Food edible overseas since they cannot put the crap the USA is allowed in it for fillers and cheap grade. Busy venu so more employees needed. Interesting seating and annoyed that I had to pay to go to bathroom but had eaten there

The hottest mcdonald's ever! No AC during summer and you have to pay .70 euro for restroom even if you dine inside.

They don't even know how to make a burgers. Single tasty was only one shot of sauce, not only that there was only one slice of tomato.This should be 2shot of sauce and 2slice of tomatoes. Also Sundae caramel was almost same as plain. women who took my order from cashier was manager but customer service wasn't like a manager. Tables were messy and floor wasn't clean. I don't want to give them a star.Even one star. must terrible McDonalds ever in my life.

We were there on 10.6.2025, they opened half an hour later. It says every day from 7:00, but they let us in at 7:30. The second floor was completely dirty. An hour after opening, a worker went there to clean and closed the entrance to the second floor, and there was a toilet there. And this toilet is for two McDonald's, the closest second McDonald's does not have a toilet. I wanted to go there, saying that I ate at the establishment and it is my right to go to the toilet here, but they still refused me. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

There are better restaurants in the chain in terms of quality and cleanliness

I always order the same but at this mcdonalds it Just tastes bad, bad quality. Try another Mcdonalds stay away from this one.

An hour of waiting for just 2 McFlurrys and 1 Coke, knowing I still haven't been served. When I asked at the reception desk, no one answered; it's mind-blowing. We had the same order number as another woman, complete nonsense. We ended up with completely melted McFlurrys and an undrinkable Coke, but of course, they didn't do anything. I absolutely do not recommend it; avoid it.

Worst McDonalds ever with a cashier woman with mega attitude. Pls teach your staff how to treat a customer. She got my order wrong (instead of the small I ordered she had billed a medium) and when I inquired gave me attitude saying I never mentioned the size. If the customer doesn’t mention the size does the cashier get to make the decision on what to bill them? Please teach your staff to be polite, bill the right items and be efficient in delivery. If I didn’t mention the size (though I told her what I want) shouldn’t she have asked me what size I want without billing what she wants. The order of two milkshakes and two ice creams took more than 15 mins. I had to show the bill and ask for it for them to start making it. Milkshake was subpar and too sugary. I had a really horrible experience here today! The staff was downright rude and kept shouting numbers at each other, which made it incredibly chaotic… For example, my order was ready but was still missing the ice cream and my drink! The lady behind the counter was really rude and threw it down hard on the tray…. I hope her colleagues will speak to her about this because this is not customer friendly! The other lady on the other hand was very friendly, the food tasted fine but unfortunately not five stars because of the chaos when picking up the food….

60% of lemonade is ice, no where near declared 250 ml. After I complained manager replied "they make it like that". What a scam!

Waited 40 minutes for the food. Mcflurry and drinks were already there. Everything was melted and then we got the food without sauce and a lot was missing. Bad service.

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a McDonalds. The people did not even acknowledge the customers by looking at them. The toilet payment system didn’t work. When I eventually got in to the toilet it was the dirtiest ones I have ever used.

Unmotivated employees in customer contact, practically everyone was yelled at, the order was a cola, the waiting time was 15 minutes. There is a charge for the toilet, but employees were more concerned with admission than with maintaining the facility. McDonald's is internationally known for being able to get something to eat quickly and provide relief when you need something - unfortunately not here...

45 minute wait for 2 burgers in the evening. The way the queuing system works needs to be sorted out.

Very discusting place. Missing items on orders. Cold and old food. Trasi everywhere. India is cleaner. Workers pick out the cans and bottles and leave the rest. Full overflown trashcans that are not empyed. Toilets dirty and shit on the wall. And still pay 0.70€ Never seen a place so discusting.

Several ordering machines were broken, staff were overwhelmed, the order was not linked to the number. Coffee was therefore lukewarm and only half full. I've experienced better than that.

I asked for an extra spoon for my ice cream since I was sharing with my mom, and they told me: “one ice cream, one spoon”. They ended up giving me the extra spoon, but it was honestly so awkward and hilarious lol. I just hope I didn’t ruin McDonald’s entire network forever over one extra spoon 🙏

Need to pay for the toilet even as a customer

The employee who comes in the morning is very unkind and rude and there are rats in the shop. Lugar desagradable, hay ratas y la empleada de trenzas largas es muy maleducada y grosera .

There were quite a few things not available, eg no salads at all. Staff doing an amazing job and working hard, long waits due to demand not siren to workers speed at all.

A nice and really big restaurant in the middle of the Amsterdam. It has 4 levels and a vast menu. The service and the personnel is kind and they speak english very well and understandable. Your order will be ready very fast, this is one of the best things about it. Note that if you want to use the toilet you will be charged with a 0.70 euro fee and that only one person at a time can entry. The atmosphere depends on the type of people. Overall good service and fast delivery. Also, it is clean inside.

I can't say anything about the food since we didn't taste it... there were mice around the place, not only in the blocked room but also in those where everyone was. I don't know if it's always like this but I was shocked but above all disgusted. When the mice were reported the staff told us not to say anything... I hope I don't find something like that again

If it turns out that I'm not a pig and I want to wash my hands before eating, I have to pay to enter the bathroom. It's a shame that they charge customers for a service that should be essential.

Value yourself and don't eat here. Don't eat here, or at any restaurant that charges you for a bathroom fee, because that's an essential service that any establishment that serves food on-site must offer.

You have to pay for the toilet even if you had lunch there

I walk in on Sunday morning, the cashier yells at me.

