You have to pay a euro for the toilet. And they don't speak a word of Dutch.

We only used the restroom here for 1 euro per person. Restrooms were moderately clean!

I ate here with a friend and ordered loaded fries with bacon and cheese and a banana milkshake. First there was too little sauce and bacon on those fries so I went back and after a discussion I got more bacon and cheese sauce, now I'm really happy I'm going to sit back and I'm going to taste that milkshake and you guessed it vanilla milkshake while I had ordered a banana. I did get my banana milkshake afterwards, but this makes no sense!

Rude and disinterested girl working, gave us a broken glass, later we saw that she forgot to put a spoon for ice cream, she doesn't even know how to apologize. Average food, Twix ice cream is tasteless, it's mostly vanilla ice cream with a little sprinkle of biscuits, caramel and chocolate crumbs on top. Messy, sticky floors, they charge for the toilet even though you came to eat. Horrible, I don't recommend anyone to come here.

Just had my worst experience ever at a Burger King. 30min wait, too little staff, surprised with every order that no fries are fried and a manager who walks around stressed but does not help to deliver the orders faster. For me the last time here

Waited a total of 45 minutes for 1 ice cream. After 15 minutes I asked why it was taking so long. "They are going down numbers from bottom to top" I waited another 15 minutes until my number was there. 10 orders later still no ice cream. I asked again and it turned out to be ready for 15 minutes completely melted. Had to wait another 15 minutes. After a total of 15 minutes I finally got a smartie ice cream with literally 7 smarties (I counted them)

I ordered two sandwich of cheeseburger meal for 5.45 euro and it was incredibly fresh, hot, and flavorful, the sauce was balanced and the grilled taste really stood out. However, the service was very slow; I waited over 20 minutes. Thankfully, the manager was extremely professional and helpful, he calmly handled complaints and even assisted me with the reusable cup refund. Great food, excellent management, but service speed needs improvement.

I wait half an hour for a menu and the people in front of me get their food first, even though it is the same amount of food

It is and remains a fast-foot company. Unfortunately, none of the staff members spoke a word of Dutch. Below it is a bare intention. order and go. Boring beyond.

The sauces aren't free, even if you order fries or other snacks that typically come with them. The restrooms are overpriced and not complimentary. The staff is rude.

Terrible restaurant. The staff is frostbitten, plus there is such a flow of people from 5 people in the kitchen. They didn't want to accept cash at the checkout. You need to wait 30 minutes for your small order. The toilet costs 1 euro!!! Dirty toilet, how much does it cost???? Complete disappointment!

Half the staff is small, one half does everything and serves the burgers, the other half cannot pack the order and the burgers are spread out in a warehouse of 20-30 units. This is terrible.

Food was bland, fries tasted like it was fried in the morning. We went in around 8:15 in the evening. We received our order 40 mins later, we went upstairs to have our table, the employee upstairs was really rude, apparently he’s already cleaning a part of the area upstairs. Slowest personel ever. Everyone seemed asleep. I waited 15!! Minutes on a simple Cheeseburger. "Fast" food not true to the name... Toilet costs 1€ no matter whether you are a customer or not. For that amount of money you get a nasty and dirty bathroom.

It's not what I expected, very different from reality.

It seems horrible to me that they charge to go to the bathroom while consuming in the place. On top of that the bathrooms are dirty, so it's really unintelligible.

Worst burger king I have EVER stepped foot in. The food? Bland and cold and not worth a cent of the money you pay for it. The screens will tell you the food is 5 euros; don't fall for it! You will end up paying 14 euros for a small tastless burger and a 'large' fries wich contains about 3 fries. And if you have to pee? Ofcourse you can; for 1 euro You would also think; if they ask a euro for the toilets, they will at least be clean. But even here you will be very wrong because as expected they are filthy and not cleaned. The staff on top of everything are rude aswell. Wasted money for no service or cleaniness and distasteful food. Dissapointment through and through.

The waiter Giovanni was very rude. He didn't want to make our order as we wanted horrible not to return. I hope he gets fired soon no empathy.

El restaurante tiene puestos de autoservicio para elegir y pagar sus comidas. Somos vegetarianos, y me impresionó con las opciones veganas disponibles en comparación con Londres. Sin embargo, la comida estaba muy, muy seca y el tocino falso estaba aún más seco en la libra de cuarto de verduras. La hamburguesa de pollo vegetal de mi marido estaba igualmente seca. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, toilet costs 1 euro. After a visit to the toilet there, your hunger immediately disappears, never before seen something so dirty in a fast food restaurant.

clean shop, king deals werkten niet, personeel aan de kassa wilde contant geld hebben, to gepint. bestel machines kwam ik niet uit. ETen was goed, maar deels niet wat ik besteld had.

Have to pay to use the toilet after spending €30 on food, burger king seem to need the financial aid for upkeep of the toilets.... Dont think so!! Discracefull behaviour from a company to of that size to ask for payment to use the restroom!! Unfortunately due to moral code I will now go to McDonald's (next door) for the foreseeable future or just do it somewhere else in the restaurant 👍

The worst Burger King: they charge you for the glasses you drink from. Next step, we will make you pay for the packaging. Way too crowded and noisy. Stairs to the first floor were very steep and had really small steps.

Like most Burger King's, the food is good. But to use the toilets, you don't just have to scan the ticket, you also have to pay €0.80. To do your business after eating. Worst burger I've had in many years, and I say this as a frequent visitor to burger king. Just so incredibly dry, like eating 2 pieces of leather. The only way to make a burger this bad is if you willfully tried to, ie: as I suspect, the burger was grilled the day before and then reused. Delicious food, fast service, the only thing I didn't like is the lack of bathroom service being a restaurant and there is no place to bathe your hands, much less a toilet, it would be good to take this aspect into account.

AVOID. I have been to plenty of Burger Kings around the world and never had an experience like this. Staff are rude. Member of staff shouting at customers for not sitting where he wanted them to sit and standing over customers to rush them. Hot drinks made and left sitting on the counter while you are waiting 15 to 20 minutes for your food. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants in Amsterdam. Avoid this one.

Burger kings' burgers are what they are, but the location is great and inside is clean and nice (beware of peak tourist hours, it'll get accordingly crowded; it's still a small place in center of Amsterdam)

There is no refill. Time consuming and they still charge a fee of 1e for the glass which will then be refunded.
