Ordered food at 5:45 PM, received nothing by 6:45 PM. Called and got a gentleman on the line who indicated he had forgotten my order and would deal with it ASAP. Finally, at 7:30 PM, almost 2 hours later, I received my food. The fries are soggy, no sambal, just a little garlic added. I will not order from here again.

Don't order here when it's busy. Apparently employees can't handle the crowds. After first taking the wrong pizza home and mediocre service, we finally received the right pizza. The right pizza had too many air bubbles and on top of that there was hardly any spinach (read 4 pieces) on half of "garlic chicken & spinach". I understand that it is difficult to work with few staff and crowds (I have experience in the industry myself), but in my view the quality is really substandard. The garlic bread was okay.

Terribly disgusting pizza! I ordered a BBQ chicken and bacon pizza with barbecue sauce as the base because I have a mild tomato allergy. After receiving my food, I didn't realize there was actually tomato on the base, and after a few bites, I started to feel unwell. What they are doing there is life-threatening! NEVER EAT HERE!!!

Went there today, what a piece of trash. Ordered several things, 54 euros, including 2 frappuccinos without whipped cream and caramel, and a double maple bacon bun without bacon. The frappuccino machine didn't work, so that ended up being a medium milkshake and a medium Sprite. But I didn't get a refund for these cheap substitutes. So I was ripped off by McDonald's. You couldn't make me angrier; I went to the cashier, this lady couldn't help me, so I asked for the manager, but she was helping in the kitchen, so she didn't have time to give me my money back... it couldn't get any crazier... Oh yes it could; that double hamburger arrived single, so my son stood there waiting for a long time for this mistake to be rectified, until I asked, "Hey, my son has been waiting for his order for ages." Turns out it's been ready for ages, really... SKIP THIS MC, WORST IN THE NETHERLANDS

The only positive thing about this eatery, as they call themselves, is the terrace right by the water. It is only when you place your order that you are told they do not serve alcoholic beverages because they do not have the license. Subsequently, you receive a flimsy plastic cup with your bottle of drink. It is a real shame, because you could create a fantastic terrace experience there, but it feels like a festival experience that is coming to an end. We did not order any snacks and left fairly quickly after our drinks. When settling the bill inside, I mentioned in a normal, calm manner that serving drinks with drinks is outdated. The answer was that they are an eatery with a small kitchen and do not have room for glassware. But the plastic was supposedly recycled... Meanwhile, while settling the bill, the staff were shouting amongst themselves to pass on which drinks they had run out of.

I got a mushroom and a piece of ham on my margherita (I am allergic to mushrooms)... Apart from that, it is not the best Domino's in Friesland when it comes to taste, I would rather go to Joure

I politely ask not to ring the doorbell.... because it was half past two at night and what do they do, ring the bell of course. The whole house wakes up. Furthermore, the doner box was lukewarm, but tasted fine for a drunken bite. Next time I will order somewhere else. The food arrived quickly.

Guilty pleasure. It just tastes good... :) New, modern, fresh KFC with self-service ordering. As usual at KFC service is slow and you just go for the food not for an enjoyable time.

I got food poisoning... my son and wife too, shitted out their whole stomachs, a lawsuit is definitely coming.

1) Not value fir money. 2) It arrived 30 minutes later than the delivery time stated when ordering.

Don't order here! Save yourself the frustration! These "incompetent bakers" just aren't in the mood. You're better off ordering from a real pizzeria. Just as expensive and many times tastier!

Horrible! They quote a price of six euros, then they charge you a different price! It's robbery right in front of you! The guy steals without you even noticing.

Really nice staff, but that’s about all there is to say…. They acted properly and gave me my money back. Way too high prices for way too dirty food The lady in question was unaware of the reviews… Stupid that I didn't take a quick look beforehand. Scandalous what you get on your plate Refried fries! Just looked disgusting. It was also ready and served within a few seconds. We asked for our money back anyway. €30 for refried fries and two drinks, we’re not doing that… Better to eat somewhere local. Cheaper and you’re helping the local entrepreneur out too. Those big companies have no shame and know that if you’re with children, you can be exploited. After all, they aren't there to listen to all the whining themselves!!!
