Burger King in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

Amateurs behind the counter angry when I place an order, not a good experience, can't use the coupons on the app, quite amateur behavior. Not a nice experience.!!

I don't know if there is ever any management involved at this BK, what rude staff works here! I was waiting to be helped, the lady behind the cash register was very irritated, and all she could say was "COME" and then mumbled uninterestedly and took the order, almost unintelligible because of the mumbling. Then I see in the kitchen how the ingredients are thrown onto the sandwich with my bare hands (for God's sake, put on gloves or something). No more BK here for me for the time being. Ps, too bad for the very nice and enthusiastic girl who said hello in a friendly manner, I hope you get some nicer colleagues soon!

What a crap tent. Grumpy staff. Very slow and outdated systems. Making an AH fresh package yourself is faster.

Tables are not clean. There are no ordering machines and the staff is rude at the cash counter.

Definitely not the best BK around. Service was really "special": some lady chewing her gum, making an effort to use as few words as possible...

Sandwich cold, cashier didn't feel like it, never again, half of the products they normally sell were not there already and what was there was really cold Eating on site was also not possible

The worker named Marie, on November 26, finishing the Kygo concert at 11 pm, we went to order food with coupons and the very rude woman told us that snacks were not served because it was full, no ice cream or anything, and ONLY she I could order the Large menu, the small or medium one, he refused and told us that it was like that at that time and that if we didn't like it we could leave. So we were forced to pay even the extra for long term coupon. Very strange and in a bad way, he could have said that they had run out of snacks or something like that. Bad experience. Horrible service and I work in a cafeteria facing the public in the same country and as a manager of a place like that I would never do that. Don't go.

Staff make the job look difficult!! It's tossing burgers and more importantly smiling... oh and getting the order right!!

Fine. They do not have a deposit for cups, but they do charge a plastic surcharge on their products without there being an alternative. Quite a few seats and relatively clean. The staff cannot speak Dutch, but they are friendly and helpful. No toilets available. Nice music.

Delicious Whopper cheese. The back counter employee was friendly.

Requested a burger with no tomato and was laughed at by the staff in front of other customers and told I could only choose from a burger that was already cooked! Disgusting service and the staff are an embarrassment to customer service!!

What is this?! Food tastes like it‘s 3 days old. Employees are not friendly and its dirty. I‘d rather starve than eating here again. Worst BK on the planet.

The food and service are ok, like most Burger Kings. For the location and general traffic it is a bit crowded, specially considering it does not have self order, just order and pay at the counter, slowing the process.

Disgusting place. A bored woman with chewing gum takes your order without any zest for life in a dirty, crowded tent. Food weak but still warm. My wife ordered vegetarian and got a meat burger. When we indicated, we received a huge attitude from the chewing gum woman who blamed her for ordering incorrectly (as if my wife forgets to be vegetarian after years). The meat burger was rudely thrown into the trash and with visible envy a new one was made. A pathetic tent.

Just 10 minutes ago at 10:45 PM I wanted to order a Whopper (without onions), the person behind the cash register said that the kitchen staff did not do this and that they were closing and there were no curly fries either. While no effort was made to remove onions to leave a burger and now I see that they do not close at 11 o'clock but at 12 o'clock, so they also lie, this is very scandalous, but I left without ordering.

This Burger King always used to accept the vouchers in the Burger King App, but now they refuse to accept any Burger King coupons anymore and only allow you to order from the menu on the wall. i think this is just a money-making scheme. I will never buy here again without being able to use the app coupons.

Looked great but there was barely any lettuce on my burger and hardly any sauce. The lady behind the counter was a bit rude.

