🍔 REVIEW – BURGER KING, TAFELBERGWEG AMSTERDAM (next to AMC) “Not in the city center, but royally fast and always with a crown on your head!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 – fast, tasty, veggie-proof and with Barbie’s hair comb) If you want something tasty quickly, are hungry and don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city center, then Burger King Tafelbergweg is the chillest place to score. It is nicely located outside the hustle and bustle, so no long lines, just get your food right away. And yes, it is fast food, but the good kind: tasty, not too expensive and always enough to fill your belly. Plus points: they also have vegetarian options! So even if you are not a meat eater, you can go here without losing your queen’s crown. 👑 Speaking of that crown: you always get a free paper crown that you can put on your head. Seriously, it feels like you're just entering Burger King's castle. It gives you that instant royalty vibe, like you're the boss of your own snack kingdom. And honestly? It makes eating a lot more fun. I always walk around there with my crown on, looking like I could issue a citizen decree at any moment. And then the children's toys: always fun! I recently got a Barbie hair comb with the menu. Perfect, because I can comb my hair while I eat my burger. Who says fast food and glamour can't go together? Parking is also a breeze here, ideal if you don't feel like sitting inside and just want to chill in the car with your Whopper. 📍 Conclusion: Burger King Tafelbergweg is our secret hotspot for fast, tasty and affordable snacks with a wink. With a free crown on your head and the Barbie comb in your bag, you really feel like a king (queen). Definitely recommended if you don't feel like any fuss, but do want good food. Never order! What a mess! Delivery time is wrong Food was cold / wilted. When you call you are told, come and pick it up yourself from now on. (Yeah, that's why you order) In short, bad business.

good evening we ordered 2 hamburgers it really wasn't that tasty staff isn't that friendly and we went outside to eat it was so dirty with those birds around you can't eat well that's not right

i dont say this often but fire everyone immediately i have never seen such bad staff in my life. People work like time doesnt exist and like its a hobby they do with all the time. as someone who has personally worked at a burger king and had to do many busier times on my own i find this unacceptable. i mean this sincerely fire everyone and especially the managers who allow this.

I got poisoned here yesterday from the Grill Masters burger. Prices are unreasonably high. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Really need a new good manager here. Everyone runs like a headless chicken. Every order goes wrong in the 20 minutes I had to wait for my food... And I wonder what the point of fast food is if you have to wait 20 minutes for a simple menu. And it's not even busy.

Can not sit down because upstairs is closed. Everything costs extra and it‘s expensive here. Would not recommend.

Wrong order received money not refunded!!!

Despite the crowds, the boy standing alone behind the counter was quite fast and adequate. I had 3 separate orders with 2 menus in each order. Everything was correct and tasted familiar.

Hygiene is bad and fiddling with those cups for deposits is terrible.

We had a great experience at this Burger King location! The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated with genuine kindness. The food was fresh and tasty—just what you’d expect from Burger King. Our order was prepared quickly, and everything was hot and delicious, especially the burgers and crispy fries. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a quick meal. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences we’ve had. We’ll happily come back!

Never eaten at a Burger King where they worked so hard. Our food was ready quickly while there were many customers. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Tonight I placed an order at the above-mentioned BurgerKing on Tafelbergweg in Amsterdam. I used the BurgerKing App and used one of the coupons. The coupon, "Long Chicken® menu + Whopper® menu (A8)" clearly mentions 2 menus, a Long Chicken MENU + a Wopper MENU. In both cases there is talk of a menu. When I picked up the order, to my great surprise, I only received 1 menu and 1 separate burger. The very rude, non-Dutch speaking (despite the fact that we are in the Netherlands) staff indicated that their system states that it concerns one menu and a separate burger. Tried several times to explain (and show) that what is in the App and what I paid for should be leading and not what I cannot see or guess (their system). In addition, other coupons clearly mention a burger menu + burger (no menu). Unfortunately, the staff did not want to cooperate in finding a solution and did not want to give my money back when canceling my order. I thought about calling the police for theft/robbery, but I didn't have enough time to wait. I will do this next time, also with a view to other customers who are cheated in this way. I submitted a complaint by email, as another form of contact is apparently not possible, and asked for a solution. I wonder if they will bother to respond. As long as I don't get satisfaction, I won't visit this branch again. And perhaps ignore Burger King forever.

Went to the drive thru today. What a kind man!! Smiling from ear to ear as we left. A welcome like you hardly get anywhere else. Thank you sir!!!

Nice little restaurant, food was quite hot and tasty. Only a toilet was clogged, when I pointed this out, the response was annoyed as if it was not their problem.

Deposit paid for a soft drink cup and a coffee cup. However, the coffee cup was a disposable cardboard cup. Then prove that you paid an extra euro.

I just needed a quick bite after a busy evening schedule. I like to go to Burger King: -Good vegetarian alternative -nice deposit machine for the reusable packaging. -fast operation

There was a lot of sauce on the burgers, they forgot ice cream and it took a very long time for the food to arrive even though it was not very busy. The toilets are extremely dirty, one was clogged and the other had no toilet paper.

Pretty tasty. But little sauce on the Whiskey burger. While it is actually named after the sauce. Didn't order bacon, it was there. Milkshakes were moderately tasty. I loved the Loaded Fries The location is not very clean. No one there regularly cleans the tables because there were several dirty tables and no one was walking around to keep an eye on them, or even clean them. We had to do it ourselves.

