Just ordered through a drive through, the fish filet I payed for was not added to the bag and I already left. Payed for nothing.

Very confusing place and difficult to find the right parking spot. Apparently, you have to pay for parking in the adjacent lot via the barriers, otherwise you can only go to the drive-through. The employee at the drive-through also seemed quite impatient, I got the impression, when I accidentally ended up at the drive-through instead of the parking lot because I didn't know I had to go through the barriers. Not recommended.

A McD in very sorry state. “Greek Chicken Crispy” burger is sad looking (see photo). The “Greek” part seems to have gone on holiday back home. Edit: did a follow up visit a week ago. The meat in my quarter pounder was so dry that even my doggie refused a bite. C’mon guys, make an effort!

Haha, I'm switching to Burger King. No more veggie nuggets, no more McPlant... what a boring menu actually. The golden age is over for this chain. Prices are going up, and food quality is plummeting even faster than the temperature.

Not good. It is damp, stuffy, and small here, and it smells unpleasant. The tables are wiped down with a musty cloth. The toilets were poorly maintained (toilets full of hair and urine everywhere). Trash cans were very full. My food was too cold, dry, and sloppily made (ingredients were half off the burger). I actually came here to do some work during my lunch break, but with so many people crammed together, it didn't feel right.

The person who was sitting there preparing burgers between 1:30 and 2:00 AM should be fired. In my entire life, I have never eaten such disgusting burgers. So much salt and pepper, you could just scrape the grains off. The burger almost fell apart. You’d be better off going to McDonald’s Muntbergweg and standing in line for a long time there. At least the food there is consistent.

Ordered online and our food was dumped outside of mc Donald’s and stolen. Then, after looking for it for 20 minutes (didnt know it was stolen yet) gave up and just ordered inside. Atmosphere was uncomfortable, service was terrible as we didn’t even get all the food we ordered and paid twice for (stolen food) and the food itself didnt even taste like it should have done. Overall, please don’t go here for convenience unless you want a whole 1 hour ordeal looking for your missing food.

The Mcdrive is somewhat of a chaos late at night. Had to repeat my order at the pickup window twice. Still didn't get everything I found out later. It is what is. It would also be nice that if I speak Dutch, people like Agustina not just walk away from me.

The food was okay, but the staff was very unfriendly and the order numbers weren't displayed on the screen for the ready meals... that's not what I call service. On top of that, the tables were dirty and we had to clean them with our own napkins. I'll never go to that branch again!

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Went for breakfast, ordered a tea to then be told there is none. No ketchup and no hashbrown with breakfast (think the hashbrown is a British thing lol). Lady serving was miserable! Food was hot and okay. Toilets were clean!

Honestly avoid. It smells bad as soon as you walk in from the toilets which are clearly not cleaned. We came here quite a few times as it’s just across the road from where we’re staying and is an easy dinner. We constantly had missing food or even the wrong items. In the evening we came just to get drinks and they sat there for a good 10-20 mins not given to us, the only reason they were is because i asked for them. One employee even answered her phone while “serving”. If i could give 0 stars i would.

The food is tasty, but the smell when you walk in is terrible!! It is a sewer smell that completely ruins your appetite. Additionally, the staff is not very friendly.

Extremely slow service: 20 mins for a pancake and a latté while the employees were all in slow-motion mode Mcdonald’s, is that how you train your employees about the hygiene? The hair are not even tighten!

This is the worst McDonald's location ever. The whole place stinks of a filthy toilet. It feels like you are eating in a public restroom. Aren't you ashamed? It is disgusting that they don't even serve napkins with the meals. The place is truly repulsive.

Trash was everywhere. The crew was clearing Coca-Cola that had spilled on the floor behind the pickup desk. They used their bare hands and then handed the order to the customer without washing, using hand sanitizer, or wearing gloves.

Throwback to my first ever McDonald's burger at this spot.🍔 Food was great, but ordering was a bit of a guessing game as the staff didn't really catch my English.😂

It is McDonald's as you know it; the food is mediocre, the service is fine, and the drive-thru is nice. Eating inside around dinnertime is often busy and full of teenagers, which means it can be loud.

Ordered via Uber: ice frape without whipped cream and a straw (how am I supposed to drink this?), nuggets without sauce, and concrete burgers as if someone used ketchup as masonry. And not to mention the wilted black lettuce that was in my flattened wrap. Worthless, unhygienic, and downright scandalous for something as simple as McDonald's.

1 star is already too much for this branch. When you walk in, the foul stench from the toilet hits you. The entire branch stinks of it. You can't even smell the food. Clearly, the toilet here is not cleaned, because we were here over half a year ago as well and that smell was already there then. If you go to this McDonald's after 6:30 PM, you even have to pay for parking on an industrial estate!

