Burger King The Foodstrip in Amstel III/Bullewijk

Currently the best price-quality fast food chain. McDonalds and KFC are overpriced, but Burger King has some pretty nice deals.

Tonight I placed an order at the above-mentioned BurgerKing on Tafelbergweg in Amsterdam. I used the BurgerKing App and used one of the coupons. The coupon, "Long Chicken® menu + Whopper® menu (A8)" clearly mentions 2 menus, a Long Chicken MENU + a Wopper MENU. In both cases there is talk of a menu. When I picked up the order, to my great surprise, I only received 1 menu and 1 separate burger. The very rude, non-Dutch speaking (despite the fact that we are in the Netherlands) staff indicated that their system states that it concerns one menu and a separate burger. Tried several times to explain (and show) that what is in the App and what I paid for should be leading and not what I cannot see or guess (their system). In addition, other coupons clearly mention a burger menu + burger (no menu). Unfortunately, the staff did not want to cooperate in finding a solution and did not want to give my money back when canceling my order. I thought about calling the police for theft/robbery, but I didn't have enough time to wait. I will do this next time, also with a view to other customers who are cheated in this way. I submitted a complaint by email, as another form of contact is apparently not possible, and asked for a solution. I wonder if they will bother to respond. As long as I don't get satisfaction, I won't visit this branch again. And perhaps ignore Burger King forever.

Went to the drive thru today. What a kind man!! Smiling from ear to ear as we left. A welcome like you hardly get anywhere else. Thank you sir!!!

Nice little restaurant, food was quite hot and tasty. Only a toilet was clogged, when I pointed this out, the response was annoyed as if it was not their problem.

People in the drive thru are always friendly, food is always hot and they give good quantities

Deposit paid for a soft drink cup and a coffee cup. However, the coffee cup was a disposable cardboard cup. Then prove that you paid an extra euro.

There was a lot of sauce on the burgers, they forgot ice cream and it took a very long time for the food to arrive even though it was not very busy. The toilets are extremely dirty, one was clogged and the other had no toilet paper.

Pretty tasty. But little sauce on the Whiskey burger. While it is actually named after the sauce. Didn't order bacon, it was there. Milkshakes were moderately tasty. I loved the Loaded Fries The location is not very clean. No one there regularly cleans the tables because there were several dirty tables and no one was walking around to keep an eye on them, or even clean them. We had to do it ourselves.

Good food comparable to Donald's

The nonchalance of the staff does not make you want to go back. The employees make a mistake, take the sandwiches, the rest take others to put on the order tray. No hello, no goodbye No professionalism.

Disclaimer: This review is based on the fact that it is a fast food restaurant. For a fast food restaurant the food was freshly prepared or kept fresh very well. At the drive-in they always have clearly understandable employees who are also very helpful and friendly.

I was robbed, I placed my order through Uber, I paid in advance, they charged me and the order never arrived.

The adjacent chicken specialist could not serve coffee/tea due to a defect. The tea was also excellent and the employee was very helpful. The restaurant is otherwise uninspiring...

Ordered 2 menus and took them home. While I'm eating there are 2 dirty black hairs in my burger... I try to call Burger King and no one answers. This is the most disgusting thing I have experienced and I will never eat here again, I strongly advise against it, especially considering the rat plague around the buildings bah bah ..

Ordered food via home delivery of which 2 menus both arrived without fries and everything is cold I ordered cheesy fries without bacon please but extra bacon on it unbelievable I try to call the restaurant and they just don't answer

Great Burger King, food was prepared quickly, tasted surprisingly good, fries were nice and hot and crispy, burger was also very tasty! Parking is easy, fastnet chargers are also available.

Very bad employees harassing delivery guys and treating them bad

Not what I'm used to. Whopper toppings were cold. The bun so dry it fell apart. This compared to the exorbitant price almost smacks of fraud.

Strange weather mayo in a bag. The whole deposit thing with cups is hopeless in my opinion.

