McDonald's in Omval/Overamstel

Worst Mac I've ever been to. Unfriendly staff, 9 out of 10 bunch of shags. Food cold, sure you get new but you can't smile or apologize. Poor tent hygiene is hard to find. NOT RECOMMENDED!

In general, the taste of local food in the Netherlands is significantly worse than in Poland. However, MCDonalds is MCDonalds, the standards of classic sandwiches are maintained.

I stood at the cash register for a super long time, after 2 minutes the manager saw us and said he would help us shortly. 4 minutes later we still had not been helped. Then a lady who was super busy at work came to help us quickly, something the manager should have done 5 minutes ago. Thanks a lot to the woman who helped us in the end, but the management needs a change. I also saw him shout quite loudly at his employees.

The staff is very friendly. Whether I go through the drive-thru or eat the food at the restaurant, they are always super fast. No matter how busy it is there, I always get my food fresh.

Says they close at 3am online but closed at 11pm and were sending everyone to drive thru so we ordered online only to get the wrong food. Took it back and the manager refused to give us our food and said he can’t do anything about it. The manager is a miserable man that has no professional mannerism and ignores customers. Not sure how he got the manager role to be honest.

My order was literally thrown hard on the counter in front of me with an angry look. I have never been treated so poorly in any McDonalds. Last time here for me! Minus 5 stars for the woman behind the counter.

Like a bunch of annoying people, they have increased the price of the ice cream cones to 1 euro. And I order a vanilla shake and I get a banana shake 3 times in a row, they completely ruin it here. And even the Ronald Gym club has been closed for 10 weeks. Boyd likes to climb and slide. Even the taps smell and don't work properly, the MC croquettes are soggy. You also have to pay 10 cents extra for not throwing away disposable cups. They have shit music here too. Never coming back here again!

Gets a bit bad in the evening when all the drunks that come in who can’t handle their drinks. Huge amounts of respect to the staff working hard on service, there is this one lady who always had a smile on her face even when it was busy. Get yourself a stroopwaffel McFlurry

Very slow for a fast food. Waited for my order 20 minutes. There were only 5 other orders which is not much for McD. I often come to this place and it became worse over the time

Fifteen minutes before closing time we were no longer welcome to eat inside. And they forgot to put the bottom of a sandwich in the container. When we went back we did get extra fries

Order via my order was paid and received nothing Been trying to get my money back for 2 weeks now. Mr. Vinod emails once with discount coupons that he wants to give but then never responds again. Just send your money back sir, I will never come back

Arriving at 11:30 PM you are only allowed to go through the drive. Way too long a line. Unmanned and poorly organised.

Food was cold, sauce was missing on the burger, medium menu of which the fries were less than half and dirty, dead coke. Too ridiculous for words, it will never be there again.

Arriving at this restaurant at 11:50 p.m., the manager did not let us in and told us that we had to go through the drive-thru. We tell him that we don't have a car and he replies "Then walk away" in a very haughty and disrespectful tone. I have never seen this! What a lack of humanity and professionalism.

Good and stylish mac. Slow service. But overall satisfactory.

Problems with my order, but the moment I wanted to discuss this with the manager, he was in defense mode. His entire argument from the beginning was how it couldn't have been their fault and so a discussion was pointless. You could tell him that grass is green and he would try to argue and convince you you're wrong. Hope he gets paid commission because otherwise I have no idea why he tries to defend this company to death over a messed up order. Either way, the 20 euro he saved them on this one they lose over me not coming there again.

I don't expect top quality from McDOnalds. What I do expect is that my food is warm. And that has already been set too high several times in this branch. Either the fries are cold, or the chicken. Or both. And that several times. Or you get a fishburger that tastes like rubber. In case of complaints, you will receive a new one without any form of excuse. But then the fries were cold again... And the 2nd fishburger was even dirtier. (And yes: I know what the fishburger is supposed to taste like, because I eat it more often, in other branches). In short: bad food. Management disinterested. And the place is often dirty, messy, with overflowing garbage bins. In short: by far the worst McDonald I know. And that has been the case at least once for a long time. McDonnald: if you read this: INTERVENE! Do something about it

Due to an error in order only discovered after issue, it was driven by McDrive again. The employees involved corrected the mistake quickly and efficiently, despite the evening rush. Top!

Failure! All staff to be fired. They are hanging around, they can't place an order with it on the paper in front of them. They avoid contact with customers. The waiting time for an already incomplete order is a disaster!

Tables and floor super dirty while staff barely has anything to do. Citizens are lukewarm and politely saying "please" to customers is not an option.

I'm a big fan of ChilliChicken, but this was by far the most disgusting ChilliChicken of my life. The outside was ROCK HARD, the inside was SOMPY AND TASTELESS. It looked like it had been there behind the cash register for 5 years. Very unfortunate because the staff was fast and nice. But apparently a little too fast. What disgusting rubbish!!🤡

They close when they want. I walked 30 mins to get food desperate as they said they closed at 1am on their site - I arrived at 12:20 and they closed. Totally wasted my time.