1 star – Structurally filthy and apparently not taken seriously at all We ate here yesterday, and this was without a doubt one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have ever had. The toilets were downright filthy. Traces of bodily fluids were clearly visible on the walls. Additionally, the trash cans were overflowing, and there was trash everywhere. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for hours. Even worse: I got sick after eating. Of course, I cannot prove with 100% certainty that this was caused by the food, but given the general hygiene of this branch, it does make you think. What bothers me most is that after my visit, I started reading the reviews and came across exactly the same complaints as two weeks ago and even earlier: dirty toilets, overflowing trash cans, and poor hygiene. That means this is not an isolated incident, but a recurring problem that apparently nothing is being done about. A branch that does not have such basic things as cleaning and hygiene in order shows that customer experience and food safety are not a priority. Very disappointing. I am not coming back here and advise others to do the same until McDonald’s finally takes this location seriously.

The MC is the MC. Nothing special, but still always fine.

Easily one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have been at from three countries (been there twice). It smells like toilets when you come in and all the tables are dirty.

Absolutely outrageous! We selected table service when ordering. After waiting about 20 minutes without having ordered, we complained. They simply said: no table service today. This wasn't mentioned to us beforehand. Also, when we ordered a Coke, they brought Dr Pepper. When we asked, they said they were out of Coke. They just put something else in the cup. If we had an allergy, we'd be dead by now... simply outrageous!

I was close by this McDonald’s and decided to have a coffee and breakfast egg muffin burger . The place smells bad when you enter and the egg burger was horrible. When I opened the wrap - the cheese was fully melted and running all over and the taste also felt spoiled. I’m surprised how a simple egg burger would taste so bad.

The staff here is absolutely terrible. I needed small change for the subway, so I bought a coffee just to break some cash, but the clerk refused to take my money. Then I tried ordering a set meal instead, and she still wouldn’t help. Later she went to ask the manager. He was so nice and really good-looking—he said it was fine right away, and only then did she get me my coffee and meal. After that, I wanted to get some more coins for the subway, but she still refused. I ended up finding that handsome manager again. He was so kind and helped me exchange the coins. I was really touched by his help! That clerk is so rude and totally has no compassion. She wouldn’t help a foreigner at all. She’s Black, not sure what country she’s from.

Very tasty, especially the ice cream.

The food is good and they're relativly fast. It always smells like mold inside this restaurant. The workers are all very friendly except for the old lady with the head scarf on. She lacks basic manners.

The staff was quick, but the ice cream was top-heavy and immediately fell onto my clothes, the salad was wilted with a rotten tomato in it, and the Mc Croquette tasted earthy and moldy. In short, not the best experience, unfortunately.

The staff forgot my order. I have to come to the desk and ask about it. The the staff refuse to respond or act on it. In the end, I have to call the manager. The manage admit it was a mistake of the staff but with no intention of apologize. Terrible service I reckon.

Everything was spot on at this location! The kiosks are very intuitive and my order was ready in record time. It’s rare to find a fast-food place where the fries are consistently hot and crispy, but they nailed it here. The staff is clearly well-trained and keeps the assembly line moving smoothly. Great spot for a quick and reliable bite while on the go.

The smell last two weeks is awful. How hungry you have to be to decide eat here? Not saying about employees. Food was ok there.

Saturday, February 21, 11:00 AM. Worst experience ever at this McDonald's. What a mess, terrible manager, terrible food quality. First, we received one item from our order and then were ignored for 20 minutes. While the manager was aware of the situation, he was mainly busy running away from it (bald man). You should be ashamed of yourself as a manager for treating your customers like this. The food was tough, cold, and seriously awful. I've often enjoyed good food at McDonald's, but this one leaves so much to be desired in so many ways. The manager is especially irresponsible; take charge. DO NOT RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITUATION. What a mess and what frustration we experienced here—nothing went right.

It was a delight to visit again after a few years and find a complete new restaurant look and feel with new features that still give that familiar feeling. New ordering system with large screens, easy to navigate, adjust menus and go large. Not crowded, comfy seat with my colleague mustapha that got fish filet menu, me quarter pounder menu with banana milkshake extra sauce. Extreme fast serving. Yummie. It's remarkable how consistent in taste, feel, bite. The patty burger seemed juicer and even better than before. Back at the office I did have an extreme first somehow. Water, water. Still was nice lunch, slightly over priced.

Picked up by car. The last few times, something was always missing when unpacking, and today, the fries sauce was missing again. Very annoying, now I have to check every time before I leave. Besides, the fries were already cold in the bag.

Literally all the tables are dirty and/or covered in junk.

Toilet at the entrance where human waste is pouring out. No one cleans it. Red tampoons, human waste en piss all around the toilet seats, An awefull smell not even inside but outside around the building. The place is a real mess.