When my number showed as “ready” on the screen i went to the desk and the guy just said “no not ready yet”. So i pointed to the screen and he just got annoyed and said “i told you its not ready”. I guess trying to keep their registered wait time low. But its annoying for me.

During week, not crowded, early afternoon and received food super fast. Employees including the manager have perfected the ability to NOT make eye contact nor offer assistance as I stood by the register. Very impressive!

It was absolutely packed. I went there for fast food, and tbh I think it would have been quicker elsewhere. It was certainly the place to be on a Saturday night. I'm sure other nights it wouldn't be that long, but I only ordered 6 nuggets and did begrudge waiting nearly half an hour. To be fair, it was standard macers it was exactly what you would expect.

When you buy a menu, you have to pay an additional fee for drinks such as cola (15 cents). It seems that the other option is out of stock, and the drink we receive when we pay extra on the screen is the same drink. We removed the cheese and onion for the burger, but it still came with cheese, so we didn't return it to avoid hassle. Toilets are also chargeable for customers.

McDonalds in the Netherlands has ruined its name with those nasty paper straws, paper gifts and too high prices.

MICE IN THE DINING AREA! Worst McDonald's ever! Garbage bags everywhere, messy, dirty, damn MICE in the dining area?! The employees were really slow and preferred to snack on fries themselves instead of serving… One star is really too much, maybe you should hire a few cats.

I was casually waiting for my order when the manager shouted at me aggresively what I was doing there and that I should piss off if I haven‘t bought anything. What the hell? I was a normal customer and I for sure won‘t come there anymore even if I‘m starving.

Can’t enjoy the food or drink with the manager staring into your soul with the ‘eat up already’ look and constantly checking if you’ve finished. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome

They don’t let you just stay and enjoy your food and ask you constantly if you’re done to leave, rude.

Where do I start? It is certainly not clean and the staff cannot speak Dutch, which is fine, but at least smiling, a little customer friendliness and saying hello is too much to ask these days. The coke was watery, the ratio is wrong, perhaps to save costs. Food was fine.

Standard Maccies fayre but service was excellent and so fast.

Visited this place with my dogs. At the other McDonalds I was offered water for the dogs. This place refused to fill a small bowl of water which was very disappointing as I thought I’d get the same commitment from all branches. Even in Germany, France and England McDonald’s branches were much more welcoming. Even though I spent money on food and drinks, the manager (grey beard, mature, belly) tired to sell me a bottle water for the dogs. A little silly really. So when you’re exploring Amsterdam with your dog, go to the other branches and avoid this one.

Excellent services despite the very fast queue. Definitely more choice than in Italy, shame about the excessive prices of €27 for two people for an absurd average menu per head.

Dirty tables full of other customers' trays, dirty toilets everywhere!!! I only took the coffee to go given the situation at the tables.

There was a mouse in the restaurant, we pointed it out to those who worked there, they just grinned and the mouse ran into the kitchen. The employees didn't seem to care, several things were forgotten during our meal, it's not clean because everything is leftover food on the floor and dirt. I CANNOT RECOMMEND you'd better get a fry next door 🎀

Worst MC Donald’s ever. VERY dirty in all floors and there were 2 mouses in the 3 floor. I read the reviews after and noticed that 5 months ago someone already posted about a mouse in the 3 floor. It seems no one did anything because now there is a little mouse as well!!! Not recommended !!!!!

Without cash you cannot go to the bathroom, you pay your food and no bathroom here. Horrible place. The lady in the bathroom very unpolite.

This McDonald's is a lot worse organized than most I've been to in Amsterdam. There was no receipt at the ordering point, the food was cold, and even though we had ordered paper cups because we were afraid of contamination, we received the thick plastic cups. These were dirty. Now back home I am sick and have vomited several times. I am positive about the staff. Friendly help from the staff.

Ordered a coffee, a cookie and a coke. Got the coffee and cookie right away, but were waiting ages for the coke, which they'd forgotten to make. We were clearly waiting for something but everyone was just standing around doing nothing and didn't bother to ask what we were waiting for.

It's a McDonald's. Pretty much the same everywhere. It was clean.

A shame, you spend more than 40 euros and to go to the toilet you have to pay 50 cents. I understand that they give you a QR or a numerical code to enter, but pay? Seriously, human beings become more and more every day...

Service is slow, food is okay. It is not busy but for some reason the kiosks did not work for payment and i was stuck waiting for someone to actually pay. After that, they tried to give my order to someone else ? Very weird experience.

It's more like McDonald's, with the detail that their prices are more expensive than in Spain, for the same crappy hamburgers and you also have to pay to use the toilet.

Last night (around 7pm) I went to this branch. I tried to order something at two different checkouts, but both times the message was 'failure'. When I looked around, it turned out that several customers were affected by it. I then went to report it to the staff. A lady walked with me, then walked between the cash registers as if she were walking on a catwalk and said every time she pointed to a payment pole: "You see? It's working!" Unfortunately, she wasn't smart enough to look at the PIN machines, because it said 'out of service' (not that she could read it at all, but oh well). I didn't even get a chance to say anything else as she walked back along her imaginary catwalk to her giggling colleagues behind the counter. Oh, what fun they had together! I kept the honor to myself and just walked away... I think the worst thing about staff in Amsterdam Center is that they laugh at customers. I see it happen regularly. Now I was a 'victim' myself for once. I will never come here again!

There are always free places, orders are issued quickly. The toilet is paid - payment by card.

DISGUSTING I saw an employee mopping the bathroom floors ( they were disgusting ) to then use the same mop to swat a fly on the wall in a dining booth in the restaurant were people were eating. Utterly disgusting and a major health hazard !
