Have to pay to use the toilet after spending €30 on food, burger king seem to need the financial aid for upkeep of the toilets.... Dont think so!! Discracefull behaviour from a company to of that size to ask for payment to use the restroom!! Unfortunately due to moral code I will now go to McDonald's (next door) for the foreseeable future or just do it somewhere else in the restaurant 👍

Long wait, cold food and not receiving the correct quantities of the order. So I didn't think it was worth the wait, you at least expect hot food if you wait 30 minutes. It is also not completely clean and you have to pay for the toilet as a guest..

The worst Burger King: they charge you for the glasses you drink from. Next step, we will make you pay for the packaging. In addition, drinks are served at the cash register, so it is impossible to have the drink to our liking (e.g. without ice). In addition, drinks are extra from the menu. The sauce pots come without a container, so you are forced to spread the sauce on disgusting trays. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Way too crowded and noisy. Stairs to the first floor were very steep and had really small steps.

Terrible facility. Small portions, 75c for sauce, you have to pay 80c to use the toilet (which isn't even clean). The most annoying part is the reusable cups and the complicated return policy - they refuse to give you a refund, you have to have a refund app. The young girl behind the food counter was very rude, literally rolling her eyes. Also, it is too expensive for that type of food (over 40 euros for 2 adults and a child). We will bypass BK in a wide arc. I would give zero stars if I could.

Like most Burger King's, the food is good. But to use the toilets, you don't just have to scan the ticket, you also have to pay €0.80. To do your business after eating. In addition to this exorbitant price, the machine and the gantry did not work: I had to go under it even though I had paid. And to top it all off, the toilets were in an unacceptable state, especially for a pay toilet. The prices are also quite expensive.

Worst burger I've had in many years, and I say this as a frequent visitor to burger king. Just so incredibly dry, like eating 2 pieces of leather. The only way to make a burger this bad is if you willfully tried to, ie: as I suspect, the burger was grilled the day before and then reused. I've never had such a bad experience but something really odd is going on at this branch and I will not be back. 11 euro burger... I wouldn't even pay 1 euro for it. PS. This was the double grillmaster burger.

Delicious food, fast service, the only thing I didn't like is the lack of bathroom service being a restaurant and there is no place to bathe your hands, much less a toilet, it would be good to take this aspect into account.

AVOID. I have been to plenty of Burger Kings around the world and never had an experience like this. Staff are rude. Member of staff shouting at customers for not sitting where he wanted them to sit and standing over customers to rush them. Hot drinks made and left sitting on the counter while you are waiting 15 to 20 minutes for your food. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants in Amsterdam. Avoid this one.

Burger kings' burgers are what they are, but the location is great and inside is clean and nice (beware of peak tourist hours, it'll get accordingly crowded; it's still a small place in center of Amsterdam)

Those deposit cups are nice, but when you want to return them, the machine often does not work properly. The people in front of us already gave up (2 cups) and he didn't take 4 cups with us either. The other (6 of the same) cups are!

Service with tray is not available 1 hour before of the closing . From the terminal is still available this option so I would love to have this service though because is missing 1 hour n 30 minutes to the closing. Stop. I will never buy any drink in a burguer king. Drinks come with no covers. The reusable cups are terrible to balance. Lost all my drink. Grow up and stop changing for worse materials. This is probably why the floor is all sticky. Shame. Meat wa dry and the fries's cheese was not melted. No option for tourists to refund their joke of a cup. I will never return to a burguer king in the netherlands.

It says it closes at 10 p.m. And at 2030 the security person kicked us out of the premises saying it was closed. He even walked us to the door. We told him that it doesn't say that time but he told us that they had already closed See you at McDonald's!!

They don't send the toy you have paid for on delivery. They know Uber Eats is not going to do anything so they just steal it. Buy elsewhere if you want what you ordered.

The manager had horrible and disrespectful behavior towards customers. It requires customers to download an application for cashback, otherwise it refuses a reimbursement even though it is obligatory. I've never seen this anywhere else. This is purely theft. Burger King management must act.

what a scam with their recyclable cup. I asked the cashier to reimburse me the €2 for the 2 cups, he told me that I must be reimbursed via the application. I explained to him that I do not live in the Netherlands. What an idiot!!! The app is just for people who have a Dutch bank account. Taking into account that it is a tourist area, how many tourists are scammed?