Too expensive when competitions or concerts take place nearby

I wanted to order a king Sundae Chocolate at the cash register, she looked at the machine with a bombastic side-eye, and then said 'no'. My girlfriend tried it again with another employee and he immediately said; yes of course??? And after paying I was given the ice cream??? (Winnie is the only hardworking lady here, kudos to Winnie 🫶🏼, she really carried this bk through rush hour) Furthermore, they do not collect coupons and points, so you quickly pay the top prize. Here there is no chicken 6, only 9. In short; more turnover. Great BK, but the staff is slow and they screw you in front of you.

No normal sized burgers because there is a concert?

Just before the match of the Dutch National Team, I got a whopper. It had just been prepared and was still nice and warm, and when I read the reviews, it was still really tasty by snack standards. It was also quiet and we had a nice chat with the ladies.

can not use coupons on specific dates, like weekends. It is not reasonable.

Truly the worst Whopper burger ever eaten. Limp, not hot enough, fries also limp and super salty. I don't think people are interested in preparing something tasty. The ingredients are good as is the coke. What a tasteless experience in a prime location. I would intervene quickly here BK!

I feel the chicken burger may have had something wrong with it. I ask for long chicken there was one conveniently sitting on the side already prepared 30 seconds after ordering I am given a burger I don't know how long it has been on the shelf i know it hasn't been made fresh now when I ate it I was very let down by burger King company I feel the bread sauce and salad had something wrong the chicken burger also did not taste fresh the next day my stomach feels truly messed up. BK please if the workers cannot be bothered to make chicken burgers they should be fired.. I will hope never to visit bk ever again my experience this time was terribly soon bad and sickening. Honestly I’m just posting this comment because I’m genuinely concerned about the employees, I have rarely seen just misery in someone’s eyes It’s like it hurts for them to say hello, and they look at you with such hatred for absolutely no reason We all know life is hard Why are you making it harder by being mean to strangers ? it’s very sad

The girl who took our order was a disaster. Not only did he NOT ask if it was to eat here, but he scoffed on several occasions, thinking that we didn't understand. We asked if he spoke Spanish or English, and he preferred English. She did not consult us to enlarge the combo and was very reluctant in her work. When they said it was for take out, they charged us for the soda caps and didn't give us a tray, obviously. The truth is, the employee was a disaster.

Yesterday I paid for an extra pattie on my Big King XXL, but the kitchen gave me an old Big King with only 2 patties. Today I asked for a small compensation, but was given a whole menu by the assistant manager for the kitchen's mistake. Thank you for the service and compensation Diego and Winnie!

Worst Burger King ever... The people who work there lie to your face. I wanted a whopper cheese menu. The woman says it takes 5 minutes, no, I mean half an hour. I thought that was a strange reaction, but okay, then I'll choose something else. Then I see them all putting whoppers with cheese into the container from the kitchen. When I say something about that, she just laughs slyly. Burger was inedible. Don't go there if you like service and quality.

Was looking for a quick bite but waited 15mins for my standard chicken sandwich after ordering, all the chairs were already put up even though there were 2,5 hours of opening time to go and the place was very dirty and nasty. Hope BK will look into this franchise because it is not what you would expect in terms of brand standards.

Don't go here. The horrible experience that you think you get? You'll get it here. I queued up outside of rush hour, around 20:00 but only two people were visibly working at that time. So I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a veggie whopper + cheese menu and got it without cheese... On the receipt I payed for the cheese. It's on there, but not on my burger. I ordered it as a take-away so I only realized this way too late. The mayonaise is served in a bag. Like how do we eat that? Again, it's take-away. Just throw it on your hands or what? The twister fries are sloppy and soggy. Not fully fried. They tasted like a low quality of tomato coming from the fridge. The cola zero was watery because its about 1/3rds ice. I mean I'm not a big cola guy so it tasting like carbonated water with a faint taste is a happy little accident I guess. And worst of all it's expensive for food that's not tasty at all (could've known that beforehand but I was in a hurry) and again they let you pay for addons that they won't deliver on. I paid 12,25 for this horrible experience. Hard pass.

