I live less than 1 km from this restaurant, yet my order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant based on this delivery time.

It takes 1 hour and 45 minutes for your food to arrive, and when it does, it's cold. The phone isn't answered, and the kapsalon is half-filled with old, dirty lettuce. It was thrown away after one bite. Don't order from here.

Ordered many times. The first part of this year had good service, the food arrived quickly, hot, and tasted okay. Before summer, an order arrived almost an hour and a half later than indicated and was cold. The fries were broken, and the burgers were spilling out of their boxes. The courier most likely had an accident. There was also plastic in the mayonnaise because of the broken containers. I called the store about it. The friendly man didn't know anything and wanted to know if I wanted to place a new order. I think it might be at the store's expense. But of course, that wasn't necessary. Today I ordered a creamy chicken pasta and received some soggy penne, with no flavor...no flavor at all. No salt, no pepper, nothing!!! Two small pieces of chicken and some limp vegetables. No cream, just water. A huge disappointment. After a night of work, you just want to eat on the couch. This was simply awful. I think this is a real shame.

I ordered from Burger House again today. The reviews weren't promising, but previous experiences had been good, so I ordered again. The location looked nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was nice and hot and tasted great. So, I'll definitely order from Burger House again next time.

I visited Burger House recently and found the experience quite average. The menu has a good variety of burgers, but the taste was underwhelming compared to the price range. The fries were decent, but my burger patty was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. Service was friendly but somewhat slow, even though it wasn’t busy. The atmosphere is casual, but the interior could use a refresh to feel more inviting. Overall, it’s fine for a quick bite, but not a place I’d go out of my way to visit again.

The food is not cooked very well. I ordered kapsalon. And the lettuce is old old. The chicken is pink and not cooked very well. It's still raw and if you chew it. It's like gum. The cheese has a bit blue fungus. My whole stomach is messed up by this that I didn't wanted to eat anymore. I threw the food away. Im not eating fungus. Never again with this place😷🤢

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to arrive. During that time, I called multiple times to ask for an update and ended up arguing with the staff because of their unprofessional attitude. And to make it worse, the delivery person didn’t even have the basic decency to apologize — no manners at all. If you care about your time, money, or getting even a minimum level of service, stay away from this place. I regret ordering from here and will definitely never do it again.

What disgusting food we ate, it can't even be called food. I don't want to take away anyone's rizq, but you can't even speak to a customer properly. Food arrived cold after an hour and a half. And then you get someone on the phone twice who thinks it's strange that you're calling. The icing on the cake, we all have stomach aches the next morning.

100 times dirty, these people need to be inspected again to be allowed to exist. They will never pass that inspection, I'm sure. Got so sick from the food and this is not the first time. I thought I'd turn a blind eye, but ordered again and got super sick from it again. Price-quality ratio is worth a lot less than an unsatisfactory one.

That's probably why the chicken was in water. And that's it, without tomato and onion. I was very upset. After placing the order, I gave delivery guy a 3 euro tip. Finally he didn't want to come to the 1st floor. The worst experience I've ever had. I regret not checking Google reviews earlier

THE NILESTEST HAIR SALON EVER EAT. Well, I really couldn't get any further after 1 or 2 bites. Besides the fact that this kapsalon was delivered cold, the fries were super limp and the chicken was hard. Furthermore, you only get your kapsalon with iceberg lettuce, no tomato, no cucumber and NO SAUCE. After a while I wanted to give this case another chance, but after calling someone answered the phone, exhausted. I think the staff is trying to scare customers away, because this gentleman finds it too much effort to list which types of burgers they have and simply refers me to the website (if I wanted to order online I wouldn't have called anyway).. NEVER AGAIN! 1 STAR ⭐️ is a lot for this business!

I have ordered from this restaurant before, but the last few times it has taken a really long time to get your food home. Allows 20-40 min delivery and it takes more than an hour and a half. I understand that it is quite busy and you cannot submit all payments on time, but at least set the correct expected time!

Onlangs heb ik hier een kalfsburger besteld. Het vlees was heerlijk mals en smaakte uitstekend. Het broodje was ook lekker krokant. Een burger zoals een burger zou moeten smaken, vers en lekker.

The service, atmosphere and the food are excellent!! Once you order and taste the food, you automatically want more (based on my experience).

De naam doet deze eettent tekort want ze hebben zo veel meer dan alleen een van de beste en lekkerste hamburgers in Amsterdam. Ik raad letterlijk iedereen aan om hier te komen eten. Ook goed voor de ‘soms luie sportmannen’ want de verse broodjes kipfilet of garnalen met een bak groenten zijn te lekker!

In the summer I had 2 burgers from there-once we took our burgers and fries to the park nearby. In both instances they were delicious! The guys behind the counter are super nice and speak Darija with my son, who is local. Great neighborhood burger place. They have quite a variety, but idk about those foods-havent tried.

Supper leuke mensen en supper leuk met kinderen. Heb deze vaak over geslagen maar wist niet dat er zulke lekkere eten werd gekookt aanrader de burgers met vers vlees kip en gewonnen gehakt met ei en spek heerlijk!

Ate a quick burger yesterday. Feedback was not that good, but that wad mainly failing deliverys. I picked the burger and ate at the stop. Really really nice halal burger. I wouldn't eat inside with my family as its not really a restaurant. And I just had one burger. But it was a really good burger. Will check in again very soon. But if you want to eat a good burger, please order and pick it up. Will not disappoint you

Burger house heeft de lekkerste burgers. Je moet hier zeker NIET bestellen. Daarom hebben ze ook een lage score. Bestellen duurt heel erg lang, vanwege personeelstekort(bezorgers). Als je het gaat afhalen, ga je van een warme en heerlijke burgers genieten.

Sinds kort ook pizza's. Zeker een aanrader!!!🍕🍕

Chicken burger is heerlijk, panini is niet zo goed, bbq burger noem ik geen burger zit alleen veel bbq saus in maar het vlees zelf is niet lekker. Personeel is aardig, je kunt jammer genoeg moeilijk binnen eten want is klein, het eten is redelijk

Tip: Maak de bestelling pas klaar wanneer jullie zeker weten dat de bestelling op korte duur, de deur uit kan gaan. Zo komt het eten warm aan ipv koud waar de meeste mensen ook over klagen. Dus niet klaarmaken en dan 30 tot 45 minuten laten staan in zak wachtend op een koerier. Top: Over het algemeen is eten lekker bij Burger House, dus het is zeker het proberen waard.

Heerlijke burger vooral de chilli cheese kalfsburger. Elke keer weer overheerlijk, vriendelijke service en vers en warm eten.

Eten is altijd lekker hier top service Ik liep tijdje terug daar en wilde overdag een blikje drinken kopen de zaak was nog niet open en ik had geen contact geld bij me de man zegt pak maar en kom later betalen. Zaak met een hart van goud alhmdl moge Allah swt jullie zaak altijd goed houden