The nonchalance of the staff does not make you want to go back. The employees make a mistake, take the sandwiches, the rest take others to put on the order tray. No hello, no goodbye No professionalism.

Disclaimer: This review is based on the fact that it is a fast food restaurant. For a fast food restaurant the food was freshly prepared or kept fresh very well. At the drive-in they always have clearly understandable employees who are also very helpful and friendly.

I was robbed, I placed my order through Uber, I paid in advance, they charged me and the order never arrived.

The adjacent chicken specialist could not serve coffee/tea due to a defect. The tea was also excellent and the employee was very helpful. The restaurant is otherwise uninspiring...

Ordered 2 menus and took them home. While I'm eating there are 2 dirty black hairs in my burger... I try to call Burger King and no one answers. Ordered food via home delivery of which 2 menus both arrived without fries and everything is cold I ordered cheesy fries without bacon please but extra bacon on it unbelievable I try to call the restaurant and they just don't answer

Great Burger King, food was prepared quickly, tasted surprisingly good, fries were nice and hot and crispy, burger was also very tasty! Parking is easy, fastnet chargers are also available.

Not what I'm used to. Whopper toppings were cold. The bun so dry it fell apart. This compared to the exorbitant price almost smacks of fraud.

Hamburger bread was old and meat was fried, there is no lettuce in the burger, I really think it's a shame, service everything 👎

Vior a quick bite is always good, the employee had difficulty with what I ordered, ultimately we did not receive what we ordered. We are not that picky and were hungry so some food is probably good. Only eating on the terrace and parking spaces on both sides, so the gasoline smell was nice. Not great. So quickly eat and leave again.

Adjust those opening hours! Drove it twice for nothing. Sometimes the drive is closed 15 minutes before time and other times an hour in advance! Collection inside was also not possible. They are supposed to be open until 1am, but in practice they are already closed at 5 past 12.

Price displayed on multiple menu boards was not what I was charged. €13.65 for a large menu but they rang up €14.00. It took two conversations with the manager to get my meal for something close to the displayed price. The manager blamed it on corporate and promised to send an email but nothing more. Not even a strip of tape with the 'correct' price over the 'wrong' price. False advertising at point of sale. Deplorable.

Okay Okay OK!! I like to be critical of Burger King restaurants, the food is much tastier than that of the other chain, but the service often leaves much to be desired. But no MORE at this Burgerking along the A1, It was really very busy! There was a long line at the ordering column, but the cash register was free. Here we were welcomed by a young lady, she helped one customer after another in a steady, fast rhythm, always asking the right questions and following the right procedures, without any irritation, CHAPEAU. 5 meters away the other Pearl was working in this restaurant, The Restaurant Manager (I'm guessing) this slightly more young Lady with a little more seniority worked hard, kept an overview, communicated friendly and in the meantime kept a close eye on everyone, customer questions were answered. meanwhile answered, the way was shown. The order came quite quickly despite the crowds and everything was as desired, it was clearly announced that your order was ready. 10 out of 10 scored by this team. My second order also went completely smoothly, the same cashier followed the correct procedures, and the same lady was still processing the orders. Again 10/10. If you drive along the A1 near Stroe/Hoevelaken, you will come across a Burger King, I used to stop there to get a burger, the staff was often friendly (it may be said) but it lacked structure and speed. Now I came away with the feeling that I had experienced hospitality, that the staff enjoyed our stay, and that I got value for my money. I clearly mention the front of the restaurant, but everything also went smoothly in production, that is of course the brigade that is being pulled, if production does not deliver then your front can still be as good. one small point of attention, bake the fries a little longer, for the loaded fries they were a bit soft. An extra ordering column would not be an unnecessary luxury. so a total of 9.5 out of 10, a very good score. I specifically ordered a double whopper. And they seem to have taken one away. Gave me a single whopper. I don't understand, why you would do this. It's not reasonable to open the burger and check. I have been to this place a lot of times. This is the first bad experience.

Lots of parking spaces, lots of seating areas.

Back at this location for the first time in years. Parking is easy. What I really like is that they use deposit cups. You can hand it in at a machine after use and you will get one euro back per cup. The machine didn't work, but they took the cups back at the cash register. We got our food quickly. Coffee was good, but I found the Whopper disappointing. I don't understand why I used to like it so much. Fries were tasty. It's fine for a quick bite, but that's about it.

Visited @ 2.30pm on a Saturday 9/3 place was not busy at all hardly any drive though happening , we opted to eat in. Ordered at the now common swip screens( less customer contact- take away jobs) thing kept trying to sell add on's. As we waited food , one gent came down from upstairs saying his burgers were 🥶. The lady took them off him , not even a sorry and she returned them to him a few min later again , no sorry( dutch way- cold) Our food when we sat down, before we opened the wrapping 2 burgers were cold to touch, so yep we went for the same treatment! Just no atmosphere in the place , the extraction system over the fryers must not be working the place including upstairs smelt of fat frying. Will not be going back there in a hurry . Just a observation, poster up in ground floor saying come join the team, but on the poster there in the colourful uniform but all the staff were wearing - all black with BK written on the left breast.

I just didn't get my Chili cheese nuggets of 9 pieces. It doesn't make sense that when I try to call them they just DON'T answer! Really not possible. Shame
