Extremely rude staff and owner. Just like in The Hague.
The chicken is dry and the fries are lukewarm.
Those poor Deliveroo drivers often make us wait longer than 30 minutes.
Even though these drivers get paid per delivery.
The food and service were disappointing. This was in stark contrast to the hotel staff and the overall experience.
The fish I ordered was overcooked and turned out to be raw, but the staff felt it was supposed to be that way. It's okay if something goes wrong, but a solution or some helpful advice is still needed.
To be honest, I'm not getting as much ice cream these days. It's not particularly good. The price is cheaper than the other ice cream parlor, and this weekend the scoops were quite large, but the taste wasn't anything special.
Service brought drinks by hand and not with one tray, and they were also not very friendly.
The food was expensive but it didn't show, carpaccio with dry salad and a kilo of normal grated cheese. Steak was tasty but not worth 30 euros.
It was nicely decorated inside.
What scammers! The currant buns were tough and small. And all that for €1.50 (!) each!? Everything has gotten more expensive, but on the last day of the year, I felt the most ripped off in 2025. Never again!
We had sandwiches and burgers and were very satisfied with everything, so we went back again the next day.
It's perfectly satisfactory for a restaurant in a spa.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I was treated rudely by Tamara, the owner. The order was delayed, and despite clearly stating that the cake had to be ready by a certain date, it wasn't ready until four days later. No refund, and no other compensation. Unacceptable.
A sandwich was delivered well after its sell-by date. I mentioned this at checkout, and the response I got was "that's OK." Couldn't you just say thank you, say you'll look into it, or briefly explain if the expiration date isn't important? On the platform, I noticed a second sticker had been placed on my sandwich to hide the old expiration date... which I don't appreciate. Besides, many sandwiches were sold out, and the employee wasn't busy and was wandering around to kill time. The visit was on November 17, 2025, around 2:50 PM.
If i could give zero stars I would. The quality of the food is poor however prices I guess is fair. The service from the owners are atrocious, rude and lacks decent manners. I unfortunately had the chicken wrap which made me sick. Be careful as everything is not prepared freshly. I will not be going back.
