Worthless, dirty, sticky, disgusting. Doesn't even deserve one star. If you don't live like an animal, you absolutely should NOT come here. I threw up, and there was a room full of dead vermin.

First they didn’t have the ingredients for what I ordered and when they told me they said “we don’t have it” and just stared at me blankly before offering a cheaper option with no refund or fix whatsoever. The chicken burger only had one tomato and a few lettuce leaves, and the chicken was completely burnt. Total disappointment. For the price, I think they should serve something better, since they post photos of their products and in reality it's not what it seems.

On November 5, 2025, approximately one hour after consuming the Long Chicken, I became ill, experiencing nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The following day, after returning to Istanbul, where I reside, I visited a hospital. Blood tests were performed, and it was determined that I had suffered from food poisoning. Has anyone else reported food poisoning after consuming a chicken burger on that date?

What a horror! The food was okay, although my son's fries were cold. And the service was okay, though it's not great at BK. But the restaurant was absolutely filthy! The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, the air conditioning was cold, the music was too loud, and last but not least, we had to pay €1.50 for the toilet, which went through a gate that turned the wrong way and looked like a prison toilet. All in all, a terrible experience. Far too expensive, and far too dirty. I'll definitely never come back.

Disappointing experience The burger was rubbery, and I didn't like the atmosphere: I was unfortunate enough to witness a 10-minute episode of an out-of-control guy yelling and disturbing everyone, even entering the women's restroom.

The food was great, I love Burger King as a fast food company/franchise, but the service here was extremely slow (took ~20 minutes for two meals to be ready).

Nuggets were bad, not crispy, chewy and stuck together.

Unfortunately, various obstacles prevent me from giving more... other options that exclude fast food are better.

Ordered takeaway and they made it eat in. Also, who makes the ice cream while waiting for fries to be done so they can finish putting the rest of the order together. I ordered ice cream but got a sad milkshake instead. Hard not when it sits there for 10 minutes. I mean, there's also only one guy working the shift - at dinnertime. This is sad and stupid on so many levels.

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. I asked about the bathroom before eating, and the lady at the counter told me where it was. When I got there, it was a paid bathroom. I asked the lady if we would have to pay even after eating there, and she replied with the utmost arrogance, "Everywhere here you have to pay for the bathroom. If you don't know, ask around." But we had been to cafes before and hadn't paid. Besides that, we all felt a bit upset in our stomachs a few hours later.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Not only did they mess up the order three separate times and refuse to give extra sauce that was PAID for, but I got food poisoning from them. The employees are horrid, treating customers like trash and not taking any complaint seriously.

I paid 1€ to enter the restroom, and the floor was completely flooded, with feces near the brush. I told the employee, and he replied: "Yeah, ok. In the men's room?" The walls in the hall are smeared with a century-old ketchup. The food was also unsuccessful.

If you have to pay for the restroom in a restaurant and a deposit is taken from your drink cup and it won't be returned, you know that this Burger King is a public restroom in the guise of a fast food restaurant. The paper cups cost a €1 deposit each, which is too complicated to refund. The restroom also costs €1 and only works with a credit card. There isn't even any toilet paper available.

Overall me and my friends had a good experience here, however ordering was a bit of a cultural shock for us. I don't understand why the price for a menu is higher than buying everything separately when you need to pay extra money for fries and soda anyways. The food was good, serving was nice but the garlic sauce is the worst we've tried.

I ordered "Big King" but when it arived, I saw it wasn't even "Small Queen" in size. Some black people were already sitting in dine in and one of them was throwing up all over the place, in toilet, in hall and eventually by the table. One of the worst places I have ever been to eat. The only good thing was that chocolate milkshake.

Staff was grumpy, especially the Indo was extremely grumpy. BBq Burger was extremely dry (to make you puke), fries were not well done and fries sauce tasted like sour puke.

tried to use the bathroom- turnstile did not work twice and when i finally got to the bathroom it was out of toilet paper. i love paying 3€ for absolutely nothing!! went back a day later for coffee out of desperation- took 6 workers almost 15 minutes to make 2 cups of the worst coffee i’ve ever tasted (we were the only people there and we could see them on their phones)

I paid 1€ to go to the nastiest toilet I've ever seen. The whole floor was a puddle of piss and there were smudges of poop in the WC and also in the sink.

Eating a burger at this Burger King with a foreign friend and then having to pay 1 euro to gain access to an extremely dirty toilet, which made it almost impossible for me to get my burger down my throat, I think it's a shame. No advertising for the Dutch catering industry. At the very least, regularly inspecting the only 2 toilets present does not seem to me to be a luxury but a duty. I understand that people do not want to make customers pay, but people who spend money on your products should in principle be able to use the toilet for free. Unfortunately no photo was taken. But if I ever find it like that again, you can bet I'll put a photo on the internet.

I went to Burger King and found it to be a very pleasant place. The place is clean and well organized, perfect for a quick meal. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, and they also speak several languages, which made communication much easier. It was a very positive and convenient experience!

The food is always at the top even if different from the Italian one.... At times better, more choice. The location is beautiful with a super view of the main street. The staff is ok but.... It's all becoming too automatic, there's no human warmth.

I ordered onion rings and they were honestly terrible, they were cold, shriveled and obviously VERY old, they were super hard and chewy and I think they were over a week old, and I got 1 too little too, if I get sick in the days to come, these things will be to blame

This was my biggest opp in march, because mcdonald’s next to it was closed and it was always stuffed and you had to wait forever to get your food. Absolutely horrible, especially if you wanted something quick and easy. I waited over 35min to get my stuff. But now mcdonald’s is open again so i guess it has to be better now.

I never really thought there was such a thing as a bad branded quick service restaurant, I thought they all were the same and God was I wrong. I waited 20 minutes for my order, which was fries and a burger, and it's worth mentioning that there were only 4 customers in the whole restaurant, including me. The floor was sticky, a person at the table next to mine spilled cola on the table. We asked the janitor to clean it, but the table was still not cleaned even after we finished eating. The food was decent, tasting like a regular Burger King meal, but the service was not the best.

I think one thing remains... no Dutch speaking people. Ordered a large menu and received small fries and medium drinks. Also forgot to provide straws. When you come back it becomes a pointless discussion because they think they have done it right.

Staff at the counter were nice, the man who cleared tables was rude. Spoke English to me Go Inside nij ladies toilet. The ladies' toilet was full and I waited outside the door.

Even as a fan of the brand I'm utterly appalled by the people that work in this "restaurant". I was halfway through eating my burger near the entrance when the staff suddenly demanded I went upstairs (which I couldn't due to knee injury) or outside, in the cold, to finish my meal. When I pointed out that more people had been eating where I stood, they brushed it aside and claimed it was "the rules", despite there not being a sign anywhere prohibiting anyone to eat where I stood. All staff gathered to be additionally rude, before I took the burger and ate the rest outside. Everyone who works there is a horrible, ignorant human being, and I suggest you take your business elsewhere, like the McDonald's across the street.