Good breakfast since the one closest to my location was closed tried this place and like all McDonald's is good service

Had to wait 40 minutes for a McFlurry and an ice cream sundae. Finally had to ask for it. It was really chaos in the restaurant. Very disinterested and stupid staff. Several customers started shouting at the staff in (justified) anger. All in all a more than dramatic experience.

If the ordering machines were also in German or at least English, you could use them too. You can also order directly at the checkout.

The quality of their services is no longer at the required level. Their articles are duplicated and their services have not evolved. Or better said, you are the one who does everything yourself through screens or by getting up and ordering and then going to the place where the order was received. Their atmosphere is created by you and your company as a customer, not by the restaurant.

McDonald's is McDonald's... but this one is clean, and well serviced. Tried the MACPLANT, and it was great. Was not busy when I was there around lunch hour on a Thursday.

Dirty tables, no air conditioning.

The food was ok but we didn't get the right order (missing a portion of fries, two out of six veggie nuggets and got the wrong milkshake. Only the sauces and the chicken nuggets were right..). When we came back to complain they were almost rude and completely indifferent.

The service was horrible, the tables were not properly cleaned, took 15 minutes to fulfill my order when there were 2 people, the vegetables were dry and not fresh and they got the drink cometely wrong. The emplyees were rude to customers and very inefficient. Definitely not coming back

It was the third time I ordered promo coffee+cookie for €2. Every time no employee knew how to check it out, including the manager.

The employees are very bad, especially the employee who takes orders, and also the branch manager is mentally tired. I don’t know if it is due to work pressure or its nature.. Unfortunately, my experience there was bad.

Drive thru order, wait for the food and then move on straight away because you can't eat nearby, open the bag, put everything in, except napkins. What poverty!

What rude people behind the windows. Last night that older woman and man didn't say a word. They don't even look at you, disinterested. Today (Sunday June 16) a combination box or something similar. purchased: 10 McNuggets and 10 cheese snacks. When we got home there were only 17 McNuggets in it. No cheese snacks and 3 too few too. What a crappy tent. Jun 21: Been coming there with my scooter in the McDrive for years, never any problems. Today Mr. Mister didn't let me order via McDrive. It is very difficult for me to walk and going inside hurts a lot, but the gentleman didn't care about that. So I will never go there again, what a worthless place.

Coupon didn't work so I asked but was immediately refused and couldn't even explain. People are not nice. And my food was still cold and limp fries. Don't eat

Finally a McDonalds where the staff pays attention, a manager who makes rounds through the restaurant and is actively involved with his staff. Inside it is tight and cozy. Food was at the right temperature and crispy. It's been a while since I thought it was worth my money.

Not a good parking lot to park in to eat. Order was not always complete or correct. Food is sometimes quite bland.

The restaurant is supposed to be open until 00.00. We came there at 23.30 (30 mins before closing time) and couldn’t get in. The manager told us to go to mcdrive to place the order (we didn’t have a car) while many people were waiting or sitting inside of the restaurants. They just lost several customers because of it, shame!

I had to wait more than 15 minutes for 1 milkshake and 1 sprite. Extremely ridiculous (!) especially for a fast food chain that charges ridiculous amounts. In addition, I only received it after I asked for it myself and had seen it for a while. Milkshake was definitely not a milkshake anymore...

Food crunchy and warm After reading the reviews, I was worried that the menu would come out correctly, but all the added or changed menus came out correctly. Mistakes are common even in Korea. Dirty food and my cancer coffee was cold

It was quite busy when we were there. It was striking that the manager put the staff to work in a loud manner. When I picked up my food, the employee was difficult to give me a straw...which I thought was strange...I eventually got it. I don't like coming back here again.

The order has been sitting on the counter for minutes because, for example, the fries are still missing and then the burgers are cold. And completely unfriendly service that doesn't even look at you when you talk to them. In addition, the return containers are extremely overcrowded.

Boss of this Mac personally helped me. This branch runs like a well-oiled machine. No litter, clean toilet, and all food prepared with care, Chapeau!!!

Worst MC donalds experience I ever had. Was waiting for an hour at the MCdrive and then when finally ordering get notified that they have run out of fries. A MCDonalds running out of fries, can you imagine. Okay so decided to take the loss and order some food and two milkshakes anyway. After eating the burger, which was alright, i drank a sip of my milkshake. The milkshake tasted like sink unblocker. It was so chemical that it gave me a burning sensation in my throat. So had to toss that away. All in all it cost me 37 euros for this great experience. So no, won’t be coming again.

They mark the order as Ready, for improving order statistics. In fact, they start making orders only if it’s marked as Ready.

The place itself was very nice and a nice looking McDonald’s. The food would take a little long to come out but the food was always good and hot. Very nice place to get a snack and right next to Ruby Emma hotel. Very near the train station.
