I was there at one o'clock at night, so only the drive-in was open. As far as service goes, I found it fast and efficient. You just got someone on the line and not a stupid touchscreen in front of you. He was very quick with a smoky bacon, fries, and a Coke. The burger was truly a masterpiece. Super tasty. The fries too, but it's really absurd that you have to pay extra for sauce on your fries. If there is one thing I have a problem with, it's the incredibly expensive items. Prices are really through the roof. But unfortunately, that applies to quite a few other eateries in the Netherlands. Downside: the menu at the drive-in only lists menus and no individual items, and they are printed very small so they are hard to see. Tip: just have the drive-in open all night, just like the McDonald's down the road.

I ordered 3 burgers but got 4 because she apparently couldn't correct it... I paid for them too, because I already thought it was expensive. Once I looked at the receipt, I saw that she hadn't removed the first one.

Bad experience at this chain. The Somali employee thought it would be funny to make fun of the fact that they didn't handle my order correctly. I ordered a veggie menu and received meat buns instead of veggie buns, even though I am vegetarian. Additionally, there were two other customers with other complaints, one of whom had overpaid someone else. A Somali employee spoke to me and said that I made the mistake, even though that is not the case. When I simply asked to switch the buns for veggie buns or get my money back, I was told to get lost. Eventually, after 10 minutes, the manager “helped” me. Ridiculous!

I don't know what they're doing, but in the big cities, the already poor quality is harder and harder to find. Nothing is allowed to taste like anything anymore. I just make everything myself at the front. So done with that overpriced junk concept.

Terrible service at the drive-thru. The driver handles orders very poorly and is in a hurry, doesn't listen, and this isn't a good example of when you order your food and it's not complete. I never complain, but this happens so often that it really resonates with me. Do something about that person! I hope you'll have a positive attitude and adapt for the future and your job.

I stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes. Until someone looked at me. And then looked away again. I finally left without eating, because my break was almost over. Wow. Customer experience 1. Customer reception 1. Employee response 1. Great, keep it up. Well done people!!

So you're going to laugh, but there's only one menu item available: the Whopper 🤦‍♂️ Dirty, old restaurant, once but not twice

Just ordered over 45 euros. We specifically stated we didn't want any sauce or mayonnaise on the long chicken, yet it was included. The phone wasn't answered. Poor service, despite the relatively high cost. We only ate the lukewarm fries. We still had to cook.

There were hardly any other customers, so I got my order almost immediately. However, I can't say anything about the service yet, because there was nothing to complain about. My order was correct and hot. This Burger King is fine.

The guy at the counter was giving such attitude on January 2 2026 in the afternoon. He should not deal with the general public. His name tag is Saif.

Took food for takeout, ordered meatless at kiosk, recieved burger with meat. Person who doesn't eat meat just ate a bit. Food went to the trash. Money wasted. Friend is very angry. Even package and kassabon doesn't say it's meatless, but everyone assumed order is allright.

Unfortunately, this place is really due for an update. Maintenance of the building and inventory is seriously behind. And the milkshake, in particular, was tasteless. Not recommended at this time.

Very mediocre BK. Cooking burgers is quick, but serving them takes forever, so your burger is golden before you even get it.

The food is terrible: lukewarm, undercooked, soggy, sauceless, with lots of onions and melted cheese. The kitchen is chaotic, and it's painful to watch quite a few staff members running around like headless chickens, without any visible cooperation or system. The food takes an exceptionally long time to be ready, and it has to be checked at all times because something is missing from the order. The restaurant is uninviting, and the rooms are downright filthy, with trash everywhere, dirty floors, and tables that I don't even bother using the restroom there. Even for a fast-food chain, Burger King doesn't do a thing!

Unhygienic restaurant, rude staff, terrible frying smell you can't barely breathe. Don't bother going there.

Today at the Burger King drive-thru in Amsterdam Zuidoost, the employee refused to speak Dutch, didn't accept my order, closed the door, and walked away. This is not customer service.

I used the drive-thru service. The employee who helped me was very friendly and had a cheerful voice. I chose a hamburger menu. There were about four or five vehicles ahead of me, and I think I was done in about 10-15 minutes (counting from arriving to leaving). Payment wasn't rushed. Both the order-taking/payment clerk and the order-handling clerk were very friendly and took the time to wish me a good day and, above all, to enjoy my meal. I haven't often experienced that at a fast-food restaurant. It gave me just the right amount of enjoyment. Keep up the good work!

