Easy to do while shopping, small McDonald's

There was no cheese on my cheeseburger, it took a very long time and they were quite rude. I would only come back here as a last resort. Very disappointing :(. It's just this specific McDonald's because we had a good experience at many others. Additionally, you had to pay 80 cents for a poorly maintained toilet with only a urinal, so I couldn't relieve myself. The atmosphere was fine though.

The toilet is expensive; you have to pay even if you order €50 worth of food. Food is fine.

What can you say about McDonald's? Mediocre food for exorbitant prices. But somehow, it's fun for kids. And ours likes the McKroket (and I secretly quite like it too). The best is the Coke with a ridiculous amount of ice cream and the French fries with way too much salt. The rest... Meh... Otherwise, a real hot spot for a junkie in the evenings and on weekends.

Nice ambiance, food was decent, just too cold. Cheese on the hamburger could be better. Toilets: woman got stuck in the revolving door. Fun experience: ran into Justin Bieber there (from the Dam for those in the know). That explains why he might come over for dinner at my place sometime. Lots of nice young people, which makes the experience really fun. My friends were wildly enthusiastic.

The most fancy McDonald's if ever been to. Bringing you food to the table (never expected that in McDonald's!), fresh mint leaf tea (likewise) and completely not a fast food style decor, looking like an actual restaurant. Wow! Would normally avoid such places but everywhere else had kitchen closed (even Spar...) and it was way above my expectations.

When I opened my sauce sachet and squeezed out a bit, I noticed they had given me mayo and not fries sauce. I went to get some fries sauce and pointed out that none had been included. I sat back down at the table and walked past the employee, who very grumpily pointed at my tray for the mayo. So I pointed out that I had received mayo instead of the fries sauce and only noticed it when I squeezed it out. I was given an angry look, and it was expected that I would still pay for the sauce I had already paid for, but just this once, I was allowed to have it like this... We had also bought cookies, and I wanted to break off a piece to give to the child, but I noticed they were frozen. When we went over to them, they said they were only frozen... My girlfriend wanted to go to the toilet to put a clean diaper on the child, and then we were still expected to pay an extra 80 cents for the toilet... All in all, a super bad experience

What a peculiar experience at this McDonald's. Because literally all those ordering kiosks were occupied, I stood there waiting patiently until one became available so I could place my order. Apparently, waiting patiently is a violation here, because to my great surprise, I was approached by an employee who got angry with me because I 'hadn't ordered anything'. Well, I would love to spend money here, but unfortunately, I can't yet teleport myself through other people to an occupied kiosk. Perhaps a tip for the staff: first ask why someone is standing somewhere instead of immediately snapping at a customer who is simply waiting their turn. Customer friendliness is nowhere to be found here. Next time, I'll just drive on to another McDonald's.

The waiter threw a tray at me, he would have done it!!! The guy who works here is rude. Check your workers. The burgers are delicious, but the workers are bad. Think about it.

Cozy location in the center of Zwolle, however, I have never had a good experience at this branch. Today it seemed like the fries had been sitting there for an hour already, and my banana milkshake tasted like Fanta because they didn't rinse the reusable cup sufficiently. What a waste!

Disaster! Fast food? It used to be, but orders take 15-20 minutes. Empanadas with cheese: absolutely awful!! The toilet also costs extra for guests and is filthy. Disgusting!

After waiting for half an hour, we finally asked where our order was. Initially, the boy said we had to be patient, but less than a minute later he came with our order. A receipt was placed on the burger stating 4 minutes after ordering, meaning it had already been sitting in the warming station for well over 25 minutes.. We won't be coming here again.

I waited more than 30 minutes for my fries. When I asked the manager where my order was, he started yelling at me instead of apologizing. He claimed they were busy, while he himself stood talking to a few employees and just left the customers waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst level of service I have experienced in a long time. I paid for my order, but ended up leaving without food. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Very tasty food, it is often busy but the burgers arrive very punctually. The only downside is that there are often noisy young people, but apart from that, it is a very good McDonald's.

I went there to eat and the first thing I noticed was that the music was loud accompanied by swear words. Also, the staff treated me badly because I am Black, and there were missing pickles on my burger even though I requested extra burgers. Please do something about this as soon as possible.

Last Saturday, I ate here with a friend. We had a delicious meal, and it was pleasantly busy.

It takes a long time here; waiting 20 minutes is not fast food, and I still got 2 cold hamburgers.

There was an employee who started yelling at me who was on break, sitting outside, and told me to put on a rainbow flag and stuff.

It took 50 minutes to get a single menu item... 30 minutes of waiting, we went to ask and they'd forgotten, then we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our menu. No one apologized, the staff clearly didn't want to work...

Meh, quick, okay food, a bit busy inside, but much faster than at Domino's.

I ordered a McFlurry and I got my food, and when I looked at my McFlurry there were hardly any M&Ms in it. I went back and asked if I could have some with it, and they said "no, that's more than enough," and it was just ice cream, then those M&Ms, and they were very rude to me.