The whopper was tasty. But the normal cheeseburger looked like it contained some kind of disease. I couldn't get more than 2 bites down my throat with that thought in my head. See the attachment

Tables upstairs were dirty, floors are dirty

Very poor experience getting a refund for the reusable cups, ticket clearly stated I could go to the counter to refund the 1e cups, person who was at the cash register insisted I need to use the app/service, the only reason I was given was that it was easier for them. Manager did provide a way to get the refund with card at the end, so I’m confused as to why I was rudely pushed to use an external service for such a simple refund. It is my choice to not give my personal information to get a 1e refund. Feels insulting that paying a meal does not get you access to the bathroom (0.8e).

It closed at 8:45 p.m. when they say it closes at 10 p.m. Even though you can claim the glasses back in cash, they never give you the cash back. An arrogant and rude manager kicking people out to close the store.

There was no toy in King Jr Meal box, when I approached the manager to complain, he responded by saying that they "don't have toys" and offered ice cream instead, dining areas are dirty, you have to pay for the toilet, employee at order distribution is rude and behaves unprofessionally, as he responded to my complaint that "why should I warn you if something's not available.." kid was upset as she had ordered Kings meal specifically for the toy and did not get it, perhaps worst Burger king I visited out of many across the world

Ate here on Wednesday April 3 and it was very disappointing for the price. You won't see me at this location again. -the burgers were cold, as if they were not fresh. But unfortunately peanut butter, the complaint was ignored. - the tables were sticky and overturned soft drinks remained lying around for a long time. -staff was uninterested and I was looked at strangely for speaking Dutch... they could only speak to me in English. -the deposit cups, a disaster. Especially for the American guests I had with me. The cups weren't registered, so the machine didn't pick it up. Hassle to have them activated at the checkout. And not all foreigners know how tikkie works. Nice easy money for you guys... I saw several people leave the cups out of sheer desperation.

The manager Muhamed kicked us out 25 min before the place closed and didn't warn us that we wouldnt be able to eat there even though they sold us the order to eat in and not take away. He was rude and disrespectful and lied to our faces.

A total fail! From the staff to the lack of cleaning. The staff was rude when I told her I don’t drink the juice with ice how they were putting it and she said I must have told her before. I told her there should be an option to select without ice and not to assume that everybody wants to drink the juice with ice on a 7 degree temperature outside and not only for this reason. Then the tables were very dirty and not cleaned. What type of service is this?

Very nice place and also well located in the street! However, the floor was very sticky and hygiene was not really taken into account. The tables were dirty and the trays had not been cleaned properly. The crew members were very nice and friendly towards every guest. The food was a bit lukewarm, but otherwise good to eat.

Be careful, deposit fraud!! Here you can choose reusable items but can only return them via an app. However, this is only possible with a Dutch bank. It is therefore not possible to give it away.

This is, by far, the most disgusting fast-food chain restaurant I have ever visited. The tables were filthy; it looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week. The staff was somewhat okay, but the food was TERRIBLE. I sincerely don’t know if they undergo inspections by Burger King or not, but the taste of the food should not represent a company like that. I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else if you are anywhere nearby.

Burger King is always delicious everywhere, but both Swiss and German add a lot of tomatoes, onions, etc., but this place is so precious. I like lettuce, tomato, onion sauce, etc., but I was a bit disappointed. I have a hard time traveling because I don't get the right food. Burger King allows me to eat delicious food while traveling, but it's a shame that Europe doesn't have a set menu like in Korea. I had to mention it all separately, so although I was disappointed, I enjoyed it. I didn't take a picture. Hmm.

The vegan nuggets are very tasty, (twister) fries were very good as well. They put too much ice in the drinks though... We got our food pretty fast. Sadly they forgot the sweet & sour dip. It is also a shame that you have to pay extra for ketchup and that it is not included for free when you buy fries.

I recommend the Big Mac to everyone, they make it very good! The Amsterdam Chips are also good, better here than any other fast food restaurant. There is neither, KFC always gives great satisfaction!
