Ordered a burger menu, which was thrown to me in parts at Mach 3 over a distance of 4.5 meters by a group of employees standing in line. (New policy?) It went quickly. Thought it was strange that the straws were positioned on the floor, but I had no complaints about the number of straws available. Why an employee emptied the waste bin over the counter is still a mystery to me. Maybe put down carpet, a lady in a skirt had the greatest difficulty staying upright while ordering at the counter.

Went from a fast food to slow food restaurant - Very slow service and prone to making mistakes on your order. Before the recent renovations this didn't or hardly happened. Also there are days where that you ask to eat in and they still put everything in a bag.

They charge customers 0.70€ for toilet use in addition to the food they bought. Employees don't know how to take orders at the counter, so you're forced to pay my card at a machine. Disappointing experience, will not return.

A relatively bad McDonald's. Ordered to eat-in, but got in a bag. Server wouldn't change it to a tray. Didn't get dressing with my salad or a fork. Server claimed I should have paid extra for it. Didn't get napkins. Didn't get the ketchup I paid for.

McDonald's is always great and so is the food. But this branch is a bit too much of a feeding ground for tourists and street scum.

I bought lemonade for 4.1 euros and in the end I got a glass of ice as you can see in the photo. I think this is disrespect for the customer. I hope you will stop deceiving people. I ask other customers to be more careful!

Atmosphereless food bar where the staff tries in vain to satisfy the hungry tourists by loudly shouting out order numbers. As if you are in a Chinese brothel. And service? You just can't get the bag with your food thrown at you.

Big strong white lights are terrible especially when you’re high. If you smoked weed don’t go to this place. On top of that, me and my friend ordered two cookies for 2.5 each. They gave us a mini doughnut instead which is worth 0.70 each. This meal we lost 1.8 euros each

One of the order screens didn’t work and two were out of paper. Ordered a large menu and additional products. Despite my order being a larger order it was ready quickly. The person handing out the orders was charming; everything was packed neatly, very nice service. The food was exactly up to standard. KSK&W by the book! Fresh fries, properly salted, fresh nuggets and fresh products on the burgers. The kitchen got their work on point!

Very chaotic organization behind the counter. Order was not complete during delivery, resulting in discussion and only then did I receive an apology. Staff appear dissatisfied and are not motivated.

I've just stood in a queue for 40 minutes holding a four digit ticket whilst the staff shouted out two digit numbers. I paid £30 and gave up after 40 minutes. This is the most shambolic excuse of a McDonald's franchise I've ever seen - and I've been to Sunderland.

For 35 euros spent on Uber eats, they only bring food for one person. And they refuse to send anyone again so we get a refund. Now only one person can eat here, the other is just unlucky, but it's great that we get the money back within 5 working days. Never again. Bye. Update NEVER received any money back!

We entered this McDonald's thinking we could heat up our baby's meal. The service refused to do so. In France, we have never had a refusal at a McDonald's. 3 floors to go change your baby and on top of that the toilet lady was unpleasant. I'm here, waiting with my baby, because the changing room is closed. She yells at me because I didn't call her. Once I'm done, she yells at me a second time, asking me if I closed the changing table. Toilets at €0.70 even with consumption. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye… go to Burger King which is next door you will surely be better served!

It was McDonalds. The cheeseburger sauce was all over the package, so that was annoying. Furthermore, the taste was McDonalds. 🍔

After ordering at the kiosk machine, my order disappeared from the screen and was not called up. Provocatively, I held up my order number to the woman at the issue, clearly visible at her eye level, so she could read it. After another 10 minutes I asked when the order would be ready. She listlessly reached to the left side and pulled out a bag that had been there for at least 18 minutes. Of course the food was only slightly warm or my McWrap was ice cold. But what kind of quality can you expect for €28.35. Never here again

I ordered food,and went to the restroom, first of all you need to pay for the restroom even if you order here, second all the crew was really unpleasant, third I was waiting for my food for a very long time. Definitely not recommend it!

Quick and easy option for ordering food on the go. Upstairs seating was comfortable and spacious. The downstairs interior is rather plain and doesn't have much to look at.

The toilets are lousy expensive

Nothing to complain about the food. But if you want to go to the toilet, even if you are going to eat there, you have to pay to go. I think it's a bit crazy, since I already spend money there.

A normal McDonald's, so far everything is ok. In such a busy branch it is understandable that sometimes the tables are not cleared. But what I don't think is possible is to collect additional money (€0.70) from your customers for using the toilets. It would be fair to at least get a corresponding voucher. I know this from other branches with a lot of “foreign visitors”. The toilet wasn't in a good condition either. If you're going to collect money, you could also pay someone to look after it.

