Toilet hygiene level not worth 1 €.

The fries were delicious but a bit too filling because they were so greasy. The fries are thicker here than in France or Switzerland. You have to pay extra for the cup, which I find problematic: €1 for a reusable one, €0.10 for a cardboard cup. The Coke was good, but unfortunately, there are far fewer options for configuring fries and drink sizes than in Switzerland or France. I still recommend the BK.

The food was OK but very expensive (€20 for one person). The toilet costs extra, even if you order. Cups cost extra, too. Anyone who goes in there voluntarily is beyond saving...

I like Burger King in general, but I don't like this shop. On more than one occasion my order was not complete and last week I got sick after eating a Whopper from here. If you're in the mood for a Whopper go to the shop at Rembrandt plein

You say 4:00 a.m. closes. You mean 3:30 a.m. Strange, but hey, it's Amsterdam.

Food are good same as all BK but It's always busy, tables are not so clean , you have to pay to use toilets.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Burger King. After paying for food, I found out that you actually have to pay again just to use the restroom. This feels unreasonable — if a customer is already paying for a meal, basic access to a restroom should be included. The food itself was fine, but this policy left a very negative impression. A restaurant should prioritize customer comfort, not nickel-and-dime people for something as essential as using the bathroom. Until this changes, I’ll be choosing other places to eat where customers are treated with more respect.

You have to pay €1 for the toilet (card payment is also accepted), for drinks you have to choose the reusable cup + €1, and the fries taste like cardboard. Some menu items that are available at other branches are also not available.

Don't order a milkshake at this Burger King. They serve you ice cream with a straw. In fact, while they were preparing it, they looked at each other like they had no idea what they were doing, and with good reason. When we went to complain, they laughed and said that was the milkshake. We told them that it wasn't like that at any Burger King in Spain, and that it's like ice cream with a straw. The manager told us, "You're in Amsterdam," and we clarified that in Eindhoven, they don't serve it like that either. It wasn't a problem of location, it was a problem of not knowing how to make it. I'm still giving it two stars because we resolved it without any problems and got our money back.

For €12.90, this is quite satisfying. For €12.90, this is truly satisfying.

Burger King is a total disappointment. In addition to charging for the included drink, they charge for bathroom breaks. If the company's founders, James McLamore and David R. Edgerton, were to visit this place, they would leave horrified and wouldn't recognize the brand's policy, which is conspicuously absent here. Not at all advisable.

incredibly delicious burgers, but they didn't give me a full order, they didn't give me drinks, and ice cream, although I paid for it, also simply didn't even give a lid on my drink, which forced me to drag it in my hands, the service is completely at the bottom.

It's quite expensive in comparison, it has steps that are difficult for older and older people to climb, and they even charge you for using the bathroom when you're a customer. My son also says :-) that the seats are very hard...

the worst burger king i've ever been to. not only the food was disgusting and undercooked (i doubt the bacon was even heated before put in my whopper) the portion size seemed to be smaller, the staff was extremely rude and the toilet was paid extra. this part would've even been ok, but the price on the gate was one, what was charged me on my card was another. i doubt that's even allowed by the law. and on top of all of that, the store was extremely dirty. i'm not a huge fan of fast food so i only eat at this type of restaurant once or twice a year. burger king is by far my favourite and the one i mostly go to. this one was terrible, truly genuinely disgusting.

Ordered food, an hour later it still wasn't ready. No one answered the phone. The staff here really don't take their jobs seriously at all.

I have never been to a worse Burger King, the staff was nearly purposefully unhelpful, to say the least, the miss didn't give me a proper reusable cup (no lid) even though I payed for it, took my receipt (I need that and should keep it, normally) crumpled it and tossed it in the garbage immediately. I then went upstairs only to find the bathroom was paid (even though the food is already quite expensive given the amount and quality) and not a normal price, €1!!!! You pay, enter, and the tap was broken, the bathroom stunk and there was no toilet paper in my stall. Plenty of wet dirty toilet paper all over the wet floor. WHAT DO YOU EVEN PAY FOR ANYWAY?! Never coming back!

Smells bad, no free soda refills, paid restroom, ketchup is expensive, bad reusable cup machine. I do not recommend, worst Burger King I have ever been to.

Incomprehensibly bad and sloppy service. Bad smell. The drink cup return machine didn't work, no one was interested. Getting ketchup for your fries cost extra and ordering one ketchup ended up last in the (long) line. Ridiculous restaurant.

Very spacious and big Burger King, not many people, but otherwise everything is like in other restaurants. As always, the toilet is paid

If you’re a vegetarian like me, and just leaving a coffee shop at 2am and the munchies attack your half-fried brain but everything is closed, your existential crisis is solved right here. Vegetarian chicken, Oreo chocolate ice cream and French fries just saved my life. Good veggie burger too.

