Burger King in Frankendael

I order a Long Chicken CHEESE which costs extra but there is no cheese in sight???

Guys! 6.95 EUR for a Whopper, but You can't give me a single pack of pepper??? Not the first time, either! Elevate Your game in 2025!!

This branch closes at 0:00 according to opening hours. However, everything was already closed at 10:15 PM. My order was then taken and processed with the greatest reluctance. In the meantime, cleaning took place, wearing the same gloves that were used to touch the food). Really bizarre. In addition, the fries did not contain salt and the wrong drink was poured. Are the limited actions really that difficult?

I'm totally dissatisfied with this Burger King, staff forced us to take away "food to eat here" at 9:30 p.m. because they were supposed to be closing. The opening times are posted on both doors until midnight!!! Incomprehensible to me and absolutely unfriendly service/guests!!! Food is typical Burger King, but with a taste like that you completely lose your appetite. Sorry, I will never visit this Burger King again!

Food is excellent for a burger king. The restaurant is regularly cleaned and even though people often just leave their table as a mess the employees still do a great job to keep the place clean

I had a valid gift voucher with me (see attachment) and wanted to hand it in. It was not possible at the kiosk, so I first placed and paid for my order and then walked to the cash register. The shift wouldn't cash my voucher, and he couldn't even explain why. A combination of: he didn't know exactly how to do it, he didn't feel like it. A lack of basic knowledge of the Dutch language did not help either. Shame!

Visited at 11:30, while the sign at the door and online indicate it's open till 12. Doors closed, me and multiple others were denied service.

The opening hours are incredibly vague. During the weekend you can pick up something at 5 to 12 o'clock at night and the opening hours card on the door states that they are open every day until 12 o'clock at night. But if you arrive there on a Thursday at 11:35 PM, they are suddenly closed. No consistency. Too bad if, like me, you work late every day and are not sure what the opening hours actually are.

I always try to eat at Burger King but the lettuce was really cut in very big pieces and the sauce was only on one side of the burger it tasted different I will not go tonight location again

The workers themselves do not know the rules and capabilities of Burger King, the cash registers themselves do not accept coupons, and products related to bacon are served cold. You can't use their app properly

The employees have no respect, cannot speak Dutch or English and do what they want, they have no respect.

Ordered XL curly fries and they were micro sized. The man also screwed up my order. Thank the lord I only bought fries, ended up going to the McDonalds across the street and got expected portions for the expected price. The picture below shows a comparison between Large McDs fried and XL fries at BK. Someone explain to me in mathematical terms how BK decided to label this as XL??

There a was a Little vole under my table. I Strongly suggest to not eat here. Also i have to repeat what i order twice.

Burger King charged me € 15 for micro fries (medium they advertise) + a not tasty burger and small cola (medium according to them). First ana last time here at Micro rip off king, even if I'm starving 😂

So I never come here again to get good food. When I get home I start eating and suddenly I see fxxking maggots eating into me. I called them and they don't believe me. The manager Sherwin asked if I could send the photos. I did so. I called them back and suddenly he is no longer there and he just went home. Apparently this is not important so I will just put the photos online so that everyone can see how dirty it is. I also think it's ridiculous that they don't take this seriously and that it just goes to huia without solving this.

I hated this. I already dont like the burger king restaurants, but i thought it would be better in other countries. I asked for a whopper menu, and the total was 12,05. i gave a 20€ and she gave me change. i asked if she wanted 2,05 so it would be easier to just get a 10€ bill back and coins can help restaurants. The lady said no, but took me the money? i saw her taking my 5 cents coin and hiding it behind the counter. its not the fact that she took me 5 cents, its the fact she took my money. it could have been 5 cents or 2 euros. my money. She also didnt give me a reciept. i was waiting for my order and they kept calling the number (that i didnt know was mine). i mentioned j didnt have a ticket and the lady said well you didnt take it. GIRL YOU DIDNT GIVE ME ANY TICKET TO BEGIN WITH. I also asked for an ice tea and she gave me coca cola. I am extremely unsatisfied and this just further feeds my dislike for burger king in a whole.

