They always have the "reserved" sign ready to turn people away. The poor service and generally bad atmosphere left us very disappointed. To top it all off, the manager stood in a corner of the terrace, constantly watching his employees with his arms crossed and a bad attitude.

Awful. A rip-off. You pay twice as much for a container of strawberries and pistachios as you would elsewhere, and it's half the size. The receipt doesn't list the charge, and the guy serving you tells you it's your fault for not asking before buying. The sandwiches are dry. No wonder there's nobody there except for the odd wasp buzzing around the food in the display cases 🥴

Delicious food but unfortunately had to wait a bit too long, which in hindsight could have been avoided by ordering online....so basically my own fault 🫣

I was highly disappointed with my order. Instead of a well-filled panini kebab, I was served an expensive sandwich that contained almost exclusively bread. The overall quality of the food simply did not justify the high price.

Honestly, I have never experienced such a pathetic place. I waited 2.5 hours for my order; it was a stretch you can drive to in 9 minutes. The pizza wasn't even round, had poor toppings, and tasted like sour cow piss. The Pasta 4 Cheese was also absolute dog shit. All in all, nobody here, never ordering from here again. These people honestly don't deserve our money; it's inedible. Also, there is onion in it, something that isn't listed on Thuisbezorgd.

Fancy a hair salon at 3am? Me, too! Unfortunately you have to wait until half past six until he comes with your food. I have nothing to say about the food because it never arrived, but when I see the reviews I'm happy with it, otherwise I might have gotten food poisoning from it. Worst place ever, don't even think about entering this incredibly bad place. If I could, I would give this tent 0 stars, unfortunately it will be at least 1. This tent is not even worth it, it is not worth your time and money.

Paid 65 euros for 2 loaded fries and 10 crispy tenders with a Ben & Jerry's. Everything was cold, soggy, and barely fried. The Ben & Jerry's had melted. A real disgrace.

I got a sandwich three times for my commute to work. Each time, the rolls were old and soggy instead of freshly baked. You expect to be able to get a nice, fresh sandwich at 8:30. But today really took the cake. I paid €6 for a “salmon sandwich,” but it was a day-old roll with nothing on it. You can't charge people €6 for this. I took two bites and then threw it away.

My first burger in the Netherlands and it was delicious and crispy. The staff was friendly and helped me with my choice, they gave me good advice. They support the festival.

The best pizzas, of course. But what a bunch of employees! The smell of weed, everyone smoking cigarettes and joints outside the door. Then they walk in while eating with a hoodie on and their phone in their hands. Again, NOT a good look for New York Pizza!

Are you actually allowed to use the elevator there, because you have to enter a code before calling the elevator?
