McDonald's in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

Evening at the Ziggo Dome. My friend and I thought it would be a good start at McDonald's. We waited at least an hour for the wrong order. When we went back to say we'd gotten the wrong one, it took ages to get the right one. Everything was dirty, and the staff took ages to give us everything and weren't friendly. The trash cans were overflowing; there wasn't enough staff for this McDonald's.

I'm not sure what the hell is going on in this brunch - all employees are smiling and friendly and it felt really welcoming and nice. The food is... McDonald's...satisfied the urge.

Cold food, order took 30 minutes. All the trash bins were so full that there was a lot of trash on the floors. The staff didn't clean it up. If you spend €80 on food with a group, you still have to pay for your restroom visit.

Of course, what do you expect after all the events at the Ziggo Dome and Afas😱🙈🫣… I was so hungry, so I ordered something. No receipt came out of the machine I ordered with, so no number either. I ordered three times… but it was so busy. So I'd already prepared myself for a long wait. Yeah, I think, there's no point in worrying. I was tired, had a bad back, and really needed to go to the bathroom. I just went people-watching and at the people who were so busy serving us food and drinks. My appreciation went up; these people are doing it anyway. The question then is, why do people get so angry? Even though it's their job, they're doing their best… they could also run away screaming and drop everything. But they kept going. So, my respect, and my chicken nuggets were delicious♥️♥️🫶🏻. Thank you.

We went after a concert at the Ziggo dome ~7PM. The place was very dirty, food all over the tables and floor. Garbage containers were full.

What kind of horrible place is this? I received extremely poor service. Many items from my order were missing and no response was given.

Pretty much what you'd expect. It's maccie. They fold the paper that's normally wrapped around the burger into the burger. The orders disappear from the screen long before they're ready. Very convenient. Considering how busy it was, it wasn't too messy.

I had the BEST burger I have ever had at a McDonalds.

First, we waited a good 35 minutes for our food, only to be told they didn't have something (after asking three times where it was). Then we received our order, and something else was missing. Such a shame ;(

Toilets closed after 11pm on Sundays and dirty tables and no napkins

This Mac was a lifesaver when I was really hungry. I can't give it a low rating.

Every time I come they keep forgetting stuff from my order. Double check always.

Just didn't put a third of my order, out wrong type of happy meal and fries were cold. Not the first time they miss one or two items, but check every your order every time especially in rush hour.

I ordered and got cold fries, asked for other fries, they were difficult and let my coke go, the pig where they were standing, I had to buy a new one, well I'm very angry, buy a new one, no, I've never experienced this before, bad McDonald's people are rude, staff so I give them a minus 0 😱

My worst Mc donalds experience in the world. İ think indian street food more clean from this place. They are not using glove and they are touching everywhere with their skin. Also the cashier woman not answering.potato was good but hamburger is cold and not delicious

Orders took a long time and seats were not cleaned yet but we enjoyed the lunch.

It was very busy because of a football match, but we had our food within 15 minutes. The tables were dirty, though.

Great place with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was delicious, portions were fair, and everything felt fresh. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! I really enjoyed my experience here. Tasty food, clean environment, and quick service. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

Every time I come here, they "forget" something in my order... really, really check what you're getting. I keep trying to trust that it'll be correct this time... to no avail.

It's not "fast" food, 40 minutes for an order

Zero stars for the lazy cheapskate management at this McDonald's. Service with zero smile, zero energy. I paid for my food, but didn't accept it and left. Just so cheapskate management knows, you are loosing out on about 200 euros of sales in my two weeks vacation for a sixty eurocent dollop of whipped cream. I ordered from the digital kiosk, and my mistake, I ordered whipped cream for my coffee, when I wanted whipped cream for my pancakes (the same ones I had ordered yesterday but the were so dry they were almost inedible, even with the miniscules amount of syrup that comes with it.) The order was correct, but inedible. The black coffee had whipped cream and the inedible pancakes none. I asked for a new coffee and got it,but no whipped cream for the pancakes. I paid for whipped cream. Never going back.

Waited 45 minutes for food, then had to wait for drinks and other food. This is not normal.

We waited over an hour today before we could even order anything. The kiosks were shut down except for one. An elderly man in a mobility scooter asked for help with his order, but he didn't get it. Furthermore, the lobby was filthy. I had to wipe down the table myself before I could sit down. Overflowing trash cans, and the staff were unhygienic.

