My kids' favorite restaurant! Small, cozy, and very sweet. If you need help delivering food to your table, they're always happy to help! Always friendly and the desserts delicious!

The staff sometimes seem a little lost, but nothing that ruins the experience.

They constantly forget to add ingredients, or add ingredients that aren't supposed to be in the meal. I ordered the mustard dressing salad - there was no dressing. A double cheeseburger - there was only one steak instead of two. Hamburger without mustard and ketchup - they added mustard and didn't add pickles. It's not me choosing wrong customisation. I was checking the receipt after each order. They're making so many mistakes on a regular basis.

Dreadful members of staff. The only thing saving them is the brand; if it were any establishment, either the whole crew would have been fired, or the place would have been shut down. I was served a McFlurry which had a soup-like consistency - when I kindly asked for it to be re-made, I was responded to like I had defiled the name of the lord.

No one speaks proper Dutch, and very broken English. Disinterested. A simple request is like speaking Chinese and rocket science to them. Pure disinterest! What a retarded selection by HR, because social skills and manners are truly non-existent, and I know, you shouldn't expect much at McDonald's. It's still a junk food joint, but I could even see that they weren't even wearing gloves and were putting the cheese on the burgers and the burgers on the buns with their possibly snotty, poop-covered, or sweaty hands. Just put on gloves and think of the person eating the burgers! My stomach turned and my appetite was gone... Money wasted, and I'm frustrated that I can't even have a decent conversation with the staff. This is what a lazy, digital, lousy world this is becoming!

I went into McDonald's with friends and was thrown out. I asked why, and they said it was because I hadn't ordered anything, but just ordered a menu. Ridiculous.

75 cents to use the toilet 🚽!!! The toilet doesn't really flush properly. Service otherwise was fast. I got a fresh mint tea here and thought it was nice though expensive for what it is (mint leaves+hot water).

It's a McDonald's, what can I say? Sure it's decent, quite expensive for what you get, and what you get tastes fine, but not great. This is just exactly how every McDonald's works. The atmosphere is okay, not too much places to sit, but enough.

Waiting 20 minutes while i was literally with only 3 customers in the place. Missing items. Chicken tenders are sold out so they just replaced it with a 1 euro chicken burger cut in two pieces. Manager does not see any problems with any of that.

5* for combined reviews because of there were too many many MACDONAL's very carefully about their Customers. I have been eaten more than 200 MACDONALLS particularly in LONDON other parts inside UK, Milan, Rome, Switzerland but I was shocked whenever I received seriously harmful services. Still I didn't mind because of young man possibly just started his new jobs. He given me without TEA BAG hot water inside the CUP. Didn't matter I could taken myself TEA Bag but if he didn't said to me how did I knew that no TEA BAG just too hot water. He should to served opened LID not to covered into the LID. First Training induction by the HEAD OFFICE Trainers HEALTH AND SAFETY for both Customers and the employees. Cooking fries hot water hot oil all burnt related which all types of jobs are seriously careful. I tried so many times to opened the LID then from top over the LID I looked my TEA Lemon colour which made me upset because of I didn't ordered. First sip no taste then tried and tried again. Too hot water my fingers could be burnt or chest please just to think how does simple carelessness could cause injuries or burnt. Few minutes waited then opened the LID it was nothing in it surprised never been ever happened in anywhere. MACDONAL'S sold always with TEA Bags. Rare given into my hands in hare not in UK. When I went to the Till that Customers services said to me that u should to taken TEA BAG myself over there...where? How does Customers knows who's duty to informed or LID opened that not been done to have drinks. Good to have manager's given appropriate levels of Training for Customers and employees both safety. Also generosity customers doesn't goes for leaned should or shouldn't. Nicely good to be greetings I am very sorry its my apology. Not the matters of £1 ordered its the Customers MACDONAL'S bussinness policies. He will be learn more in future. I guess you can call McD the king of fast food, but not the best food - I rated that 2 star. However, when it comes to service, timing and price they're definitely no.1. Coffee as cheap as €1 whilst nearby cafés selling around €3. Place was clean, and busy with students but consistently being cleaned along. You can find a space to relax and work if you don't mind the noise and distraction. Amsterdam is a true multicultural city with 100s of ethnic groups, faces and races, food and drink,

Mic is a nice place, but it's very expensive for a certain group of people. It's a shame, but the service and atmosphere are first-class. The price of a single hamburger menu, for example, could be lowered for people with less money so everyone can enjoy it. They could, for example, lower the prices for people on low incomes by offering a paycheck if they can prove they have a low income or receive benefits...? Then they'd pay less. That's how I would do it. Let Mic show that it's there for everyone, for the rich and the poor.

Good morning, one of the ugliest McDonald's in Amsterdam. I work for the McDonald's brand, and I thought it was the same in Holland as in Italy. Let's start from the assumption that I should eat well, but here evidently the managers and director don't enforce procedures. The food was extremely dry, the meat wasn't juicy, the paychecks were old, and the nuggets were out of date. Plus, they wouldn't change two sauces for me; I had to pay for them. And finally, I eat, or rather consume, at McDonald's and I also have to pay to go to the bathroom, which is obscene.