Hamburger bread was old and meat was fried, there is no lettuce in the burger, I really think it's a shame, service everything 👎

The people who work there are very nice

Vior a quick bite is always good, the employee had difficulty with what I ordered, ultimately we did not receive what we ordered. We are not that picky and were hungry so some food is probably good. Only eating on the terrace and parking spaces on both sides, so the gasoline smell was nice. Not great. So quickly eat and leave again.

Here too, cheap expat employees who do not speak Dutch at the counter. If I want to order Dutch, I have to do so via Drive True and that does not fit with a truck. Excellent food, communication severely lacking.

Adjust those opening hours! Drove it twice for nothing. Sometimes the drive is closed 15 minutes before time and other times an hour in advance! Collection inside was also not possible. They are supposed to be open until 1am, but in practice they are already closed at 5 past 12.

Food was lukewarm and tasteless, the lady behind the counter was grumpy and couldn't smile. And we created the atmosphere ourselves by eating outside in the sun.

Price displayed on multiple menu boards was not what I was charged. €13.65 for a large menu but they rang up €14.00. It took two conversations with the manager to get my meal for something close to the displayed price. The manager blamed it on corporate and promised to send an email but nothing more. Not even a strip of tape with the 'correct' price over the 'wrong' price. False advertising at point of sale. Deplorable.

Opening hours are incorrect. I have stood here several times in front of a closed door while it says everywhere that they are still open, another 20 minute drive for nothing😒 btw the staff is very nice in my experience

Okay Okay OK!! I like to be critical of Burger King restaurants, the food is much tastier than that of the other chain, but the service often leaves much to be desired. But no MORE at this Burgerking along the A1, It was really very busy! There was a long line at the ordering column, but the cash register was free. Here we were welcomed by a young lady, she helped one customer after another in a steady, fast rhythm, always asking the right questions and following the right procedures, without any irritation, CHAPEAU. 5 meters away the other Pearl was working in this restaurant, The Restaurant Manager (I'm guessing) this slightly more young Lady with a little more seniority worked hard, kept an overview, communicated friendly and in the meantime kept a close eye on everyone, customer questions were answered. meanwhile answered, the way was shown. The order came quite quickly despite the crowds and everything was as desired, it was clearly announced that your order was ready. 10 out of 10 scored by this team. My second order also went completely smoothly, the same cashier followed the correct procedures, and the same lady was still processing the orders. Again 10/10. If you drive along the A1 near Stroe/Hoevelaken, you will come across a Burger King, I used to stop there to get a burger, the staff was often friendly (it may be said) but it lacked structure and speed. Now I came away with the feeling that I had experienced hospitality, that the staff enjoyed our stay, and that I got value for my money. I clearly mention the front of the restaurant, but everything also went smoothly in production, that is of course the brigade that is being pulled, if production does not deliver then your front can still be as good. one small point of attention, bake the fries a little longer, for the loaded fries they were a bit soft. An extra ordering column would not be an unnecessary luxury. so a total of 9.5 out of 10, a very good score. I specifically ordered a double whopper. And they seem to have taken one away. Gave me a single whopper. I don't understand, why you would do this. It's not reasonable to open the burger and check. I have been to this place a lot of times. This is the first bad experience.

Lots of parking spaces, lots of seating areas.

Back at this location for the first time in years. Parking is easy. What I really like is that they use deposit cups. You can hand it in at a machine after use and you will get one euro back per cup. The machine didn't work, but they took the cups back at the cash register. We got our food quickly. Coffee was good, but I found the Whopper disappointing. I don't understand why I used to like it so much. Fries were tasty. It's fine for a quick bite, but that's about it.

Visited @ 2.30pm on a Saturday 9/3 place was not busy at all hardly any drive though happening , we opted to eat in. Ordered at the now common swip screens( less customer contact- take away jobs) thing kept trying to sell add on's. As we waited food , one gent came down from upstairs saying his burgers were 🥶. The lady took them off him , not even a sorry and she returned them to him a few min later again , no sorry( dutch way- cold) Our food when we sat down, before we opened the wrapping 2 burgers were cold to touch, so yep we went for the same treatment! Just no atmosphere in the place , the extraction system over the fryers must not be working the place including upstairs smelt of fat frying. Will not be going back there in a hurry . Just a observation, poster up in ground floor saying come join the team, but on the poster there in the colourful uniform but all the staff were wearing - all black with BK written on the left breast.