I drive by every week. Last Sunday, we were treated with indifference and rudeness. The language, intonation, body language, and no eye contact. The undercover boss had fired her on the spot. At the next window, the atmosphere was palpable. No unity. Perhaps we should invest in positive leadership?

I was at the drive-thru here today around 10 p.m. I've never seen anything like it. The fries were barely cooked. The chicken nuggets too. How is that possible? There's a timer on those machines. The Quarter Pounder had no salt and barely any ketchup either, man, this was truly awful.

What grumpy people! On Christmas Day, I asked for a combination egg muffin, no hello, no thank you. Then, at the counter for dinner, the lady just had tea; I asked for a different flavor, and she slammed the doors shut. Unbelievable.

We are French, here on holiday to discover your country. I enjoyed my order, especially finding the cardboard boxes. The plastic cup was fantastic; if you had a photo attached, I would have loved to take one home with me. Well done to your team, what dedication! Keep up the good work!

One of the best McDonald's in the Netherlands in terms of quality. You do pay more than at other McDonald's, though.

Just standard mc food is usually pretty fast

1⭐️ is already too much. It smelled bad when I walked in, so I actually didn't want to order anymore. I ordered anyway because I only wanted ice cream. Now I really regret not listening to my intuition... After 5 minutes, the manager (Somali appearance) had typed out our number, so it said it was ready, but there were still no ice creams in sight. I went to the counter. Only after 10 minutes did someone look in our direction, after which the manager said, "I'm coming." Another 10 minutes later, we saw our ice cream being made. Well, all's well that ends well! No way. I specifically asked for only pistachio sauce in the ice cream and still got chunks in it. Well, you get the picture, I spent a good 35 minutes waiting in this McDonald's for three ice creams, the last of which was made incorrectly, and the new one was literally less than half full. NEVER AGAIN! I'd rather drive another 10 minutes to the Diemen branch. At least the employees would smile.

I walk in and the smell that hit my face was absolutely awful. It was like a garbage truck, didn’t even want to order. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Potential rats in kitchen.

I wanted to order, but there was no one there. So I went to the second window and heard some shouting. Then the very rude man who was supposed to be ordering from arrived. This Moroccan guy with a dirty, stringy beard was extremely rude and unfriendly. I won't be going there again.

We went through the McDonald's drive-thru and were initially helped very pleasantly by a man with orange hair and cool tattoos. When we picked up our food, we immediately noticed we'd gotten the wrong item, so it was quickly replaced. We then went to eat it in the parking lot, and the McDonald's wasn't even half full and literally had a single piece of Oreo in it. We were also missing mayo and a portion of chicken nuggets. We had to go inside to report it, and then we had to wait a very long time before being helped. The manager was called, but he didn't say anything to us. He did fix it, but the employee said it was fine and that we were being dramatic. We didn't get an apology.

Super dirty, spilled drinks in almost every table, food crumbs. Even though there isnt a lot of people waiting, the staff should clean that up!

We went to this McDonald's one evening after a trip. First, we found ourselves stuck in the middle of the drive-thru while looking for a parking space. Anyway, it was our fault (luckily there were only two cars in front of us)...the friendly employee at the drive-thru then told us we had to drive through the barrier next to the McDonald's and could park for free for one hour. After ordering at the vending machine, we looked for a spot. It was very empty, but almost every table was still smeared and dirty. When the food was ready, we picked it up at the front. The sauce was missing, so we went back for more... But... we had specially ordered Happy Meals with toys (our kids can't stand books in Dutch). So... what was there? Books in Dutch!! At the front, they just said "Sorry." That was it...no toys, no alternative... Not recommended!! Oh, and the restroom is also absolutely disgusting! Super disgusting!

I had ordered food and on my way home I discovered I was missing an item. A week later, the manager named Wilson resolved this for me.

I've never had such dry and stale chicken nuggets. They just weren't tasty anymore. And the cheeseburger was also old, not warm, and the bread had gotten tough. Plus, the manager wouldn't give me the tea bag separately 🥲. McDonald's is almost always good in my opinion, but here they just didn't make an effort. Such a shame!

The place is dirty and food was not nice

Once and never again! It starts with having to drive into a paid parking lot. At the entrance, it says the first 60 minutes are free. That would have been fine under normal circumstances. Unfortunately, it didn't say that you have to wait 40 minutes for the food. I also don't understand why they prepare the ice cream before all the other food, so you get the ice cream in liquid form. Upon exiting, you had to pay €2 at the barrier, which was absolutely cheeky, but unfortunately, the card reader didn't work and you couldn't pay in cash. After a few unsuccessful attempts, the "fun" cost €4. And that was at 12 o'clock at night, when you've just come from a concert and still have a two-hour drive home ahead of you. When I asked the employees, the only answer was: we can't open the barrier either. Call the number listed there. We did, but no one was available. It took us almost another hour to leave that parking lot, with inedible food and liquid ice cream. Never again!
