Amsterdam is a country free from superstition, but. The toilet in the facility is not separated by gender. There are two cubicles in the toilet, a urinal in the hall. I was a little uncomfortable.

Received a completely soaked menu. Too gross. Calling to resolve this is currently not possible, even though they are open. So unreachable by telephone.

Meals were fresh and warm. Personnel were very friendly and nice. Generally restaurant was clean if you compare with our McD restaurants. I would prefer to everyone! 👍🏻 Grüße an alle Besucher aus Deutschland! 😊

Very bad service, ordered a few burgers, only got one and sides that I only paid for one while it said otherwise on my bill, I also showed it, but never mind and I got nothing and no money back, worst McDonalds in the Netherlands

not impressed by the service at all. they weren't aware of my order. i had ordered nuggets as well, which i never ended up getting. the burger was not assembled properly with barely any sauce/ flavor inside. usually i don't write any bad reviews but i wasn't looking forward to this at all. overall not recommending. please improve services.

Really not normal, just opened again. A big gang of pigs inside. The staff barely speaks Dutch. I asked for a garbage bag because all the dirt was bulging out of the bin and on the tables I didn't get, according to the staff. I won't be back, these staff don't deserve such a nice place.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered hands down. Every time I go, the manager clears things off the display when they aren’t ready (obviously trying to skew their metrics / KPIs). Food is almost always stale/ cold, and apparently fast is forgotten from fast food. I just watched my burger sit in the warming tray for 10 minutes (1 item order). Update: Not sure why they bothered to renovate this store. The management and service is just as bad as ever, and they still cheat the order ready system to make their numbers look good (ie putting up orders and clearing them long before they’re actually prepared). Speed and efficiency are clearly things they don’t care for.

After waiting almost an hour in a crammed full store, with no receipts, everyone pushing and shouting, and arrogant staff standing behind the counter, we FINALLY got our food. But when we looked in the bag later it was a COMPLETELY different order but with our number on it. We ordered a Mc-crispy menu, 1 big mac, 1 hamburger menu and we got 2 filet-o-fish, 2 big macs, and a spicy chicken. Everything was cold.

Staff slow, don't understand you, don't speak any Dutch.

Everyone comes back since they never put anything on the burgers, just the meat and nothing else. CHECK THE BURGERS

Toilets downstairs and seats downstairs, not very convenient but understandable given the limited surface area.

Ps. When I see all the recent reviews, the manager and the staff need a few good blows. Imagine. Working with food and not having to worry about the service of your food. Ordered McDonalds after years. Fries as limp as hell. As if it had been put in for a minute and taken out again. Coke, no sting at all. You can call it black lemonade. Burger was okay. Can clean up what kind of street people work there. Sad establishment. Thought this kind of practice only happened in America. The hell for your service.

The staff behind the counter is friendly and takes plenty of time for each customer. Toilets are 50 cents well that's not worth it it's dirty and it stinks of urine. There is also a urinal open when you enter, which is very strange, so there are no separate toilets for men and women.

Literally got 2 breads send to my home no patties on it. Shameless.

Giving food to another customer, then I get food from a random customer "oh I have your order, I indicate that I want a new one, then they hold it back for 5 minutes and then give the same order back, the worst McDonalds in the Netherlands it's here people

I was at the door at 7am sharp after a long night and the door was not open yet!!!! This is not what I expect from my service and I am going to make a call to the manager. This is scandalous.

I had a great meal here and the atmosphere was great. The toilets were spotless and smelled nice. I have never seen such a clean public toilet, my compliments. The young man checked everything after every toilet visit and also arranged the waste bins in the dining area. So keep working hard. I will definitely come back here again.

I find it very annoying that you have to share a toilet with men and women in the same room. There are 2 toilets that can be closed and a urine spot for men that is completely open and exposed, exactly visible when you come out. As a pregnant person or not even pregnant myself, I would feel unsafe. I also saw men urinating twice while I was coming out and sorry I don't need to see their nobles, I don't think this is possible. I don't care that we live in the year 2024. Young people also go to the toilet, children also go to the toilet. Where has the bit of standard and safety gone these days. Find this disgusting

They didn’t open the right time and the employee ignored the customer not the best service ever. No after 15 minutes of the opening time still close.

Horrible food but coffee is okay

Not worth the headache. Very very very noisy atmosphere, with the staff shouting the numbers mostly in Dutch, and I mean really yelling. Unfortunately, the way the lady was shouting made her words completely ununderstandable but she kept yelling harder as a result. With a bunch of noisy autistic kids in the front of the screens to order and refusing to answer when they are asked if they need help by the staff.. Then there is a mystery screen where you can track the order. Nobody thought about setting this in English however, and your order apparently goes from 'preparing' to .. not showing at all - then it's for you to try to spot the number on the sticker of what they prepare while they are yelling so loud in Dutch it is difficult to get close enough to see the number they could just be displaying on the screen . I left with a big mac and a headache. It took way too long for a fast food. This is not all the staff fault, but the terrible organisation even for queuing to place an order makes this a pain. Food is ok I guess, standard McDO. But the layout of the place has been made by people who dont't want customers to stay too long there. As I do not own a pair of sound cancelling headphone, I will not go back there, even for pick up, it is not worth it.

The first mac without toilet that I came across, shabby and dirty, doesn't even have trays as if you could only take away a few tables.

