My order was given to other customers. No service to correct it. Eventually got the food back. (customers had returned it after a while) So given back to us...no idea what happened to it. Behind the counter they laughed about it. Eventually got a new order after complaints.

Paid €0.50 for the toilet. One cabin was closed, another was dirty. Also no soap at all. Couldn’t shїt, couldn’t wash my hands. Fries is undercooked. Waited ~15mins for 2 milkshakes. The lady said it’s coming. So 8 mins they were just standing on the counter. Terrific place!

So I was telling a McDonald's employee that I was having issues with the wifi... This dude literally used his phone with some weird thing called "WiFi tethering" to connect my wifi to the McDonald's through his own phone, which fixed my wifi issue... This has to be one of, if not the craziest things that has happened to me ever since, but that definitely deserved 5 stars.

My order came pretty fast, but my entire order was covered in Frappuccino because it wasn't closed properly, my fries also tasted wet and it also tasted chemical. I got too few chicken nuggets and half a cookie, there was also pickle on my burger while I ordered it without, definitely not satisfied I will never order again is actually not worth a star but wanted to share this

I was surprised that it got such a low score. I can say that it was more delicious than the McDonalds in Turkey, just like when I was a kid. There was no problem with the taste and temperature. There was only no salt left 😬 The large size of the sauces is 10/10👍🏻

Order and pay with the app from a table with a number. Personalizing the order, such as no pickle with the Big Mac and no ice with the Coke, is done well. The order is delivered to the table. This is more relaxed than with such a pillar.

Total chaos! You can't order from a cashier...only at a kiosk. There is a cash register, but they are not allowed to take orders. Waited 20 minutes for my order. In the meantime, I have seen many people passing by saying that their order was incorrect! After 1 year the chaos has only increased.....

Yes Jesus people, it's a McDonalds. In Amsterdam North. On the Buikslotermeerplein. I would say adjust your expectations. For stray tourists and other non-dutch but hungry shoppers: a much more authentic Dutch, very Amsterdam-ish, experience can be had next door at the Febo. Same type of food, but very local. Get some food 'out of the wall'!

Received cold fries and old hamburger. Very poor quality here. The fries had probably been in a warming container for far too long. The hamburger had probably been on the grill for an hour because it was drier than the Sahara desert. Staff also seemed quite disinterested. I recommend eating somewhere else.

How dirty it is here! Going to the toilet for €0.50 (ok) but then seeing the shit on the walls... goes a long way. Another toilet was covered in urine (on the seat and next to it), another toilet was also covered in a substance that was impossible to define. Really RIDICULOUS! I don't want to know what the hygiene situation is in the kitchen, because apparently people don't take it very seriously there.

Great McDonalds to get something while shopping. When the shops are open, this McDonalds can be quite busy.

When you think of McDonald's you expect to get your food quickly, but unfortunately that is not the case at this location. We didn't get 1 hamburger and the wrong drinks, our number was also taken off the screen while we were still waiting, the food was fine but there is still room for improvement in the service. Better luck next time

Ordered and collected on site. When we left we double checked the order and a burger was missing. Went back and still received it, but when we got home we discovered that 2 fries sauce was also missing.

**Bad Customer Service and Antisocial Management at McDonald's** I am very dissatisfied with my recent visit to McDonald's. Customer service was extremely poor and management showed anti-social behavior. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help with simple requests. When I tried to express my concerns I was treated with an unfriendly attitude. It is clear that there is a lack of professional training and customer focus within this branch. I recommend avoiding this restaurant until improvements are made in their management and customer service.

Today I enjoyed two delicious fish fillets, accompanied by a refreshing mint tea. The mint tea cup was neatly closed with a lid, but to my surprise, when I opened it, I discovered an uninvited guest: a fly! It appears that the mint leaves were not washed thoroughly before being used.

My home delivery order arrived wet and cold, the Coke made everything wet, I immediately tried to call the McDonald Buikslotermeerplein.... Not recorded at all.... Super bad service,... No service!!!!!! The next day I went back to McDonalds with the wet order and after consulting with the Manager I received 2 new burgers and a coffee for the wait.

This is a really great McDonalds. Everything is well organized and clear. On top of that, the employees are also helpful and they can at least speak Dutch. It won't take long before you get your food. There is also plenty of seating, although the tables are often dirty, just like all the fast food they serve there.

In almost all orders made through the Uber Eats app, the available restrictions did not match the product delivered. I always ask for the “gluten-free bread” and “no cheese” options. The bread is labeled “veggie” and the sandwich “comes with cheese.” Why are the options available if they are not respected?

For the umpteenth time I forgot to include all my sauces with a take away order. 4x fries sauce, 2 sweet and sour for my chicken nuggets, 1x curry and a BBQ sauce.

Order kiosks were all out of order because the screen would not work, and you could only pay with a bank card and not with your phone.

How to eat chicken nuggets without sauce?

Has a lot of local youth hanging around. Most small town McDonald's have that so maybe it's a good sign. A lot of seating available. It's a very busy takeout location so there are a lot of delivery people inside at all times. Staff is nice and food is the same as always. Perfect for quick indulgence.

Poor employee training. Bad management. Unfortunately! You pay for something and 30 minutes later you get something else. Food is not well prepared and made carelessly. It's not how a Mc. should function.

Many of my orders had been mismatched or been missing items. The staff is generally slow and unfriendly. On multiple occasions they call out orders that they haven't finished and on some occasions they get disgruntled when they are called out to fix it. Bad McDonald's experience.

Paid €0.50 for the toilet, I can understand. I have no understanding for 4 toilets, 2 of which are empty and locked, 1 clogged and 1 dirty one without toilet paper. At a paid WC expect a higher level than this.

Half of my order was missing. The branch's phone is auto-rejecting calls. Reading the reviews it seems obvious that they are doing this on purpose, and with the full knowledge and participation of the branch manager. Here's how these scammers work: they simply remove items from orders that the customer paid for using credit or bank card, so that they can place them with cash-only orders, then take the cash themselves as the items has already been paid for by the first customer. Seeing that this goes back to 4 years ago I would say they did make a lot of money, and knowing how these branches run, there is no way that the manager is not directly involved.

Went for dinner with my family of 4 and something was missing from every menu. 2 burgers and 2 apples were missing. I had asked if salt could be added to the happy meal fries (I could click this when ordering) and this did not go well either. There was a lot of salt on it. My husband went back to get the 2 missing burgers and the apples and was told that the apples were sold out (we just paid for them). My husband then waited for the burgers at the counter for over half an hour, causing all the food that was already on the table to get cold. The manager was not customer friendly at all, to say the least. I immediately filed a complaint online and they said they would contact me within 5 days. It's now 13 days later and we still haven't heard anything.

Placed a takeaway order couple of hours ago, got the bag and headed home where I discovered half of the order is missing. Tried to call but the line kept automatically disconnecting. Reading the reviews it seems they do this all the time, most likely on purpose. Make sure to check all items in bag before leaving this branch.

Staff is very dirty and looks at you meanly. If you ask for something you don't get an answer and they stand with their backs to you. Like McDonald's, the food is thrown straight into the containers and the cup that the milkshake was in was all dirty. edges on and still coke in really very dirty would definitely walk past here and not go in

After a long wait I did not receive anything and when I asked at the cash register I was told that the order had not been received and that my order did not work. I will get my money refunded within 2 days. Not. I will not return my money or the food. However, I can order and pay again at the kiosk and of course also wait again.