You go there for a quick bite, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, you order via a screen that everyone touches with their fingers, after which you eat your hamburger with your hands... Restroom use is very expensive, even for paying customers.

Well, there's a socket to charge your cell phone, the problem is the non-existent wifi and having to pay for the bathroom.

Wouldn't eat here. Today watched a staff member use the trays to stuff down rubbish in the bins then return the trays for immediate use without washing them. Also observed staff total my bill as 11 euro and put in 40 euro. Never changed it. Absolutely don't give a care about health and hygiene nor the business

In the evening it is a complete mess and your order takes a very long time.

Visité este establecimiento para tomar un batido de vainilla y me horroricé por lo que presencié. Debajo de la máquina de batidos, había una taza que recogía los residuos de las fugas. Cuando el miembro del personal comenzó a preparar mi batido, inicialmente trató de tirar esa taza que era lo correcto. Pero entonces el gerente, Maggie, intervino e insistió en que viertan el contenido de esa taza en mi batido antes de llenarlo de la máquina. Sí, en realidad agregaron residuos viejos a mi bebida. Observé cómo tres empleados flotaban sobre mi taza, y uno de ellos seguía mirándome nerviosamente, claramente consciente de lo equivocado que estaba. Esto es más que inaceptable. No es solo un mal servicio, es una seria preocupación de higiene. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie, y espero que la gerencia tome medidas para abordar este comportamiento.

MANAGER MAGGIE Disgusting establishment. I went to get a vanilla shake, and under the machine was a cup collecting all the leaking residue. The guy who went to make my milkshake tried to throw it away, but then the MANAGER, MAGGIE, came and insisted they add it to my shake before filling the cup from the machine. The three of them stood hovering over my milkshake while they poured the old residue into my cup. One of the guys kept nervously looking back at me.

The veggie patty at this burger king was so hard and dry, I wonder how long it's been cooking for. Absolutely disgusting

Customers should not pay for restrooms

Taste and quality as you would expect it would be...no more no less. The specific branch had terrible service. I had to go to the desk to place my order, and , they didn't give me the options they had available. And when I wanted to wash my hands in the toilet, they wanted me to pay €1. Awful experience.

Great burger, took too much time for fast food but enjoyed it

Qué desgracia. Si el Gerente estuviera de servicio, serían calificados como inútiles. Si no, deberían haberlo sido. El personal tenía la idea de que muchos se inclinaban en su estación, mientras se preparaban los pedidos, si es que se preparaban. Hasta 19 pedidos estaban esperando ser preparados sin sentido de urgencia. Vimos nuestras hamburguesas sentadas en la mesa de preparación durante 4 minutos mientras el miembro del personal lentamente se movió para hacer nuestro pedido esperó 15 minutos en total. Como resultado hamburguesa fría. Eso fue a la papelera. No hay batidos aparentemente fuera de servicio o tal vez el personal no entrenado para usar la máquina. Burger King debe cerrar el lugar, hasta que los asuntos de servicio y producción se han atendido

The food is good, much better than the other brnches in centrum. The only problem is air conditioning. No fresh air inside, and always very hot, which makes it impossible to sit and eat there.

I'm a foreigner, and Patricia, a foreign employee, threw me money. I speak little English, but I was as cordial as I could. I'm really taking a bad experience from this trip.

I was kicked out because I had a cup. I was about to pay the ridiculous 1 EUR for the bathroom as well as order something from the menu. I had a cup in my possession and I wanted to go to the bathroom. The ‘bouncer’ told me In had to leave the cup and I told the “bouncer” that I would leave the cup outside. He told me no and I was escorted out of the building saying, they don’t care allow the cup, I should leave the store, I am not allowed in. All this because I had a cup and wanted something to eat. I was told I couldn’t return although I just asked for the bathroom.

It’s one of the better burger kings, but location is kinda sucky to reach because of traffic. Free parking is nice.

We placed an order around 9 p.m. After receiving our order, a double burger was missing one piece of meat, and a bag of 6 nuggets only contained three nuggets... Pretty glaring errors for an order placed outside of peak hours. Friendly staff, but it's a shame to make such a big mistake in an order. Best regards, French people whose experience at Burger King's Flame was unsatisfactory. Hoping to have a better experience next time at the Burger King, but this time in France.

Burger King on Leidseplein, what takes a long time will eventually be good?!? Unfortunately, not charging 1 euro for the toilet here is very cheeky as a paying customer. The deposit system is not so easy for tourists to understand and use sensibly. My tip: Under no circumstances pay with a card (cash at the checkout), then you get the normal paper cup and don't have to pay a deposit. For food...it's Burger King. Everyone knows what to expect here. The seats at the top of the window are nice with a view over Leidseplein.

