The staff did not listen to customers, and their attitude was very rude and unprofessional. They did not communicate properly or respectfully. The restaurant was also quite dirty, with poor cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Dilapidated, poorly maintained McDonald's

The food was pretty good, but it really doesn't get cleaned! Your shoes stick to the floor and the toilet doesn't have a very nice smell either.

The food was okay, but nothing more. And wow, this place is filthy! The staff are standing in the kitchen chatting, and the trash is overflowing at the front. The tables are filthy and covered in garbage.

Quite a decent McDonald's. The food was nice and hot, which I often see differently at a Mc. However, the cleaning really needs to be monitored more closely here. Not only the restrooms, but the tables were also still covered in trash or were dirty.

Unfriendly staff, they just throw trays around; food and drinks almost fell off, the fries were undercooked, and they don't read if you've taken anything off your plate, so you get it with something on it that you don't want.

Do you want to go to a bad McDonald's? Then you have to go here! Dirty. Lukewarm. Aggression. Coughing staff. A real reason not to go to McDonald's anymore.

The first time in live I see a Mc Donald's closing because it was too busy. Unbelievable. And it wasn't that busy.

Went here last weekend, not recommended. The fries were very greasy, undercooked, and half done... the fish burger was greasy, caused us a lot of trouble. Never experienced anything like this at McDonald's. This is a no-go for us.

Visited here again after a long time. Ordered two fish fillets separately. Had to wait 3 minutes at the ordering kiosk while there was no car at the other kiosk. The employee doesn't hear well either. I clearly said two separate fish fillets and the gentleman scanned 2 menus and asked what I wanted to drink. Once that was resolved, I drove on to window 1. The employee was playing with his phone and only when I honked after 2 minutes did he get startled and open the window to complete the payment. Then, surprisingly enough, I had to wait another 5 minutes at the next window. One would think that the order would have been ready in the meantime. That is why I am deducting 1 star for Service (would have preferred 2 but that is not possible). In total, 2 stars deducted. ============ Visited here again after a long time. The McDrive was a disaster. Waiting 10 minutes while there was only 1 car at the left and right kiosks. At the cashier, they didn't know how much change to give back. The cashier had to go and ask the manager, who also came over, if I couldn't pay by card because the cashier couldn't do math? Vague explanation. The fish fillet was nice and hot and seasoned. It's a shame its size has become smaller. The cheese soufflés were good. I should actually deduct 1 star, but I'll spare myself that this time. ============= Went here again after a long time for a second chance. Annoyingly, at the McDrive, the car in front of me was waiting at the intersection between the two ordering stations. Naturally, this person wanted to choose the ordering station that would become available. Fortunately, I was served at my station before the other person. Ordered the fish fillet menu. At the payment window, the girl on duty looked at me as if she couldn't see me. She had trouble counting the change, but it all added up. Picked up the order at the next window. Everything was fresh (for the first time): the fries were fried hot and so was the fish fillet. Too bad the sauce is awkward now. Satisfied with the food. Hopefully they maintain this quality. Adjusted the total score to 3 stars. Food to 3 stars. Service to 2 stars. Left the atmosphere at 2. ====================== The begging for money and food has moved to the front of the building. It is a shame to see that there are still people in need in this society who have to nag other people hard for some support. Spent my salary here again over the past few weeks, which I won't be doing again for the time being: the service is inconsistent. From an uninterested employee at the checkout to fries that are soggy. The fish burger is good though. The vanilla milkshake is nothing. The chocolate milkshake had more flavor. But you can taste the chemicals in both milkshakes. Also ordered veggie nuggets here and received meat nuggets. When I pointed this out, I was told to order better, but the receipt clearly stated veggie nuggets... Spent my salary here at various times over the past month. This McDonald's left a mixed impression. I used the Drive-In every time. On one occasion, when I wanted a fishburger menu and had paid for it, I received a hamburger menu. Inside the restaurant, they refused to help me; I was told I just had to go back to the Drive-In line. Once it was my turn again after 20 minutes, I was told that I had definitely ordered a hamburger menu, even though the receipt stated fishburger. According to the employee, I had received the receipt from someone else in order to get a free menu. Fortunately, I was served well on my other visits. Sometimes there was even an extra cheese puff in the tray. The fries are inconsistent: sometimes hot and fresh, sometimes soggy and cold. On some evenings, there are also beggars standing by the payment kiosk. Unfortunately, you can only give them some money instead of asking what they want to eat, because you have already ordered and paid by the time you encounter them.

