Very very very bad staff there not all only one woman I eat here more than 10 times and once I got to with my son to go toilet kid 3 years and she refuse to open she told me only for customer I asked to open and will order she refused And from this time I wasn’t eat or enter MC and will let all my fiends know this and not eat here

Uncleaned tables and employee who sneezes on a tray and hands it to customers as if nothing had happened

I ordered a burger with beef and they gave me chicken. It's not the first time these things have happened!!

Yorsalem knows discipline and works very hard and well.

Hygiene is really very bad especially sanitary conditions. The rest is fine.

They have closed the toilet. If they want to charge money for using it, that's understandable. But closing it entirely is a problem. If you want to have a long conversation with someone while eating there, it’s no longer a good place. Because in need of using toilet, it will be a miserable situation.

They removed all power sockets so you can't charge your phone anymore while eating, toilet is often closed or dirty. (edit: they permanently closed the toilets! Not sure if that's legal, pretty sure any dine in restaurant is required to have at least 1 toilet!) Delivery services have to share pickup desk with regular customers. Apparently they had issues with pigeons getting in. And a window is cracked and the music is too loud... Probably the worst mcdonald's experience I've had in a while.

Bad food and awfully dirty toilets

Seriously a great shame for Osdorpplein, not only are people here bothered by young people hanging around later on, but all those teenagers in the kitchen look very unhygienic. To no avail!

I ordered my food around 4:15 PM and had it delivered. But it's already 5:45 PM and the food hasn't arrived yet. This is such bad service that you will never want to order from them again. They make you wait and the delivery time keeps changing. They are also not available by phone and you cannot file a complaint with them anywhere. Shameful!!!!

Employees pick up food with their bare hands and then simply pop it into their own mouths. I saw this evening, October 21, how this quite tall, incompetent gentleman with curls and glasses took what was already ready and ate it himself for everyone to see. I will never ever go here again. I understand that you work in a fast food restaurant and that you do not have to be culinary trained. But just having so little respect for the customers and tastelessly eating it yourself at the checkout is ridiculous and hygienically irresponsible! And especially without gloves touching your saliva, teeth and lips! To make you feel sick

It could have been cleaner, the toilets didn't work, the tables outside were dirty and not cleaned

Then you think you can treat your child to a delivery, so we can stay home on this Sunday... Delivered via Uber Eats (sweet, neat boys by the way), but the food was stone cold and incomplete. Then your money goes down the toilet again, because I could easily throw it away. Scandalous and for me the very last time I order from this location "Osdorpplein". I don't know why, but this location has very bad reviews regarding delivery. I should have known after ordering twice before. I think the staff there needs a good kick in the ass.

A serious concern to public health, the bathroom is dirty and usually closed. This is normally very unusual for a McDonald's! The employees and managers should be ashamed of themselves! Do yourselves a favor and avoid this specific restaurant if you value a visit towards the toilet.

Not clean at all. No soap in the bathroom, and there were A LOT of flies in the restaurant.

The dirtiest McDonald I’ve ever seen. The place is untidy, tables aren’t clean, flies all around, and staff is extremely slow fulfilling orders. Like nobody cares. Whatsoever. Avoid this outlet.

We had a very bad service experience here nothing like what I've ever encountered at McDonald's. The lady behind the counter, extremely rude who seemed to be the manager, refused to serve me, even though the store wasn't busy at all. She insisted that I use the self-ordering machine, but I wanted to pay with cash. Even in the busiest McDonald's in the city, they serve you immediately with a smile. This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated at McDonald's—it gives the place a bad reputation.

Nos gusta tener McDs en el barrio, a mi marido le gusta el café. Pero normalmente no puedo tolerar la comida - sandwich de pescado no está mal. Might be the cleanest MC I've ever seen. It's never too busy and you won't have to wait too long

The ordering system is malfunctioning. I selected a large chocomel and paid €3.25, but they told me that my order shows a small chocomel. I showed them that €3.25 was deducted from my card, but they insisted their system shows a small chocomel.

Hello everyone, I had a delicious meal today and I noticed that the lady with blond light brown hair is always there, the manager with a white blouse... that it is very clean in the restaurant, there was absolutely nothing on the floor. The ground smelled clean and whenever that lady is there as a manager on that day it is extra clean and that's how it should be :)) and she is very sweet and she always checks whether everything is going well and she really guides the employees well. a winner :))! I can say it is the cleanest McDonalds in Amsterdam :))

I was there 24/05, we did not receive a receipt when ordering so we walked to the counter. A young (what it looks like) short girl with curly hair in a ponytail then gave my friend a very dirty look and responded "what", to which we politely replied and explained what was going on and she looked away with a dirty look. Shame about Dr, really rude. We got there around 9:20 PM.

They give me a thumbs down at Uber Eats because I put that cup in a cup holder. I did that so everything doesn't leak out. Just keep doing your work with full pride 🇮🇱

We had to pay a deposit for the milkshake cups that was stated on the receipt. Money will be refunded upon return on the website. But we got nothing.

Payed for 20 normal nuggets. Got 20 vegan spicy nuggets. The manager did not want to give me 20 normal nuggets because I ate 5 of the ones that were wrongly given to me.