I ordered a box with some chicken wings and some chicken nuggets. Eventually I got home, and my whole box was full of chicken nuggets? I ordered a large portion of fries and ended up only getting 20 pieces. Also, there were no paper towels in my pickup bag? When I went to pick it up, they forgot my drink, and when I mentioned that, I was given a really rude look. All young people work there, but nobody does their job properly. If I could ask for my money back, I would have done so long ago. A few months ago things were much better taken care of, but this is just a mess. This really needs to change!!!

I went to McDonald's again today and the chicken nuggets were tough as hell. McDonald's really went downhill; it looked like they were deep-fried a day ago. Ridiculous!

I wanted to have a nice meal on the terrace here today, but the "nice" part wore off pretty quickly. The terrace was a huge mess; the tables and chairs were standing all over the floor, and there were food scraps, napkins, etc. lying on the tables. When the food was brought to my table 10 minutes later, it was cold to boot. In short, things have really gone downhill here; very disappointing!

I waited about 10 minutes for the food, but my burger and fries were cold? I also received new drinks twice, and yet every cup was still dirty and had weird stuff in my drink.

Tried to order via the app, but it got stuck on processing payment for 5 minutes. Went to the counter to ask if they could do anything and was told "I can't help you with that," and the employee went to do something else; they didn't get another employee over who actually knew what they were doing.

Also, at the Italian restaurant, you forget the herbs with the sachet for the fries because you don't pay close attention to what you ordered. Please read the menu carefully next time. But the food, burgers, etc., is all dry, and the fries are a bit warm and bland. The soft drinks are all just zero, lots of fake sweetness, really disgusting. I was disappointed that I won't be coming back next time.

Food as expected from McD, that was fine. Service is bad at this branch; you have to pay for the toilet, but you won't find it this dirty anywhere else. Very unappetizing and no toilet paper! The floor is sticky. Still had to shell out 80 cents. My wife also went to the toilet after her meal; there was no toilet paper there either and it was dirty. I won't say anything about the staff; my first post wasn't made for that. Better choices are available in that area, also for a quick bite.

The food was fine, but the same cannot be said about the staff… the staff was very grumpy. We dropped a cheese stick and had to clean it up immediately, otherwise we would be kicked out of the restaurant. We were also told off for sitting with our legs (no shoes) on the sofa. This was really fun for the children in our group. They were invited by a very nice waiter to make their own soft ice cream from the machine. The girls were allowed to go into the kitchen. A very nice experience. And the ice cream was free too. Thank you very much. It was a lovely end to a day in Zwolle. Compliments to the staff.

We ordered food here around 11:00 PM. The food was just fine, McDonald's standard. However, the staff forbade us from choosing a seat, at most a small selection. While we were still eating, loud music (we think Indonesian) was blasting from a separate speaker right by the cash register. The only regular employee was cleaning and suggested it was at least cheerful music, but unfortunately, due to a language barrier, couldn't provide further information. The three managers present just stared at us and looked as if they'd rather be rid of us than have us. I certainly understand that staff want to finish or go home, but this felt more like harassment than hospitality. We now understand perfectly well why even ordering food (we live downtown) from McDonald's North is better and more welcoming than ordering from McDonald's Center. If this were my franchise, I'd rather be on the floor myself every day than have this staff represent me.

The food was great. We ordered around 11:30 PM, and the food arrived around 11:50 PM. Not a word was said while we were ordering, but when we'd finished 75% of our food, they started blasting music, clearly trying to get us to leave. I understand they close for orders around 12, but please let the guests eat in peace. We eventually left, but they weren't even gone for five minutes. No mention of them closing soon. The times on the door don't match the hours listed online. Just not polite, either mention it at the table, or be polite until the last guests have left.

Going to the toilet is really expensive here. Everything else is fine.

I went to the restroom and paid 80 cents. I get a voucher back for my order, but there's no indication how to redeem it. I ordered from the store and went to the cash register to redeem the voucher. The system doesn't allow it, so the store manager comes over to check it out and tells me it's not possible through the computer system, so you're out of luck. Either fix it or don't charge for the restroom.

I find it very unfortunate to give such a review, but it's justified. I had just been there and ordered nuggets and a burger, and then I received two boxes of nuggets. I went to the cash register to explain that it wasn't my order, but the employee got angry and gave me a burger that was lying around somewhere and took the nuggets I touched. I sat down to eat, and then the burger smelled foul and not fresh. After one bite, I threw it away immediately. It wasn't even a busy time of day to reason.

It was a quiet evening, and a friend and I went to get dessert to round off our evening. We came in and ordered a mac and cheese flurry, which put us in fifth and sixth place on the waiting list. After three minutes, we were pushed away from the screen, but our order was ready. It literally melted before our eyes for eight minutes because the man behind the counter who had been making the ice cream looked at us and then turned around to calmly do something else. My flurry was half-melted when I got it, which was completely unnecessary.

Paid for toilets €0.80 gender shared and very Dirty considering it was early in the day. Blood and urine on toilet seat 🤢. Sink had public hair laying around it. I guess they dont check the toilet regularly.
