KFC is a chain I like, and if I have a choice of other fast food restaurants, I definitely choose KFC. While in Duiven, we went there for chicken. It was clean, the service was friendly, and the order was filled quickly. I should add that there was a mistake in our order, but the lady working there was very nice (she seemed to be managing the team), explained everything to us, and even brought the rest of our order to our table. We highly recommend it!
I recently ordered from here via Uber Eats. The order arrived about an hour late after the expected delivery time, and the pizzas were also quite poor/meagerly topped. I've had the same pizzas at other locations before, but they were all much more generously topped and delivered faster.
In short, don't order your Papa John's pizzas here🫡
I'm outraged. How is it possible that in such a good place, with such delicious pizza (where's the meat in it????) they have such uncustomer-centric servers???? The food is delicious (+,-), the place is cozy and the blonde girl working at the counter is very nice. The other employees should be sent to a communication development training where they learn basic communication skills such as saying "please" and "greeting", paying attention, looking at each other, answering, not interrupting, etc. After all, in the end, a lot depends on this. Needless to say, if you don't feel respected somewhere, the food won't taste as good either.
A month ago, I filed a complaint about the long delivery time (1.5 hours), and the pizzas arrived cold. They promised me that if I called again, I'd get a free delivery.
I called today and was told "no," even though it's registered in the system. It's a remarkable customer service tactic, making promises and then retracting them. It seems irrelevant to me whether there's a new owner. You're taking over the business and everything that comes with it.
what happened to the toilet??? now the code that you need to ask for, better write it on the receipts, you need to go down again. and what is the code for? for very dirty toilets? makes a bad impression. Coffe better now.
Expensive fries, limp and lukewarm. It didn't look busy at all, yet it took an incredibly long time for the fries to be ready. In the meantime, you see staff standing still and staring into space. Returning deposit cups took 10 minutes because no one seemed to have the task of cash register/customer handling. Had to ask repeatedly if someone could finally come and help. Tables full of waste, although that is more due to the customers who don't take the time to throw away their rubbish. But the tables aren't cleaned either.
The pizza I bought was delicious, but too good to go, not worth it. It should be worth €15.99, and you only get a small pizza with salami. An hour earlier, I bought a small pizza with two flavors for €7.99 (which was good, though).
If I could give -5 stars I would. If you want to waste your money and time, order from here. We ordered food at 10pm, they took our money online and the food never arrived. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MONEY EATING SCAM. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.
Well, the atmosphere is nonexistent, the person is very unhappy. And the food is just plain awful. And the price is really unbelievable: €9.50 for a durum.
