Adhanon refused to take out order at 11:49 when we were already in the building and he told us they were closed and they supposedly couldn’t take orders anymore. Big line behind us as well. They told us to get in line at the drive-through, were we waited for almost an hour to get our order. Weird that google also says that they are open until 3:00 when they apparently close at 00:00

A wrap for €9, and we were extremely disappointed. It was actually just the wheat wrap itself plus the "meat" pad with chili sauce, no lettuce, tomatoes, or anything like that. The burger was also so overdone that it was almost impossible to remove from the box without getting it all over you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to file a complaint about my experience at McDonald’s Spaklerweg in Amsterdam on June 15, 2025 around 5:00 PM. My order number was 3055. To my surprise, I saw that guests with higher order numbers, such as 3064, were helped first, while I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order. After I noticed that my order was taking an unusually long time, I walked over to one of the floor managers to politely inquire about the status of my order. To my great surprise and disappointment, the floor manager responded extremely rudely. To my friendly question "Excuse me, sir?" he replied very curtly and unfriendly with: "What do you want?!". I indicated that I had already been waiting for my order for 15 minutes, to which he said annoyed: "Coming soon!". He then took my receipt, walked over to the staff and said something to a colleague, who then started laughing. When the floor manager returned and I indicated that I wanted to file a complaint about his behavior, he reacted angrily again and said: "Go ahead, I don't care." I was with my 18-year-old son and my wife during this incident, both of whom fully experienced this incident. The behavior of this floor manager, a gentleman with a Somali appearance (the other floor manager, a Dutch man in a white shirt, was not), was far from customer-friendly and absolutely not in line with the service one would expect from an internationally renowned company such as McDonald's. As someone with years of experience in customer service, I know how important respectful and professional communication is - especially in situations where a customer has had to wait for a long time. The behavior of this employee was not only unprofessional, but also made me feel completely disregarded as a customer. I kindly but urgently request that you take this situation seriously, investigate the incident and take appropriate action. I would like to receive feedback on the outcome of your investigation and the steps that are being taken to prevent recurrence. Kind regards,R.C.

As a customer I have seen how the manager treats his staff. This is not great, he tries to intimidate them. Furthermore, they push orders through so that they can make the time. This causes confusion. So in short: Manager is weird to the staff, they mess with their numbers and they forget half of your order (that manager is a complete idiot)

This is one of the worst McDonalds branches I have ever visited. Cheap, rude staff who often don't speak the language, and he was difficult about my order (unclear what), a Mc is you say what you want and they arrange it, but not here, something about 2 colas on the same receipt. Brought in a Dutch-speaking manager, but like other employees, he just babbles. Bad atmosphere, sweaty tent with a lot of shouting and little space for all the people. And less tasty burgers than the other Mc's I go to. Well, Amsterdam... all style and concern for service & food disappears there, just like in the city as a whole. Next time McDonalds in Amsterdam if we happen to be in the area? No, just make an extra detour to, for example, the one in Amstelveen.

The manager (an Indian man) was anything but customer-friendly. A few items were missing from our order, so we drove back to inform him. Not once did he apologize. I went there around 1:00 in the morning, no one spoke Dutch, a woman spoke to us in an unknown language. Furthermore, when we spoke to them in Dutch or English, the saleswoman understood neither English nor Dutch. Furthermore, the lady was so rude to us that she stressed us out and we made us forget the drinks because we wanted to run away. And when we left, we greeted out of politeness the saleswoman who was aggressive and did not answer us and almost threw the bags of food at us like you throw trash cans in front of your door.... Very disappointed to see this in front of a fast food counter. It even made us paranoid about food, seeing her face, we even had the impression that she was ready to burst into our hamburgers. We will never come back to this Mac Donald again..!!! PS: the Manager really disappointed us. I'll keep my saliva because it's not worth it.... (he made some young girls walk and wait for half an hour between cars in the drive-thru around 2:00 a.m., and so on...)

This particular McDonald’s has changed a lot over the period of the last 2 months. I attend it regularly for the last 3 years and it had its ups and downs, but at the moment it is the best it has ever been. Quick service (as what you expect from such place), warm food (sometimes it is served cold in other McDonald’s restaurants) and rather clean. Overall a pleasant experience and it is visible that the staff has been working well to get back to a top level of McDonald’s service. Thank you and keep it this way!

Like a bunch of annoying people, they have increased the price of the ice cream cones to 1 euro. And I order a vanilla shake and I get a banana shake 3 times in a row, they completely ruin it here. And even the Ronald Gym club has been closed for 10 weeks. Boyd likes to climb and slide. Even the taps smell and don't work properly, the MC croquettes are soggy. You also have to pay 10 cents extra for not throwing away disposable cups. They have shit music here too. Never coming back here again!

I don't expect top quality from McDOnalds. What I do expect is that my food is warm. And that has already been set too high several times in this branch. Either the fries are cold, or the chicken. Or both. And that several times. Or you get a fishburger that tastes like rubber. In case of complaints, you will receive a new one without any form of excuse. But then the fries were cold again... And the 2nd fishburger was even dirtier. (And yes: I know what the fishburger is supposed to taste like, because I eat it more often, in other branches). In short: bad food. Management disinterested. And the place is often dirty, messy, with overflowing garbage bins. In short: by far the worst McDonald I know. And that has been the case at least once for a long time. I'm a big fan of ChilliChicken, but this was by far the most disgusting ChilliChicken of my life. The outside was ROCK HARD, the inside was SOMPY AND TASTELESS. It looked like it had been there behind the cash register for 5 years. Very unfortunate because the staff was fast and nice. But apparently a little too fast. What disgusting rubbish!!🤡

They close when they want. I walked 30 mins to get food desperate as they said they closed at 1am on their site - I arrived at 12:20 and they closed. Totally wasted my time.

The burger I had was of excellent quality. The meat was good and the flavor combination was generally correct. The prices are higher than in a McDonald's or the like, but the higher quality makes it definitely worth more to eat here.

I want to be helped at the cash register and the staff demands that you operate the selection panel yourself. I don't want to touch a PC screen that someone else has touched with their dirty paws. Then I have to eat with my bare hands and I don't feel like having to wash mine 3 times. The staff should just help you at the cash register. It's getting worse.