Come to this location quite often. There hasn’t been a single time when they’ve gotten my order right. Items are either wrong or completely missing every time. Very slow service as well.

You can always enjoy a tasty and quick meal here. They also have nice weekend deals these days, which I will certainly take advantage of

Dirty tent, there are leftovers of food everywhere, tables are greasy and junkies come in all the time, asking for money or food. If you order to take away you don't even get a bag to carry it in. Sad intention

Very speedy service and friendly people who gave us our orders. The location is not incredible and the interior is not either and quite small. Also had the full menu during the day which is uncommon in the nordics but not sure about how it works in Amsterdam.

A fairly ordinary McDonald's. The paid toilets, the unpleasant population who shout to talk to each other. For the rest, nothing special.

I don't know any other McDonald's where the staff is so slow and disinterested. As soon as orders are placed, they are pushed out of the system so that you can no longer see whether your order is ready or whether they have forgotten you. The order is often incomplete and the food is cold even if you pay for it on the spot. Homeless people take over part of the restaurant without being asked to leave. The fact that this McDonald's is around the corner from me is why I sometimes go back here, but I always walk out disappointed. It is truly unbelievable that McDonald's Netherlands allows an establishment like this to tarnish its good name.

The people and service was great, but their coffee lids suck. My coffee lasted the whole time 😭

Worst mcdonalds of Amsterdam, and I don’t like to exaggerate. I never even write reviews. But this place turned me into a Karen idc. The food was so stale, it seemed like the food sat there for hours before they packed it up. Im being so forreal when I say that the patty of the burger AND the nuggets tasted and had the texture of cardboard. AND THEY FORGOT THE BACON AND BURNED THE BREAD. I’m not a difficult customer but how do you mess up a whole meal bffr. I’ve ordered from this place before and I’ve had the same experience everytime, but I stupidly thought “maybe this time it won’t be bad”. This was the last time, I will never order from this location ever again.

This is not my first time at McDonald's. It was always good, but this is not. They served me for a very long time, or rather they didn’t notice me. There were no cucumbers in the cheeseburgers, I ordered a Happy Meal with milkshake to go, they poured it into a plastic glass that cannot be taken away, I asked to pour it, they did it with dissatisfaction, then I saw that the glass was dirty, I asked what it was, they changed it for me, but for some reason there was only half a glass. The order was slow and the sauces were mixed up.

Instead of a chili chicken they gave me a hamburger. Only found out at home. Most of the employees do not speak Dutch. Even more reasons not to go anymore.

This Macdonalds always forgets something or your fries are cold. Or the device does not work, then they indicate the most late. Better not buy anything here even if you are hungry.

During an evening shift, we ordered food from this branch, but it was very cold and we received the wrong drinks. We then tried to contact this branch, our questions were not taken seriously and we were always redirected to Ubereats even though McDonald's gave us the wrong order.

Was here on Saturday evening for a burger. We wanted to use the toilets but they are closed. Asked but the lady said we don't have a toilet. Very strange and annoying, especially if you have already ordered.

J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité et la générosité des burgers chez ce McDonald's par rapport à ceux en France. Les portions sont plus généreuses et la qualité est constante. De plus, les prix sont bien plus abordables ici, notamment pour les nuggets, qui sont exorbitants en France. Le service était rapide, cependant, la propreté du restaurant laissait à désirer, surtout à certains endroits, ce qui était plutôt décevant. En revanche, le sous-sol offrait beaucoup d'espace, bien que l'accès via des escaliers raides puisse être délicat, surtout avec un plateau. Cet espace supplémentaire était appréciable, offrant une atmosphère plus spacieuse et confortable. Globalement, malgré quelques problèmes de propreté et des escaliers raides, cet établissement reste fidèle à la qualité attendue d'un McDonald's. Il serait toutefois appréciable d'améliorer la propreté pour offrir une expérience plus satisfaisante aux clients.

Food was good. Not much to say about service as it was very average. Cleanliness however… downstairs were closed off, bins were full we could barely empty our finished foods (bare in mind store wasn’t busy), tables weren’t clean and bits of rubbish all over the floor

Had besteld met bezorging aan tafel ( met tafel nummer) maar kreeg 3 geïrriteerde werknemers naar me toe die zeiden dat ik m’n bestelling af moest halen. Terwijl ik zat te wachten op m’n bestelling (want had aangegeven bezorgen aan tafel), dus had geen idee dat ik m moest ophalen. Kreeg arrogante reacties omdat ik m’n nummer niet op tijd had opgehaald. Lekkere service haha. gelijk arrogante reacties Ipv begrip aangezien hun systeem niet werkt. Moraal van het verhaal: ik had niet door dat ik m’n bestelling moest ophalen en kreeg arrogante reacties omdat ik daarom een paar minuten te laat kwam. Ach. Be kind :p Ohja, mn bestelling was ook niet compleet. Jammer joh :(

De frietjes waren lekker heet maar helaas niet bestrooid met zout. Ik kreeg een zakje om zelf te strooien. Dat is minder lekker omdat het zakje grote zoutkorrels bevat en de patat inmiddels al wat afgekoeld is en de zout er jet op blijft. De McChicken was gortdroog. Het broodje smaakte niet vers en heeft iets te lang liggen roosteren. Kortom geen fijne ervaring, en ik had er enorm veel trek in😒
