Big Mac at the mall. The food wasn't really hot, unfortunately. And the restrooms were really filthy. It's too bad you have to pay for that.

Absolute garbage. There's no heating at all in the end of November. It's such a shame - it's almost as cold inside as outside. What is that? Are we leaving in a 3rd world country? Another "pleasant" surprise is having to pay for a toilet even if you've maid an order. What a shame! Last but not least is the food. I think next time the burgers will be 1 mm thick...

Great spot if you are staying around, since it’s open until 01:00am which is convenient for late night snacks and cravings.

Since this McDonald's arrived, the neighborhood has deteriorated. Many young people hang out in front of the entrance, and junkies also meet there. It's time for the Amsterdam city council to close this location, because McDonald's can't solve this problem.

This place is always dirty. We ordered coffee and a shake, waited 10 minutes after our order number had already disappeared from the scoreboard. When we contacted the staff, it turned out that ours hadn't even been prepared yet. We stood and waited for them to find someone to make the coffee. Therefore, such a meager order took us more time than necessary and the impression of such service was not the best.

My advice is not to (delivery) order Mac Donalds from Buikslotermeerplein if you dont have to. Food took 1.5 hour to arrive. Was cold. Drink spilled no ice and no mayonaise (they forgot to add). I did not enjoy this quarter pounder meal at all! I payed 22 euro for it Incl delivery costs! What a waste!

I felt incredibly disrespected at McDonald's Buikslotermeerplein. I made a mistake by using the restroom without paying immediately, but wanted to resolve it politely. Instead, I was rudely addressed, followed, and even called a "thief" in front of everyone. It was incredibly petty and hurtful. That's no way to treat customers.

I’m writing while I’m store waiting for my order. Frustrated. Rude employees, when asked what is there in meatless burgers, replies he doesn’t know. The guy who packs the order with dirty hands, no gloves. Say goodbye to hygiene. Seems all employees during the late night shift are illegally working and have no view on what’s going on.

Staff are overwhelmed and unmotivated. Didn’t seem to care about the order and everyone around seemed to just be doing the minimum. Even the manager on duty looked lazy. After 15 min our order number disappeared on the screen as we watched them attempt to give our order to another family who was obviously rejecting it because it was not what they ordered. The order itself was incomplete and missing items. And we had to go back to the counter multiple times and both times the staff didn’t bother helping unless I called upon them. Not the service you expect from McDonald’s. Not that we expect fine dining, but I do expect a service worker to fulfill an order in a timely fashion. Won’t dine at this location again. Also; - No airco on the second floor

So I was telling a McDonald's employee that I was having issues with the wifi... This dude literally used his phone with some weird thing called "WiFi tethering" to connect my wifi to the McDonald's through his own phone, which fixed my wifi issue... This has to be one of, if not the craziest things that has happened to me ever since, but that definitely deserved 5 stars.

My order came pretty fast, but my entire order was covered in Frappuccino because it wasn't closed properly, my fries also tasted wet and it also tasted chemical. Yes Jesus people, it's a McDonalds. In Amsterdam North. On the Buikslotermeerplein. I would say adjust your expectations. For stray tourists and other non-dutch but hungry shoppers: a much more authentic Dutch, very Amsterdam-ish, experience can be had next door at the Febo. Same type of food, but very local. Get some food 'out of the wall'!

Received cold fries and old hamburger. Very poor quality here. The fries had probably been in a warming container for far too long. The hamburger had probably been on the grill for an hour because it was drier than the Sahara desert. Staff also seemed quite disinterested. I recommend eating somewhere else.

How dirty it is here! Going to the toilet for €0.50 (ok) but then seeing the shit on the walls... goes a long way. Another toilet was covered in urine (on the seat and next to it), another toilet was also covered in a substance that was impossible to define. Really RIDICULOUS! I don't want to know what the hygiene situation is in the kitchen, because apparently people don't take it very seriously there.

Great McDonalds to get something while shopping. When the shops are open, this McDonalds can be quite busy.

When you think of McDonald's you expect to get your food quickly, but unfortunately that is not the case at this location. Ordered and collected on site. When we left we double checked the order and a burger was missing. Went back and still received it, but when we got home we discovered that 2 fries sauce was also missing.

Today I enjoyed two delicious fish fillets, accompanied by a refreshing mint tea. The mint tea cup was neatly closed with a lid, but to my surprise, when I opened it, I discovered an uninvited guest: a fly! It appears that the mint leaves were not washed thoroughly before being used.
