McDonald's Osdorp in Lutkemeer/Ookmeer

What a pleasant surprise this little café was! The baristas are clearly passionate about their work – my latte art was almost too beautiful to drink. The coffee had a full flavor and a perfect balance between bitter and smooth. I ordered a sandwich with it, which was fresh and generously filled. The service was attentive and even gave me some tips on their homemade cakes. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The decor featured many natural materials and a minimalist style. The tables were neat, and everything felt well-maintained. The music was calm and unobtrusive. I immediately felt at home.

I went to McDonald's with my kids today. I ordered two Happy Mail chicken nuggets, and they didn't actually contain any. My daughter ordered a spicy McVeggie chicken burger, and she got a completely different one. We had our table number, and the employee just stared at us stupidly and didn't bring it. We're Muslim, so she ordered a veggie burger, and they ended up bringing something else. There's always something wrong with this McDonald's.

Avoid at all costs! The manager, a mixed-race woman, is wonderful, very attentive and kind! But the rest of the team is a disaster. They're inattentive, unpleasant, and make absolutely no effort for the customer. I'm from France and I love the Netherlands, but I strongly advise against this McDonald's. I simply won't be going back.

Two fries too few and regular chicken nuggets instead of spicy. It can't be that hard to assemble an order... I tried calling, but no answer.

Yes, McDonald's is McDonald's, fatty food, unhealthy. But every now and then, a burger or chicken nuggets are really tasty, haha.

Back here after a long time. The McDrive was a nightmare. A 10-minute wait while there was only one car at the left and right kiosks. At the checkout, they didn't know how much change to give. The cashier had to ask the manager, who also came over and asked if I couldn't pay by card because the cashier couldn't count. A vague explanation. The fish fillet was nice and hot and flavorful. It's a shame the size has become smaller. The cheese soufflés were good. I should really take off one star, but I'll save it this time. ============= Back here after a long time for a second chance. It was annoying that the car in front of me at the McDrive was waiting at the intersection between the two ordering kiosks. This person, of course, wanted to choose the kiosk that would become available. Luckily, I was helped at my kiosk before the other person. Ordered the fish fillet menu. At the payment window, the waitress looked at me as if she couldn't see me. She was struggling to count change, but everything was correct. I picked up my order at the next window. Everything was fresh (for the first time): the fries were piping hot, and so was the fish fillet. It's a shame the sauce is now awkward. I'm satisfied with the food. Hopefully, they'll maintain this quality. The overall score has been adjusted to 3 stars. The food has been downgraded to 3 stars. The service has been downgraded to 2 stars. The atmosphere has been left at 2. ============================= The begging for money and food has moved to the front of the building. It's a shame to see that there are still people in need in this society who have to beg others for help. I've spent my salary here again these past few weeks, which I won't be doing again anytime soon: the service is inconsistent. From an uninterested cashier to soggy fries. The fish burger is good. The vanilla milkshake is awful. The chocolate milkshake had more flavor. But you can taste the chemical in both milkshakes. I also ordered veggie nuggets here and got meat nuggets. When I pointed this out, I was told I should order more, but the receipt actually said veggie nuggets... ===== I spent my salary here at various times last month. This McDonald's left a mixed impression. I used the drive-in every time. Once, I wanted a fish burger menu and paid for it, but instead, I got a hamburger menu. Inside the restaurant, they wouldn't help me; I had to get back in line at the drive-in. When I got back after 20 minutes, they told me I had ordered a hamburger menu, even though the receipt said fish burger. According to the employee, I had gotten the receipt from someone else to get a free menu. Fortunately, after my other visits, I did receive good service. Sometimes they even put an extra cheese soufflé in the container. The fries are inconsistent: sometimes warm and fresh, sometimes limp and cold. Some evenings, beggars also stand at the payment kiosk. Unfortunately, you can only give them some money instead of asking what they want to eat, since you've already ordered and paid by the time you encounter them.

So, having a McDonald's right next to the hotel is pretty convenient. The hotel is called Hotel Fogo. The food is a bit different than in Germany. Definitely very handy for a quick late-night snack 😊👍

What a crappy arrangement. I ordered a complete fish menu at the drive-thru to eat in the parking lot. The fries were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and showed them to a cashier. She acted like she was squeamish. I asked for the manager, who came after about 5 minutes. I asked if they were allowed to sell fries like that. She felt it and said no, took the fries, and walked away without an apology. After 7 or 8 minutes, she finally offered me a new portion. I said, "Keep it, but you need it more." Very rude, unfriendly, and served stale food. Ridiculous staff.

Good afternoon, right at the time I was writing this review, the manager, when I went to the checkout, didn't say hello or anything. She pointed out the PIN payment machines, very rudely and above all, insanely. What a shame, people wanting such a special position like manager and behaving this way. It was my favorite McDonald's.