We were ‘served’ by a person called Favour, honestly she was the rudest most horrible person I’ve ever experienced in any food establishment. We walked out without our food because we were so upset. Shame on you.

Bad very bad long waiting line and old stuff

No fries, no normal size drinks, seats on top of each other - not bad service but just no service. Shame.

These guys served thousands of people after 3 consecutive nights of the era’s tour in Amsterdam. I know it’s Europe, but tip these people if you have a soul. 5/5

There was not 1 clean table. The crispy chicken burger was far from crispy. The bun had the texture of a sponge and the fries were not warm. No more Burger King for me.

Long wait in line because not enough staff

Do not accept coupons on evenings with events: that means all evenings.

We were here to eat before going to a concert. That made it very busy. Wanted to order a cheeseburger, they don't have it even though it is normally on the menu. But okay, ordered something else and asked for a medium, they don't do that, everything is only large. I also got very dirty looks for asking for medium in the first place. Really not recommended to eat here.

As if to get by, the workers are very rude

If you come here while there are concerts there is nowhere to sit. I had to eat it outside in the rain. They also asked if I wanted mayo or ketchup. I chose ketchup because I am allergic to mayo. I still got mayo? People are also really unkind.

They’re opening time is at 10:00 am I came at 10:49, and they still haven’t opened shop and let me in. They don’t follow their schedule, I am very disappointed.

This place used to be a good one, but now the service is total trash... I went twice today, they were so slow that I left to the cinema. I came 2 hours later to still get food and a try again, the lady on one cashier stopped taking order, and the other lady continued to take order, everyone broke the queue and got nearly to the back when I was second, not wasting my time and mental sanity for a trashy burger... Hope the place gets better, as it used to with other workers...

Still tops when it comes to quality burgers. Different varieties of burgers but all sharing one thing in common - amazing grill taste.

20 mins before closing time, they refused to take any orders (,cheeseburgers and twister fries) that's not already pre-made, making us pay for whoopers instead at 3x cost. Cook time off these two items cannot be more than 5 mins so I cannot believe they would REFUSE to get our order.

It can get quite busy here if, for example, there is a concert in the Ziggo Dome or AFAS. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not designed for this. You must order at the cash register (no screens). They also adjust the menu as it gets busier. That is why the choice is not very large and there are often things that are not there.

We were served by a lady who wears glasses, she was really not nice. We had 3 coupons and she only added 2 for us, and her attitude when we required to take off one of the orders (before paying) was just super rude and unfriendly. Bad experience, will never come back to this Burger King location again 😡

MOST HORRIBLE burger king ever! I just wanted a small bowl of curly fries with garlic sauce (which the menu says they have!) but the curly fries weren't there, so I had normal ones. And the garlic sauce wasn't there, so it was mayo. And they 'didn't have' small fries, so I ordered a large one. And when I finally got the fries after a very long wait, it was only an inimini bag??? You pay almost €5 for that?? Why can't you buy small fries there? Can't you just put fewer fries in the bag? A friend of mine wanted 6 chicken nuggets (with a coupon), but they 'didn't do coupons'. Also 6 chicken nuggets for the normal price was not possible, only 9. Why is this not possible? Just throw in 6 instead of 9!!! It was also dirty and the employee was annoying and rude.

€12.00 for a chicken burger and a soft drink (not even fries) and then the lettuce is brown too, scandalous.

I've been coming here for 10 years. Unfortunately today an employee who did not want to help me. He went to another register to help someone behind me. The only thing I asked was whether the king deal still existed, to which he reacted irritated. I asked him if everything was OK, and he then walked away angrily. Unfortunately it took ages to get the order; after waiting a long time we realized that they actually forgot our order. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very nice and not too crowded but for a fast food ...the food was not fast.

I think the motto among the team is rather lazy than tired. Work pace is very slow, probably because the heater is on crematorium setting. Eating was okay.

I was so moved by the Netherlands. In France, it may close at 11:15, but the people here work hard and are humane, so that the last batch of customers will not go home hungry.