5-10 business days before you get help, 50 cents for toilet but there is never any soap or toilet paper very bad

The tables could be cleaner, the toilets were also dirty while you have to pay €0.50, really pay more attention to the toilets and also wipe the tables before you walk through the McDonald's with dust and brush.

Did buy online. After 2 hours not reacting, they just canceled my order. Thanks for nothing. "try somewhere else" sure. At 1 am in a foreign city.

Absolutely horrible customer service I have never experienced anything like it! Do not come here… if you want to wait ages for the wrong food and it given to random people then you are in the right place. They then get annoyed when you ask for a new one. Such rude staff mocking me and my friends! Shoved us out the way if your not a local dont go here!

Worst McDonald's ever to witness. Absolutely uncoordinated emptyheads that even have difficulties with pronouncing simple words. Take 20 minutes for a hamburger and then the order is wrong. Absolut lowest ghetto McDonald's. Im sure if Ronald would visit this restaurant he'd be found hanging in the toilet. Rather go to Diemen, where you can get the normal European McDonald's experience.

What a disorganized mess. The staff was incompetent, and the fries were removed from the oil far too quickly, resulting in half-raw fries.

A McDonald's near the ArenA should have functioned much better just before an event. It took over an hour for the food to be ready. Apparently, there were problems with the system. I felt sorry for the staff, as many customers were much more grumpy, and we certainly heard about it. You're all doing your best, but this was really poorly managed.

I was here for a concert. The takeout line was packed, and new orders kept coming in. They conveniently marked all the waiting orders as "ready," but then the chaos began. They kept grabbing someone's receipt and preparing their order. I stood in a takeout line for 45 minutes and was thankfully at the front. The fries were as soggy as could be. They probably sat under a hot plate for 45 minutes. There was no clear leader, and everyone just went about their business at a terribly slow, disinterested pace, while 100 people were waiting. Meanwhile, the staff was arguing with each other, and there was trash all over the kitchen floor. It was truly shameful.

Waiting in line for an hour and a half for your food. Don't go here if you're hungry. The service was terrible, but the atmosphere was great with all the people complaining about the place. But for fast food, it's really slow.

It's clear that McDonald's can't handle the crowds here. The number system is being overhauled, and then it's back to manual labor... That's not how McDonald's normally super-fast service works, which is a real shame. This needs to improve.

Went here after a concert. Had 30 minutes before our train left. We ordered TWO milkshakes, thats ALL. these workers were walking like some turtles around the building, looking like even they didnt know why they were there. Kept screaming the same order number even though noone was coming to get it. It took TWENTY MINUTES to get TWO MILKSHAKES. Then we got our milkshake and we got the wrong straw as well, which was so small that it biodegraded in our mouth the second we touched it. Would not recommend if you want to catch your train. They do not care.

5 stars for the manager who was there today, knows how to tackle things. Also works according to the screen. Good job! But this review is about the McDonalds itself. I myself worked at Spaklerweg, and this Mac is the slowest unorganized Mac I have ever experienced. This should actually be banned. Don't work via the screen and still shout old-school. A bit confusing when it's busy and people get irritated. I have never waited so long for my food. By the way, I'm not talking about today, but in general. Today the food came exceptionally quickly. Employees need some pepper! I'd rather buy somewhere else than have to wait 30 for my food here.

I understand that when it is very busy (read concert Arena and Ziggo) the orders do not go quickly, but a computer that cannot keep up with the orders, causing the notifications to be incorrect and the (excellent) staff to have to announce everything.... it must be very busy there more often?? A total of 50 minutes to wait.

Due to the enormous crowds (various events in the ZiggoDome, Arena etc.) the staff was overwhelmed. The result was great chaos. Everyone worked very hard to find a solution but the waiting time became much too long.

Food is fine, the rest is mediocre

Too bad if you order 1X cheeseburger without sauce 🍔 + 1X chili chicken 🐔 you get 2X cheeseburger with sauce, also I couldn't exchange 1 cheeseburger for another. What a good thing!!

Food took a bizarrely long time for more than 45 minutes.

For a fast food, this is ideal to quickly get a quarter pounder or fries, I always get an egg mc muffin, too bad they are only sold until 11 a.m.