I have to order one euro plastic cup for the drink and if you buy nuggets and select no sauce no problem it still cost 50 cents for NO Sauce! Ridiculous place

Man man man. It was bad. It's bad. And no one cares if it continues to be bad. Disinterested, slow staff and insanely expensive.

Great place to eat. This is one of the better Burger King branches.

No refillable drinks is a shame and an ice cream ordered went wrong and was not in the system. Good food everywhere and good, friendly employees

I highly recommend using the coupon code for 2 long chickens with fries and cola, but ask for fries instead of fries with curly fries (50 cents extra) because curly fries over fries are frfr (sometimes the fries are dry, but you're killing me anyway)

Nice location within the Amstel station. Atmosphere inside could be a bit better.

Food is alright, service is quite fast. Can easily get something 10 mins before a train

Amo questo burger king nel cuore di una stazione di Amsterdam, ci vado spesso lo trovo davvero carino, mai full, servizio veloce ed efficiente, la signora asiatica che lavora come staff, non sempre la trovo lì, è davvero molto gentile e sorridente. I panini hanno sempre aspetti gustosi e sempre ben assemblati , formaggio sempre squarciato, difficile trovare posti come fast food di varie catene che assemblano bene i panini, bravi davvero, alla prossima.

Dit is een Burger King, geen michelin sterren restaurant. Wil je een lekkere burger en friet inclusief medium service? Ga lekker hierheen en vul je maag, niks mis mee uit mijn ervaring. Is het niet wat je tedere hartje had verwacht? dan ga je lekker maar naar een restaurant toe.

Die Scanner an den Bestellautomaten funktionieren und man kann keine Coupons eingeben, katastrophal, wie will man sonst seine Punkte sammeln!?

Ik had echt erge trek. Want wat mij betreft zouden deze ketens niet bestaan. Dus de trek en het feit dat deze zaak om 2200 nog open is, lokte mij naar binnen.

De kleinste hamburger genomen en die smaakte prima Vriendelijk personeel. Dit restaurant is gevestigd in het Amstel Station.

The usual fast food quality, not so good, but also not so bad. 🍔 👑 is a notch above M¢Donald’$, even though it's a similar taste and quality. Service may be a bit slow at peak hours (in the NL this means around 17h30), which is understandable, so cut the staff some slack and be a bit patient.

Groot voordeel zijn de ruime openingstijden. Als je gebruik maakt van hun app kan je ook nog een aardige korting krijgen op producten. Maar de laatste keer dat ik er was kon er in de nacht niet worden gepind. Dat is wel jammer.

Duidelijk droeftoeters en geen bruistabletjes. 7 min voor sluitingstijd boos bij de deur staan en duidelijke "we zijn dicht" blik. Misschien kan ze bij Ban garage aan de slag. Kunnen aardig de omzet opkrikken na een concert lijkt mij.

Just horrible, the queue were long, food took long, and tables were dirty. Food was soggy, but it's Bk. Ordered regular water next it, it came with sparkling water instead. Not impressed, and higher price compared to other countries

Had ontdekt dat ze ook veggie hadden. Smaakte heerlijk. Maar ik doe dit niet te vaak .

Essen so wie man es von einem BK erwarten würde. Ich habe jedenfalls nichts negatives zu berichten. Weder besonders gut noch besonders schlecht.

There was a problem with my order but managers Ahmet and Kemal handled it with care and professional manner. Kuods to the rest of the team that is willing to serve.

I've gotta say that this meal was very overwhelming. The Burger was good and i was very surprised that the fries were crispy because the fries in Germany's Burger King or Mc Donalds are always miserable and soggy. Nochmal auf Deutsch. Jungs ich weiß nicht was ich sagen soll, aber der Burger King ist geisteskrank. Die Auswahl, die man hat ist einfach behindert und der Laden ist sogar sauber und schön ausgebaut. Im Vergleich zu Frankfurt ist der Burger King hier meilenweit besser als die in der hood und das auch noch am Bahnhof. Leider aber großes L, dass es hier keine Toiletten gibt.

I was surprised it actually turned out OK. I has the Parmesan Master. Still, far from a good burger, but it wasn't bad either (I usually don't like this fast food restaurants, they just save me in weird hours/times)