Bad atmosphere, cold food and bad staff

The restaurant was truly filthy beyond words. Tables were not cleaned, there was dirt everywhere on the floor, and it was sticky. There was even someone's braces lying on the floor that no one noticed. The people behind the counter also refuse to look at you when you ask a question; you really have to speak to them to get any help…

Unfortunately, very slow staff, very busy with children climbing over the tables. Order not right!!! Not a good experience....

friendly dark lady behind the window but she really needs to learn how to make coffee a whole mountain of coffee grounds turned out to be at the bottom of my cup tasted very bitter too almost 4 euros for a large coffee is one thing but at least make sure it's good then mcdonalds is normally known for its good coffee

Outside it was anything but clean, inside it was the same... no neat or well-kept impression. Had to wait quite a long time for a few small items... The only plus point was that the order was correct.

Overall, it's a standard McDonald's, but the food is simply awful compared to other countries like Serbia, Georgia, and Russia. The chicken rolls are drenched in mayonnaise, the ice cream is tasteless, and the cola tastes like it has minimal syrup. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're really looking for a good meal. Unfortunately, it turns out even McDonald's can be bad.

Gross place, ordered a mchicken, then I saw an employee in the kitchen just grabbing the salad bowl with his bare hands, even though he had just taken off his cap and scratched his head 🤮🤮🤮 I immediately cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

I often visit McDonald’s restaurants in many different countries. Unfortunately, this visit was far from a positive experience. –1 star for waiting time. The restaurant was not busy, and my order itself was quite small, yet the waiting time was still unreasonably long. –1 star for an incomplete order. A burger was missing from my order. To be clear — a burger. Not a sauce, not fries, but the main part of the meal. I didn’t go back to complain because I was exhausted after traveling. In the end, I basically threw away my €8. –1 star for taste. The food was okay overall, but the pink lemonade was terrible: about 80% overly sweet syrup and only 20% water. I’m giving 2 stars only because I didn’t leave hungry and because of the convenient location. Please don’t staff shifts exclusively with trainees. It’s normal for them to make mistakes — but customers shouldn’t have to pay for those mistakes.

Got a vanilla milkshake, tasted like BBQ sauce, disgusting. I felt nauseous all day afterward.

Employees were grumpy, not polite, and I asked for spicy nuggets twice upon ordering and still got the regular. Made us unwelcome and the wait for our food was long. Ordered a Frappe with messy syrup on the sides, without straw,napkins.. I also got hot coffee but I had to asked twice again for creamer and sugar packets. Hoping for better customer service training for staff.

I love to stuff myself with fast food

On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, a plump woman took my order between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. I had to wait in line again because she'd placed my order incorrectly. Instead of apologizing (which I did perfectly normally), she started freaking out: "What can I do? It was f*cking busy! If only you'd been clear! It's your fault!" I was very clear with my simple order (2 McFlurries, one of which had melted by now), but maybe she should find another job if she thinks four cars are already busy.

What a pleasant surprise this little café was! The baristas are clearly passionate about their work – my latte art was almost too beautiful to drink. The coffee had a full flavor and a perfect balance between bitter and smooth. I ordered a sandwich with it, which was fresh and generously filled. The service was attentive and even gave me some tips on their homemade cakes. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The decor featured many natural materials and a minimalist style. The tables were neat, and everything felt well-maintained. The music was calm and unobtrusive. I immediately felt at home.