It was good service but the food gave me food poison. Didn't feel well all day after.

Even if you have ordered from restaurant you are not allowed to use to toilet without paying 2 weeks ago i used it without paying .Today cashiers with an attitude said it was always been like this that you need to pay for it even if you buy anything from them .

But then the staff said to me, ‘Wake up, please.’ Honestly, that didn’t feel very professional." Besides, you need to pay €0.70 to use the toilet.

Had a horrible experience here, the staff is really rude and pushy. I ordered a croissant and she told me it was out of stock, and kept telling me to take a cookie or pancake instead of giving me a refund. I want what I ordered, not a substitute. Finally got refunded after arguing with her. Then, they forgot the sauces that came with our order and gave me a hard time again and kept insisting they had given them to us. Also, the bathrooms are gross. Don't pay the 0.70 euro and go somewhere else.

Ordered in Uber Eats around 12 AM. At 1AM the order still said "preparing order" although it was a small order. After calling multiple times they declined my calls and I had to cancel the order to get my money back

The food is food, but the rudest "security guard" at the entrance to the toilet, who will literally rip your money out of you to visit the toilet. You pay for the toilet separately, regardless of how much you bought here. McDonald's, a corporation like you, could have provided a free toilet for your VISITORS. Incomplete order. No Big Mac. They won't deliver. Only money back. When you're hungry, you want food, not money, bunch of bunglers.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. 12€ for a Big Mac is a robbery. On top of that, charging to use the bathroom should be criminal. Regardless of the drink you get with your meal, you're paying for an extra 0.15€ at least. That doesn't stop them from watering down their Coke until it tastes terribly and is undrinkable. Avoid this like the plague, go to one of the kebab places on the street for better quality food, less wait time, and fairer prices. The staff is definitely overworked and I doubt they're getting compensated accordingly.

We had drinks there. We didn't expect service at McDonald's. It's a busy location across the street from Amsterdam's day market, also the road next to McDonald's leads to three museums. You can imagine how busy this McDonald's is. However the manager and employees are very friendly.

No, I don't recommend sticking tables and the branch manager simply pressed the tablet into my hand without saying a word and then I had to pay 0.70 cents so I could go to the toilet.

As a customer, I had to pay 70 cents for the restroom to an unfriendly jailer who was really intimidating. I felt like the police were about to be called because I didn't have any cash on me and wanted to pay by card. That worked, but the lady at the counter ordered "whipped cream." It seems to me that something isn't right here. Date: August 15, 2025, approximately 12 p.m.

The place is super dirty. All the tables are dirty. They don't have air conditioning. And they charge you to use the bathroom even if you buy anything. 0.70 cents, and you better have that because they don't have any change to give you, and it's only cash to one of the workers who stands there by the door with his little cup collecting coins. They're embarrassing.

I ordered large fries and fries sauce, and what I got was more like small fries, and no fries sauce either. How hard is it to put two things in one bag? You don't need a high IQ to do this, but apparently you can still screw it up. Worthless and incompetent, exorbitant prices, and terrible service. Nothing good to say about this McDonald's.

Just paid €4.70 for a large order of fries and €0.85 for the sauce, a total of €5.55, and then you get this small order of fries and the person also forgets to add the sauce, how difficult is your job if you can't even fit two products together in a bag?

The dirtiest and filthiest McDonald's we've ever been to. The seating area was already very dirty, but the restrooms were way worse than truly dirty rest stop restrooms. I don't even want to know what the kitchen was like.

An unfriendly young man stands at the bathroom door charging €0.70 to enter, even though you're drinking on site. There are no outlets to charge your cell phone.

Theres a sign outside the toilets asking for 0,70€ with an * saying "not required", but the toilet lady will yell at you if you do not pay her 70 cents. The staff doesn't seem to care about that. Multiple other guests were harrassed by her. Also there was a hair in my burger and the fries were cold.

We ordered, it took very long for the food to arrive, the fries were cold, the bun of my burger was upside down, everything was missing from the burger; no sauce, no salad, no cheese no nothing. We ordered three milkshakes but instead we god three water while we already had paid for three milkshakes, we were ordering near closing time so we suspect they just didn’t want to put in the effort to make us milkshakes anymore. Overall a very bad experience and I would never order from this location again.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. A very rude employee stood at the entrance to the restroom demanding that everyone put money in his cup. When we received our order and sat down to eat it, he came up to us and rudely told us that we couldn't eat within the restaurant. When we pointed out that other customers were sitting there, he said that they're with children and could sit there. We went to eat outside by the entry, but later we saw that other customers without any children was eating inside. What was the point of all this? Such a humiliating experience!

Really amazing branch, some real Dutch food options, loved everything we ordered!! The McKroket was the star of the lunch!