Nothing to say, clean place. I didn't really understand the glass deposit system, I didn't get my 2 euros back.

3rd world country Burger King may go bankrupt because it is no longer an honest company. After going there 3 times, our order was cold all 3 times, super cold, fries were cold and the orders were always wrong and every time there were things wrong that we still had to prove...!!! and again an extra long wait until we receive our correct order completely absurd..! We had to fight to get it back and were scolded and treated very aggressively, including the manager, of course this is something you will experience in 3rd world countries, but here in the Netherlands it seems to be as bad as the 3rd world countries.

Honestly one of the best Burger King I've ever eaten at abroad, the food was hot and well cooked, it wasn't bland and the fries were good. Fast food in this country is a valid alternative (unfortunately..) to local food, which is expensive, heavy and which certainly isn't liked by everyone.

I watched the security guards get extremely aggressive with multiple people while I ate my food. They seriously need to be replaced. Won't return even if I wasn't on the receiving end.

I will never go back to a Burger King again. After ordering and before eating, I decided to wash my hands and realized that I had to pay €1 to use the toilet. Let's see, isn't that illegal? That I have a place to eat and have to pay to use the bathrooms? I have never entered a Burger King again in my life!!!

Fine if you just want to eat something quickly, but don't expect anything special. The location is super convenient if you are in the center or have just come from a theater or cinema, but it is often busy and chaotic. The staff does their best, but you notice that the pace is high and that is sometimes at the expense of service. My order was correct, but the fries were lukewarm and the burger was a bit sloppily constructed. Quick service and plenty of seating, although it is not a pleasant atmosphere to linger for long. All in all, fine for a quick bite, but not a place I would detour specifically for.

In addition to the fact that the employees treat you like crap, you have to pay for the glass to have your drink (+1) which THEY DO NOT RETURN TO YOU in cash, but in the form of a baucher. If you are a tourist and do not return to Holland for a long time, it is an unfair practice towards customers. And while you consume, you do not have the right to use the bathrooms. That's another euro you have to pay.

It's a Burger King in the middle of Amsterdam, what more is there to say? It was a bit of a mess inside, but I went there Saturday night at 11pm, so what do you expect. The workers were friendly and were trying their best to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

Service is absolutely horrendous! The machines are pushed on you to make an older and if you dare not use it and go to the counter to order you will be firstly ignored then very rudely served (if you can call it that) they clearly don't like interacting with customers in anyway shape or form, never have I come across and establishment with such rude staff! They also got orders wrong a fanta is just that fanta not dirty dishwater tasting coke that I literally threw away!

Doing real bacon on a veggie long chicken. That is reckless and wastefull. Not only for the animal but what if I had an allergy and didn't notice? Do better.

Serving Chicken Nuggets as veggie nuggets and then complain if you request to change them. Very disappointing.

I don't recommend it, it's the worst fast food in town. The manager, a certain Tom Vismeg, did not open the door to the toilet for me because I had a problem with contactless payment at the gate, even though my card works, I ordered a small meal there, ok, there may be nothing for Mr. Tommy, but I think I have the right to use the toilet. I have the impression that there is black racism here. And one more thing, the toilet now costs 1 euro, and they also force you to buy a cup for 1 euro, they don't have paper ones.

The usual Burger King, the only note is that for drinks you have to buy a glass for €1. When you return it they give you a voucher which I tried to redeem at another Burger King but without success.

Drama. Cup machine to get your deposit back never works. Ordered cheeseburger, took 15 minutes. Been a few times, long waiting times and cold food.

Mediocre experience. I will say the food was prepared pretty well, although not incredibly warm, it was well prepared so no complaints there. Staff was not super friendly. They're in zombie mode, which is fine but when you ask them something you hardly get an answer. I'd say one was friendly, another indifferent and another rude. Price was pretty steep for what you get. Two burgers a medium drink and fry with sauce almost runs you 20 euros. Kind of annoying that they give you a reusable cup when eating indoors. It costs an extra euro and then to get your money back you have to use a machine which doesn't work. So you have to go to the front and ask for the return. It's pretty cramped with all the tourists milling about in there, so not a great experience overall. For my money I would rather go to the chippy king around the corner. 8 euros for a huge fry would have been a better deal. Kinda left the BK feeling cheated out of some money.

worst service in my entire life, I bought a hamburger without sauce, I spent 20 minutes looking at my hamburger hidden behind the cash register because the employee who served me forgot or didn't want to remember, she put 30 orders in front of me and I waited and ate the cold hamburger.
