It bothered me that although I ate in the location, I had to pay to use the toilet.

The food is not tasty, everything is overcooked and undersalted. Workers do not allow access to seats and toilets

Dirty tables full of other customers' trays, dirty toilets everywhere!!! I only took the coffee to go given the situation at the tables.

Kinda alright, but crowded and the toilet is not free even for customers.

There was a mouse in the restaurant, we pointed it out to those who worked there, they just grinned and the mouse ran into the kitchen. The employees didn't seem to care, several things were forgotten during our meal, it's not clean because everything is leftover food on the floor and dirt. I CANNOT RECOMMEND you'd better get a fry next door 🎀

Worst MC Donald’s ever. VERY dirty in all floors and there were 2 mouses in the 3 floor. I read the reviews after and noticed that 5 months ago someone already posted about a mouse in the 3 floor. It seems no one did anything because now there is a little mouse as well!!! Not recommended !!!!!

Without cash you cannot go to the bathroom, you pay your food and no bathroom here. Horrible place. The lady in the bathroom very unpolite.

This McDonald's is a lot worse organized than most I've been to in Amsterdam. There was no receipt at the ordering point, the food was cold, and even though we had ordered paper cups because we were afraid of contamination, we received the thick plastic cups. These were dirty. Now back home I am sick and have vomited several times. I am positive about the staff. Friendly help from the staff.

Ordered a coffee, a cookie and a coke. Got the coffee and cookie right away, but were waiting ages for the coke, which they'd forgotten to make. We were clearly waiting for something but everyone was just standing around doing nothing and didn't bother to ask what we were waiting for.

It's a McDonald's. Pretty much the same everywhere. It was clean.

A shame, you spend more than 40 euros and to go to the toilet you have to pay 50 cents. I understand that they give you a QR or a numerical code to enter, but pay? Seriously, human beings become more and more every day...

Service is slow, food is okay. It is not busy but for some reason the kiosks did not work for payment and i was stuck waiting for someone to actually pay. After that, they tried to give my order to someone else ? Very weird experience.

It's more like McDonald's, with the detail that their prices are more expensive than in Spain, for the same crappy hamburgers and you also have to pay to use the toilet.

Last night (around 7pm) I went to this branch. I tried to order something at two different checkouts, but both times the message was 'failure'. When I looked around, it turned out that several customers were affected by it. I then went to report it to the staff. A lady walked with me, then walked between the cash registers as if she were walking on a catwalk and said every time she pointed to a payment pole: "You see? It's working!" Unfortunately, she wasn't smart enough to look at the PIN machines, because it said 'out of service' (not that she could read it at all, but oh well). I didn't even get a chance to say anything else as she walked back along her imaginary catwalk to her giggling colleagues behind the counter. Oh, what fun they had together! I kept the honor to myself and just walked away... I think the worst thing about staff in Amsterdam Center is that they laugh at customers. I see it happen regularly. Now I was a 'victim' myself for once. I will never come here again!

Avoid this McDonald's, their prices are cheating

There are always free places, orders are issued quickly. The toilet is paid - payment by card.

DISGUSTING I saw an employee mopping the bathroom floors ( they were disgusting ) to then use the same mop to swat a fly on the wall in a dining booth in the restaurant were people were eating. Utterly disgusting and a major health hazard !

Had a Swiss cheese burger and quarter pounder delivered. Added note that have leg in plaster. Delivery guy called me and wait for me to get downstairs and make sure got a nice hot meal. Made my day. Thank you.

Ordered veggie nuggets and they gave me regular ones. And took them more than 30min to serve a lemonade!!! Every time they just said yeah, it's coming

I waited 30 minutes and they forgot my order

This is not a fast food restaurant, they can’t handle the amount of orders coming in. Having to wait over 30 minutes for my food. And this is not a one time thing for this mc.

There was a fwking mouse running around. Than the server spilled my drink and gave me a wrong one. Also my friend ordered cola and she did not got one unless she complained. And they also forgot our fries. 😡😡🤬🤬

Ordering machine didn't give a receipt, didn't get my order even though I could show the payment from my bank. Complete chaos and very rude manager.

Awful food! No idea why as it should be the same as every other McDonald’s in the world, but it really was terrible! The fries tasted stale and my quarter pounder was like rubber. The fact they got my burger customisation wrong didn’t help. Most of it went in the bin! They say the reason people choose to eat at McDonald’s over other places is because they know it won’t be terrible…sadly this location is doing its best to test that theory! The only good thing to say is it had over 200 seats!

Big, spacious, open late for the munchies. This place is super dirty though. I paid for the food, why do I need to pay for the toilet?

We were not allowed to sit in Nutri with our order at 7pm

4:00 PM Fancy a coffee and cake 4:45 PM After asking twice where my order was, I had to shout to be helped and this was not possible in the Netherlands!!!! Are we in the Netherlands or not ????

Not one clean table in the evening, all dirty and dirty water from the toilet, very hygienic eh!!!!