There were no napkins in a place easily visible. It was very busy when I was there, so I didn't want to be right at the front of the checkout and disturb the workers with my question It would have been nice if napkins, straws and the like had been placed in an easy-to-use place

This is the worst managed McDonald’s you can find on this planet, don’t even think about ordering with uber, it doesn’t get delivered.

What was once known as fast food is now slow food. Waiting 10 minutes for a cheeseburger is no exception. What you get is often lukewarm, and if you indicate this you get a look as if they have to pay for it themselves.

Waited like 1 hour on my order which magically disappeared from the order number board. While my friends were already done eating I was waiting for my order and I asked like 4 times when my order was ready and got the answer to wait. After the order finally was done the milkshake wasn’t a milkshake anymore. It was more like a watermix infused with some spoiled milk.

The food delivery is very slow, the sanitary conditions are average, and the tables are often dirty.

the in this mcDonalds, employee's don't really have good pronunciation and we can't even hear the number. and they really make foods slow, which takes 15 min for just one food and one drink. and even if they are done making it, they won't even take it from the other counter that they make foods. they really need more good employees and we really want you guys to fix it.

Worst experience in a McDonald's restaurant. The food delivery is way to slow for McDonald's standards. Of course the food was already cold when finally was handeld, and on top of it the Cryspy Greek burger, was only a piece of meat between to slices of bread.

Completely wrong order and when we tried to complain they did not want to change it

We had to wait an hour for 1 burger, 2 fries, a cookie, 4 bitterballen and a frappucino. One whole hour for just that. Our bag of food was also ready for more than 20 minutes at the place where the wrapped burgers are placed. The number was not even called out while everything (except the frappucino) was already ready. When we got the food, they also immediately told us that they no longer had that type of frappucino, while it was still available when we ordered. The order was also very strange, because someone with manager on the back of her shirt (so I assume she was the manager) took receipts from random people, who were often shorter in line, and started preparing those orders. So some people had to wait an hour for their order and other people 10 minutes, because they pushed ahead and gave their receipt to that woman. McDonalds is actually always my favorite place to eat, but if you're looking for a place to eat, you're better off going somewhere else.

It took a long time before we were helped and it took 22 minutes for the food to be ready. Then the order was incomplete. After waiting the other food was cold.

We ordered 5 small things when it was still quiet and had to wait for more than an hour. It got busier and busier, because the orders went very slowly and people were practically lying over the counter and some even looked into the cases to see if that was their order. We saw our number very quickly under 'ready' on the board, but after waiting for several minutes it was not ready, in the meantime our number had already been taken off the board. We then asked if our order was ready, it was not. Later the manager went to ask for the receipts to pack the orders himself, but then forgot a lot, including ours. After waiting for at least 30 minutes we saw our bag, where the packed burgers were placed, it had been there for at least 15 minutes without anything being added. We then indicated several times that our order had been there for a very long time and that everything would get cold, nobody did anything about it. After another 10 minutes of waiting our bag was finally brought to the counter where we were told the frappuccino was out and we had to choose another one. When we finally got our order and started eating it was all cold, also the fries were soft and tasteless. I have never had to wait so long for such a bad order, I definitely do not recommend going to this McDonalds.

I ate here before the concert started with a friend, we spent 20 euros on food and within 3 minutes the food was ready and just cold and tough. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our drinks that were supposed to be ready?? The employees were just picking their noses and hardly did anything, just looking around. They also shouted orders at each other which made it confusing. I recommend not going here again, because you can get food poisoning, because they work without gloves, it's a really dirty organization. Yuck yuck yuck. I will definitely not go here again. I also saw 2 girls waiting who were literally waiting longer than 50 minutes for two 2 soft ice creams! What a shame

Ordered a big mac menu this Friday evening. Now have food poisoning. The Big Mac's meat already looked a bit strange, but I let it go. I shouldn't have, I've been throwing up all night.

Even if you eat here you have to pay 50ct to go the toilet.

After a concert in the Zoggo Dome, it was great that this McDonalds was still open to get a hamburger. As with any Mac, order and pay at a 'post' and wait for it to be ready.

Sometimes you put a pickle on it and if you ask without it, you have to take the pickle off again while driving. It's sometimes annoying, otherwise it's a Mac like any other these days.

