.

The accountant was a friendly, kind Arab man. I visited the place on a holiday night.

It was a quiet evening, and a friend and I went to get dessert to round off our evening. We came in and ordered a mac and cheese flurry, which put us in fifth and sixth place on the waiting list. After three minutes, we were pushed away from the screen, but our order was ready. It literally melted before our eyes for eight minutes because the man behind the counter who had been making the ice cream looked at us and then turned around to calmly do something else. My flurry was half-melted when I got it, which was completely unnecessary.

Food was luke warm, onions in quarter pounder tasted like they were out of date. No lid or straw given with drink even though it was the takeaway version? Paid for toilets €0.80 gender shared and very Dirty considering it was early in the day. Blood and urine on toilet seat 🤢. Sink had public hair laying around it. I guess they dont check the toilet regularly.

You get a 70c voucher once you paid for the toilet but if you ordered first and used then the toilet tough luck. McDonald’s food in general has declined in quality over the years. Had the Korean Chicken McCrispy and it was dry and just boring. WiFi is 100% and absolutely useless.

Compact restaurant. Avoid this place on hot days. How can a restaurant not have air conditioning in the summer?! It's a huge sauna in the summer. It's only costing you customers. If possible, go to one of the McDrive's in Zwolle.

There are flies flying around the establishment from the trash can that they don't take out for a very long time. I ordered a double burger - they brought a regular one. I ordered delivery - they put hamburgers instead of a cheeseburger. I ordered a chicken burger - they made a fish one. Good advertising for KFC.

Good place to go to eat. The placement were really clean, the people were cleaning often the place when some customers leave the tables dirty and they were putting attention on it. The meal is, McDonald's, fast and tasty.

The food was just like in any Mac, luckily everything was hot! What surprised us most was the service. The staff offered to provide a high chair for our youngest. I had just finished one bite of the Big Mac and then an employee asked if everything was OK. Correctly. I have the feeling that this manager attaches more importance to service than at many other locations.

The fries were dry and cold. Cheese was as hard as a rock. And the burgers were so overcooked that there was no taste left.

Unfortunately, the renovation has not made it any more convenient for families with a stroller .most McDonalds have a microwave to heat up a bottle, but unfortunately not here... my husband asked about it and then they were a bit mysterious, some said downstairs, some immediately said no... hmm what is it now?? Very beautiful after the renovation. Benches/chairs are also very comfortable. But I think what you did with the toilet, with the pins and the push bar, is really shitty. So there are no more free coins. I don't mind paying, but I don't like the push bar and the tightness.