Food isn't even bad. It's the people who work here that ruin it. I actually ordered a meal to dine in the restaurant, but the grumpy lady already assumed I would take out. Also why don't you ask if someone likes sauce with their fries? Fries were good. Burger was ok-ish. Bread was tacky. They gave such a little amount of fries. It was way too expensive too.

I thought I would quickly get a burger menu. Nothing turned out to be further from the truth. Almost all chicken/beef burgers were sold out, I had to go to the movie and was in a hurry, you will just see that there is only 1 girl behind the counter who does everything on her own, then the manager arrived and shouted oh what is it pressure to then have a nice chat with my colleague. When one of her colleagues opened a new cash register, she quickly started making all her orders. When I asked where mine and the other waiting customers were, she simply said: "I don't know not my problem." We ended up waiting 27 minutes for a burger and fries that were also cold. When I left I found out that they had also forgotten my sauce for which you paid €1 extra, this whole joke cost me €11.85, I don't recommend this to anyone... WORST CHAIN ​​IN THE ENTIRE NETHERLANDS!!!!

The door from the station is locked, so you have to go outside to the street to get in. Once inside, they tell you they don't have a toilet to wash your hands, to go to the one at the station. They serve food to all customers to go, no tray and no attention. They made a mistake with my drink and are not attentive at all. They don't have anything to snack on (nuggets or onion rings) only large menus and 4 to choose from. I should have read the reviews before dining here..

So I thought I would complete the survey properly and hand in my receipt on my next visit for an extra drink or burger, but NO, none of the ladies knew what to do with the code. I had to wait half an hour for a response + called the manager to ask what was going on. Ugh, they really need to be trained because that thing isn't just behind your receipt 4 times

No customer satisfaction lazy staff

For this reason no coupons are accepted. So discounts from the Burger King app that are valid nationwide are not valid here. The burgers sucked too. Dry rolls and no crispy chicken. Only the fries were edible. In addition, it seems as if all the staff are tired of their lives. Everyone is grumpy and never smiles. Never eating here again!!

Worst BK I've been to when it comes to people management. Lack of self order system forces cashiers to prepare orders. It's one of the busiest BK here because it's next to train station and Ziggo Dome so imagine how frustrating it is to place an order... waiting time for ordering on Sunday evening was 20 min + another 10 to pick it up.

Excellent Burger King. The station side has recently been opened again. Smooth operation. It's just a shame that you can't save for points here.

One of the worst burger king's I've ever been to. The self order system doesn't exist here therefore you can't use coupons from the app either. To make matters worse they don't have almost more than half of the items you would find in other burger kings, so you're left with nothing but expensive menus. Couple examples of what you can't get here are; small bread burgers such as cheeseburgers and crispy chickens, milkshakes, twisted fries and etc... Can't say much about the staff since I didn't talk much to them and this was probably the last time i ever visit this branch. The store itself isn't cosy or comfortable at all. The whole place is a bit dank and it feels extremely dead. Overall the food is ok but somehow not as good as other branches, so if you really don't care what you get or have no other option then this is the place to go.

Normally im not a huge fan of snackbar like macD or BurgerK because the vibe the employees give off is not good. Wich is understandable with such cold hearted brands, lowsalaries and strict management. But this burgerking got a good warm vibe like a local family company! I came in saw hard working stress but as well heard laughing and singing. Ibrahim made my day with some small talk and aswell other team members were cool!

Sale Day : On this day all the food stuff should be sold in a half price or cheaper.

Staff works extremely slow and is not welcoming. They barely say a word while im ordering my menu. Also had to wait quite long to then receive a cold hamburger that had been laying ready since i came in.

Not very helpful customer service, I wasn't sure about burgers offer. Food has been ready in about 4 minutes. Place is located in train/bus station and have 2 entrances, sometimes only one is open and you don't know which one until you come and see the sign.
