They are the gods of Burgers. I take the whole menu, please serve us. I'm fallin on my knees for a Burger at Johnny. This is a day with honor and glory.

The fries were supposed to be twister but they gave normal fries I ordered a double cheeseburger but the burger had little flavor

Never had a complaint about my chick and cheez order in 3 months. Always nice and fresh and warm. Compliments!

Ordered through their own site got a email that said it would take up to 45 minutes with a "follow your order" link that didnt even work at all. I called after 1 hour and 30 mins about where my food is and they said it was on the way 30 mins later it arrived. The 2 burgers and fries were all cold. So after the money i spend i had to wait 2 hours for cold food. This is the first and last time i'll ever be ordering from here and would suggest anyone else in the mood for burgers to try another place.

Ordered food via uber eats. After one hour it still was not delivered, the guy on the phone said to wait 30 min. After 30 min we called again, and no one picked up phone for 25 min. When we were about to go to mc Donald's (at 10pm!!!, 2 hrs after order was placed) the delivery guy showed up. With cold food, wrong burger and in general not a good burger.

Food was fine, just cold and we received the wrong drinks. We don't have a good word to say about the service. Antisocial owner with a big attitude. Waiting 2 hours for food, while being told on the spot, let's make it now.. if you know that there will soon be a launch from the crook, be prepared or close home delivery..

After waiting 3 hours and being told several times that they were "on their way", the order was cancelled. We read several reviews about how the food doesn't arrive in the end, so it's better that way. Husband was also very rude on the phone. DONT ORDER HERE

after literally waiting almost 2 hours i got a WET wrap that was MID as hell and the chicken tenders were unseasoned

Accepted the order but never delivered snd store never picked up the phone.

We came to eat by foot and ordered our food in person. The people working there didn't seem to understang engilsh very well, so we had to explain and show from the menu the things we wanted to order very thoroughly. The employers weren't very nice per say, they just looked like they didn't want to really be there at all. We waited for about 15-20 minutes like they told us, but it was very hot outside and inside the restaurant without any places to sit in so the wait was really uncomfortable. The only benches nearby were just two cramped up right in front of everything inside the restaurant. When we sat, we felt the whole time like we were just in the way of everyone trying to come inside and make their order. After everything we took our food, but later saw that even after everything they had still gotten the food mixed up somehow. We wanted to eat some tacos and not Burgers because we had already eaten burgers beforehand. The restaurant's name said it had tacos but the closest thing to tacos they had were like burritos of some kind. In the end we got hamburgers we didn't want from the start. The food didn't taste great but it was alright, in general they got our order mixed up even thought they wrote it down correctly. In addition the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very bad because on the lack of air conditioning and places to sit in.

Best burger in Amsterdam! Great view fast service, good price friendly staff. Don't believe the fake reviews hating on this amazing establishment.

Worst service ever, I called because i didn't receive my order after an hour late, so the worker putted me on hold and said to his colleague that i gave him a headache because i called about my order.

Extremely terrible service. Food came after more than two hours. I called multiple times, they were very rude. the person who answered the phone and the delivery person were the same, strangely. They called and said the address is wrong, and if I want my food I should come and get it myself though my address was completely correct. I ended up leaving for my errands and never got the food. NEVER EVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Ordered food, called 2 times after an hour to ask for an update. The first employee on the phone told me that the delivery guy was on his way and he would be there in 10 minutes while it’s a 5 minute drive. The second employee told me too wait an extra 30 minutes with nothing too compensate for my waiting time. After I said something about it he just cancelled my other. I am never ordering here again and I advice all of you to do the same.

Food arrived half an hour late, delivery person did not apologize for the slow delivery or explain why the order was late. The food was already cold and the fries were soggy, which is a shame, normally they are delicious

Definitely DO NOT order, delivery time states 20 minutes, took 1.5 hours. When you call the store they are extremely rude and hang up the phone when you ask a question. Called back to cancel, they didn't want to do this either. Extremely rude employees.

We ordered online, it took way longer than expected (which isn’t a problem but don’t say you deliver in 20 minutes when it takes an hour…). We called to the place and the guy over the phone was unbelievably rude. The food was fine but we ordered 6 chicken strips and only received 4. Wouldn’t order there again any time soon👎

Ordered on UberEats. They say 45min, but 2hrs later and still nothing, they don't even answer the phone. Shame on them. NEVER ORDER HERE. All other comments say the exact same thing by the way, check by yourself

Burger was grauw grijs en zeker niet juicy.

We bestellen nu al meer dan een jaar bij deze locatie. Het eten is echt onwijs goed en de service is altijd snel geweest en vriendelijk. Wij blijven hier bestellen als we een heerlijke burger willen. Vooral de Johnny’s dubbel burger is echt een aanrader!