Unlike last time, where everything went wrong, I'm satisfied this time! The staff is friendly, and my order was correct! Kudos to the lady with the ponytail who, along with her colleagues, arranged everything perfectly. The restrooms were nice and clean, and the food was delicious again! I'll definitely be back for a tasty bite! You can charge your phone at a few of the seats with a USB and power outlet! Tip: sit upstairs for a great view!

A disinterested woman was hanging around the counter. She only spoke English and didn't understand Dutch. So you're thinking, "What?" We ordered 3 whoppers and 2 cokes. We got 2 whoppers and 1 coke. We said something about it and were told off. Another woman, though quite reluctantly, was willing to resolve the issue. This was a one-time thing, but never again. What rude service.

Friendly staff, food was prepared lightning fast and it was piping hot.

The food is cold and when there are no people, the wait is up to 30 minutes, the staff seems to be working here as a punishment, I know it's not a 5-star restaurant, but we would like to eat warm food

It is nicely located outside the hustle and bustle, so no long lines, just get your food right away. And yes, it is fast food, but the good kind: tasty, not too expensive and always enough to fill your belly. Plus points: they also have vegetarian options! So even if you are not a meat eater, you can go here without losing your queen’s crown. 👑 Speaking of that crown: you always get a free paper crown that you can put on your head. Seriously, it feels like you're just entering Burger King's castle. It gives you that instant royalty vibe, like you're the boss of your own snack kingdom. And honestly? It makes eating a lot more fun. I always walk around there with my crown on, looking like I could issue a citizen decree at any moment. And then the children's toys: always fun! Never order! What a mess! Delivery time is wrong Food was cold / wilted. When you call you are told, come and pick it up yourself from now on. (Yeah, that's why you order) In short, bad business.

I got poisoned here yesterday from the Grill Masters burger. Prices are unreasonably high. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Really need a new good manager here. Everyone runs like a headless chicken. Every order goes wrong in the 20 minutes I had to wait for my food... And I wonder what the point of fast food is if you have to wait 20 minutes for a simple menu. And it's not even busy.

Despite the crowds, the boy standing alone behind the counter was quite fast and adequate. I had 3 separate orders with 2 menus in each order. Everything was correct and tasted familiar.

We had a great experience at this Burger King location! The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Tonight I placed an order at the above-mentioned BurgerKing on Tafelbergweg in Amsterdam. I used the BurgerKing App and used one of the coupons. The coupon, "Long Chicken® menu + Whopper® menu (A8)" clearly mentions 2 menus, a Long Chicken MENU + a Wopper MENU. In both cases there is talk of a menu. When I picked up the order, to my great surprise, I only received 1 menu and 1 separate burger. The very rude, non-Dutch speaking (despite the fact that we are in the Netherlands) staff indicated that their system states that it concerns one menu and a separate burger. Tried several times to explain (and show) that what is in the App and what I paid for should be leading and not what I cannot see or guess (their system). In addition, other coupons clearly mention a burger menu + burger (no menu). Unfortunately, the staff did not want to cooperate in finding a solution and did not want to give my money back when canceling my order. I thought about calling the police for theft/robbery, but I didn't have enough time to wait. I will do this next time, also with a view to other customers who are cheated in this way. I submitted a complaint by email, as another form of contact is apparently not possible, and asked for a solution. I wonder if they will bother to respond. As long as I don't get satisfaction, I won't visit this branch again. And perhaps ignore Burger King forever.

Pretty tasty. But little sauce on the Whiskey burger. While it is actually named after the sauce. Didn't order bacon, it was there. Milkshakes were moderately tasty. I loved the Loaded Fries The location is not very clean. No one there regularly cleans the tables because there were several dirty tables and no one was walking around to keep an eye on them, or even clean them. We had to do it ourselves.

I was robbed, I placed my order through Uber, I paid in advance, they charged me and the order never arrived.

The adjacent chicken specialist could not serve coffee/tea due to a defect. The tea was also excellent and the employee was very helpful. The restaurant is otherwise uninspiring...

Great Burger King, food was prepared quickly, tasted surprisingly good, fries were nice and hot and crispy, burger was also very tasty! Parking is easy, fastnet chargers are also available.