I live nearby so it's easy to get some food

Picked up food here last Friday. On the way back we discovered that the fries were missing. We then tried to reach the restaurant but received no response.

What a mess, trash cans full, dirty tables. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food... it was still cold and the bowls of fries were half full and you paid top price for that. We won't be there anymore.

All the tables were full of rubbish, because all the waste bins were also full. Very busy while half of the order plates were out of order. After having to wait 40 minutes for the food, the complete order was not received. It is better to close this place for the time being until there are enough employees again.

Took 50 minutes to get food, somethig was missing from my order, the burger was dry, the fries where undercooked and the drink tasted like cardboard. DO NOT EAT HERE

This restaurant really disappointed me. Takes a qp menu and a happy meal.. walk 1.5 minutes to my elevator, in total only after 3 to 4 minutes in my house. Everything is cold and tasted like chemicals, very dry and the edge of the bread was rock hard. So it's been too long. Just can't believe the employees think this is normal. And the person who directs them to pass this along. Well, take it with you anyway! So many staff on the floor and we still have to be served old food. Shame on this! I'm going to make a big deal out of this. Things like this happen too often here. Or a case of people who have been promoted a little too quickly and then feel too good to speak to you. We humans also have a life and don't have time all day to check and/or walk back. And that's only because the staff cannot do their job properly.

Food is made without gloves, the floor is just dirty and sticky. A woman came to the manager to complain that the tables and floor were dirty...a girl who works at the cash register and also prepares the food without gloves...bah bah...never again...hope I don't get food poisoning ...otherwise I know where it came from

Very bad, ordered at 6:50 PM, it is now 7:50 PM, I am still waiting and they are not even close to our number, the staff does not seem to be continuing to work and we have to leave soon, but without food, I really want my money back, I mean I paid for nothing

Literally ALL the food was COLD and TOUGH! Tried the new mozerella and very cheesy cheeseburger; the cheese was just SOLID! The fries were tough, as if they had been there for a day. From now on I will walk a little further to the KFC, because this makes no sense at all, and neither does the price. Ridiculous!

Very busy and messy. Several orders went wrong and that takes time. Our order was correct, but the Big Mac was lukewarm, almost cold. Fries were warm and delicious. Due to the crowds, I didn't go back with the burgers.

I came here to eat with friends. It was very busy so we had to wait a while, I understood. The numbers were not displayed on the board so we had to listen to the employee mentioning them. Apparently my number had already been called twice, but I could not hear it properly due to the harsh environment and poor English and Dutch. The board with the numbers on it worked but was not used, separately. Well I had my food and the fries (all 3 containers) tasted like deep fryers and the fries were very yellow, I have never experienced this. After a lot of hesitation I went back. I explained that my fries were very tough and limp, with which the team leader said very irritated and repetitively ""what do you mean by that", after a few minutes she very uninterestedly grabbed 2 new containers of fries from the chip shop (while I had 3 that were I also showed). We were eventually allowed to take the 3 old containers of fries to our spot plus the (only) 2 new containers. When we had just sat back for a few seconds, an employee came and said angrily "give me the old fries" ?? So we were left with 2 fries that had been remade, slightly better than the first portions but still nowhere near what they normally tasted like. Well I'm not done yet. I open my burger, do I see brown lettuce?? The bun was also as dry as I don't know what. I have seen a lot of prepared burgers standing under a heat lamp, I don't know if this could have been the cause. I couldn't finish the burger, very tough. I didn't dare go back so I kept it to myself. Bad experience this! I won't be back.

Had to wait 1 hour for my food. Finally I asked a nice woman who immediately started preparing my food. But 1 hour is sad.

This McDonald's offers a unique experience: you get a free workout, because the floor is so sticky that you have to pull yourself loose with every step. We had already ordered before we saw how dirty it was - cleaning a table was out of the question because when we asked the manager for a cloth, we were given a packet of napkins. (Photo of the table is after we cleaned it with napkins and perfume/alcohol). The tables were sticky enough to permanently glue your phone to them. A real shame, because hygiene seems to be as rare here as an ice cream machine that works. Let's do a drive-thru next time... if we ever get away from this floor. Update 45 minutes later and we still have 0 food and can no longer move our legs. Help!
