At 5:25 PM, I ordered two pizzas and aloili bread. The website said it would be delivered within 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called and called twice, but someone answered the phone and told me to allow an hour instead of half an hour, but she said she'd make it urgent. By 6:25 PM, still nothing. I waited until 6:35 PM and called again and again. No one answered. At 7:15 PM, I jumped in the car to pick it up, but it turned out Sugo Berkel had been CLOSED for over a week!!! They do everything from Hillegersberg. I got in the car and drove to Hillegersberg and asked for a refund, but they couldn't just give it to me; it will be refunded within two business days. When I got there, it turned out it had arrived over two hours after I ordered it; cold, hard, barely topped, and inedible.

Berkel location. Ordered pizza and pasta. It was supposed to be 6:30 PM. It was 7:05 PM. They had a telecom outage. They also changed the order on their own initiative because the mac and cheese was out of stock.

Don't do it. Dr. Oetker pizzas are better. Sugo pizza is overpriced, tough, small, and cold. At first, I thought I was eating the cardboard box the pizza came in.

Ordered pizzas at 6:46 PM, but they didn't arrive until 8:15 PM. After an hour of trying to call, they didn't answer. Terrible service. Pizzas were more crust than topping and were delivered lukewarm. All in all, not recommended.

By far the tastiest pizza delivered. While the "well-known brands" might only score a 6, the Sugo pizzas are at least a 9. I'll never order from anywhere else again.

I wish I'd seen these reviews sooner. I understand why they're rated so low. I ordered the fragola pizza. It literally only had two strawberries, divided into eight slices. I've never ordered such a pathetic, tasteless fragola pizza, and for such a ridiculously expensive price. If you're not worried about your money and love delicious food, definitely don't order from here! I won't be ordering again...

Quite disappointing. Pictures on the Sugo website are amazing, what is actually delivered has nothing to do with pictures. Toppings are hardly there, lousy amount of cheese used. Wish we could finally have a proper pizza place in Lansingerland. So tired of lack of options.

On March 9th, we ordered two menus from De Beren Berkel en Rodenrijs. Shortly after ordering, we received a call saying the menu in question was sold out. It happens, so we indicated we'd prefer a refund so we could order from another location. They said they'd take care of that. That same evening, we ordered from De Beren Zoetermeer – perfectly fine. But now, almost a month has passed, and we still haven't received our refund. We've called several times and each time, we're told a different story. First, the money was supposedly on its way, then the system malfunctioned, and finally, it turned out that only the owner can refund money. He happened to be on vacation and would be back after Ramadan. That was a while ago, but still nothing has happened. I called again today, and again: maybe the owner will be there tonight, so we can call again tonight hoping he's there. I wasn't planning on leaving a negative review at all. It can happen that something is sold out, or that something goes wrong with the refund, or due to circumstances like vacation. I understand. But at least make sure it's handled properly afterward. Let someone else take responsibility in the owner's absence. No proactive communication, no return calls, no accountability. Now I have to keep calling back, and nothing gets resolved. A truly disappointing experience.

At Christmas dinner with many women. The air conditioning was working very hard, and the cool airflow wasn't pleasant.
