€0.70 to use the toilet. Even if you are a paying customer. The lady by the toilet was also so rude and dismissive. Wasn’t helpful at all. Created a bad environment

Never thought McDonald’s can feel humiliating. Crazy unfriendly service, literally feels like we’re bothering the employees with our existence. Pretty dirty to make it even better. The favorite part is that even if you dine here, you gotta pay extra for the bathroom. On the bright side, the manager didn’t remove me from the restaurant.

There is an unwelcoming atmosphere, the order was not prepared properly, and I had to follow up twice to get the right thing.

So today I order 2 double cheese burger and they delivered to single cheeseburgers. This is lessons learned to always double check the delivery and what bothers me. The most is they will not refund the difference between what they sent in one I ordered.

Food was great, staff was great, but beware of pickpocketers hanging out in their organized gangs in there! There are multiple people scouting for potential victims and will then blatantly use the paper trick to try to steal your valuables on the table in mcdonalds itself - right under the cctv no less.

Not recommended 🤢 The service is too fast, and this is why. They served me raw meat, cold fries, and my cola was flat. Definitely don't go there unless you want food poisoning.. If I had the chance to give 0 stars, I would have already done so.

I was there today to eat at McDonald's; the food and drinks were very dirty. The toilets were filthy.

A McDonald's near the Concertgebouw where you can't eat gluten-free. What a disappointment for my daughter, who wanted to be able to eat affordably in that neighborhood. You get directed to a branch out of the way. Come on people, be inclusive and have a menu for people who don't have the option to eat gluten too!

Paying customers still have to pay for the toilet. Long line at the cashier because everyone else wants to cancel their order and get their money back because of this. It looks like the store manager is making refunds full time. I got a refund for a 20- order because they got greedy for an extra 0,50-.

Always very friendly staff whenever I come here. Very pleasant in communication both with customers and with each other. Feels nice to be in a mac like this!

We were here on 1st of may, and caused a scene because of nausea... I'm thankful with my friend for the manager being understanding and guiding us to drink, eat, chill and call the taxi back to the train station🫶🏻 - Minus from the food as I ordered MUSTARD with our mozzarella sticks☠️

It was very crowded, and it took ages to prepare our order. There was very little space in the waiting area. The wrong toy was included in the Happy Meal, and an exchange wasn't possible because they didn't have anything else. We were also completely ignored when we stood there with a question. I wouldn't eat there again.

This McDonald's doesn't have any gluten-free options. It's happened to us quite a few times now. It seems like there are no celiacs in the Netherlands. They need to change this, because someone could go hungry. Update: they have a restroom, but you have to pay. Even if you're a regular customer. I'm flabbergasted.

Dirty place with dishes on the tables (when the staff was standing around). I asked a question and, right in front of me, the employee ridiculed my question with the rest of the staff, making sexist comments. They served me a completely fallen-apart hamburger. It lacks cleanliness. I do not recommend it.

Although the food was fine, the service was truly substandard. My girlfriend and I ordered two Big Mac menus. As usual, you just expect fries with that. To our surprise, we were told that we had supposedly ordered two salads, which is completely incorrect. We never asked for this. Additionally, we received fry sauce, but no fries. We were then told that we had to pay extra to get fries after all, even though that is simply standard with a menu. That is truly unacceptable. After pointing this out, we eventually did get the fries without paying extra, but this whole process was unnecessarily confusing and unprofessional. The staff didn't seem to know very well what is included in a standard menu. In short: the food is fine, but the service and communication really leave a lot to be desired.

Breakfast done differently than home, lovely croissants instead of hash browns has to be a good thing.

Dont come here as a tourist. They dont have control over the young pickpockets that frequent here and they will make you pay for the toilet while locals just go in without paying. Worst McDonalds ever.

It's ridiculous having to pay to use the toilet. I spend 20 euros on lunch and I have to pay to use the toilet, I've never seen anything like it and I travel a lot! First time this has happened to me in Europe 😂😂

It was very quiet because of the cold...some stalls weren't open...a very long line at the syrup waffle stall...large waffles are just expensive...that's what people queue for?