The staff doesn't want to work here! First, I ordered at McDrive. When I went to the checkout, I said they'd charged me for one too many cheeseburgers and that had to be taken off. "Yeah, that's fine," she said. At the second counter, I got the receipt and order and saw that she hadn't changed anything at all. Anyway, the sun was shining, 25 degrees Celsius. The kid saw the slide and wanted to eat on the patio, so he decided to eat there anyway. They closed it down! What do you mean? Too lazy to clean up the patio, or what? Then I wanted to order some apple juice. I asked at the cash register if it was 100% apple juice (no additives). She didn't know. She went to get it, and I could check it out myself. So, I wanted to pay for the apple juice, and she said, "You have to go to the vending machine!" Me: "Can't I just pay for it with you then?" She: "No, it takes longer." What?! Okay, I ordered, and I walked back with the receipt, and she said, "You have to wait until your number is ready." Me: "For the apple juice you just had in your hand?" With a deep sigh, she picked up the apple juice again. WHAT KIND OF STAFF IS THIS?? Besides, the food isn't even up to par, there's very little sauce on any of the burgers, and the fries are limp/lukewarm. What a disgrace.

Not so employees walk through the rarely visited store without even wiping the tables, trash cans full of Becker and Tapletts, McDonald's app doesn't work either 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

We had a very bad meal, the food was cold and the fries were cold, the floor was also very dirty, really not normal.

It's the worst McDonald's. The tables are filthy, and so is the floor. I ordered chicken nuggets and saw a hair in them. It's truly disgusting. The fries were cold, and the "Big Tasty" was out of paper. I paid 31 euros for nothing.

Terribly poor service! We received far too little Mac Flurry and refused to acknowledge it. We know 100% it wasn't true and didn't want our evening ruined by such poor service. We ordered nine, half the size of the cup, so just imagine how much we lost with a price tag of €4.10 per cup. We'd rather drive a lot further to another McDonald's now; we won't be returning.

If you are looking for a McDonald's where you have to search for a tidy and clean table, you should be here. Sunday afternoon 5 o'clock, Few people at the table but the tables without people are full of trash or are just dirty. Too bad because the location does have a good appearance.

I want to be helped at the cash register and the staff demands that you operate the selection panel yourself. I don't want to touch a PC screen that someone else has touched with their dirty paws. Then I have to eat with my bare hands and I don't feel like having to wash mine 3 times. The staff should just help you at the cash register. It's getting worse.

Today closed at 3:30 instead of 05:00. No sign with a reason, just closed. Good job!

From the first moment I felt the warm and personal atmosphere. The dishes were surprising and perfectly balanced. The service was friendly and attentive, which made me feel really welcome. A place to return to again and again!

Ordered chicken nuggets & a cheeseburger at 12:25pm. Literally have sat in the drive thru until 12:55 at which point we tracked someone down and they said they had forgotten it. Now it’s delivered to our car cold. Not exactly ideal.

They made a fool of themselves.. They didn't add Double Big Tasty and Twister Fries. and also nuts for ice cream. This wasn't the first time.

This restaurant and their delivery is a joke. I ordered my food at 13.40 max and as I was following the app the driver went different way and then disappeared. Plus when I was there the other time at the station where people are getting their food prepared there was person walking around in their private everyday gear. Really proffesional and safe. Never ordering and visiting this place again.

Food was decent and up to standard. A few good vegetarian options. The drive in has 3 windows, when I was there the first and second were in use. It is not directly on the main road so it takes one or two more minutes to get there. I would like more vegetarian options like the competitors do.

The staff doesn't understand anything about putting special deals in stock and it seems like they are thinking about child labor. They get paid so little for a billion-dollar company that makes so much profit and yet I can't resist getting a hamburger every now and then.

It's a nice place to have a cheap meal and enjoy a chat with friends 😁

If you don't want my money... I wanted to bring another hamburger for my friend at home. I wanted to order it at the counter, but the young lady (who was hanging over the counter, so had exactly nothing to do) wouldn't let me. I had to use the ordering kiosk. Even after (brief) insistence. So no. Then I'll spend my money elsewhere.

First I have to tell you that I am waiting at the cash register. Then you find it necessary to give me text and explanation that I should order at a kiosk and then pay at the cash register..... worthless service!

This mcdonals restaurant is a disaster for the people living around it. You find the restaurant trash everywhere. And the is honking all trougout the night.

What a filthy place this is. I was here Friday February 21st around 3:00 PM. All the tables were dirty, the trash cans full. Ultimately my son got sick from the food and has been throwing up for 2 days. I will never go here again, maybe never at a McDonalds again.

Parking is always disgusting, service is okay considering availability

Don’t come here for the gluten-free options: the staff is completely unaware of what this even means, starting with the manager who simply said to check the website, like she was not supposed to know how the property the food they serve should be prepared. The waiters even forgot to bring half of the order, and the place was basically empty. The mozzarella sticks where then fried in 30 seconds and brought almost cold. You can easily find better place, just keep driving a bit more.

February 2025 Seems quality is down a bit. Fries were cold, sauce on burgers minimal. Want quick service ... don't go for the drivethrough but just order inside ;-) quick and good service. But can be busy these day's.

First to be told that the scanners are not working so I cannot hand in my receipts. That's what I get: a burger that has been cooked for too long. And then the sauce is missing from my fries. But when I call I get no answer.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Order arrived 20 minutes later than expected. Fries were already cold and not fried long enough (weak fries). Chicken nuggets were also lukewarm and chewy.

