Burger King The Foodstrip in Amstel III/Bullewijk

The food is terrible: lukewarm, undercooked, soggy, sauceless, with lots of onions and melted cheese. The kitchen is chaotic, and it's painful to watch quite a few staff members running around like headless chickens, without any visible cooperation or system. The food takes an exceptionally long time to be ready, and it has to be checked at all times because something is missing from the order. The restaurant is uninviting, and the rooms are downright filthy, with trash everywhere, dirty floors, and tables that I don't even bother using the restroom there. Even for a fast-food chain, Burger King doesn't do a thing!

Unhygienic restaurant, rude staff, terrible frying smell you can't barely breathe. Don't bother going there.

Today at the Burger King drive-thru in Amsterdam Zuidoost, the employee refused to speak Dutch, didn't accept my order, closed the door, and walked away. This is not customer service.

I used the drive-thru service. The employee who helped me was very friendly and had a cheerful voice. I chose a hamburger menu. There were about four or five vehicles ahead of me, and I think I was done in about 10-15 minutes (counting from arriving to leaving). Payment wasn't rushed. Both the order-taking/payment clerk and the order-handling clerk were very friendly and took the time to wish me a good day and, above all, to enjoy my meal. I haven't often experienced that at a fast-food restaurant. It gave me just the right amount of enjoyment. Keep up the good work!

Unlike last time, where everything went wrong, I'm satisfied this time! The staff is friendly, and my order was correct! Kudos to the lady with the ponytail who, along with her colleagues, arranged everything perfectly. The restrooms were nice and clean, and the food was delicious again! I'll definitely be back for a tasty bite! You can charge your phone at a few of the seats with a USB and power outlet! Tip: sit upstairs for a great view!

Finally a good Burger King. Nothing to complain about.

A disinterested woman was hanging around the counter. She only spoke English and didn't understand Dutch. So you're thinking, "What?" We ordered 3 whoppers and 2 cokes. We got 2 whoppers and 1 coke. We said something about it and were told off. Another woman, though quite reluctantly, was willing to resolve the issue. This was a one-time thing, but never again. What rude service.

Burgers were cold, but worst of all they didn't have the cardboard crowns which ruined the whole atmosphere

Friendly staff, food was prepared lightning fast and it was piping hot.

The food is cold and when there are no people, the wait is up to 30 minutes, the staff seems to be working here as a punishment, I know it's not a 5-star restaurant, but we would like to eat warm food

And yes, it is fast food, but the good kind: tasty, not too expensive and always enough to fill your belly. Plus points: they also have vegetarian options! So even if you are not a meat eater, you can go here without losing your queen’s crown. 👑 Speaking of that crown: you always get a free paper crown that you can put on your head. Seriously, it feels like you're just entering Burger King's castle. It gives you that instant royalty vibe, like you're the boss of your own snack kingdom. And honestly? good evening we ordered 2 hamburgers it really wasn't that tasty staff isn't that friendly and we went outside to eat it was so dirty with those birds around you can't eat well that's not right

Never order! What a mess! Delivery time is wrong Food was cold / wilted. When you call you are told, come and pick it up yourself from now on. (Yeah, that's why you order) In short, bad business.

i dont say this often but fire everyone immediately i have never seen such bad staff in my life. People work like time doesnt exist and like its a hobby they do with all the time. as someone who has personally worked at a burger king and had to do many busier times on my own i find this unacceptable. i mean this sincerely fire everyone and especially the managers who allow this.

I got poisoned here yesterday from the Grill Masters burger. Prices are unreasonably high. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Really need a new good manager here. Everyone runs like a headless chicken. Every order goes wrong in the 20 minutes I had to wait for my food... And I wonder what the point of fast food is if you have to wait 20 minutes for a simple menu. And it's not even busy.

Despite the crowds, the boy standing alone behind the counter was quite fast and adequate. I had 3 separate orders with 2 menus in each order. Everything was correct and tasted familiar.

Tonight I placed an order at the above-mentioned BurgerKing on Tafelbergweg in Amsterdam. I used the BurgerKing App and used one of the coupons. The coupon, "Long Chicken® menu + Whopper® menu (A8)" clearly mentions 2 menus, a Long Chicken MENU + a Wopper MENU. In both cases there is talk of a menu. When I picked up the order, to my great surprise, I only received 1 menu and 1 separate burger. The very rude, non-Dutch speaking (despite the fact that we are in the Netherlands) staff indicated that their system states that it concerns one menu and a separate burger. Tried several times to explain (and show) that what is in the App and what I paid for should be leading and not what I cannot see or guess (their system). In addition, other coupons clearly mention a burger menu + burger (no menu). Unfortunately, the staff did not want to cooperate in finding a solution and did not want to give my money back when canceling my order. I thought about calling the police for theft/robbery, but I didn't have enough time to wait. I will do this next time, also with a view to other customers who are cheated in this way. I submitted a complaint by email, as another form of contact is apparently not possible, and asked for a solution. I wonder if they will bother to respond. As long as I don't get satisfaction, I won't visit this branch again. And perhaps ignore Burger King forever.

Nice little restaurant, food was quite hot and tasty. Only a toilet was clogged, when I pointed this out, the response was annoyed as if it was not their problem.

There was a lot of sauce on the burgers, they forgot ice cream and it took a very long time for the food to arrive even though it was not very busy. The toilets are extremely dirty, one was clogged and the other had no toilet paper.

Pretty tasty. But little sauce on the Whiskey burger. While it is actually named after the sauce. Didn't order bacon, it was there. Milkshakes were moderately tasty. I loved the Loaded Fries The location is not very clean. No one there regularly cleans the tables because there were several dirty tables and no one was walking around to keep an eye on them, or even clean them. We had to do it ourselves.

Disclaimer: This review is based on the fact that it is a fast food restaurant. For a fast food restaurant the food was freshly prepared or kept fresh very well. At the drive-in they always have clearly understandable employees who are also very helpful and friendly.

I was robbed, I placed my order through Uber, I paid in advance, they charged me and the order never arrived.

Not what I'm used to. Whopper toppings were cold. The bun so dry it fell apart. This compared to the exorbitant price almost smacks of fraud.

Vior a quick bite is always good, the employee had difficulty with what I ordered, ultimately we did not receive what we ordered. We are not that picky and were hungry so some food is probably good. Only eating on the terrace and parking spaces on both sides, so the gasoline smell was nice. Not great. So quickly eat and leave again.

Price displayed on multiple menu boards was not what I was charged. €13.65 for a large menu but they rang up €14.00. It took two conversations with the manager to get my meal for something close to the displayed price. The manager blamed it on corporate and promised to send an email but nothing more. Not even a strip of tape with the 'correct' price over the 'wrong' price. False advertising at point of sale. Deplorable.

Opening hours are incorrect. I have stood here several times in front of a closed door while it says everywhere that they are still open, another 20 minute drive for nothing😒 btw the staff is very nice in my experience
