The staff doesn't understand anything about putting special deals in stock and it seems like they are thinking about child labor. They get paid so little for a billion-dollar company that makes so much profit and yet I can't resist getting a hamburger every now and then.

We missed a lot of food that we had paid quite a lot for. We were also laughed at by children because we wore different clothes than other children from this generation, otherwise the food was tasty.

I receive food soo cold and menu with out fries , and just 1 instead of 2 burger 🤦🏼🙄 It’s too bad when they grow they don’t care about brand anymore 😠

It's as if it's just a little bit tastier at this branch.

Went to the Mac with the dog, everything looked great. Got to the window did my normal order and asked for 5 veggie chicken nuggets and 1 real chicken nugget. And they did!!!!! Dog was happy 5 stars.

A dirty mac from the outside because waste can be seen everywhere. Drive tru was the most bizarre experience ever with a mac. Car for us takes a very long time to pay for. When he is finally done and is at the pick-up counter, he gets out and then walks back to the payment counter. A quiet conversation ensues (probably ordering something) but this lasts almost 10 minutes! minutes. When he is finally done, he walks forward again, gets into his car and after 1 minute gets all his food and continues driving. I can now finally stand in front of the takeaway counter and immediately receive my food (which had been ready for 10 minutes). I comment "it must have been ready for a while", he chuckles a bit and says "yes" and hands it to me. To which I say "well if it turns out to be cold I'll come back for hot food, then you know that" "oh then I'll make new fries for you right away". Yes good idea. But really, as an employee of this mac, if something like this happens to a customer who takes a very long time to do something, ask him to move his car forward at the point where you get your food so that the cars behind them can also simply place their, still warm, order. can get. And oh yes, that employee who takes the order and makes the payment runs back and forth to also hand over the food....wow staff shortage. We drive away with our food, but it turns out we forgot the French fries sauce...sigh. Thanks for the hot fries!

Give something to the bums at the drive-in, not exactly tasty either. Already given 2 euros and then asked for a burger.

I ordered delivery on Saturday November 23rd and on Sunday I could barely stand up. I got food poisoning. It was McPlant Voordeelmenu. I strongly do not recommend eating at this place!

gave me the wrong order and started arguing with me that they don’t even sell that option here. after i calmly explained what’s wrong, one employee started yelling at me and another one literally flung my food at me angrily. do not come here. the worst employees i’ve had to deal with in a long time.

Unwilling to help, when they messed up the order and then screamed at us for complaining, that something is missing.

Waited for more than 20 minutes for an order to be brought to the table (other people who came in later already had their food). We then went to the counter where our food was, it turned out that nothing had been prepared at all. Wasn't spoken to properly.

We were here shortly before 6 o'clock (restaurant opened at 6 o'clock and we were allowed in 10-15 minutes earlier (it was cold outside). Unfortunately, nuggets were not really fresh.

The begging for money and food has moved to the front of the building. It's a shame to see that there are still people in need in this society who have to nag other people for some support. Spent my salary here again in recent weeks, which I will not do again for a while: the service is variable. From an uninterested employee at the cash register to fries that are limp. Fish burger is good. Vanilla milkshake is nothing. Chocolate milkshake had more flavor. But you can taste the chemical in both milkshakes. Also ordered veggie nuggets here and got meat nuggets. When I mentioned this, I should have ordered better, but the receipt actually said veggie nuggets... ===== Spent my salary here at various times last month. This McDonalds has left a mixed impression. Used the Drive-In every time. Where I once wanted a fish burger menu and paid for it, I got a hamburger menu. Inside the store they didn't want to help me, I had to stand in line at the Drive-In again. When it was my turn again after 20 minutes, it was said that I had actually ordered a hamburger menu, while the receipt said fish burger. According to the employee, I received the voucher from someone else in order to get a free menu. Fortunately, after my other visits, I was helped well. Sometimes an extra cheese soufle in the container. The fries are variable: sometimes hot and fresh, sometimes limp and cold. On some evenings there are also beggars at the payment kiosk. Unfortunately, you can only give them some money instead of asking what they want to eat because you have already ordered and paid when you meet them.

Ordered 3 bacon egg mc muffins, and fries, Fries came soggy tasting like old oil, and Bacon in mc muffins was soft and uncooked, one of the muffins had no bacon at all.

The food is good, but I have received two wrong orders in a row in just a week (ordered with Uber). Their support didn't even assume the blame(even though is a problem from McDonald's) and just passed the blame to Uber. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. On the1st order they have sent the wrong hamburger and on the 2nd order I have paid for 1 McNuggets x9 and they didn't even sent it.

Just had a really terrible experience. I place my order then at the cash register I hear a much too high amount (someone was just being trained so a mistake could happen) then, who I think was the manager, came to ask if everything went well. We asked if our order could be read and she simply refused... absurd. Then the lady gets annoyed with me and my friend because there is a whole queue, we have to pay and guess what... order was wrong & paid too much. A lot of conflict then arose outside (of course I was frustrated because this could have been prevented, but the lady showed 0 empathy and 'didn't want to hear anything about it'), I said that I thought it was a shame that the lady was not open to feedback, to which she said ' feedback from you? I certainly don't need that, no' ridiculous behavior, absolutely no respect for customers. No idea what her name was, she also constantly said sarcastic things in Surinamese. I am really shocked by this way of interacting.

Came here to get two cups of cappuccino because we were too early for a funeral. We had to wait almost 20 minutes before we had our coffee, so it was almost too late for the funeral. The employee apologized after we indicated that we had to go to a funeral. Not a pleasant experience!

