Where can you order good pizza in Sneek? Well, at least not here anymore. 9 times out of 10 they are much late in delivering, so the food is already cold. The restaurant could also use some renovation and/or cleaning, for example the floor is a sticky mess. Food is always very salty

Kabsalon tasteless. Sauces too. The fries were not salted or seasoned at all. Dirt and poverty. Slippery and dirty floor. I don't recommend it.

This is the most terrible establishment I know! I ordered pizza. Without delivery. This place was open and they placed an order. I was very hungry and went to get my pizza. This is quite far from where I was then. But I was on schedule before the pizzeria closed. I arrived when there was still time before closing. But when I entered, they simply kicked me out. Someone waved his hand at me to leave. Another guy was walking towards me. I headed towards the door I had just entered. I'm from Ukraine and don't know Dutch, but I had an order on my phone and tried to explain in English that I had already paid for the pizza and the website said it was ready. The guy just motioned for me to get out. I walked out and thought he was going to come out and give me my pizza, but he slammed the door right in my face! It was extremely rude, I have never seen such attitude towards clients in other places! I walked around the pizzeria on the other side of the street. There was still an open window for picking up orders. When I asked about the pizza and the order, they simply canceled my order! It was written that they do not serve this area and the order was cancelled! But I didn't order delivery, I stood right in front of them. Then I asked for my money back. I was told that I would receive my refund in two days. It's been two weeks now, but I haven't received my money back! It's not too much, but I certainly wouldn't want to pay a penny for this humiliation! So I was left hungry, lost time and there were no more pizzerias or any places to eat open. Also, because of these boors, I lost money for pizza and I paid no less for gas. Unfortunately, I am from Ukraine and it is difficult for me to punish these people according to the law. But I hope they will be closed by the authorities as soon as possible for such boorish behavior and deception.

Food ordered at 5:45 PM would be delivered at 6:30 PM. Just called and asked. Turned out to be 6:45 PM. Finally got spare ribs delivered at 7:30 PM. Sorry, what a mockery. The quantity is quite a lot, but very tough meat. Sorry, we have never eaten them this bad before and the fries were as good as cold. Ordered for the first time and not again, too bad!!

Ordered food at 5.45pm. Then after 2 phone calls you get your food at 8pm. As a saving grace we would get a can of coke. Even this one was not present. Soggy fries and meat contain more fat than good meat. Definitely not recommended!

The current state of Cappadocia is disappointing compared to the past. The potato slices were not prepared properly, they turned out to be very greasy and undercooked. When I called about this and expressed my dissatisfaction, the employee on the phone immediately became defensive. He claimed the potato slices were done, but that's not what I tasted. Cappadocia fits perfectly with the saying "everything was better in the old days". Be sensible, find an alternative!

Ordered food here from other hair salons, but there was a blonde hair in it! Well, when you see that, you don't need any more food. Turns out it's someone from cappadocia. Those people called with the text "miss eating for you tomorrow" To be clear I did not order from cappadocia. Not this whole week. How did you get my number and why am I getting calls randomly? I find this very strange and very unprofessional. My number shouldn't be written down and called again later. If I haven't ordered food... don't call me to ask if I want food tomorrow!!! Ridiculous. Cappadocia shouldn't have my phone number if I haven't ordered.

Tasty dishes, only the quality and delivery speed are different every time. Sometimes there are pizzas of very high quality, while other times you could just as easily have bought a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Sometimes the delivery speed is very fast (even on weekends) while other times it seems as if they make their deliveries with a horse and cart.

We regularly have pizza delivered by Cappadocia. Sometimes things go wrong, the wrong or too few pizzas are delivered and the quality varies. We really think the latter is a shame. Because if they are having a good day, the pizza will be deliciously crispy and has a nice filling, and if they are having a bad day, it will be soft and with a filling that is too greasy. Why this varying quality? No idea. But all in all, on average we are quite satisfied. The pizzas have a reasonable price. If you order via their own website, and not via home delivery, you will receive a 10% discount.
