I ordered here and I have to wait 3 hours for my order, and if you call the restaurant, the number doesn't work.

I had ordered food, For my company and the machine was not able to give me the Receipt. I was asked the employee that if he can help me keep weight over 20 minutes and finally he said he don’t have a time for us. So zero service satisfaction And it was the wrong sandwich As well

The manager is an Afro guy, and guys with big afros don't need hairnets on their afros, and they're happily scooping fries and frying things, and when you ask if you shouldn't be wearing a Haarlem beer because you work with food, you're told that's not necessary by our manager. So filthy and unhygienic, unfortunately I couldn't get anything to eat there because of that.

He lives near it and always comes to it, but they are very brave and I advise you to visit them.

No management, at all. And always check if your order is correct.

Terrible place, dirty and grim atmosphere.

Stopped by after work to get some chicken nuggets. The manager who was present at the time (a dark-skinned guy) was on speakerphone talking to friends, and the chicken nuggets were soggy and lukewarm. It's serious that the person supposed to manage everyone makes such a mess of things... too bad again.

It literally stinks of urine here and the wait is very long.

I waited for my order for 2 hours and couldn't get in touch with them because their number is out of service, so you can't ask how far along the order is; really very poor.

It was good, except the fries were cold. It's the only McDonald's I've been to in the Netherlands, and I was shocked to see that the toilets cost money (50 cents per person), even for customers! Furthermore, I was shocked that none of the employees wore hairnets, not even those in the kitchen!

Terrible place, uninterested staff, not really clean, a lot of older teenagers which didn't improve the atmosphere.

I ordered 4 things. When i got my order i checked the items. I was missing one burger. The strange part was, when she got another one, she got it from underneath the desk by the packaing area instead of where the burger area is. I'm pretty sure she tried to steal my burger. When i said i was missing a burger, she didn't say sorry, just a weird look like i'm the crazy one. Absolute disrespect. After i got back in my car to eat, they added fritessaus instead of the sweet sour sauce. HOW?!?!? What person would order frietsaus with their chicken nuggets. I highly doubt they can read. So i got 4 items and 2 of them where incorrect. Insanity. Even a McDonalds career is to much for them. Sad. Never coming here again. What an disgrace of a Mc Donalds. Absolute incompetent people working here.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The staff seemed unusually slow and relaxed, as if they were not paying much attention to their work.One thing that really bothered me was seeing the employee touch my ice cream with her bare hands before giving it to me. After noticing that, I immediately threw the ice cream away because I did not feel comfortable eating it. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized that my fries were missing from the order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I hope they pay more attention to hygiene and make sure orders are checked properly before being handed to customers.

I placed a delivery via Thuisbezorgd 4 times back then, but unfortunately it arrived ice-cold, not even mild. Additionally, my orders have been delivered incorrectly for the 4th time; I ordered 6 nuggets, but they weren't included this time. Last time it was a whole fishburger. If you report your problem via Thuisbezorgd, you don't get any help anyway, and every time I call this branch, the call isn't answered either. There is no one there to stand by you and solve problems, so I have paid 20/30 euros for nothing in total; this is terrible!!!!

What a terrible experience !!! We went there on a Sunday night, waiting time was awful, some people were fighting and getting in by scooter ??? Would be fine if our order was complete, the most expensive sandwich was missing ??? What a shame for a McDonalds filial, reported it to mcdonald Netherlands.

I was at McDonald’s recently and it was a really bad experience. The food was cold when I received it and the fries were soggy instead of crispy. It also took quite a long time for my order to be ready, even though it wasn't busy. Additionally, the restaurant itself wasn't really clean. The tables were dirty and there was still trash left by other people. That doesn't exactly give a pleasant impression if you want to eat there. The staff wasn't very friendly either and seemed to be in a rush, which made me feel unwelcome. All in all, the visit was very disappointing and I don't think I will be coming back here anytime soon.

Uninterested staff, longer than normal waits, it is dirty and only half-cleaned. This is not the quality you expect from McDonald's.

Horribly messy. Truly too bizarre for words. Whenever I get a snack, I just sweep the floor while I wait, because sometimes it's really too filthy for words at McDonald's. I don't think to myself that you want to eat in an environment like that. Those ordering kiosks aren't pleasant to use either. The touchscreen is only mediocre. I will keep coming though, because after 8 p.m. there isn't really an alternative anymore. During the day, I prefer going to the Febo next door.

Waiting 28 minutes for your order only to be served cold food. This doesn't really fall under the definition of Fast Food. In any case, McDonald's won't be seeing me here again. I'll just drive to the other McDonald's branch in Noord.

Well, I don't know how you can serve Big Mac instead of double Quarter pounder- but it happened. Awaiting time was super long and servers are presenting items as ready when they don't. Instead of hiring kids maybe it's time to hire someone more reliable, but it's just my opinion. In general I don't recommend.

What an incredibly awful place! I'm standing in a fast food restaurant waiting for a good 10 minutes for an ice cream. When it finally arrives, it's half melted. The person who "helps" me immediately starts talking about a refund. What? A refund? I want another ice cream, and fast! Definitely not coming here!!

I came for a mac and cheese croquette. But they've gotten so expensive. For everything else, order at the counter and eat there; that way you're more likely to have it still hot.

Since this McDonald's arrived, the neighborhood has deteriorated. Many young people hang out in front of the entrance, and junkies also meet there. It's time for the Amsterdam city council to close this location, because McDonald's can't solve this problem.

This place is always dirty. We ordered coffee and a shake, waited 10 minutes after our order number had already disappeared from the scoreboard. When we contacted the staff, it turned out that ours hadn't even been prepared yet. We stood and waited for them to find someone to make the coffee. Therefore, such a meager order took us more time than necessary and the impression of such service was not the best.

My advice is not to (delivery) order Mac Donalds from Buikslotermeerplein if you dont have to. Food took 1.5 hour to arrive. Was cold. Drink spilled no ice and no mayonaise (they forgot to add). I did not enjoy this quarter pounder meal at all! I payed 22 euro for it Incl delivery costs! What a waste!

I felt incredibly disrespected at McDonald's Buikslotermeerplein. I made a mistake by using the restroom without paying immediately, but wanted to resolve it politely. Instead, I was rudely addressed, followed, and even called a "thief" in front of everyone. It was incredibly petty and hurtful. That's no way to treat customers.

I’m writing while I’m store waiting for my order. Frustrated. Rude employees, when asked what is there in meatless burgers, replies he doesn’t know. Staff are overwhelmed and unmotivated. Didn’t seem to care about the order and everyone around seemed to just be doing the minimum. Even the manager on duty looked lazy. After 15 min our order number disappeared on the screen as we watched them attempt to give our order to another family who was obviously rejecting it because it was not what they ordered. The order itself was incomplete and missing items. And we had to go back to the counter multiple times and both times the staff didn’t bother helping unless I called upon them. Not the service you expect from McDonald’s. Not that we expect fine dining, but I do expect a service worker to fulfill an order in a timely fashion. Won’t dine at this location again. Also; - No airco on the second floor

My order was given to other customers. No service to correct it. Eventually got the food back. (customers had returned it after a while) So given back to us...no idea what happened to it. Behind the counter they laughed about it. Eventually got a new order after complaints.

Paid €0.50 for the toilet. One cabin was closed, another was dirty. Also no soap at all. Couldn’t shїt, couldn’t wash my hands. Fries is undercooked. Waited ~15mins for 2 milkshakes. The lady said it’s coming. So 8 mins they were just standing on the counter. Terrific place!