I went to McDonald's with my kids today. I ordered two Happy Mail chicken nuggets, and they didn't actually contain any. My daughter ordered a spicy McVeggie chicken burger, and she got a completely different one. We had our table number, and the employee just stared at us stupidly and didn't bring it. We're Muslim, so she ordered a veggie burger, and they ended up bringing something else. There's always something wrong with this McDonald's.

Avoid at all costs! The manager, a mixed-race woman, is wonderful, very attentive and kind! But the rest of the team is a disaster. They're inattentive, unpleasant, and make absolutely no effort for the customer. I'm from France and I love the Netherlands, but I strongly advise against this McDonald's. What a crappy arrangement. I ordered a complete fish menu at the drive-thru to eat in the parking lot. The fries were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and showed them to a cashier. She acted like she was squeamish. I asked for the manager, who came after about 5 minutes. I asked if they were allowed to sell fries like that. She felt it and said no, took the fries, and walked away without an apology. After 7 or 8 minutes, she finally offered me a new portion. I said, "Keep it, but you need it more." Very rude, unfriendly, and served stale food. Ridiculous staff.

The staff doesn't want to work here! First, I ordered at McDrive. When I went to the checkout, I said they'd charged me for one too many cheeseburgers and that had to be taken off. "Yeah, that's fine," she said. At the second counter, I got the receipt and order and saw that she hadn't changed anything at all. Anyway, the sun was shining, 25 degrees Celsius. The kid saw the slide and wanted to eat on the patio, so he decided to eat there anyway. They closed it down! What do you mean? Too lazy to clean up the patio, or what? Then I wanted to order some apple juice. I asked at the cash register if it was 100% apple juice (no additives). She didn't know. She went to get it, and I could check it out myself. So, I wanted to pay for the apple juice, and she said, "You have to go to the vending machine!" Me: "Can't I just pay for it with you then?" She: "No, it takes longer." What?! Okay, I ordered, and I walked back with the receipt, and she said, "You have to wait until your number is ready." Me: "For the apple juice you just had in your hand?" With a deep sigh, she picked up the apple juice again. WHAT KIND OF STAFF IS THIS?? Besides, the food isn't even up to par, there's very little sauce on any of the burgers, and the fries are limp/lukewarm. What a disgrace.

Good afternoon, right at the time I was writing this review, the manager, when I went to the checkout, didn't say hello or anything. She pointed out the PIN payment machines, very rudely and above all, insanely. What a shame, people wanting such a special position like manager and behaving this way. It was my favorite McDonald's.

It's the worst McDonald's. The tables are filthy, and so is the floor. I ordered chicken nuggets and saw a hair in them. It's truly disgusting. The fries were cold, and the "Big Tasty" was out of paper. I paid 31 euros for nothing.

Terribly poor service! We received far too little Mac Flurry and refused to acknowledge it. We know 100% it wasn't true and didn't want our evening ruined by such poor service. We ordered nine, half the size of the cup, so just imagine how much we lost with a price tag of €4.10 per cup. We'd rather drive a lot further to another McDonald's now; we won't be returning.

If you are looking for a McDonald's where you have to search for a tidy and clean table, you should be here. Sunday afternoon 5 o'clock, Few people at the table but the tables without people are full of trash or are just dirty. Too bad because the location does have a good appearance.

I want to be helped at the cash register and the staff demands that you operate the selection panel yourself. I don't want to touch a PC screen that someone else has touched with their dirty paws. Then I have to eat with my bare hands and I don't feel like having to wash mine 3 times. The staff should just help you at the cash register. It's getting worse.

Ordered chicken nuggets & a cheeseburger at 12:25pm. Literally have sat in the drive thru until 12:55 at which point we tracked someone down and they said they had forgotten it. Now it’s delivered to our car cold. Not exactly ideal.