I just didn't get my Chili cheese nuggets of 9 pieces. It doesn't make sense that when I try to call them they just DON'T answer! Really not possible. Shame

I ordered 2 single Whopper menu without cheese and the Coke without ice and I got the Coke with ice and the Whopper with cheese was returned of course, it was still cold and weak and then also the deposit on the cup, you pay 1 euro at the cash register and You just have to ask for your money back through a machine somewhere and I don't have a little bit of money, this is another disguised earning model, they hope you throw it away so that they have an extra euro again, it is also dirty in some places I will never go to Amsterdam Bijlmer again

I got a double cheeseburger 🍔 XXL in combination with twister fries and a chocolate Milkshake. And unlike the last time, the quality was perfectly fine this time. I haven't regretted it for a second 😋

What an experience this was. Microwave burgers. A slice of tomato that could burn your mouth. And if you say something about it, they get angry because they have to throw away a burger... Never again to this location.

You are required to place your order in English. Ridiculous. Staff really don't need to be able to speak perfect Dutch to take an order from a customer. The menu is simple enough but they don't make any effort.

Tasty food, fast service. Quiet, no long lines at drive-in. It's a pity that the employee at the post only speaks English.

Normally I really like Burger King, but this was really bad, buns were old and crumbly, hamburger was dry and lukewarm, so the conclusion is bad unfortunately.

Gewoon lekker voor een snelle hap, niet meer dan dat. De long chicken is nog steeds erg lekker. De sfeer is niet echt van, hier wil ik gezellig eten.

Drive prima voor late trek. Vegetarische burgers zijn lekkerder als wat ik van de vleesburgers herinner en personeel vriendelijk en attent. Verbetering zou wel een afdakje zijn bij de loketten voor wanneer het regent. Zowel voor de klant in de auto als voor het personeel!

Heerlijke burgers, vers gemaakt, dus lekker heet.

Rommelig, druk en een chaos bij de uitgifte van het eten. Op de een of andere manier moet je altijd controleren of je bestelling klopt. De burgers zijn goed maar voor uitstraling en hygiëne zijn er zeker betere plekken.

Wat een gave beleving ! Ik werd in de drive verwelkomt net zoals je in usa bij een fastfood aankomt. En het eten was snel klaar en vers.

Burgerking bij StreetFood in Zuidoost Amsterdam. Alleen 1p aan de balie en 2p in de Keuken. 15 wachtenden voor ons en 10 achter ons om 14.30u op zaterdag. Burger lauw en kost €8 alleen broodje

Je moet wat als het elektrische voertuig waarin je meerijdt een lege accu begint te krijgen. Dus voertuig aan de snellader en wij eigenlijk ook 😉

Blijft duur en personeel spreekt slecht Nederlands en daarom gaan de bestellingen fout.

We hebben patat besteld met gesmolten kaas er overheen. Tot ons verbazing was het bakje wat maarliefst 4 euro kost maar half gevuld en tegenstelling tot andere burgerkings. Het personeel kwam erg geïrriteerd over en nam amper de moeite om ons te groeten en een reactie terug te geven op ons dankjewel.

1 long chicken, 1 twisted fries, 1 cola ---> 20 min op moeten wachten :x

Bestelling werd opgenomen door een vriendelijke, rustige dame die zowel Nl als engels sprak. Begrip was goed. Toiletten waren schoon en er was meer dan genoeg zeep in de dispenser. Het rest. Oogde zelf ook schoon. Mijn bestelking had ze net klaar toen ik beneden kwam, bestelling gecheckt, dame kon het feilloos opnoemen. Eten was netjes verpakt en warm. De burger van Whopper is toch het best & lekkerst, goed belegd met totmaat, augurk, sla en sauzen! Zoals het hoort. At het nog warm in de auto.