Sitting in a car with non dutch plate got us ignored at the drive through. We pulled out as the queue was building up behind and watched how they immediately started taking order of the dude in a dutch plated car right behind us.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald drive thru today. I ordered a meal through the drive-thru, and when I got home, I realized that they had completely missed our burgers. Not only were we left with incomplete meals, but they also charged us for everything, including the missing items! It's incredibly frustrating to pay for food that you never receive, especially when you’re looking forward to a quick and convenient meal. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I tried calling the restaurant, but getting through to someone was a nightmare and no one picked up phone despite calling them multiple times . Highly dissatisfied .

Hopeless mess there, waiting far too long for your food and then it is lukewarm and things are missing. When you walk to the counter, the manager quickly walks away and only comes back when you walk away, it's a coincidence that this happens twice.

I ordered everything at the drive through (more than €30). Didn't receive anything of what I ordered. Just cold, chewy cheese soufles. I wouldn't go here for anything

After fifteen minutes of crystal hardness STILL give those melted ice creams: Sat17/8/24 7pm - order mcdrive - to settle - get the ice cream right away, but wait for the rest (can happen) - 9 minutes later the rest, turns out to be wrong (can happen) - just brought back the ice creams yourself - 6 minutes later the whole order again - appears at home; ice creams completely melted, smiled brightly and gave the same ice creams again!! How incredibly antisocial McDo can only make a difference with personnel and management. FAIL

Veggie chicken burger was small and very salty.

Ordered food over an hour ago but still haven't received anything. It now says in the app that it will take at least another half hour... waiting 2 hours for food no longer makes sense. Last time the order was also wrong, so I hoped it would be better the second time, but it was just as bad. Do not order here!!!! Nobody answers when you call. You can get better food for cheaper, with better service, in many other places

As usual, the food is not really hot, especially the fries, but it has always been that way. Upon arrival around noon, the tables and seats were clean.

In itself, a Mac like all other Macs, but on such an unpleasant piece of 020, it is almost impossible to imagine. If possible, I prefer to go to a Mac in Haarlem or Badhoevedorp, but sometimes you can't avoid going here. A big plus of this Mac is that the drive is open 24/7. So this Mac is no longer open 24/7. Monday to Thursday until 4:00 AM, Friday and weekend until 5:00 AM.

The atmosphere of the (foreign) visitors and employees is nothing to write home about. Several times it was chaotic there and you had to wait a long time for your order.

My kids love this place, it's big, clean, never too full, there is a playground.

The person who took our order was anything but friendly. It also took a long time for everything to catch on. Order was not visible on the screen, but according to the gentleman it was. Last time for us. There are also people outside begging for money.

The service is terrible. They brought the order and it turned out that half of the order was missing. I asked why the order was brought incompletely, it was sent in Dutch, where I did not understand. The cappuccino was brought and I had to go get sugar because they forgot to put it in. There were no napkins provided at all. In general, the impression is negative.

Car park dirty chips on floor I was only person in the restaurant I want you to be cash so I went to the counter. Eating there is okay and the drive thru makes it quick, but placing an order online is really not possible. I waited 1.5 hours for my food. That is ridiculous. How can it be that if you are there, you have your food within 10 minutes? This means that online orders are always pushed back. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

It's on main road while going to Badhoevedorp from Osdorp, good sitting arrangements, it's next to petrol station and car washing, so basically you can wash your car and do some snacking and coffee at MacDonaldz 😁

het eten is niet slecht, maar er gaat altijd wel iets fout met de bestelling van de mcdrive. En als je dan binnenloopt om er wat van te zeggen, heb je mazzel als je gewoon je eten krijgt waar je voor betaald hebt en excuses.

Allereerst een zeer schone plekje. Ik was in de ochtend tegen 830uur voor ontbijt. Zeer goed en vriendelijk geholpen door een jonge man. Ontbijt met andere kleine snacks waren lekker warm afgegeven aan mij. Top!!!!

Het is zeer zeker te bezoeken, goed verzorgt, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Klantvriendelijk.

Ontbijt is helaas erg op de McMuffin of zoiets gebaseerd en lang niet meer zo betaalbaar. Dat was fors goedkoper en nog niet eens zo heel lang geleden. Goede croissant, goede koffie en jus, wat vettig ei. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De locatie ligt wat verstopt.

Hier een munt thee gedronken in afwachting om naar een crematie te gaan in deze buurt.

Het is hier, als het druk is, behoorlijk rommelig. Tafels worden weinig schoongemaakt en veel troep op de grond. De drive is vaak erg druk.

Was er op een vrijdag rond 15.30 en het was vrij rustig. Genoeg zitplek en ook fijn dat de bestelling aan tafel werd gebracht.

Vergeleken met andere McDonalds filialen vond ik deze niet helemaal geweldig. De sfeer was er niet echt door de rommel en verwarrende service.

Hele drukke McDonalds, vooral in de avonduren. Was er op een doordeweekse dag en de Drive had een rij tot buiten om de hoek (zeker 30 autos). Beter om binnen je bestelling te doen. Hierdoor helaas ook super druk in de keuken, en de medewerkers nogal gehaast maar we hadden onze bestelling alsnog snel (binnen 10 minuten).

Pretty decent McDonald's experience in Amsterdam. It helps that it's a bit more remote and mostly gets visited by people on the road or passing by. Making it a nice stop and grab restaurant atmosphere. Ps. Bring back the veggie nuggets!
