Smokey Burger in Buikslotermeer

Well, I wasn't able to taste the food so I can't judge it. Came with my family to eat a burger here. When we arrived, Aunt Truus was having a telephone conversation, I thought she was taking an order. Turned out to be just a private conversation with a certain “darling”. The young man didn't speak Dutch and that's when she decided to hang up the phone. I ordered for 3 people, 1 of whom brought something else to eat (there were four of us). I kindly asked if this would be a problem, and she indicated that this was not allowed. I decided to spend my money elsewhere and not give them a cent. Case was completely empty and no smell of meat whatsoever. This was around dinner time. Think this says enough? Or not?

Ordered through home delivery. Food never came.

They messed up several orders for me and they always blame it on somethings else. I usually had to wait 2-3 hours for the order to arrive, then the food was cold and items sometimes missing. When I called them they never take responsibility. Terrible, don’t recommend

Ordered food on a Friday, I can understand that it takes a little longer, but we waited more than 3 hours for nothing. Cannot be reached by phone and on Uber Eats they indicate that it has been delivered after waiting forever while nothing ever arrived. Hopeless place, you should at least inform your customers by being available and you should not say that it has arrived, scammers.

Super friendly and delicious food!

After waiting 1.5 hours, I actually received a half raw burger... and my salad was not delivered either.

Making fries and a burger with 4 people takes more than 50 minutes. The milkshakes were ready after 20 minutes and were no longer tasty after those 50 minutes. Furthermore, a lot of fat on the burger and it was inedible. We ordered a smokey burger and double rosti burger. The 2 stars is because only the fries were nice except for a few burnt fries. There were also tables, but food was not allowed there, so it was taken away. It's better not to get take-out here and go to the MC for a better milkshake and quick meal.

Over 2 hours to get a burger. Think twice before considering ordering from this place.

Stay away. 2 hours and 4 minutes since I have placed my order, and the food hasn’t been delivered. I called 3 times and they lie each time. The last time I called the girl on the phone said it’d be 2 more minutes - it’s been 23 minutes and still no food. What a joke!

After calling twice it still wasn't there, it would be there within 45 minutes, we ended up waiting 1.30 hours, the food was no longer hot, it was almost cold.

Absolute embarrassment. Me and 3 friends just walked in and the staff turned a blind eye. Not welcoming at all and weren’t even acknowledged. Don’t recommend wasting your time at all.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Waited 1.5 hours for 2 cheese burgers and fries. Burgers were luke warm, fries cold and old. Disorganized tent! Never again!

Takes about 2 hours before you get your order, and then you have really beaten up food. Do yourself a favor, don't order here.

Gli hamburger sono buonissimi, tra i migliori che abbia mai mangiato, e le patatine fritte preparate con la giusta quantità di olio, non troppo grasse o unte; purtroppo in cucina sono pochi e lenti, e si sente visto che l’attesa per l’asporto nel mio caso è stata abbastanza lunga (30 minuti circa), ma ne vale la pena.

Super slecht, mijn vriend bestelt een ‘ do it yourself burger’ hij wilt geen augurken erop want de augurkensap is er doorheen gegaan. Zeggen drie verschillende medewerkers aan de telefoon haal het er af. Zo werkt het niet, ts hun fout en ze zijn te lui om een broodje te maken en onbeschoft ook. Rare dame met een grote mond aan de telefoon ook, erg bijdehand en kon zelf geen normaal antwoord geven. Dikke 1.

SPETTACOLARE. Non posso che dare 5 stelle perché sul serio questo panino è buonissimo. Ho preso anche oe patatine e si vede che erano fresche, dopoie, con la buccia, mammamia uno spettacolo. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Io ho ordinato da asporto, il locale è carino. Il packaging mi è piaciuto molto. Hanno sempre molti ordini da asporto e quindi tocca aspettare un po', in cucina fanno quel che possono e si vede che lavorano sodo. Inoltre ho trovato il prezzo molto conveniente: smockey cheeseburger 8.50 circa e patatine sotto i 4 euro. Le salse molto buone, così come gli ingredienti, penso che diventerò una cliente affezionata.

Heerlijke kipburger zeker een aanrader. En ook zeker die homemadefries was super en goed doorgebakken

Eerste keer na een lange tijd dat ik zulke lekkere burgers heb gegeten. Alles was vers gemaakt en de barbecue wings waren abnormaal lekker. Lief personeel en goeie muziek. Kom hier zeker weer een keertje terug.

Ben een vaste klant en bestel altijd hetzelfde: smokey special fries. Vandaag was een flinke teleurstelling. Het vlees was aangebrand en er zat geen bbq saus en burgersaus op. De dame die ik aan de telefoon had, zei sorry, dat ze alleen in de zaak stond en het erg druk was. Update: Eigenaar heeft het vriendelijk en netjes opgelost

I randomly tried this place for delivery. The delivery took a bit long but once I tasted the burger I instantly became a regular customer. My second visit was in person and I just wanted to tell them how much I appreciated and enjoyed my first experience. My second experience was also very good but now I’m trying to figure out if I prefer the normal bun or the brioche bun. I was told all burgers go through the smoker which is why their burgers taste so good. My personal favourite so far is the phantom burger. And I think it’s time for another order for dinner tonight and finally my wife can try it too. They are a start up company and I wish them every success. Stick with it guys…. You’ve got a great recipe (and this is coming from me who generally does not usually ever have burgers ). I recommend this to everyone (and I was saddened to see people say bad things about this place but I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion )

Lekkere burgers, patat zacht lauw aangekomen. Bezorgtijd bijna anderhalf uur!!!! Houd hier rekening mee.

Good burgers and rather wide menu choice. Preparation is pretty dynamic and doesn’t take too long. Having checked what is available in the neighborhood- this definitely is a nice choice.

Tot nu toe nog nooit teleurgesteld bij Smokey Burger. Gisteren kennissen meegenomen en zij waren ook zeer enthousiast. Van de Cheeseburger, Phantomburger, Visburger tot aan de verschillende type friet.

Nous avons commandé ça pour essayer et franchement ça vaut pas le prix. 7,5€ pour un frites cheddar bacon avec 3 morceaux de bacon et une sauce orange fluo( réellement ) je ne sais pas comment ils la font mais je n’ai pas du tout aimé. Livraison rapide mais rien de plus.
