Do not adhere to their own opening hours

I just went in to order two chicken fillet burgers, according to the promotion displayed outside the store. The woman behind the counter said it cost €15 for two burgers. I pointed out that the promotion actually said two for €12.50. She wasn't familiar with that. I then showed her the burger. She then said it was probably an old promotion. (According to Dutch law, she should still offer it at this price.) She really didn't. She stuck with the price. Therefore, in the end, I didn't order any food out of principle.

Why does this still exist? The website is empty except for one restaurant in four cities. Just delete the site or do something with it.

For the umpteenth time in a row, the lounge has been closed without explanation. We're paying €200 for this service. A classic example of them not being interested in customers. I would have liked to give it a 0, because there was absolutely nothing to do with a closed tent.