I have been ordering at Johnny’s Burger for more than a year, and I have always been happy. I am vegetarian and it’s really nice to have a good vegan burger on the menu for an honest price.

Dik balen, het eten is de keren dat we bestellen echt wel prima. Maar de service, daar hebben we gewoon nu teveel kansen voor gegeven en zijn we he-le-maal klaar mee. Bezorgtijd kan je geen touw aan vast knopen, ene keer onverwachts snel, andere keer (9/10 keren) veeeelste lang. We bellen altijd netjes met de vraag hoe lang het duurt, maar gister 1,5 uur gewacht voor bellen. Doodleuk vertellen dat we dan nog een half uur moeten wachten, alles kortaf, geen aandacht bij het gesprek maar veel geschreeuw op de achtergrond. De negatieve service ervaringen hebben ervoor gezorgd dat dit echt de laatste keer is geweest, de kansen zijn nu op. Hopelijk krijgen we wel daadwerkelijk het geld terug wat we hebben betaald gister...

Lekker eten, bezorgen duurde wel een uur maar opzich als je optijd bestelt is het echt prima.

Heerlijk wel specifiek voor mensen die van grotere porties eten houden. De bezorging duurt soms langer en het ete kan wel is koud zijn. Persoonlijk wel een grote fan!

Altijd heerlijk gegeten via bezorging. Keuze zat dus voor ieder wat wils. De keuken, telefoonservice en bezorging zijn en 10 waard.

Honestly these reviews made me nervous. I ordered via UberEats, and it arrived within the projected window. Food was hot and tasty. I had called to get an update and someone picked up and let me know it was on the way. No complaints!

Bestelling gedaan op een online platform om 21:29 Na een uur wachten toch maar even gebeld met het restaurant. Meneer vertelde dat mijn bestelling binnen een kwartier op locatie zou aankomen. Om 23:07 GEEN BESTELLING... Ik denk ik bel nog even voor de 2e keer, gaf de automatische audio aan dat het restaurant gesloten was. En ik nu nog steeds aan het wachten op mijn bestelling inmiddels al 23:10 dus 1,5 uur gewacht op alleen 1 burgen en een milkshake. Eindstand uiteindelijk mijn bestelling ontvangen om 23:20. De milkshake was heerlijk alleen de burger zou ff ook zijn geweest als hij niet doe zo doorbakken was alsof hij echt al een uur op de plaat lag..

Snelle bezorging, heerlijke burgers en twister fries!

Op zich niet heel erg slecht, maar goed zijn ze ook niet te noemen. Hoe later het wordt, hoe slechter ze worden lijkt het. De friet wordt hier zowieso al te lang gebakken en bij een bezoek later op de avond leek het ook alsof de frieten haddem gebakken in een week oude olie. De burger zijn ook niet echt bijzonder te noemen. Een beetje karig belegd en de burgers missen duidelijk smaak. Een leuk concept maar de finesse om er iets goeds van te maken hebben ze niet. De massa-productie van de grotere burgerketens is voor een keertje beter dan dit soort ketentjes. Helaas.

Een aantal keer besteld via Uber Eats. De bezorging gaat via het restaurant zelf, de bestelling kwam alle keren binnen een half uur aan. Het eten was nog lekker warm en was echt heel lekker. Een aanrader 😊!

Halal! Fast shipping (via uber eats) and really delicious!. I got two chicken burgers , twister fries and Snack box (cheese pops , onion rings,chicken finger, chicken wings) it was so good I highly recommend it is so yummy and very fast delivery.

Besteld per Thuisbezorgd. Kwam vrij laat aan bij mijn woning. Broodje nauwelijks warm. Doritos op burger slapjes. Bij een gemiddelde Subway vind je beter kwaliteit voer.

Beste burgers van heel nederland, dit is echt een must go restaurant als je zin hebt om echt te genieten.

I ordered one Burger, some potato wedges and a brownie here. It took them two hours to have it delivered, even being just a few minutes away by car. I got a can of soda for the long wait, but the burger and wedges were cold already. That's why I can't give a higher rating. It's still two stars because I could still taste that the burger and wedges would have been nice if still warm. Verdict: I might give them a try on a weekday to see if they're able to manage better. Otherwise it's best to try a different place or do takeaway here (expect to wait quite a bit then as well) UPDATE: me second order on a Saturday was delivered much fast and as a result was fresh. Unfortunately they forgot the extra cheddar I ordered and paid for. This is a pity. The potato wedges are actually tasty, the burger was alright.

Wij hebben de laatste keer anderhalf uur gewacht op ons eten. De burger was droog en karig belegd. Andere keren was het beter, vandaar 3 sterren.
