We waited an hour for our food, and it still arrived incomplete. The man behind the register pretended not to see me when I came back to ask about the delivery time or the incomplete order. That's some fast food xD We had to go extend the parking space for another hour.
If I were you I wouldn't get a drink here in the evening. It looked like the barista wanted to clean the pastry case instead of helping the guest. I ordered a grande white mocha frappucino, her beverage routine should definitely be looked at. 1 pump white mocha and a 1 pump coffee base is not correct for a grande size. This results in a tasteless block of ice. Order placed at 8:30 PM on June 15 with a lady with a low blonde ponytail.
If there is zero, they get it.
1- delivery: received email that food is delivered while an hour later, still notjing
2- staff on phone: we call to see what is wrong, staff couldnt know where the order is nor call the delivery person
3- delivery comes 90mn later, when faced with the fact that they lied by clicking their location and order as delivered, they couldnt explain why they are doing that
4- we ordered extra chicken and extra veggies and paid fpr the extras, puzza came almost empty with 2 or 3 thin paprika slices
5- sauce had so much fake garlic you better have a vomit bucket ready.
6- main office Domino's do not take complaints, adk to deal with branch: yeah right, the same liars on the phone and bike?
Never again, a cup of tea and a cheese sandwich is safer at home, even if i am dead tired after work

Wat een teleurstellende ervaring. Bij binnenkomst in de toch al wat smoezelige zaak moest ik lange tijd wachten voordat ik geholpen werd, terwijl de eigenaar (naar mijn idee de franchisenemer zelf) rustig achterin zat te koffiedrinken. Toen hij uiteindelijk kwam, gaf ik mijn bestelling door: een broodje carpaccio met truffelmayonaise, zonder pijnboompitten.
Op een geïrriteerde toon vroeg hij: “Welk brood?!” Ik wees de Italiaanse bol aan en zei vriendelijk: “Die ziet er wel lekker uit.” Vervolgens begon hij nors aan de bereiding, waarbij ik al snel zag dat hij pesto op het broodje smeerde. Ik gaf aan dat ik truffelmayonaise had besteld en geen pesto wilde, omdat daar pijnboompitten in zitten. Zijn reactie: “De truffelmayo doe ik óp de pesto.”
Toen ik uitlegde dat ik allergisch ben voor pijnboompitten en daarom specifiek geen pesto wilde, werd hij boos en riep: “Je had niet gezegd dat je allergisch was!” Volledig naast de kwestie, want ik had duidelijk besteld wat ik wilde en hij maakte iets anders. Hij smeet vervolgens een nieuw broodje op zijn werkplek, maar op dat moment had ik er genoeg van. Ik heb vriendelijk bedankt en ben de winkel uitgelopen.
Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een onfrisse zaak waar je op onbeschofte wijze wordt geholpen, dan zit je hier goed. Voor mij was dit de eerste en laatste keer.
Things often go wrong with orders, but this time it was such a disaster that I wanted to share my thoughts. After ordering online, they first called to say something was out of stock. It happens, of course, so the order was adjusted. Then, one pizza wasn't delivered. After calling, they promised it would be delivered. After an hour, still no one, so I called again. They initially said a delivery driver had been at the door but no one was home. Besides the fact that it was already very strange since we'd called beforehand, they didn't even try to contact us by phone. Strangely enough, they just assumed we'd be gone by then. Then, another time later (for the supposedly third time, 2.5 hours after the first order), the delivery driver arrived again, still with the wrong pizza. A small 25cm, while I'd paid for a large Italian pizza. I didn't call again this fourth time and cut my losses. This was definitely the last time I'll order from here, especially with these costs. Next time it will be New York pizza again.
Ordered a tuna pizza here today for 14 euros. It was literally a ready-made pizza base with cheese and tuna on top. For that price, you should be able to get a truly fresh pizza.
Picked up food, it was ready right on time. Unfortunately, the Turkish pizzas really weren't tasty. The fries were reasonably okay, but not very hot anymore. Unfortunately, not worth repeating for us.
Every order is simply wrong. Literally every week.
Order two pizzas, only to receive three (not one correct), and then they return with the supposedly correct pizzas, but mine was wrong again. I'm finally done with Domino's Hoogerheide!
