McDonald's in Wijk 10 Binnenstad

I ordered a McFlurry and I got my food, and when I looked at my McFlurry there were hardly any M&Ms in it. I went back and asked if I could have some with it, and they said "no, that's more than enough," and it was just ice cream, then those M&Ms, and they were very rude to me.

I ordered a box with some chicken wings and some chicken nuggets. Eventually I got home, and my whole box was full of chicken nuggets? I ordered a large portion of fries and ended up only getting 20 pieces. Also, there were no paper towels in my pickup bag? When I went to pick it up, they forgot my drink, and when I mentioned that, I was given a really rude look. All young people work there, but nobody does their job properly. If I could ask for my money back, I would have done so long ago. A few months ago things were much better taken care of, but this is just a mess. This really needs to change!!!

I went to McDonald's again today and the chicken nuggets were tough as hell. McDonald's really went downhill; it looked like they were deep-fried a day ago. Ridiculous!

I wanted to have a nice meal on the terrace here today, but the "nice" part wore off pretty quickly. The terrace was a huge mess; the tables and chairs were standing all over the floor, and there were food scraps, napkins, etc. lying on the tables. When the food was brought to my table 10 minutes later, it was cold to boot. In short, things have really gone downhill here; very disappointing!

This McDonald's is located in the city center, so no McDrive!

I waited about 10 minutes for the food, but my burger and fries were cold? I also received new drinks twice, and yet every cup was still dirty and had weird stuff in my drink.

Tried to order via the app, but it got stuck on processing payment for 5 minutes. Went to the counter to ask if they could do anything and was told "I can't help you with that," and the employee went to do something else; they didn't get another employee over who actually knew what they were doing.

Great! The employees are very attentive to the customers!

Had to wait more than half an hour for 2 burgers on a Monday evening with hardly a single customer in the place, only to find blonde hairs in the burger while eating. Called about this and offered to resolve it, very nice and polite, but never again!

There is no toilet available here for customers. Only for an extra fee.

It's always nice here, but there was an employee standing outside smoking at 1:56 (Saturday morning) who told me I was late when I came running; I don't think that's quite right.

Also, at the Italian restaurant, you forget the herbs with the sachet for the fries because you don't pay close attention to what you ordered. Please read the menu carefully next time. But the food, burgers, etc., is all dry, and the fries are a bit warm and bland. The soft drinks are all just zero, lots of fake sweetness, really disgusting. I was disappointed that I won't be coming back next time.

Food as expected from McD, that was fine. Service is bad at this branch; you have to pay for the toilet, but you won't find it this dirty anywhere else. Very unappetizing and no toilet paper! The floor is sticky. Still had to shell out 80 cents. My wife also went to the toilet after her meal; there was no toilet paper there either and it was dirty. I won't say anything about the staff; my first post wasn't made for that. Better choices are available in that area, also for a quick bite.

Ordered food at the ordering kiosk, waited 20 minutes, still no food; the order wasn't there, they hadn't seen it at the counter either. Then left the order slip, so according to the staff I had to wait another 20 minutes. My wife went back inside, and then the food arrived after 3 minutes. Then went to the toilet; this machine was malfunctioning, you couldn't go in, but you could. Subsequently, it was deducted twice from the bill. Long live digitalization! Never experienced such a bad McDonald's as the one in Zwolle.

They brought the food to the table and it was pretty fast. They had the mario meal when other places were sold out and I was able to complete my coin collection there :)

I had ordered mozzarella, and after waiting an hour, they told me there was no more mozzarella in the fridge and gave me the 7 pieces from another order. This is very annoying.

The food was fine, but the same cannot be said about the staff… the staff was very grumpy. We dropped a cheese stick and had to clean it up immediately, otherwise we would be kicked out of the restaurant. We were also told off for sitting with our legs (no shoes) on the sofa. The staff is rude; we were almost kicked out because a mozzarella stick fell, and they glared at us the whole time! If the manager reads this, make sure you have good staff!

This was really fun for the children in our group. They were invited by a very nice waiter to make their own soft ice cream from the machine. The girls were allowed to go into the kitchen. A very nice experience. And the ice cream was free too. Thank you very much. It was a lovely end to a day in Zwolle. Compliments to the staff.

The food was great. We ordered around 11:30 PM, and the food arrived around 11:50 PM. Not a word was said while we were ordering, but when we'd finished 75% of our food, they started blasting music, clearly trying to get us to leave. I understand they close for orders around 12, but please let the guests eat in peace. We eventually left, but they weren't even gone for five minutes. No mention of them closing soon. The times on the door don't match the hours listed online. Just not polite, either mention it at the table, or be polite until the last guests have left.

We ordered food here around 11:00 PM. The food was just fine, McDonald's standard. However, the staff forbade us from choosing a seat, at most a small selection. While we were still eating, loud music (we think Indonesian) was blasting from a separate speaker right by the cash register. The only regular employee was cleaning and suggested it was at least cheerful music, but unfortunately, due to a language barrier, couldn't provide further information. The three managers present just stared at us and looked as if they'd rather be rid of us than have us. I certainly understand that staff want to finish or go home, but this felt more like harassment than hospitality. We now understand perfectly well why even ordering food (we live downtown) from McDonald's North is better and more welcoming than ordering from McDonald's Center. If this were my franchise, I'd rather be on the floor myself every day than have this staff represent me.

I went to the restroom and paid 80 cents. I get a voucher back for my order, but there's no indication how to redeem it. I ordered from the store and went to the cash register to redeem the voucher. The system doesn't allow it, so the store manager comes over to check it out and tells me it's not possible through the computer system, so you're out of luck. Either fix it or don't charge for the restroom.

I find it very unfortunate to give such a review, but it's justified. I had just been there and ordered nuggets and a burger, and then I received two boxes of nuggets. I went to the cash register to explain that it wasn't my order, but the employee got angry and gave me a burger that was lying around somewhere and took the nuggets I touched. I sat down to eat, and then the burger smelled foul and not fresh. After one bite, I threw it away immediately. It wasn't even a busy time of day to reason.

It was a quiet evening, and a friend and I went to get dessert to round off our evening. We came in and ordered a mac and cheese flurry, which put us in fifth and sixth place on the waiting list. After three minutes, we were pushed away from the screen, but our order was ready. It literally melted before our eyes for eight minutes because the man behind the counter who had been making the ice cream looked at us and then turned around to calmly do something else. My flurry was half-melted when I got it, which was completely unnecessary.

Paid for toilets €0.80 gender shared and very Dirty considering it was early in the day. Blood and urine on toilet seat 🤢. Sink had public hair laying around it. I guess they dont check the toilet regularly.

It's been a complete mess since they renovated here. Almost every self-order station was out of paper. It was incredibly busy, and no one had time for you. It wasn't even dinnertime.

You get a 70c voucher once you paid for the toilet but if you ordered first and used then the toilet tough luck. McDonald’s food in general has declined in quality over the years. Had the Korean Chicken McCrispy and it was dry and just boring. WiFi is 100% and absolutely useless.

There are flies flying around the establishment from the trash can that they don't take out for a very long time. I ordered a double burger - they brought a regular one. Really bad service. Waiting 20 minutes for coffee and then being told that you have already been called by a manager who is just starting his shift. Who by the way does not even know if we have been called or not, but refutes the blame on us.