I politely asked to charge my phone because I'm not local and I needed to charge my phone for at least 10 minutes, to which the woman working the cash register said they don't have any power outlets, class 🤌

Good and fast, although sometimes they make mistakes in their orders or forget the sauces. Better to check carefully before taking the food. In the bathroom they charge €0.50 to enter, even if you are a customer.

The milkshake isn't really cold and is also way too sweet. Strange, I thought they were always the same at McDonald’s And using the toilet costs another €0.50 extra 🙅‍♂️

I often come to get my coffee in the morning, the lady in question with a headband is quite rude to the guests, especially to English-speaking guests. ! Speak up about it. Otherwise, have it refilled in the back.

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve visited. Staff are extremely slow, unhelpful, clearly don’t want to be here. No urgency to get your food out (we waited nearly 20 mins for a simple breakfast order). Using their mobile phones while putting orders together. Food was cold and thrown on to the tray without any care. Need some serious customer service training

Dont go to this one. It is the worst. I would give a 0 if I could worst service ever. Our order was wiped after paying, we was ignored and spoken to very rudely. I can only assume that they do not like white English people as anyone of any other ethnic background god a better service then us.

Having to pay for the toilet after purchasing food is disgusting policy. Toilet staff were eating food with their hands at the pay point then touching the turnstiles. Gross.

I thought I'd introduce McDonald's to my kids. I explained to them what 'fast food' was, but it still took at least fifteen minutes for the order to arrive. Once at the table, my daughter noticed that she had different nuggets than her brother. They indeed turned out not to be vegetarian, even though they were ordered that way and were in a vegetarian box. A 4-year-old girl noticed it immediately, but the employees did not. Of course, something was said in half-Dutch like "Oh, did you also want it vegetarian?" What poverty, what a mess.

Food was okay. Inside it was just a mess. There was trash everywhere, tables were dirty. And when we were there it wasn't even that busy.

Very dirty restaurant and poor and slow service

We ate 3 times at this fast food restaurant, I noticed that the drinks are prepared in advance without placing the lid, this practice exposes the drinks to contamination with atmospheric agents. I remember that the procedure first involves placing the food on the tray and lastly drinks 'closed' with caps. Furthermore, after spending over 50 euros for each meal you have to pay the entrance to the bathroom. This is not acceptable for customers.

This mcdonald's is shocking I never seen a mcdonald's like this before, the bins was full there was rubbish all over the floor, sticky tablets, flys everywhere, everything was dirty. The service was a joke this place would be better off closed I would not recommend and would not be visiting it again. 👎 Would have give it - 5* if there was a option

The service is really horrible and the manager miss Appiah was very rude, the order was wrong , we ordered two cheese burgers and the gave us two burgers just with ketchup and without Cheese and when I went back they opened the burgers and put a slice of cheese in them, after being touched by two different people. The MC flurry in the meantime was melting and they forgot to give the Ice tea with the other. The manager was rude when I said that we are going to eat here and not take away, she said that they don’t have time and she gave me the wrong order in the paper bag. There were also other people complaining about the service and the way people are being treated in this establishment!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Nice thing. Only you have to pay for the toilet. If you eat for 25 euros, you can still pay 50 cents per person to pee.

Worst McDonald’s in the city center ☺️ no one pays attention. Staff super rude. Serving non fresh food. The machines beeping constantly to change oil but nothing is done. Especially during the night. While waiting for my order there were a lot of customers coming and complaining about their food quality. Everyhting is called and not fresh. Also super non hygienic. Staff touching food without gloves. Grabbing boxes and rubbish and then making or touching food. Awful :)

This is one of the best McDonalds I have visited. For a busy center, everything here is in order and clean. The presentation of the menus is remarkably good, very good in fact. The service is fast. The number of napkins they provide is also correct. There are McDonalds in the center of Amsterdam where things are a lot less organized. Fortunately, the offer in the center is generous. So I can choose.

They made an order for a long time, then they lost it altogether. Only on the second attempt were they able to issue it to me. And it was also very spicy, although according to the recipe it shouldn't be at all. Drinks are very diluted with water. The toilet is paid

Quality and price performance as good as in Germany, but the boss with the white shirt is unfriendly. There is no MC Rib, we are here in Amsterdam and not Germany. To explain this to me in a tone that is cheeky and an impertinence. And everything can only be ordered at the terminal, not at the front.

So I was ALREADY slightly surprised when I suddenly had to pay €0.85 for a portion of mayo at Happy Meal. So what is that? Since when is a portion of fries or ketchup not part of a menu? And €0.85 for a packet of mayo? Is it made of gold? And on top of that you have to pay €0.50 for the toilet. What kind of joke is this? Other McDonalds use code on the receipt for the toilet. Simply ridiculous.

I waited for my coffee over 20 minutes… I called the manager after the employee told me to wait “because it’s coming”. I had number 49 and the numbers that were called upon were already 80-90. The result from my conversation with the manager was that I got my coffee and an apology. For me that doesn’t make up for the extreme delay, I’m not coming here for coffee ever again.