They cheated my friend because they took her money, there were mice running around the place, when we wanted to explain the situation, the manager was supposed to be called, but somehow he didn't show up and most of the staff lost the ability to speak English, after all these situations, driving didn't taste very good, especially since during while eating, we heard the mouse squeaking. The photo shows mouse poisons placed under the seats.

On Friday around noon, I had a confusing experience at McDonald's. When I was about to use the bathroom, the cleaning lady asked me to give her the change instead of using the coin machine. At first, I thought the machine was broken, but after I exited the bathroom, I noticed it was working fine for other people. I'm not sure why she asked for the money directly, and the whole situation left me a bit puzzled.

Nasty McDonalds, they used to be much nicer. Interior really shit, staff don't actually have to wait because of all those order boxes and receipts. Good for a quick bite, but way too expensive and completely impersonal. No heat emanates from this building.

The typical McDonald's experience—quick and convenient fast food. However, things took a downturn when my children and I needed to use the toilets. We were surprised to find there was a fee to use them. Coming from Dublin, this isn’t something I'm used to. I would have thought the cost of our meal would include access to the facilities. Charging 70 cents seems a bit excessive.

One of the best experiences ever. I had fried chicken wings and a burger quader with fries and a vanilla shake. I licked my fingers after this.. Keep it going!

Got insulted by the personal assembling the order for asking whether my order is in the making as it was not visible in the queue. Wasn’t able to tell how she knows it is not lost in the process. Don’t think cursing the clients is a commonly accepted approach in McDonalds

I saw a mouse walking around on the first floor.

While eating on the 2nd floor, 4 mice were seen walking around. It was horrible to see this while eating. I felt nauseous. I approached the manager to report this and also file complaints. The woman was very unfriendly. Indicated that there is nothing she can do about it except email. When asked if she was going to close the floor, she said that this was not my job and that she apologized for the inconvenience. Asked if I can get my money back. She refused because I threw the food away and didn't take it to reception. Really very bad experience this time.

Too bad we can't give 0 stars. There are mice inside McDonald's that wander around the tables while you eat. Place to shut down and burn. Run away

We ordered 2 Sundays and 2 coffees at 7:36 PM we waited and waited after a lot of chaos.. and all other numbers were already helped.. we had number 19 but 43 already received the order.. often asked what was going on.. got it we just got a snarl... after more than half an hour we got our order... we were in a hurry because we had to go to a performance... and because we had to wait more than half an hour for our order... we already got this We ate and drank quickly.. we had ordered a latte caramel.. but that was not included.. it was more of a regular coffee that was undrinkable. . what was supposed to be a nice moment was ruined... we wanted to sit down for a while before going to the show... we don't recommend this McDonalds to anyone!!!!! Terrible!! €15 thrown away!!

To avoid... Eating with mice, I find it disgusting. Consider yourself a “restaurant”? There is no hygiene! We're not in Ratatouille... Frankly, we should report you to the hygiene department because it’s shameful. Who tells us that there are no mice in the kitchen too.

Ordered a banana milkshake. First got a coconut milkshake. Came back to the counter and got a new one but again it was coconut. They should take the coconut milkshake off the menu.

What a treat in Amsterdam. Same great breakfast and coffee. Wonderful view of the city streets.

Waited 18 minutes to get a large sprite. No one was customer service oriented. Chaotic counter with people missing items in their orders, a screen showing order status that wasn’t accurate and was missing most of our order numbers, prices that were super high ($4 for a large sprite). Orders were filled out of order, which added to the chaos. People behind me got full food and ice cream orders before my simple drink order was fulfilled. I finally asked them to please get my drink and the woman went to the back and made it and handed to me with no eye contact and walked away. On top of that, they advertise a toilet is here but then you find out you have to pay 70c to pee. At a McDonald’s that charges $4 for a soda. I didn’t expect sit down fancy restaurant experience of course. But what a terribly low bar they’ve set for customer service. Most people around me were super frustrated as orders were deleted from the screen and appeared lost in the h chaos.

Todo bien hasta que mi hija estaba comiendo su McFlurry, se asustó al ver un ratón. Estábamos comiendo arriba y corría por todas las mesas, sin que la gente se preocupara en absoluto. Quería lavarme las manos y tienen la osadía de cobrar a los clientes que pagan por usar los baños.

I think it's the slowest McDonald's in history, the cashier is exaggeratedly rude, 40 minutes for 2 coffees, the drinks don't seem to follow the order of the food if ordered separately from the menus.

Toilets pay even after having consumed and the lady at the turnstile is on the phone and doesn't say a word to me even though I ask her a question. She signals me to put in my credit card even though the machine is not running so it doesn't work, she signals me to get out... I put my card back in at the right time, payment validated, she gestures to me to get out again! ! I'm going back anyway, really no courtesy for toilets that aren't so clean

A very pleasant place. On the first floor, sitting by the window, you can admire Amsterdam for a moment - its diversity.