The place is really nice, the food is excellent. The only thing is that the girls who serve are quite rude. There is a guy who serves in a very friendly and pleasant manner. So we congratulate him on his performance and we would return to the place.

Why do the opening hours change every 3 Months? From 24/7 to 04:00 to 02:00. I didn't like coming there before, but now I absolutely have to Not anymore. Save yourself the trouble. Elsewhere your food is also prepared with much more care

We missed a lot of food that we had paid quite a lot for. We were also laughed at by children because we wore different clothes than other children from this generation, otherwise the food was tasty.

Went to the Mac with the dog, everything looked great. Got to the window did my normal order and asked for 5 veggie chicken nuggets and 1 real chicken nugget. And they did!!!!! Dog was happy 5 stars.

A dirty mac from the outside because waste can be seen everywhere. Drive tru was the most bizarre experience ever with a mac. Car for us takes a very long time to pay for. When he is finally done and is at the pick-up counter, he gets out and then walks back to the payment counter. A quiet conversation ensues (probably ordering something) but this lasts almost 10 minutes! minutes. When he is finally done, he walks forward again, gets into his car and after 1 minute gets all his food and continues driving. I can now finally stand in front of the takeaway counter and immediately receive my food (which had been ready for 10 minutes). I comment "it must have been ready for a while", he chuckles a bit and says "yes" and hands it to me. To which I say "well if it turns out to be cold I'll come back for hot food, then you know that" "oh then I'll make new fries for you right away". Yes good idea. But really, as an employee of this mac, if something like this happens to a customer who takes a very long time to do something, ask him to move his car forward at the point where you get your food so that the cars behind them can also simply place their, still warm, order. can get. We were here shortly before 6 o'clock (restaurant opened at 6 o'clock and we were allowed in 10-15 minutes earlier (it was cold outside). Unfortunately, nuggets were not really fresh.

Ordered 3 bacon egg mc muffins, and fries, Fries came soggy tasting like old oil, and Bacon in mc muffins was soft and uncooked, one of the muffins had no bacon at all.

The food is good, but I have received two wrong orders in a row in just a week (ordered with Uber). Their support didn't even assume the blame(even though is a problem from McDonald's) and just passed the blame to Uber. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. On the1st order they have sent the wrong hamburger and on the 2nd order I have paid for 1 McNuggets x9 and they didn't even sent it.

Just had a really terrible experience. I place my order then at the cash register I hear a much too high amount (someone was just being trained so a mistake could happen) then, who I think was the manager, came to ask if everything went well. We asked if our order could be read and she simply refused... absurd. Then the lady gets annoyed with me and my friend because there is a whole queue, we have to pay and guess what... order was wrong & paid too much. A lot of conflict then arose outside (of course I was frustrated because this could have been prevented, but the lady showed 0 empathy and 'didn't want to hear anything about it'), I said that I thought it was a shame that the lady was not open to feedback, to which she said ' feedback from you? I certainly don't need that, no' ridiculous behavior, absolutely no respect for customers. No idea what her name was, she also constantly said sarcastic things in Surinamese. I am really shocked by this way of interacting.

Came here to get two cups of cappuccino because we were too early for a funeral. We had to wait almost 20 minutes before we had our coffee, so it was almost too late for the funeral. The employee apologized after we indicated that we had to go to a funeral. Not a pleasant experience!

Sitting in a car with non dutch plate got us ignored at the drive through. We pulled out as the queue was building up behind and watched how they immediately started taking order of the dude in a dutch plated car right behind us.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald drive thru today. I ordered a meal through the drive-thru, and when I got home, I realized that they had completely missed our burgers. Not only were we left with incomplete meals, but they also charged us for everything, including the missing items! It's incredibly frustrating to pay for food that you never receive, especially when you’re looking forward to a quick and convenient meal. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I tried calling the restaurant, but getting through to someone was a nightmare and no one picked up phone despite calling them multiple times . Highly dissatisfied .

Hopeless mess there, waiting far too long for your food and then it is lukewarm and things are missing. When you walk to the counter, the manager quickly walks away and only comes back when you walk away, it's a coincidence that this happens twice.

After fifteen minutes of crystal hardness STILL give those melted ice creams: Sat17/8/24 7pm - order mcdrive - to settle - get the ice cream right away, but wait for the rest (can happen) - 9 minutes later the rest, turns out to be wrong (can happen) - just brought back the ice creams yourself - 6 minutes later the whole order again - appears at home; ice creams completely melted, smiled brightly and gave the same ice creams again!! How incredibly antisocial McDo can only make a difference with personnel and management. FAIL

Veggie chicken burger was small and very salty.

Ordered food over an hour ago but still haven't received anything. It now says in the app that it will take at least another half hour... waiting 2 hours for food no longer makes sense. Last time the order was also wrong, so I hoped it would be better the second time, but it was just as bad. Do not order here!!!! Nobody answers when you call. You can get better food for cheaper, with better service, in many other places