Girl gave my order to someone else (she had stuck the wrong receipt on it). When the customer then said something about it, she grabbed the bag, dropped the Coke and walked back to the counter with it. Once there she gave me the bag and drink with the message this is your order. 2 people have already dug around in the bag with food, drinks have already been spilled and I have to settle for that. She still had the courage to argue and complain to colleagues.

Top overall. An oversight on one of my orders but no problem when claiming it. Non-paying WC. It was good. Cheaper than in France! The cheesecake and the apple pie, killer, the Mc Kroket too! Yum :).

I've never rated a McDonald's like that. Everything is served hot and quickly, the place is clean. 20 nuggets for 5th grade, mcplant is my life. In short, at the top!

Unfun Mac Nothing special about it. But the kids find it wonderful and fun, so that's why we do it. Staff was a bit unfriendly but not friendly either. Toilet were fine. Unfortunately, there is no play option for the kids.

Was there around late afternoon. Food was prepared quite quickly despite the marginal crowd. General tip when picking up: Always check your order before leaving... I have often experienced coming home with it completely different or missing.

I typically order delivery via Uber Eats, and only once a correct order arrived. Normally, it's just someone else's food or simply missing items. Uber Eats returns money but what did I pay service fee for is a big mystery. Horrible service.

This MC donalds have fresh quality, stuff sometimes dont give pipe to drinks, but compared to other MC donalds that one is top 3 together with Amstelveen MD. Good job

I work here, decent place with friendly and quick service. Only problem would be the constant amount of trash laying around, even encountered a few pigeons in the restaurant one time. I overall would still recommend it for the food, and i will try to keep the restaurant as clean as possible during my shifts for you all. :) Update: As of 2024, the pigeon problem has been officially solved by installing an extra entrance door that can be opened by hand before reaching the automatic door!

Placed an order for a total of €55,- I look and they had forgotten something from every menu. I walk to the counter and I neatly explained to the woman who turned out to be the Manger what is going on and she just says to my face 'that's your problem, not mine, I have to move on' Then I say, damn, I ordered for €55, I want all those fries sauces, they often forget 2 hamburgers short and a large fries. I show the receipt she says "Sir, I'm not going to give you anything extra, if you're short on something, just order again." I have never experienced anything like that, that a manger treats me straight to my face instead of saying, sir, apologies for what happened, what are you lacking, you get such a big mouth, they only talk to you until you pay and when you have paid they no longer know you, they take their money and that's it What a strange McDonald's this is, I have seriously never experienced this before. 1 tip from me don't go to McDonalds Osdorpplein anymore

Ordered food via Uber! Received 1 sous of 4. There was a lot of sous on one of the burgers, which was not tasty. 1/3 of the drinks were not in a cup but next to it.

Service was soo fast that they forgot to cook the meat properly and melt the cheese! The food was so bad that I literally vomited the food while eating. I don't know if it's this branch or just McD in general has gotten soo bad! Thank you for wasting my money ✌🏽❤️

Eten is lekker. Medewerkers zijn aardig. Alleen de omgeving wanneer je buiten gaat eten is minder fijn erg laat in de avond. Ik raad aan mocht je buiten willen eten om dan in de middag te gaan en niet laat in de avond. Al met al ben ik heus wel tevreden met de belangrijkste zaken en dus 4 sterren.

McDonald’s Osdorpplein We kwamen aan om 23:40 met een sluitingstijd van 0:00, allemaal nét op het nippertje. We wisten dat we moesten opschieten om ook even te denken aan het personeel van McDonald’s die wilt opruimen, afsluiten en naar huis wil. Aangekomen wisten we wat we wilden bestellen, echter dat systeem de “easy order kiosk” heeft echt teveel stap voorwaardes. Het systeem werkt prima alleen ik vind de aantallen vragen wel omslachtig en dat merk je met nog een korte tijd te gaan. “Wilt u frisdrank erbij?”, “ Wilt u groot of klein?” “Wilt u nog een bijgerecht?” “Heeft u dit al gezien bij ons, wilt u dat erbij bestellen?” “Wilt u €0,50 cent doneren aan het Ronald McDonalds huis?” Dat allemaal terwijl we 3 dingen bestelden. Toen we klaar waren was het 23:50, en ik ben zeker geen digibeet! Eten: Niét elke McDonald’s is qua eten hetzelfde, laten we daarmee beginnen. In de basis misschien wel qua ingrediënten maar uiteraard is er wezenlijk verschil hoe het bereid wordt. Deze frietjes waren vers dus hoe het moest, de cheeseburger en hamburger was goed en de McNuggets waren perfect krokant. Dit allemaal is wel een moment opname, wij waren namelijk 1 van de laatsten. Eten is 8/10 Service: Het scherm systeem krijgt in ieder geval 6/10 de rest van de service zijn de vrouwen die het klaar hebben gemaakt en in hebben gepakt, ze waren gemotiveerd tot de laatste loodjes. We wisten dat we gauw moesten eten, maar ze hebben ons toch tot 0:10 laten zitten. Erg netjes en nogmaals excuses. Sfeer: Hier kan ik niet veel over schrijven, was een vrij lege McDonald’s. Wel hingen er veel jongeren hier, maar de Ramadan is ook gaande dus je ziet veel mensen die het geloof beoefenen nog buiten. Conclusie: Leuke McDonald’s! Als je winkelt in Osdorpplein, in de buurt bent of er woont. Ik zou zeggen, doe er een bezoekje!
