Well, the atmosphere is nonexistent, the person is very unhappy. And the food is just plain awful. And the price is really unbelievable: €9.50 for a durum.
Unbelievable, what a disaster! You pay €3.15 for a cup of coffee (without a small cookie) with disinterested staff. And €4.10 for a bottle of iced tea...
No wonder it was so quiet.
A huge disappointment, and we haven't even mentioned the savory sandwiches or €3.25 for a cookie. Sandwiches being prepared without gloves, and that in a hospital.
I would definitely review a few areas for improvement within the company. These potential changes will put the guest first, and they'll leave with a smile on their face. And thanks to the high turnover rate, you can offer higher quality. Higher turnover, more revenue, satisfied staff, and of course, guests.

I ordered an XL kapsalon and Durum Adana kebab, both were delicious. The Kapsalon was especially good, the fries were home made and delicious turkish cheese on top too. While the order arrived a little later than expected I live in Arnhem Zuid so it was to be expected. I will definitely orde again!!
The pizza used to be really good here, but you guys changed chef and the new chef puts about 10% of the ingredients that the previous one did. Bring the old chef and pizzas back!
At 5:25 PM, I ordered two pizzas and aloili bread. The website said it would be delivered within 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called and called twice, but someone answered the phone and told me to allow an hour instead of half an hour, but she said she'd make it urgent. By 6:25 PM, still nothing. I waited until 6:35 PM and called again and again. No one answered. At 7:15 PM, I jumped in the car to pick it up, but it turned out Sugo Berkel had been CLOSED for over a week!!! They do everything from Hillegersberg. I got in the car and drove to Hillegersberg and asked for a refund, but they couldn't just give it to me; it will be refunded within two business days. When I got there, it turned out it had arrived over two hours after I ordered it; cold, hard, barely topped, and inedible.
Out of salad dressing for 3 months! Not even salt. Staff barely speak English. Don't know anything. Unfriendly. Bored.
Ode to the same brand in Terminal B
It was a really boring restaurant!! There was almost nothing!! We finally decided on a hamburger, which later turned out to not be a hamburger at all, but a flattened frikandel. The lettuce was completely rotten!! And there were tons of fries!! Half of them were actually fries!! That night I had terrible stomach pain and vomited!!! I don't understand why there's a restaurant like that in a hospital!!
This is the worst and unpolite place you can land. We were on the search for tobacco and we had to ask several times, till he was showing us his selection. We asked for a lighter one and he probably gave us one of the strongest. He wanted to have us out of the shop as fast as possible and we should hurry our decision. He charged us 1 € more than the original price, which we found our afterwards. If you are on search for tobacco or else. Search somewhere else and dont go in there