They don't give a damn about opening hours; they just make you wait outside, as I've seen several times now. It's early, but they forget there's also a restaurant/night shift. I find it absolutely disgusting how they treat you if you raise any concerns. I don't know their policy, but here in the Netherlands, the policy is that you're open for the time you specify. Poor service, and few speak Dutch. I say boycott!!!

They constantly forget to add ingredients, or add ingredients that aren't supposed to be in the meal. I ordered the mustard dressing salad - there was no dressing. A double cheeseburger - there was only one steak instead of two. Hamburger without mustard and ketchup - they added mustard and didn't add onions. It's not me choosing wrong customisation. I was checking the receipt after each order. They're making so many mistakes on a regular basis. They're also very often understaffed, and their terminals often don't print out receipts.

My kids' favorite restaurant! Small, cozy, and very sweet. If you need help delivering food to your table, they're always happy to help! Always friendly and the desserts delicious!

Dreadful members of staff. The only thing saving them is the brand; if it were any establishment, either the whole crew would have been fired, or the place would have been shut down. I was served a McFlurry which had a soup-like consistency - when I kindly asked for it to be re-made, I was responded to like I had defiled the name of the lord.

No one speaks proper Dutch, and very broken English. Disinterested. A simple request is like speaking Chinese and rocket science to them. Pure disinterest! What a retarded selection by HR, because social skills and manners are truly non-existent, and I know, you shouldn't expect much at McDonald's. It's still a junk food joint, but I could even see that they weren't even wearing gloves and were putting the cheese on the burgers and the burgers on the buns with their possibly snotty, poop-covered, or sweaty hands. Just put on gloves and think of the person eating the burgers! My stomach turned and my appetite was gone... Money wasted, and I'm frustrated that I can't even have a decent conversation with the staff. This is what a lazy, digital, lousy world this is becoming!

I went into McDonald's with friends and was thrown out. I asked why, and they said it was because I hadn't ordered anything, but just ordered a menu. Ridiculous.

It's a McDonald's, what can I say? Sure it's decent, quite expensive for what you get, and what you get tastes fine, but not great. This is just exactly how every McDonald's works. The atmosphere is okay, not too much places to sit, but enough.

I have been eaten more than 200 MACDONALLS particularly in LONDON other parts inside UK, Milan, Rome, Switzerland but I was shocked whenever I received seriously harmful services. Still I didn't mind because of young man possibly just started his new jobs. He given me without TEA BAG hot water inside the CUP. Didn't matter I could taken myself TEA Bag but if he didn't said to me how did I knew that no TEA BAG just too hot water. He should to served opened LID not to covered into the LID. First Training induction by the HEAD OFFICE Trainers HEALTH AND SAFETY for both Customers and the employees. Cooking fries hot water hot oil all burnt related which all types of jobs are seriously careful. I tried so many times to opened the LID then from top over the LID I looked my TEA Lemon colour which made me upset because of I didn't ordered. First sip no taste then tried and tried again. Too hot water my fingers could be burnt or chest please just to think how does simple carelessness could cause injuries or burnt. Few minutes waited then opened the LID it was nothing in it surprised never been ever happened in anywhere. MACDONAL'S sold always with TEA Bags. Rare given into my hands in hare not in UK. When I went to the Till that Customers services said to me that u should to taken TEA BAG myself over there...where? How does Customers knows who's duty to informed or LID opened that not been done to have drinks. Good to have manager's given appropriate levels of Training for Customers and employees both safety. I guess you can call McD the king of fast food, but not the best food - I rated that 2 star. However, when it comes to service, timing and price they're definitely no.1. Coffee as cheap as €1 whilst nearby cafés selling around €3. Place was clean, and busy with students but consistently being cleaned along. You can find a space to relax and work if you don't mind the noise and distraction. Amsterdam is a true multicultural city with 100s of ethnic groups, faces and races, food and drink,

Mic is a nice place, but it's very expensive for a certain group of people. It's a shame, but the service and atmosphere are first-class. The price of a single hamburger menu, for example, could be lowered for people with less money so everyone can enjoy it. They could, for example, lower the prices for people on low incomes by offering a paycheck if they can prove they have a low income or receive benefits...? Then they'd pay less. That's how I would do it. Let Mic show that it's there for everyone, for the rich and the poor.
